喷淋杆组件以及喷淋杆系统
本申请要求在2021年5月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110566336.4、发明名称为“喷淋杆组件以及喷淋杆系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及喷涂技术领域,具体涉及一种喷淋杆组件以及喷淋杆系统。
背景技术
目前,自动化喷涂行业所使用的喷头都是喷头与各管路连接,独自承接工艺物料、动力气、雾化气等。发明人在实现本申请的过程中发现,现有的喷头需要设置多个进口与各管路连接,接线复杂,占用空间大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出一种喷淋杆组件以及喷淋杆系统,以解决上述技术问题。
本申请提出一种喷淋杆组件,其包括喷头、喷淋杆和气缸,所述喷淋杆包括外管和用于输送喷涂介质的中间管,所述中间管嵌套在所述外管内,并将所述外管的内部间隔成第一穿线型腔、第二穿线型腔、压缩空气腔、雾化空气腔,所述第一穿线型腔用于铺设电源线,所述第二穿线型腔用于铺设信号线,所述外管上设置有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,所述喷头安装在第一安装孔内,气缸安装在第二安装孔内,并穿过压缩空气腔与喷头连接,所述压缩空气腔向气缸供气,以控制气缸工作,所述气缸控制喷头开闭,所述雾化空气腔向喷头内供雾化气,所述中间管上设置有出液口,所述出液口向喷头供喷涂介质。
可选地,所述喷淋杆还包括:内管,所述内管贴合安装在中间管的内管壁上,所述出液口贯穿中间管和内管,所述中间管与内管之间形成加热 型腔,所述加热型腔内容纳导热油,所述内管输送喷涂介质,所述加热型腔内还设置有加热棒和测量导热油温度的测温元件,所述加热棒加热所述导热油,所述测温元件和加热棒均与电源线和信号线连接。
可选地,所述外管为矩形管,所述中间管朝向第一安装孔的下端面与矩形管的下侧管壁平行,所述中间管的下端面延伸出第一延伸板和第二延伸板,第一延伸板与第二延伸板均与矩形管的下侧管壁垂直连接,所述第一延伸板与中间管、外管围成雾化空气腔,所述第二延伸板与中间管、外管围成压缩空气腔,所述第一延伸板、第二延伸板与中间管、外管围成安装腔,所述喷头的侧壁分别与第一延伸板、第二延伸板和中间管的下侧管壁贴合,所述第一延伸板上设置有出气孔,所述出气孔与喷头的进气孔连通,所述雾化空气腔通过出气孔向喷头内供雾化气。
可选地,所述外管包括管体、左端盖和右端盖,所述左端盖和右端盖封堵管体的两端,所述左端盖和右端盖均包括中空的盖体,所述盖体的侧壁上分别设置有雾化气体进口、压缩空气进口、信号线进口、电源线进口、喷涂介质进口,所述雾化气体进口与雾化空气腔连通,所述压缩空气进口与压缩空气腔连通,所述信号线进口与第二穿线型腔连通,所述电源线进口与第一穿线型腔连通。
可选地,所述外管的管壁上设置有加强槽。
本申请还提供一种喷淋杆系统,其包括主框架、吊挂部、喷淋箱和如上所述的喷淋杆组件,所述喷淋杆通过吊挂部吊挂在主框架上,所述喷淋箱包括盒体,所述盒体安装在主框架上,所述盒体的盒口朝向远离喷淋杆的一侧,所述喷淋箱的盒底上设置有与喷头一一对应的装配孔,所述喷淋杆上的喷头置于装配孔内,所述喷淋杆贴合在喷淋箱的盒底上。
可选地,所述吊挂部包括升降气缸、第一滑轨、安装槽、压缩弹簧、连接杆和滑块,所述升降气缸的固定端固定在主框架上,所述第一滑轨包括方形管,方形管的下管壁上开设有滑道,所述方形管的上管壁安装在升降气缸的升降端上,所述方形管的下管壁与所述方形管的上管壁相对设置,所述滑块安装在方形管内,且沿方形管的长度方向滑动,所述连接杆的第一端穿过滑道与滑块连接,所述连接杆的第二端与安装槽连接,所述 喷淋杆安装在安装槽内,所述压缩弹簧的第一端固定于上管壁,所述压缩弹簧的第二端用于与滑块抵接,所述方形管长度方向的两端均设置有防止滑块脱离方形管的限位块,所述喷淋箱的盒底与所述喷淋杆的下侧面之间铺设有密封垫。
可选地,还包括排屑器和用于放置待喷涂件的筛板,所述排屑器包括驱动电机、联轴器、螺旋转子和螺旋槽,所述筛板相对的两侧上分别延伸出固定板,所述筛板通过固定板安装在螺旋槽的槽口上,螺旋槽安装在所述喷淋箱的盒口下方,用于盛接喷涂介质,所述螺旋槽的槽底上设置有出料口,所述盒口靠近所述出料口的边沿向外翻折形成翻边,所述螺旋槽的槽口突出于喷淋箱的部分上密封设置有盖板,所述盖板与翻边贴合,所述出料口上设置有过滤器,所述螺旋转子安装在螺旋槽内,所述驱动电机通过联轴器带动螺旋转子转动,所述螺旋槽的槽底与喷淋箱的距离沿靠近出料方向逐渐增大。
可选地,还包括副框架和至少两条第一角铁,所述副框架的周向上均设置有多个升降支耳,每个升降支耳上均设置有穿孔,所述主框架上焊接有多个与升降支耳一一对应的螺柱,螺柱穿过穿孔与螺母螺接;至少两条第一角铁平行焊接在副框架上,且每个第一角铁的开口均朝向副框架,所述螺旋槽的槽底上设置有两排支撑板,每排支撑板包括多个支撑板,每个支撑板上设置有第二角铁,第二角铁滑动扣设在第一角铁上。
可选地,还包括多个吸风罩,所述喷淋箱相对的两侧上均固定有侧板,所述侧板上设置有多个挂钩,所述吸风罩朝向侧板的侧壁上开设有安装口,所述吸风罩通过安装口的边缘挂设在挂钩上,所述吸风罩上设置有密封板,所述密封板上设置有密封槽,所述密封槽与侧板之间安装有密封条。
本申请提供的喷淋杆组件及喷淋杆系统通过将喷淋杆设置成外管和中间管,中间管将外管内部间隔成不同的区域,喷头和气缸安装在外管上,喷头无需分别与各管路连接,可减少管路的连接设置,简化接线流程,减小占用空间,而且结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及具体实施例,对本申请的技术方案进行详细描述。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
图1示出了本申请的喷淋杆组件的结构示意图,图2示出了本申请的喷淋杆的立体图。如图1-2所示,本申请提供的喷淋杆组件,其包括至少一个喷头112、喷淋杆1和与喷头112一一对应的气缸113。
如图2所示,第一安装孔114的数量为多个,多个第一安装孔114沿外管101的延伸方向均匀排布,第一安装孔114与第二安装孔115一一对应。在本实施例中,喷头112的数量为5-25个。喷头112的孔径为0.05-5mm。
喷淋杆1包括外管101和用于输送喷涂介质的中间管106,中间管106嵌套在外管101内,并将外管101的内部间隔成第一穿线型腔102、第二穿线型腔103、压缩空气腔105、雾化空气腔104。
第一穿线型腔102用于铺设电源线,第二穿线型腔103用于铺设信号线,外管101上设置有与喷头112一一对应的第一安装孔114和与喷头112一一对应的第二安装孔115。
喷头112安装在第一安装孔114内,气缸113安装在第二安装孔115 内,并穿过压缩空气腔105与喷头112连接。
压缩空气腔105向气缸113供气,控制气缸113工作。气缸113控制喷头112开闭,雾化空气腔104向喷头112内供雾化气,中间管106上设置有出液口,出液口向喷头112供喷涂介质。
喷淋杆组件工作时,电源线铺设在第一穿线型腔102内,信号线铺设在第二穿线型腔103,喷头112安装在第一安装孔114内,气缸113安装在第二安装孔115内。
本申请提供的喷淋杆组件通过将喷淋杆设置成外管和中间管,中间管将外管内部间隔成不同的区域,喷头和气缸安装在外管上,喷头无需分别与各管路连接,减少了管路的连接设置,简化接线流程,减小占用空间,而且结构简单,成本低。
利用本申请提供的喷淋杆组件可减少喷头90%的连接管路,从而将喷头运行可靠性增加90%。
进一步地,喷淋杆还包括:内管107,内管107贴合安装在中间管106的内管壁上。出液口贯穿中间管106和内管107,中间管106与内管107之间形成加热型腔,加热型腔内置导热油。
内管107输送喷涂介质,加热型腔内还设置有加热棒108和测量导热油温度的测温元件109,加热棒108加热导热油,测温元件109和加热棒108均与电源线和信号线连接。
通过设置内管107,加热型腔内置导热油,并通过加热棒108进行加热,以保证喷涂介质的温度,从而保证其流动性,以便更好地进行喷涂。
进一步地,外管101为矩形管,中间管106朝向第一安装孔114的下端面与矩形管的下侧管壁平行。
下端面延伸出第一延伸板和第二延伸板,第一延伸板与第二延伸板均与下侧管壁垂直连接。
第一延伸板与中间管106、外管101围成雾化空气腔104,第二延伸板与中间管106、外管101围成压缩空气腔105。
第一延伸板、第二延伸板与中间管106、外管101围成安装腔,安装腔位于雾化空气腔104和压缩空气腔105之间。
喷头112位于安装腔内,并由第一安装孔114穿出。喷头112分别与第一延伸板、第二延伸板和下侧管壁贴合。
第一延伸板上设置有出气孔,出气孔与喷头112的进气孔连通,雾化空气腔104通过出气孔向喷头112内供雾化气。
通过设置安装腔,不仅可降低喷淋杆1的自重,而且喷头112分别与雾化空气腔104、压缩空气腔105和中间管106贴合,可更好地进行液体的输送。
出气孔加工时,可一起将外管101的管壁和第一延伸板钻透,然后将外管101上的钻孔通过螺栓封堵。
在本申请的一个具体实施例中,外管101包括管体、左端盖和右端盖,左端盖和右端盖封堵管体的两端。
左端盖和右端盖均包括中空的盖体,右端盖的侧壁上分别设置有雾化气体进口1104、压缩空气进口1105、信号线进口1101、电源线进口1102、喷涂介质进口1103。
雾化气体进口1104与雾化空气腔104连通,压缩空气进口1105与压缩空气腔105连通,信号线进口1101与第二穿线型腔103连通,电源线进口1102与第一穿线型腔102连通。
通过将外管101设置成管体、左端盖和右端盖,可方便外管101的拆装,便于维修和清洗。
加工时,首先,根据喷淋杆1的断面结构制作特定模具,生产铝型材;然后,依据铝型材的结构和喷头的结构,将喷头结构重新优化并与铝型材配合,同时按需加工铝型材,将铝型材的各腔室与喷头对应的通道连接起来;加工端盖与铝型材的型腔端面配合并密封,从一端集中将喷涂介质、电缆分配给铝型材不同的腔室;安装各喷头,设计对应的喷淋箱与铝型材底面配合,实现喷淋杆与喷淋箱的密封。
在本实施例中,加热棒108和测温元件109均可安装在左端盖上,测温元件109测量导热油的油温,并根据油温控制加热棒108工作。
如图1所示,外管101的管壁上设置有加强槽111,以增加强度。在本申请的一个具体实施例中,喷淋杆1可一体成型。在图2中,安装腔的 下侧管壁上也设置有加强槽。
如图1所示,外管101为方形管,与下侧管壁垂直的两个侧管壁长度方向的两侧的厚度大于中间位置的厚度,与下侧管壁平行的上侧管壁的长度方向的两侧上均设置有凸起部,以进一步地增加强度。
如图4所示,本申请还提供一种喷淋杆系统,其包括主框架10、吊挂部2、喷淋箱3和如上所述的喷淋杆组件。
如图5-6所示,喷淋杆1通过吊挂部2吊挂在主框架10上,喷淋箱3安装在主框架10上,喷淋箱3包括盒体,盒体的盒口朝向远离喷淋杆1的一侧,喷淋箱3的盒底上设置有与喷头112一一对应的装配孔301,喷淋杆1上的喷头112置于装配孔301内,喷淋杆1的下侧面为平面,吊挂部2提供下压力,下侧面压覆贴合在喷淋箱3的盒底上。
如图6所示,装配孔301至少有两排,对应地,喷淋杆1也至少有两根,当其中一根故障时,可利用另一根喷淋杆喷涂,并维修具有故障的一根喷淋杆1,从而实现在线维修。
喷淋杆系统工作时,待喷涂件位于盒口下方,利用喷头112进行喷涂。
本申请提供的喷淋杆系统通过将喷淋杆设置成外管和中间管,中间管将外管内部间隔成不同的区域,喷头和气缸安装在外管上,喷头无需分别与各管路连接,可减少管路的连接设置,简化接线流程,减小占用空间,而且结构简单,成本低。
在其中一个具体实施例中,如图5所示,吊挂部2包括升降气缸201、第一滑轨202、安装槽204、压缩弹簧206、连接杆和滑块203。
升降气缸201的固定端固定在主框架10上,第一滑轨202包括方形管,方形管的下管壁上开设有滑道,方形管的上管壁安装在升降气缸201的升降端上,所述方形管的下管壁与所述方形管的上管壁相对设置。
滑块203安装在方形管内,且沿方形管的长度方向滑动,连接杆的第一端穿过滑道与滑块203连接,连接杆的第二端与安装槽204连接,喷淋杆1可通过螺钉安装在安装槽204内。
压缩弹簧206的第一端固定于上管壁,压缩弹簧206的第二端用于与滑块203抵接,可在升降过程中,减小滑块203的上下移动幅度,可使喷 淋杆1更平缓地升降。
方形管长度方向的两端上设置有防止滑块203脱离方形管的限位块205。如图6所示,盒底与下侧面之间铺设有密封垫116,以增加密封性能。
进一步地,喷淋杆系统还包括排屑器7和用于放置待喷涂件的筛板6。
如图7-8所示,排屑器7包括驱动电机703、联轴器704、螺旋转子702和螺旋槽701。
筛板6相对的两侧上分别延伸出固定板,筛板6通过固定板安装在螺旋槽701的槽口上。
螺旋槽701安装在喷淋箱3的盒口下方,用于盛接喷涂介质,螺旋槽701的槽底上设置有出料口,盒口靠近出料口的边沿向外翻折形成翻边。
螺旋槽701的槽口突出于喷淋箱3的部分上密封设置有盖板707,盖板707与翻边贴合,盖板707将螺旋槽701突出于喷淋箱3的部分密封,防止喷涂介质外泄。
出料口上设置有过滤器9,过滤器9可采用抽屉式过滤器。
螺旋转子702安装在螺旋槽701内,驱动电机703通过联轴器704带动螺旋转子702转动,螺旋槽701的槽底与喷淋箱3的距离沿靠近出料方向逐渐增大。
筛板6左右两侧均设置有输送机,左侧输送机将待喷涂件输送到筛板上喷涂完成后,再由右侧输送机运走。喷头112喷出的喷涂介质经过筛板6落入螺旋槽701内,喷涂介质在重力作用和螺旋转子的作用下,经出料口流入过滤器9,进行回收。螺旋转子702的转动,也可避免喷涂介质凝固。
通过设置排屑器7,可对喷涂介质进行回收,可节省喷涂成本,节省资源。
进一步地,如图9所示,喷淋杆系统还包括副框架8和至少两条第一角铁801,副框架8的周向上均设置有多个升降支耳802,每个升降支耳802上均设置有穿孔。
主框架10上焊接有多个与升降支耳一一对应的螺柱804,螺柱804穿过穿孔与螺母803螺接;至少两条第一角铁801平行焊接在副框架8上, 且每个第一角铁801的开口均朝向副框架8。
螺旋槽701的槽底上设置有两排支撑板,每排支撑板包括多个支撑板705,每个支撑板705上设置有第二角铁706,第二角铁706滑动扣设在第一角铁801上。
通过设置副框架8、第一角铁801和第二角铁706,可使得排屑器7沿着其长度方向移动,实现排屑器7位置的调节,以便更好地回收喷涂介质。
进一步地,如图4所示,喷淋杆系统还包括多个吸风罩4,喷淋箱3相对的两侧上均固定有侧板5,侧板5上设置有多个挂钩,吸风罩4朝向侧板的侧壁上开设有安装口,吸风罩4通过安装口的边缘挂设在挂钩上,吸风罩4上设置有密封板401,密封板401上设置有密封槽,密封槽与侧板5之间安装有密封条。
通过设置吸风罩4和侧板5,一方面,方便装配,另一方面可将喷涂介质抽走,避免外泄,保护环境。
进一步地,为了增加强度,侧板5长度方向的两端均朝向喷淋箱3的方向翻折形成翻板。
在其中一个实施例中,侧板5上垂直设置有多个挂板,挂板上具有缺口,缺口与侧板5形成挂钩。

  1. 一种喷淋杆组件,其特征在于,包括喷头、喷淋杆和气缸,所述喷淋杆包括外管和用于输送喷涂介质的中间管,所述中间管嵌套在所述外管内,并将所述外管的内部间隔成第一穿线型腔、第二穿线型腔、压缩空气腔、雾化空气腔,所述第一穿线型腔用于铺设电源线,所述第二穿线型腔用于铺设信号线,所述外管上设置有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,所述喷头安装在第一安装孔内,气缸安装在第二安装孔内,并穿过压缩空气腔与喷头连接,所述压缩空气腔向气缸供气,以控制气缸工作,所述气缸控制喷头开闭,所述雾化空气腔向喷头内供雾化气,所述中间管上设置有出液口,所述出液口向喷头供喷涂介质。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的喷淋杆组件,其特征在于,所述喷淋杆还包括:内管,所述内管贴合安装在中间管的内管壁上,所述出液口贯穿中间管和内管,所述中间管与内管之间形成加热型腔,所述加热型腔内容纳导热油,所述内管输送喷涂介质,所述加热型腔内还设置有加热棒和测量导热油温度的测温元件,所述加热棒加热所述导热油,所述测温元件和加热棒均与电源线和信号线连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的喷淋杆组件,其特征在于,所述外管为矩形管,所述中间管朝向第一安装孔的下端面与矩形管的下侧管壁平行,所述中间管的下端面延伸出第一延伸板和第二延伸板,第一延伸板与第二延伸板均与矩形管的下侧管壁垂直连接,所述第一延伸板与中间管、外管围成雾化空气腔,所述第二延伸板与中间管、外管围成压缩空气腔,所述第一延伸板、第二延伸板与中间管、外管围成安装腔,所述喷头的侧壁分别与第一延伸板、第二延伸板和中间管的下侧管壁贴合,所述第一延伸板上设置有出气孔,所述出气孔与喷头的进气孔连通,所述雾化空气腔通过出气孔向喷头内供雾化气。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的喷淋杆组件,其特征在于,所述外管包括管体、左端盖和右端盖,所述左端盖和右端盖封堵管体的两端,所述左端盖和右端盖均包括中空的盖体,所述盖体的侧壁上分别设置有雾化气体 进口、压缩空气进口、信号线进口、电源线进口、喷涂介质进口,所述雾化气体进口与雾化空气腔连通,所述压缩空气进口与压缩空气腔连通,所述信号线进口与第二穿线型腔连通,所述电源线进口与第一穿线型腔连通。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的喷淋杆组件,其特征在于,所述外管的管壁上设置有加强槽。
  6. 一种喷淋杆系统,其特征在于,其包括主框架、吊挂部、喷淋箱和如权利要求1-5任一所述的喷淋杆组件,所述喷淋杆通过吊挂部吊挂在主框架上,所述喷淋箱包括盒体,所述盒体安装在主框架上,所述盒体的盒口朝向远离喷淋杆的一侧,所述喷淋箱的盒底上设置有与喷头一一对应的装配孔,所述喷淋杆上的喷头置于装配孔内,所述喷淋杆贴合在喷淋箱的盒底上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的喷淋杆系统,其特征在于,所述吊挂部包括升降气缸、第一滑轨、安装槽、压缩弹簧、连接杆和滑块,所述升降气缸的固定端固定在主框架上,所述第一滑轨包括方形管,方形管的下管壁上开设有滑道,所述方形管的上管壁安装在升降气缸的升降端上,所述方形管的下管壁与所述方形管的上管壁相对设置,所述滑块安装在方形管内,且沿方形管的长度方向滑动,所述连接杆的第一端穿过滑道与滑块连接,所述连接杆的第二端与安装槽连接,所述喷淋杆安装在安装槽内,所述压缩弹簧的第一端固定于上管壁,所述压缩弹簧的第二端用于与滑块抵接,所述方形管长度方向的两端均设置有防止滑块脱离方形管的限位块,所述喷淋箱的盒底与所述喷淋杆的下侧面之间铺设有密封垫。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的喷淋杆系统,其特征在于,还包括排屑器和用于放置待喷涂件的筛板,所述排屑器包括驱动电机、联轴器、螺旋转子和螺旋槽,所述筛板相对的两侧上分别延伸出固定板,所述筛板通过固定板安装在螺旋槽的槽口上,螺旋槽安装在所述喷淋箱的盒口下方,用于盛接喷涂介质,所述螺旋槽的槽底上设置有出料口,所述盒口靠近所述出料口的边沿向外翻折形成翻边,所述螺旋槽的槽口突出于喷淋箱的部分上密封设置有盖板,所述盖板与翻边贴合,所述出料口上设置有过滤器,所述 螺旋转子安装在螺旋槽内,所述驱动电机通过联轴器带动螺旋转子转动,所述螺旋槽的槽底与喷淋箱的距离沿靠近出料方向逐渐增大。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的喷淋杆系统,其特征在于,还包括副框架和至少两条第一角铁,所述副框架的周向上均设置有多个升降支耳,每个升降支耳上均设置有穿孔,所述主框架上焊接有多个与升降支耳一一对应的螺柱,螺柱穿过穿孔与螺母螺接;至少两条第一角铁平行焊接在副框架上,且每个第一角铁的开口均朝向副框架,所述螺旋槽的槽底上设置有两排支撑板,每排支撑板包括多个支撑板,每个支撑板上设置有第二角铁,第二角铁滑动扣设在第一角铁上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的喷淋杆系统,其特征在于,还包括多个吸风罩,所述喷淋箱相对的两侧上均固定有侧板,所述侧板上设置有多个挂钩,所述吸风罩朝向侧板的侧壁上开设有安装口,所述吸风罩通过安装口的边缘挂设在挂钩上,所述吸风罩上设置有密封板,所述密封板上设置有密封槽,所述密封槽与侧板之间安装有密封条。
