洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种例如设置于投币式洗衣房的洗衣机。
背景技术
设置有多个洗衣机的投币式洗衣房一般在无人状态下被使用。使用者很少会从开始洗涤到烘干结束都就地等候,大多会在其他地方打发时间后回收洗涤结束的洗涤物。因此,在投币式洗衣房之外的地方打发时间期间,洗涤物可能会被盗。
因此,可以考虑在洗衣机的盖上设置防盗机构以防洗涤物被盗。有如下的防盗机构:具备使用者用的操作部,从操作部的数字键盘输入密码来锁定盖,并在使用者输入密码时解除盖的锁定(例如专利文献1)。
使用者为了解除盖的锁定,需要从操作部的数字键盘输入使用者自己设定的密码,但使用者有时会忘记该密码。在该情况下,使用者无法解除盖的锁定,无法回收洗涤结束的洗涤物。
在这样的情况下,可以考虑洗衣机的管理者直接前往设置地点来解除盖的锁定的方案,但会有管理者不便到场、花费很多时间的不便。此外,在该期间,使用者必须等待取出洗涤物,会有花费很多时间的不便。
假定这样的情形,可以考虑洗衣机的管理者对洗衣机设定解锁码的方案。解锁码用于通过代替密码而从操作部的数字键盘输入来解除盖的锁定。因此,假设在使用者忘记了所设定的密码的情况下,使用者能通过向洗衣机的管理者查询解锁码并从操作部的数字键盘输入该解锁码来解除盖的锁定。因此,管理者无需前往投币式洗衣房,便利性提高。
然而,在该情况下,会向第三者公开管理者设定的解锁码,除非管理者变更解锁码的设定,否则该第三者会与管理者同样随时都能解除盖的锁定。其结 果是,设于洗衣机的盖的锁定单元的安全性会降低。

优选的是,本发明的洗衣机中,在存储于所述密码存储单元的密码与存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码相同的情况下通过输入所述解锁码来将所述盖锁定装置从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码不自动更新。
发明效果
在本发明的洗衣机中,在通过输入解锁码来将盖锁定装置从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,解锁码会自动更新,因此,即使在管理者向第三者公开了解锁 码的情况下,也能防止设于洗衣机的盖的盖锁定装置的安全性降低。
在本发明的洗衣机中,管理者会变更解锁码的更新规则,由此,能提高设于洗衣机的盖的盖锁定装置的安全性。
在本发明的洗衣机中,能防止在使用者设定的密码与管理者设定的解锁码一致的情况下管理者设定的解锁码被意外更新。

以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式的洗衣机1进行说明。图1是本发明的实施方式的洗衣机1的示意性剖视图。
洗衣机1是立式洗衣机,具有作为洗衣机主体的箱体2,在箱体2的内部通过未图示的多根吊棒悬吊支承有有底圆筒形状的外桶3。在外桶3的内部轴支有外周上具有多个许多通水孔的内桶5,该内桶5以固定于外桶3的底壁的支承轴5a为中心自由旋转。在内桶5的底部设有搅拌翼6,该搅拌翼6以嵌插于支承轴5a的内轴6a为中心自由旋转。
装配于外桶2的下表面的马达10的旋转驱动力经由传递机构和动力切换机构13向支承轴5a和内轴6a传递,该传递机构由固定于马达轴10a的小带轮11a、大带轮11b、V带11c等构成,该动力切换机构13包括离合机构12和转矩马达13a。
在箱体2的上部后方配设有与外部的水龙头连接的供水管15,当供水阀15a打开时,向外桶3内注入通过供水管15导入的水。另一方面,在外桶3的底部连接有排水管16,排水管16由排水阀16a来开闭。
在开口于箱体2的上表面的洗涤物的投入口2a设有自由开闭的盖2A。在箱体2内的上部前方设有用于上锁以禁止盖2A打开的盖锁定装置20。盖锁定装置20能切换为将盖2A维持在闭状态的锁定状态和能打开盖2A的解锁状态。此外,盖锁定装置20能感测到盖2A处于闭状态和开状态中的哪个状态。
此外,在箱体2的上表面设有操作部30。如图2所示,操作部30是用于对洗衣机1进行各种操作的构件,设有数字键盘31、盖解锁键32等。此外,在操作部30设有盖锁定LED(发光二极管)33和输入LED34,该盖锁定LED33在盖锁定装置20为锁定状态时亮灯,该输入LED34在能输入密码时闪烁。
数字键盘31供使用者输入密码用,包括与0~9的数字对应的多个数字键31a和通过数字键31a输入密码后被操作的设定键31b。需要说明的是,数字键盘31也在洗衣机1的管理者设定解锁码时、使用者在忘记了所设定的密码的情况下输入向管理者查询到的解锁码时使用。
盖解锁键32在盖锁定装置20为锁定状态时使用者解除锁定状态时使用。
图3是本实施方式的洗衣机1的控制框图。如图3所示,洗衣机1的控制部50例如由微型计算机等构成,具备:CPU(Central Processing Unit:中央处理器)、储存有控制洗衣机1的动作的程序的ROM(只读存储器)以及临时存 储在执行上述程序时使用的数据等的RAM(随机存取存储器)。洗衣机1的运转动作由控制部50控制。
控制部50具有:密码存储部51、解锁码存储部52、更新规则存储部53以及自动解除时间存储部54。
密码存储部51在洗衣机1的使用者通过操作操作部30而输入了三位密码的情况下存储该密码。存储于密码存储部51的密码在盖锁定装置20的锁定状态被使用者解除了的情况下被清除。
解锁码存储部52存储由洗衣机1的管理者预设的解锁码来防备使用者忘记设定的密码的情况。解锁码与密码同样使用三位数字。
更新规则存储部53存储由洗衣机1的管理者预设的解锁码更新规则。即,在本实施方式的洗衣机1中,在通过解锁码解除了盖锁定装置20的锁定状态的情况下,按照该更新规则来自动更新存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码。
在本实施方式中,能选择+0(不更新)、+123、+456、+789中的任一种规则来作为存储于更新规则存储部53的解锁码的更新规则。例如,在选择了+123的情况下,存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码更新为对此前的解锁码加123的数字。需要说明的是,在对此前的解锁码加123而得的数字为四位数字的情况下,存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码更新为该四位数字的后三位数字。
自动解除时间存储部54存储由洗衣机1的管理者预设的自动解除时间。即,本实施方式的洗衣机1中,运转结束后,表示能输入密码的状态的输入LED34开始闪烁,当经过了存储于自动解除时间存储部54的自动解除时间仍未输入密码时,盖锁定装置20的锁定状态自动解除。在本实施方式中,能选择30分钟、60分钟、6小时、12小时、不自动解除中的任一种来作为设定于自动解除时间存储部54的自动解除时间。
在控制部50连接有用于进行各种运转设定等的操作部30和将盖2A切换为闭状态或开状态的盖锁定装置20。
因此,当在洗衣机1开始运转时使用者从操作部30输入了密码时,控制部50将该密码存储于密码存储部51并且将盖锁定装置20切换为锁定状态。
此外,在洗衣机1结束运转后或操作部30的盖解锁键32被操作的情况下 使用者从操作部30输入了密码且该密码与存储于密码存储部51的密码一致时,控制部50将盖锁定装置20从锁定状态切换为解锁状态。
此外,在盖锁定装置20被锁定的状态下使用者从操作部30输入了解锁码且该解锁码与存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码一致时,控制部50将盖锁定装置20从锁定状态切换至解锁状态。
此外,在洗衣机1运转结束后表示能输入密码的输入LED34开始闪烁且经过存储于自动解除时间存储部54的自动解除时间仍未输入密码的情况下,控制部50将盖锁定装置20从锁定状态切换为解锁状态。
而且,在盖锁定装置20的锁定状态下从操作部30输入解锁码进行了解锁的情况下,控制部50自动更新存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码。
此外,控制部50在盖锁定装置20为锁定状态的情况下使盖锁定LED33亮灯,在能通过数字键盘31输入密码的情况下使输入LED34闪烁。
(解锁码的设定)
基于图4对洗衣机1的管理者设定解锁码的处理进行说明。需要说明的是,管理者在通过操作操作部30而切换为进行解锁码的设定的模式后进行解锁码的设定。

本实施方式的洗衣机1具备:盖2A,以能开闭的方式设于箱体2;盖锁定装置20,能切换为将盖2A维持在闭状态的锁定状态和能打开盖2A的解锁状态;操作部30;密码存储部51,作为密码存储单元存储从操作部30输入的密码;解锁码存储部52,作为存储单元存储解锁码的解锁码;以及控制部50,作为控制单元,在从操作部30输入了密码的情况下将盖锁定装置20维持在锁定状态,并且,在锁定状态下从操作部30输入了存储于密码存储部51的密码或存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码的情况下将盖锁定装置20切换为解锁状态,在通过输入解锁码来将盖锁定装置20从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码会自动更新。
由此,本实施方式的洗衣机1中,在通过输入解锁码来将盖锁定装置20从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,解锁码会自动更新,因此,即使在管理者向第三者公开了解锁码的情况下,也能防止设于洗衣机1的盖2A的盖锁定装置20的安全性降低。
在本实施方式的洗衣机1中,自动更新存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码时的更新规则设置为能从多个更新规则之中选择。
由此,在本实施方式的洗衣机1中,管理者能通过变更解锁码的更新规则来提高设于洗衣机1的盖2A的盖锁定装置20的安全性。
在本实施方式的洗衣机1中,在存储于密码存储部51的密码与存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码相同的情况下通过输入解锁码来将盖锁定装置20从锁定 状态切换为解锁状态时,存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码不自动更新。
由此,本实施方式的洗衣机1中,能防止在使用者设定的密码与管理者设定的解锁码一致的情况下管理者设定的解锁码被意外更新。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但各部分的具体结构并不只限定于上述的实施方式。
例如,在上述实施方式中,示出了存储于解锁码存储部52的解锁码的更新方法的例子,但解锁码的更新方法是任意的。
在上述实施方式中,对洗衣机1为立式洗衣机的情况进行了说明,但并不限于此。本发明的洗衣机也可以是滚筒洗衣机。本发明能适用于具有滚筒和盖锁定装置的滚筒洗衣机,该滚筒能以水平轴或相对于水平方向倾斜的倾斜轴为中心进行旋转,该盖锁定装置能取得将盖维持在闭状态的锁定状态或能打开盖的解锁状态。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    盖,以能开闭的方式设于箱体;
    盖锁定装置,能切换为将所述盖维持在闭状态的锁定状态和能打开所述盖的解锁状态;
    操作部;
    密码存储单元,存储从所述操作部输入的密码;
    解锁码存储单元,存储解锁码;以及
    控制单元,在从所述操作部输入了密码的情况下将所述盖锁定装置维持在锁定状态,并且,在锁定状态下从所述操作部输入了存储于所述密码存储单元的密码或存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码的情况下将所述盖锁定装置切换为解锁状态,
    在通过输入所述解锁码来将所述盖锁定装置从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码自动更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    自动更新存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码时的更新规则设置为能从多个更新规则之中选择。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在存储于所述密码存储单元的密码与存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码相同的情况下通过输入所述解锁码来将所述盖锁定装置从锁定状态切换为解锁状态时,存储于所述解锁码存储单元的解锁码不自动更新。
