Abstract
本发明涉及锅炉改进技术领域,涉及一种适用于电站锅炉、工业锅炉等燃烧设备的复合脱硝的方法及装置;提供了一种以还原性工业废气为复合添加剂,还原性工业废气一方面作为再燃气在还原性气氛中还原氮氧化物,减少燃烧产生的氮氧化物量,另一方面降低并拓宽SNCR合适温度区,促进SNCR还原氮氧化物的方法,从而提高了脱硝率并降低了氨泄漏;本发明在有效资源化利用工业常见还原性废气的同时,从两个方面提高锅炉燃烧脱硝效率,氮氧化物排放量减少80%以上;本发明锅炉设备简单,便于实施,采用的添加剂廉价易得,不影响炉内燃烧过程产生,也不会产生明显的二次污染,可靠性高;本发明主要应用在工业废气再利用和氮氧化物控制方面。

一种复合脱硝的方法及装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及锅炉改进技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种适用于电站锅炉、工业锅炉 等燃烧设备的复合脱硝的方法及装置。
背景技术
[0002] 氮氧化物(NOx)是燃煤锅炉排放的主要大气污染物之一。燃煤电站锅炉即工业锅 炉排放大量的氮氧化物,严重破坏生态环境,威胁人类健康。日益严格的环保法规要求研究 开发先进的技术,以减少NOx等污染物的排放。目前,控制NOx排放的措施有两大类,一类是 在燃煤燃烧过程中的低NOx燃烧技术,另一类是在燃烧后的烟气脱氮技术,控制其生成或将 其还原。
[0003] 低NOx燃烧技术,主要包括空气分级燃烧、烟气再循环燃烧、燃料再燃技术和浓淡 燃烧器技术。这类技术虽然运行成本较低,锅炉改造简单,但是脱硝效率受限,不能充分达 到降低氮氧化物排放的要求。再燃技术改变锅炉的燃烧方式,将S0-S5%的主燃料在过量空 气系数大于1的条件下进行充分燃烧,而其余主燃料在主燃区上方,消耗烟气中的氧气,在 过量空气系数小于1的条件下,利用不完全燃烧形成的碳氢化合物将N〇x还原为N2。再燃技 术改变了炉膛里的燃烧方式,它的实施效果受燃料特性的限制,且不完全燃烧损失大。
[0004] 烟气脱氮技术包括选择性非催化还原反应(SNCR)和选择性催化还原反应(SCR), 这类技术脱氮效率较高,N0到N2的转化率高,不受燃烧煤种限制,但其缺点是成本过高,系 统可靠性较差。相比而言,SNCR技术设备简单,不需要催化剂,运行费用远低于SCR,建设周 期短,易于改造。但是SNCR反应温度窗较窄(900°C~1100°C),当温度高于ll〇〇°C时,NH3被氧 化生成NOx,当温度低于900°C时,NH3与NOx的反应速率很低。因此,为了有效脱除烟气中的 NOx,需要在合适的温度位置喷入还原剂,并保证喷入的还原剂在适宜的温度区间保持足够 的停留时间,同时,保证还原剂与烟气充分混合,在最适宜的反应条件下,SNCR的脱硝率可 以达到90%。而在实际应用中,由于烟道内温度迅速降低,温度梯度大,停留时间有限,喷入 的还原剂很难与烟气有效混合并充分反应,实际的脱硝效率往往只能达到30〜50%。另外,由 于反应不充分,未完全反应的氨残留在尾气中,形成较高的氨泄漏,容易腐蚀烟道,造成二 次污染。《一种促进选择性催化还原氮氧化物的方法》,公告号为CN101244361A,公开了一种 以超细煤粉、天然气或合成气作为SNCR反应的添加剂,降低SNCR反应温度,拓宽温度窗口, 然而,超细煤粉的燃尽十分困难,并且很难实现与烟气的良好混合;另外,该实用新型提出 以合成气为添加剂,但是未给出合成气的来源和气体成分,并且认为CH4是唯一的有效成 分。实用新型专利《添加生物质气化气的选择性非催化还原方法及使用的锅炉》,公开号 CN101433800A,提出将生物质气化装置产生的生物质气化气喷射温度在800〜950°C的炉膛 和水平烟道,以促进SNCR反应的进行,并且提出H2、C0和CH4三种还原性气体的复合气可以有 效降低SNCR反应的温度窗口。但是该方法仅将脱氮效率提高到40〜60%,与《一种促进选择性 催化还原氮氧化物的方法》原理类似,二者仅仅以促进剂改善SNCR的最佳反应温度,但是对 脱硝率的提高十分有限,根据有关研究报道,还原剂促进剂的添加对脱硝率提高不大,并且 会在一定程度上降低SNCR的最大脱硝率。
[0005]将再燃技术与SNCR技术结合形成先进再燃技术,该技术通过在再燃区喷入氨基还 原剂,可以提高脱硝效率。公开号为CN1387〇〇6A,公开日为20〇2年I2月25日的实用新型专利 公开了《一种降低燃煤锅炉氮氧化物排放的方法及其装置》,这种方法提出了将主燃料分级 燃烧,并且改进再燃,在再燃区喷入促进剂和氮剂,提高脱硝效果。然而燃料分级产生的燃 烧方式影响依然存在,并且研宄表明,该方法中用到的促进剂为氢氧化钠粉或溶液,以天g 气为再燃气,增加了脱硝成本。
[0006]在很多电站锅炉或工业锅炉附近存在化工和能源过程装置,这些过程不可避免的 会产生各种还原性的废气,例如驰放气、尾气、吹风气等。例如煤或天然气制合成气过程中 产生的驰放气和吹风气、炼钢高炉尾气和焦炉尾气的主要成分为CO, H2,CH4,皆为还原性 气体。例如某煤制合成气过程产生的吹风气成分的组成为:C0=5.51%、CH4=0.40%、H2=3.10%; 驰放气的成分为:C0=7• 41%,CH4=14• 86%,出=41 • 00%。传统上这些废气需要焚烧后才能排 空,在燃烧过程中会产生NOx,需要喷氨或尿素脱硝;然而,这些还原性的气体可以和氨混 合制成复合型脱硝剂,或者作为再燃区的二次空气加以利用,既减少了需焚烧的气体量,又 减少了脱硝的成本。
发明内容
[0007]为了克服现有技术中所存在的不足,提供一种复合脱硝的方法及装置,该方法及 装置通过充分利用工农业过程中产生的还原性废气,结合再燃技术和加促进剂的SNCR技 术,在不影响燃煤锅炉原有燃烧效率、方式和锅炉性能的前提下,降低并拓宽SNCR温度窗 口,提高脱硝反应速率,降低氨泄漏,减少脱硝成本。

[0040] 实施方法如下:合成氨工艺中的解析气源产生的解析气经过第一加压装置16的加 压,流经还原性废气输送管与还原性废气分离阀17,经过分离阀17分离,按照4:1的比例流 入还原性废气管道a和还原性废气管道b;还原性废气管道a与第一喷嘴12相连通,将这部分 解析气喷入再燃区8,所述区间的温度范围在1100°C-1300°C,解析气的加入量以解析气中 有效还原性物质的量与主燃烧燃料的摩尔比进行表示,优选值为〇. 2〜0.3,空气经第二加压 装置18流经压缩空气管道与第二喷嘴13连通,作为二次风进入再燃区8;还原性废气管道b 和氨基还原剂一起通入废气氨剂混合装置3,在废气氨剂混合装置3中,还原性废气和氨基 还原剂充分混合;空气经第二加压装置18流经压缩空气管道与废气氨剂混合装置3流出的 混合还原剂混合雾化后一同由第三喷嘴14喷入炉膛燃尽区9,所述区域的温度区间为950〜 1100°C ;同时由第四喷嘴15喷入炉膛上部水平烟道5内的选择性非催化还原区10,所述区间 的温度为700〜100(TC。且氨水溶液的喷入总量以还原剂产生的NH3与还原剂喷入前的烟气 中NOx的摩尔比表示,NH3与烟气中NOx的摩尔比为〇.8〜1.2;解析气的喷入总量与解析气喷 入前烟气中NOx的摩尔比为1.3〜2.0。本实施例可使常规SNCR过程的脱硝率提高30L5〇%,氨 泄漏降低1 〇%-30%,节约氨水30%-50%。
[0041]本发明的另一个实施例与上述实施例的实施步骤基本相同,只是其中二次空气和 作为雾化介质的压缩空气均由合成氨过程中产生的吹风气代替。吹风气中含有大量的可用 空气,可用提供再燃区8内需要的较少空气量;也可以满足再燃区8内所需的再燃空气量;同 时,所含的还原性气体又可以作为再燃燃料和还原剂促进剂发挥相应的作用,进一步提高 燃烧过程的脱硝效率。本实施例可使脱硝率达到8〇%左右,氨泄漏降低10%〜3〇%,节约氨水 30%-50%。
Claims (4)
1. 一种复合脱硝的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 将锅炉分为燃烧区、再燃区和燃尽区,燃尽区上方为选择性非催化还原区,将主燃料煤 送入燃烧区,与一次送风在空气过量系数大于1且接近1的条件下燃烧; 还原性废气排放源产生的还原性废气充入气体管道内,经过分流阀,分为两部分还原 性废气,一部分还原性废气作为再燃燃料进入再燃区,同时,将二次送风也送入再燃区,使 还原性废气和二次送风的复合废气及燃烧区未燃尽燃料在空气过量系数小于1的条件下, 在还原性气氛中反应,使氮氧化物还原,再燃区的温度控制在1HKTC〜1300°C,另一部分还 原性废气与氨基还原剂连同二次送风混合后分别送入燃尽区和选择性非催化还原区,燃尽 区的温度控制在950°C〜1100°C,选择性非催化还原区的温度控制在700°C〜1000°C; 所述还原性废气排放源产生的工农业废气可以为合成氨、制氢驰放气,煤、天然气或生 物质制合成气过程中产生的驰放气和吹风气,炼钢高炉尾气和焦炉尾气、煤矿乏风、净化后 的沼气和垃圾场填埋气的一种或多种; 所述二次送风可以是自然界空气,也可以是还原性成分浓度极低的工业废气,所述工 业废气为吹风气或煤矿乏气。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述氨基还原剂为氨水或 尿素溶液。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述二次送风经加压装置 加压后使用。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种复合脱硝的方法,其特征在于:所述还原性废气排放源产 生的还原性废气经加压装置加压后使用。
