本发明公开了一种高效混合喷枪及应用,包括喷枪外管,所述喷枪外管一端设置有外管接口,另一端设置有单向喷嘴,位于外管接口一侧的喷枪外管上设置有喷枪法兰,所述喷枪法兰上设置有喷枪固定装置,所述喷枪法兰与套管相连,套管与烟道或反应器壁相连;所述喷枪外管内部布置喷枪内管,所述喷枪外管与喷枪内管上设置有多个双向喷嘴,所述双向喷嘴贯穿内外管壁。本发明具有反应区域大、反应效率高,改造及布置方便、施工周期短等优点。

Description

一种高效混合喷枪及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及炉膛喷枪技术领域,特别涉及一种高效混合喷枪及应用。
背景技术
生物质锅炉是以生物质能源作燃料的锅炉。农业生产过程中的废弃物,如农作物秸秆(玉米秸、高粱秸、麦秸、稻草、豆秸和棉秆等)、农业加工业的废弃物(稻壳)等都可作为生物质锅炉的燃料,生物质锅炉排放烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物含量较低,因此与燃煤锅炉相比,生物质能源特点是可再生性、低污染性、广泛分布性、总量十分丰富。但随着国家对锅炉烟气排放环保标准的提高,生物质锅炉已经不适应新的环保要求。现各地已要求生物质锅炉烟气的排放标准按GB13223—2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》执行,即尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物的排放限值为30,200,200mg/m3,其中重点地区按20,50,100mg/m3执行。经对生物质锅炉烟气调研、测试、分析,生物质锅炉烟气有如下特点:①炉膛温度差别大,生物质锅炉主要有炉排炉和循环流化床炉,每种炉型又分为中温中压炉、次高温次高压炉、高温高压炉,炉膛温度分别为700~760℃、880~950℃、850~1100℃;②二氧化硫、氮氧化物浓度低、波动大,燃烧纯生物质时二氧化硫、氮氧化物质量浓度在100~250mg/m3波动,如燃料中掺杂模板、木材、树皮,烟气中二氧化硫、氮氧化物质量浓度在250~600mg/m3波动,瞬时也可达1g/m3以上。
SNCR属于选择性非催化还原技术,SNCR技术适用于炉膛出口烟温满足800~1100℃的锅炉,低于此温度时脱硝效率较低,且氨与烟气混和效果对脱硝效率有很大影响(如旋风入口区混和效果比较好)。如混和不充分、反应时间不够,要达到相同的脱硝效率,会增加运行费用,同时尾气氨逃逸也存在超标问题。SNCR脱硝效率还与烟所中氮氧化物的初始浓度有关,由于振动炉排锅炉炉膛较大,现有喷枪覆盖区域有限,氨与烟气混和不充分、反应时间不够,其SNCR脱硝效率一般在20%~50%,同时氨逃逸较高。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效混合喷枪及应用,具有反应区域大、反应效率高,改造及布置方便、施工周期短等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高效混合喷枪,包括喷枪外管2,所述喷枪外管2一端设置有外管接口3,另一端设置有单向喷嘴9,位于外管接口3一侧的喷枪外管2上设置有喷枪法兰4,所述喷枪法兰4上设置有喷枪固定装置5,所述喷枪法兰4与套管6相连,套管6与烟道或反应器壁相连;
所述喷枪外管2内部布置喷枪内管1,所述喷枪外管2与喷枪内管1上设置有多个双向喷嘴8,所述双向喷嘴8贯穿内外管壁。
所述喷枪固定装置5为顶丝。
所述喷枪外管2与喷枪内管1之间布置有用于避免喷枪变形的定位块7。
所述喷枪外管2上下分别布置有增加喷枪刚性的加强筋10。
所述双向喷嘴8中间开设小孔,小孔分别连接喷枪内管1以及内外间隙。
所述单向喷嘴9布置在枪头,贯穿内外管壁,单向喷嘴9中间开设小孔,小孔分别连接喷枪内管1以及内外间隙。
所述单向喷嘴9设置于喷枪端头。
所述喷枪用于SNCR脱硝工艺、SCR脱硝工艺或热解制氨工艺。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明喷枪伸入反应区域内,设置喷口多,还原剂覆盖范围广,反应效率较高;系统可先装设套管,喷枪可方便更换,施工周期短,系统改造及布置方便。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1图2,本发明提供的一种高效混合喷枪,包括喷枪外管2以及外管接口3,喷枪外管2上设置喷枪法兰4,喷枪法兰4上开设顶丝做为喷枪固定装置5;喷枪法兰4与套管6相连,套管6与烟道或反应器壁相连;喷枪外管2内布置喷枪内管1,内外管之间布置定位块7,避免喷枪变形;喷枪外管2上下分别布置加强筋10,增加喷枪刚性;喷枪左右两侧设置多个双向喷嘴8,喷枪端头设置单向喷嘴9;
进一步的,所述双向喷嘴8贯穿内外管壁,中间开设小孔分别连接内管以及内外间隙,液体在雾化风作用下实现雾化;
进一步的,所述单向喷嘴9布置在枪头,贯穿内外管壁,中间开设小孔分别连接内管以及内外间隙,液体在雾化风作用下实现雾化;
进一步的,所述外管接口3连接压缩空气,用于喷枪雾化,同时对内管有冷却作用;
进一步的,所述喷枪可用于SNCR脱硝工艺,也可用于SCR脱硝工艺,也可用于热解制氨工艺,根据反应区域截面可布置多套,实现全截面覆盖。
本发明的工作原理:
在生物质振动炉排SNCR脱硝系统中使用时,本发明喷枪可伸入反应区域内,由于喷枪伸入炉内较深,沿喷枪设置多个喷口,还原剂覆盖范围广,可保证还原剂与烟气充分混合并反应,因此反应效率较高;实施时可先装设套管,喷枪可方便更换,系统改造及布置方便;本发明具反应区域大、反应效率高,改造及布置方便、施工周期短等优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,包括喷枪外管(2),所述喷枪外管(2)一端设置有外管接口(3),另一端设置有单向喷嘴(9),位于外管接口(3)一侧的喷枪外管(2)上设置有喷枪法兰(4),所述喷枪法兰(4)上设置有喷枪固定装置(5),所述喷枪法兰(4)与套管(6)相连,套管(6)与烟道或反应器壁相连;
所述喷枪外管(2)内部布置喷枪内管(1),所述喷枪外管(2)与喷枪内管1上设置有多个双向喷嘴(8),所述双向喷嘴(8)贯穿内外管壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述喷枪固定装置(5)为顶丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述喷枪外管(2)与喷枪内管(1)之间布置有用于避免喷枪变形的定位块(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述喷枪外管(2)上下分别布置有增加喷枪刚性的加强筋(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述双向喷嘴(8)中间开设小孔,小孔分别连接喷枪内管(1)以及内外间隙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述单向喷嘴(9)布置在枪头,贯穿内外管壁,单向喷嘴(9)中间开设小孔,小孔分别连接喷枪内管(1)以及内外间隙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪,其特征在于,所述单向喷嘴(9)设置于喷枪端头。
8.基于权利要求1所述的一种高效混合喷枪应用,其特征在于,喷枪用于SNCR脱硝工艺、SCR脱硝工艺或热解制氨工艺。
