Description

头戴组件和头戴显示设备
本申请要求于2021年5月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110574919.1、发明名称为“头戴组件和头戴显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,特别涉及一种头戴组件以及应用该头戴组件的头戴显示设备。
背景技术
头戴显示设备通常使用头戴组件实现穿戴,头戴组件包括中壳和后带,中壳用于安装显示装置,后带用于用户穿戴。目前常用的头戴组件中的中壳和后带为一体结构,无法实现自主拆卸更换。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种头戴组件,旨在提供一种可快速自主拆卸更换的头戴组件。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种头戴组件,包括:
中壳,所述中壳的侧壁开设有安装孔;
后带,所述后带具有连接端,所述连接端设有第一卡扣,并开设有避让孔,所述避让孔与所述安装孔相对且连通,所述第一卡扣穿设于所述安装孔;以及
按键,所述按键可活动地设于所述中壳,并具有卡接状态和释放状态,所述按键具有卡接部和扣压部,所述卡接部穿设于所述安装孔,所述扣压部至少部分穿设于所述避让孔;
其中,所述按键于卡接状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣卡接,以限制所述第一卡扣脱出;所述按键于释放状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣分离间隔设置,以使所述第一卡扣由所述安装孔内脱出。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述按键滑动连接于所述中壳,所述按键于所 述安装孔内滑动,以具有所述卡接状态和所述释放状态。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述第一卡扣面向所述按键的表面开设有卡合槽;
所述扣压部具有背对设置的扣压面和第一沉靠面,所述扣压面面向所述避让孔设置;所述卡接部包括连接件和挡筋,所述连接件凸设于所述第一沉靠面,所述挡筋凸设于所述连接件的面向所述第一卡扣的表面;
所述按键于卡接状态时,所述挡筋插设于所述卡合槽内,以与所述第一卡扣卡接;所述按键于释放状态时,所述挡筋位于所述卡合槽的外部;

在本申请的一实施例中,所述固定件包括相连接的连接部和安装部,所述连接部连接于所述内侧壁,所述安装部容置于所述安装孔内,且所述安装部具有所述第二沉靠面。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中壳还包括定位柱,所述固定件还包括固定部,所述固定部凸设于所述安装部的背向所述避让孔的一侧,并与所述连接件相对设置,所述固定部的面向所述连接件的表面开设有第一固定孔,所述连接件的面向所述固定部的表面开设有第二固定孔,所述定位柱的一端穿设于所述第一固定孔,所述定位柱的另一端穿设于所述第二固定孔,以使所述按键沿所述定位柱的延伸方向运动。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述定位柱的外周设有定位筋,所述第二固定孔的孔壁开设有定位槽,至少部分所述定位筋插设于所述定位槽。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述定位柱穿设于所述第一固定孔的一端凸出于所述固定部的背向所述连接件的一侧;所述中壳还包括弹片,所述弹片设于所述固定部的背向所述连接件的一侧,并套设于所述定位柱,且所述弹片 与所述固定部的背向所述连接件的表面抵接。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中壳还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件套设于所述定位柱,所述第一弹性件的两端分别抵接所述固定部和所述连接件。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述内侧壁设有连接柱,所述固定件的面向所述内侧壁的表面开设有连接孔,所述连接柱穿设于所述连接孔。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中壳还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件设置在所述壳体与所诉连接端之间,以在所述按键处于释放状态时将所述连接端弹起。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述外侧壁开设有安装槽,所述中壳还包括限位柱,所述限位柱凸设于所述安装槽的底壁,所述第二弹性件套设于所述限位柱,所述第二弹性件的两端分别抵接所述安装槽的底壁和所述连接端。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中壳的侧壁还开设有卡孔,所述连接端还设有第二卡扣,所述按键于卡接状态时,所述第二卡扣卡设于所述卡孔。
在本申请的一实施例中,所述中壳的侧壁还开设有止位槽,所述连接端具有止位筋,所述按键于卡接状态时,所述连接端安装于所述止位槽内,且所述止位筋与所述止位槽的槽壁抵接。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种头戴显示设备,包括上述的头戴组件;该头戴组件包括:
中壳,所述中壳的侧壁开设有安装孔;
后带,所述后带具有连接端,所述连接端设有第一卡扣,并开设有避让孔,所述避让孔与所述安装孔相对且连通,所述第一卡扣穿设于所述安装孔;以及
按键,所述按键可活动地设于所述中壳,并具有卡接状态和释放状态,所述按键具有卡接部和扣压部,所述卡接部穿设于所述安装孔,所述扣压部至少部分穿设于所述避让孔;
其中,所述按键于卡接状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣卡接,以限制所述第一卡扣脱出;所述按键于释放状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣分离间隔设置,以使所述第一卡扣由所述安装孔内脱出。
本申请的头戴组件,通过在中壳的侧壁开设有安装孔,后带具有连接端, 连接端设有第一卡扣,并开设有与安装孔连通的避让孔;另外,按键可活动地设于中壳,并具有卡接状态和释放状态;
其中,当需要拆卸头戴组件时,用户可通过避让孔扣动按键的扣压部,按键将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,此时,按键的卡接部将与第一卡扣间隔设置,以使第一卡扣脱出安装孔,即可将后带脱离中壳,以完成头戴组件的拆卸,后带脱离中壳后,用户松开按键,在第一弹性件的作用下按键复位至卡接状态;当需要组装头戴组件时,用户将第一卡扣穿设于安装孔并继续向靠近中壳的方向按压连接端,在按压连接端的过程中按键的第一斜面与第一卡扣的第二斜面相对滑动,按键后退,将后带的第一卡扣完全插入安装孔后,按键即可在第一弹性件的弹力作用下前进,以使按键由释放状态复位至卡接状态,此时,按键的卡接部将与第一卡扣卡接,以限制第一卡扣脱出安装孔,即可将后带卡接于中壳上,以完成头戴组件的组装。

以下将就本申请头戴组件100的具体结构进行说明,并以头戴组件100水平为例进行说明:
结合参阅图1、图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,该头戴组件100包括中壳10、后带20以及按键30;所述中壳10的侧壁开设有安装孔111;所述后带20具有连接端21,所述连接端21设有第一卡扣212,并开设有避让孔211,所述避让孔211与所述安装孔111相对且连通,所述第一卡扣212穿设于所述安装孔111;所述按键30可活动地设于所述中壳10,并具有卡接状态和释放状态,所述按键30具有卡接部31和扣压部32,所述卡接部31穿设于所述安装孔111,所述扣压部32至少部分穿设于所述避让孔211;
其中,所述按键30于卡接状态时,所述卡接部31与所述第一卡扣212卡接,以限制所述第一卡扣212脱出;所述按键30于释放状态时,所述卡接部31与所述第一卡扣212分离间隔设置,以使所述第一卡扣212由所述安装孔111内脱出。
可以理解的是,本申请的头戴组件100,通过在中壳10的侧壁开设有安装 孔111,后带20具有连接端21,连接端21设有第一卡扣212,并开设有与安装孔111连通的避让孔211;另外,按键30可活动地设于中壳10,并具有卡接状态和释放状态;
其中,当需要拆卸头戴组件100时,用户可通过避让孔211扣动按键30的扣压部32,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,此时,按键30的卡接部31将与第一卡扣212分离间隔设置,以使第一卡扣212脱出安装孔111,即可将后带20脱离中壳10,以完成头戴组件100的拆卸,当拆卸完成后,按键30复位至卡接状态;当需要组装头戴组件100时,用户将第一卡扣212穿设于安装孔111并继续向靠近中壳10的方向按压连接端21,由于第一卡扣212的第二斜面2122与卡接部31的第一斜面3121滑动连接,在按压连接端21的过程中按键30后退,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,将后带20的第一卡扣212完全插入安装孔111后,按键30复位至卡接状态,卡接部31与第一卡扣212完成卡接。此时,按键30的卡接部31与第一卡扣212卡接,以限制第一卡扣212脱出安装孔111,即可将后带20卡接于中壳10上,以完成头戴组件100的组装。如此,当后带20在反复佩戴后发生磨损时,只需将后带20由中壳10上拆卸,并更换新的后带20即可,无需更换整个头戴组件100,以降低材料成本的投入。
具体地,中壳10内形成有用于放置显示装置的安装腔,按键30的卡接部31通过安装孔111而插设于安装腔内;当需要组装头戴组件100时,用户将第一卡扣212穿设于安装孔111并继续向靠近中壳10的方向按压连接端21,由于第一卡扣212的第二斜面2122与卡接部31的第一斜面3121滑动连接,在按压连接端21的过程中按键30后退,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,将后带20的第一卡扣212完全插入安装孔111后,按键30复位至卡接状态,卡接部31与第一卡扣212完成卡接。此时,按键30的卡接部31与第一卡扣212卡接,以使第一卡扣212插设于安装孔111并插入安装腔内,从而限制第一卡扣212脱出安装孔111,即可将后带20卡接在中壳10上,以完成头戴组件100的快速组装。
在实际应用过程中,按键30可采用转动或者滑动的方式实现在卡接状态和释放状态之间的切换。
按键30于卡接状态和释放状态之间切换时,可直接通过人工扣动按键30的扣压部32,即手动扣动按键30的扣压部32,以使按键30由卡接状态运动至释放状态,或者使按键30由释放状态运动至卡接状态;或者,通过在按键30的卡接部31与中壳10之间设置有弹性件,通过手动扣动按键30的扣压部32, 以使按键30由卡接状态运动至释放状态,此时,卡接部31将压缩弹性件,脱出后带20的第一卡扣212后,用户只需放开按键30,按键30将在弹性件的弹力作用下自动复位,以使按键30由释放状态运动至卡接状态。
并且,为了防止头戴组件100应用于头戴显示设备中时,头戴显示设备发生重心前倾的现象,导致佩戴不舒适;可选地,通过在后带20上设置有配重块22,并使配重块22与中壳10相对设置,以通过配重块22来平衡头戴显示设备整体的平衡度,使得整个头戴组件100的重心后移,从而使得用户佩戴更为舒适;如此,本申请通过使后带20与中壳10可拆卸连接,从而可根据实际的使用情况更换不同重量的配重块22,即可根据实际的使用情况选择不同重量的后带20,以满足用户需求。
结合参阅图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述按键30滑动连接于所述中壳10,所述按键30于所述安装孔111内滑动,以具有所述卡接状态和所述释放状态。按键30通过采用滑动地方式实现在卡接状态与释放状态之间切换,当需要拆卸头戴组件100时,用户只需压住按键30的扣压部32,并将按键30往后推,以使按键30于安装孔111内滑动,使得按键30的卡接部31脱离第一卡扣212,便可使得第一卡扣212脱出安装孔111;同样的,需要组装头戴组件100时,采用同样的方式便可使得卡接部31卡接于第一卡扣212,以限制第一卡扣212由安装孔111内脱出;从而可实现头戴组件100的快速拆装过程。
结合参阅图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述第一卡扣212面向所述按键30的表面开设有卡合槽2121;所述扣压部32具有背对设置的扣压面和第一沉靠面321,所述扣压面面向所述避让孔211设置;所述卡接部31包括连接件311和挡筋312,所述连接件311凸设于所述第一沉靠面321,所述挡筋312凸设于所述连接件311的面向所述第一卡扣212的表面;
所述按键30于卡接状态时,所述挡筋312插设于所述卡合槽2121内,以与所述第一卡扣212卡接;所述按键30于释放状态时,所述挡筋312位于所述卡合槽2121的外部;
所述按键30设置有第一斜面3121,所述第一卡扣212设置有第二斜面 2122,所述第一斜面3121与所述第二斜面2122滑动连接,具体地,在组装头戴组件100时,所述第一斜面3121与所述第二斜面2122滑动连接以使按键30后退。
可以理解地,通过在第一卡扣212的面向按键30的表面开设有卡合槽2121,并使卡接部31的挡筋312凸设于连接件311的面向第一卡扣212的表面;当按键30由释放状态滑动至卡接状态时,挡筋312将插入卡合槽2121内,并使挡筋312与卡合槽2121的槽壁抵接,以与第一卡扣212卡接;当按键30由卡接状态滑动至释放状态时,所述第一斜面3121与所述第二斜面2122滑动连接以使按键30后退,挡筋312将由卡合槽2121内脱出,以使第一卡扣212由安装孔111内脱出。
具体地,连接件311可大致呈板状、块状、柱状等形状结构,主要起到连接扣压部32和挡筋312的作用。
并且,为了便于用户操作扣压部32,可选地,通过在扣压部32的扣压面上设置有若干间隔设置的限位筋条,以通过限位筋条增加与用户手部接触的摩擦力,以使用户顺利地推动按键30。
结合参阅图2、图5和图12,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10包括壳体11和固定件12;所述壳体11具有背对设置的外侧壁和内侧壁,所述外侧壁开设有贯穿至所述内侧壁的所述安装孔111;所述连接端21盖设于所述外侧壁,以使所述避让孔211与所述安装孔111相对且连通;所述固定件12设于所述内侧壁,并位于所述连接件311的背向所述挡筋312的一侧,所述固定件12具有第二沉靠面1221,所述第一沉靠面321与所述第二沉靠面1221滑动配合。
可以理解地,通过在壳体11的内侧壁设置有固定件12,并使固定件12位于连接件311的背向挡筋312的一侧,且扣压部32承载于固定件12的第二沉靠面1221上,并使扣压部32的第一沉靠面321与第二沉靠面1221滑动配合;当需要拆卸头戴组件100时,用户将通过避让孔211扣动按键30的扣压部32,以使按键30在第一沉靠面321和第二沉靠面1221的滑动配合下后退,以由卡接状态滑动至释放状态,当拆卸完成后,按键30复位至卡接状态;同样的,当需要组装头戴组件100时,用户将第一卡扣212穿设于安装孔111并继续向靠近中壳10的方向按压连接端21,由于第一卡扣212的第二斜面 2122与卡接部31的第一斜面3121滑动连接,在按压连接端21的过程中按键30后退,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,将后带20的第一卡扣212完全插入安装孔111时,按键30复位至卡接状态,卡接部31与第一卡扣212完成卡接;如此,便可保证按键30在运动过程中的稳定性,以防止按键30发生倾斜等现象。
具体地,固定件12可大致呈块状、板状等形状结构。固定件12具体可采用螺钉、卡扣、粘接等方式固定连接于壳体11的内侧壁。
结合参阅图5、图6、图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述固定件12包括相连接的连接部121和安装部122,所述连接部121连接于所述内侧壁,所述安装部122容置于所述安装孔111内,且所述安装部122具有所述第二沉靠面1221。
可以理解地,通过使用连接部121将固定件12固定连接于壳体11的内侧壁,并将支撑连接件311的安装部122容置于安装孔111内,不仅可通过安装部122对按键30起支撑固定的作用,以保证按键30的运动稳定性,同时,还可通过安装部122对连接件311进行定位,以便于固定件12的安装。
具体地,连接部121设置在壳体11的内侧壁上,并环绕安装孔111设置,安装部122连接在连接部121的面向内侧壁的一侧,并容置于安装孔111内。
结合参阅图7、图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10还包括定位柱14,所述固定件12还包括固定部123,所述固定部123凸设于所述安装部122的背向所述避让孔211的一侧,并与所述连接件311相对设置,所述固定部123的面向所述连接件311的表面开设有第一固定孔1231,所述连接件311的面向所述固定部123的表面开设有第二固定孔3111,所述定位柱14的一端穿设于所述第一固定孔1231,所述定位柱14的另一端穿设于所述第二固定孔3111,以使所述按键30沿所述定位柱14的延伸方向运动。
可以理解地,通过使用定位柱14穿设于第一固定孔1231和第二固定孔3111,以通过定位柱14对按键30进行导向,使得按键30沿定位柱14的延伸方向运动,从而保证按键30的运动方向。
具体地,定位柱14的一端穿设于第一固定孔1231后,可采用弹片15卡 接、螺钉、粘接等方式固定连接于固定部123,定位柱14的另一端穿设于第二固定孔3111,以使按键30滑动连接于定位柱14,从而使得按键30沿定位柱14的延伸方向运动。
结合参阅图7和图11,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述定位柱14的外周设有定位筋141,所述第二固定孔3111的孔壁开设有定位槽3111a,至少部分所述定位筋141插设于所述定位槽3111a。
可以理解地,通过在定位柱14的外周设有定位筋141,并在第二固定孔3111的孔壁开设有定位槽3111a,以将至少部分定位筋141插设于定位槽3111a内,从而可通过在定位筋141于定位槽3111a的配合下,对定位柱14进行限位固定,以防止定位柱14绕其轴线旋转,而影响按键30的运动稳定性。
并且,为了进一步提高对定位柱14的限位强度,可选地,通过在定位柱14的外周设置有若干间隔设置的定位筋141,并在第二固定孔3111的孔壁开设有若干间隔设置的定位槽3111a,以使每一定位筋141的至少部分插设于一定位槽3111a内。
并且,为了防止定位柱14脱出按键30的第二固定孔3111,而影响对按键30的导向作用,可选地,在定位柱14的远离固定件12的一端设有挡板,当按键30运动至卡接状态时,按键30的卡接部31将与挡板抵接,以通过挡板对按键30进行限位。
结合参阅图6、图8、图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述定位柱14穿设于所述第一固定孔1231的一端凸出于固定部123的背向所述连接件311的一侧;所述中壳10还包括弹片15,所述弹片15设于所述固定部123的背向所述连接件311的一侧,并套设于所述定位柱14,且所述弹片15与所述固定部123的背向所述连接件311的表面抵接。
可以理解地,通过使用弹片15套设于定位柱14的穿设于第一固定孔1231的一端,并使弹片15与固定部123的背向连接件311的表面抵接,从而通过弹片15将定位柱14的一端固定连接于固定部123;当需要固定定位柱14时,首先将定位柱14的一端穿设于第一固定孔1231并凸出于固定部123的背向连接件311的一侧,然后将弹片15套设于定位柱14,并使弹片15与固定部123的背向连接件311的表面抵接,以实现定位柱14与固定部123的固定连 接;当需要拆卸固定住时,直接将弹片15由定位柱14上拆下,即可将定位柱14由第一固定孔1231拔出,以实现定位柱14的快速组装拆卸。
当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可将定位柱14的一端采用螺纹配合的方式拧入第一固定孔1231内,以实现定位柱14的固定。
结合参阅图7,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述定位柱14的外周开设有环形限位槽142,所述弹片15安装于所述环形限位槽142,且所述弹片15的外轮廓围绕面积大于所述第一固定孔1231的面积。
可以理解地,通过将弹片15安装于定位柱14外周的环形限位槽142内,以保证弹片15的安装稳定性,防止弹片15脱出定位柱14;另外,通过使弹片15的外轮廓围绕面积大于第一固定孔1231面积,以保证弹片15与固定部123的背向连接件311的表面抵接。
并且,为了便于弹片15的安装,可选地,在弹片15的外周设有开口,需要安装弹片15时,直接通过开口卡在定位柱14上即可,且需要拆卸弹片15时,直接通过开口拆下弹片15即可。
结合参阅图12和图13,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述
中壳10还包括第一弹性件13,所述第一弹性件13套设于所述定位柱14,所述第一弹性件13的两端分别抵接所述固定部123和所述连接件311。
可以理解地,通过在定位柱14上套设有第一弹性件13,并使第一弹性件13的两端分别抵接固定部123和连接件311;如此,当需要拆卸头戴组件100时,用户将通过避让孔211扣动按键30的扣压部32,以使按键30后退,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,此时,第一弹性件13被连接件311压缩,拆卸完成后,用户只需放开按键30,按键30将在第一弹性件13的弹力作用下自动复位至卡接状态;同样的,当需要组装头戴组件100时,用户将第一卡扣212穿设于安装孔111并继续向靠近中壳10的方向按压连接端21,由于第一卡扣212的第二斜面2122与卡接部31的第一斜面3121滑动连接,在按压连接端21的过程中,按键30后退,按键30将由卡接状态运动至释放状态,此时,第一弹性件13被连接件311压缩,将后带20的第一卡扣212完全插入安装孔111后,按键30即可在第一弹性件13的弹力作用下前进,以使按键30由释放状态复位至卡接状态,并使卡接部31与第一卡扣212卡 接,以完成头戴组件100的组装。
结合参阅图4和图5,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述内侧壁设有连接柱112,所述固定件12的面向所述内侧壁的表面开设有连接孔1211,所述连接柱112穿设于所述连接孔1211。该设置通过使用连接柱112穿设于固定件12的连接孔1211,以实现固定件12与壳体11的固定连接。
具体地,连接柱112远离内侧壁的端面开设有螺纹孔,可使用螺钉、销钉等结构穿设于螺纹孔,以将固定件12固定于壳体11上。
并且,为了进一步提高固定件12于壳体11之间的连接强度,可选地,在壳体11的内侧壁设置有间隔设置的若干连接柱112,并在固定件12的面向内侧壁的表面开设有若干间隔设置的连接孔1211,以使每一连接柱112穿设于一连接孔1211。
结合参阅图2和图14,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10还包括第二弹性件16,所述第二弹性件16设置在所述壳体11与所述连接端21之间,以在所述按键30处于释放状态时将所述连接端21弹起。
可以理解地,通过在中壳10与连接端21之间设置有第二弹性件16,并使第二弹性件16的两端分别抵接中壳10和连接端21,按键30于卡接状态时,连接端21将压缩第二弹性件16,此时,第二弹性件16的反弹力将作用于连接端21,以使第一卡扣212具有脱出安装孔111的倾向;当按键30由卡接状态运动至释放状态时,按键30的卡接部31将脱离第一卡扣212,此时,连接端21将在第二弹性件16的弹力作用下朝远离中壳10的方向弹起,然后用户拽住后带20,即可使得第一卡扣212完全脱出安装孔111,以顺利拆下后带20。
具体地,第二弹性件16为弹簧、弹性片等弹性结构。
并且,当按键30由卡接状态运动至释放状态时,为了保证连接端21朝远离中壳10的方向弹起的平衡度,以顺利拆下后带20,可选地,在中壳10与连接端21之间设置有两个间隔设置的第二弹性件16。
结合参阅图2和图14,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述外侧壁开设有安装槽113,所述中壳10还包括限位柱17,所述限位柱17凸设于 所述安装槽113的底壁,所述第二弹性件16套设于所述限位柱17,所述第二弹性件16的两端分别抵接所述安装槽113的底壁和所述连接端21。
可以理解地,通过将第二弹性件16套设于限位柱17,以保证第二弹性件16沿限位柱17的延伸方向伸缩,从而保证连接端21沿限位柱17的延伸方向翘起,以使第一卡扣212可顺利由安装孔111中拔出;另外,通过将限位柱17凸设于安装槽113的底壁,可将限位柱17容置在安装槽113内,以减少整体的占用空间。
具体地,按键30于卡接状态时,连接端21将压缩第二弹性件16,且连接端21与限位柱17抵接,以保证连接端21的稳定。
结合参阅图3和图10,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10的侧壁还开设有卡孔114,所述连接端21还设有第二卡扣213,所述按键30于卡接状态时,所述第二卡扣213卡设于所述卡孔114。
可以理解地,按键30于卡接状态时,为了提高后带20与中壳10之间的连接强度,以防止在使用过程中后带20与中壳10发生脱离,使得中壳10掉落地面,而对中壳10内的显示装置造成损坏;因此,在中壳10的侧壁开设有卡孔114,并在连接端21上设置有第二卡扣213,以使按键30于卡接状态时,不仅通过卡接部31卡接于第一卡扣212,还可将第二卡扣213卡设于卡孔114内。
并且,按键30于卡接状态时,为了进一步提高后带20与中壳10之间的连接强度,可选地,在中壳10的侧壁开设有若干间隔设置的卡孔114,并在连接端21上设置有若干间隔设置的第二卡扣213,以使每一第二卡扣213卡设于一卡孔114内。
结合参阅图3和图10,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10的侧壁还开设有止位槽115,所述连接端21具有止位筋214,所述按键30于卡接状态时,所述连接端21安装于所述止位槽115内,且所述止位筋214与所述止位槽115的槽壁抵接。
可以理解地,在组装后带20与中壳10时,首先将第一卡扣212插设于安装孔111中,并将连接端21安装于止位槽115内,此时,连接端21上的止位筋214将与止位槽115的槽壁抵接,以通过在止位筋214与止位槽115 的配合下使得连接端21准确安装。
结合参阅图1、图3和图9,在本申请头戴组件100的一实施例中,所述中壳10开设有两所述安装孔111,所述后带20具有两所述连接端21,所述按键30设置有两个;所述按键30于卡接状态时,每一所述卡接部31与一所述第一卡扣212卡接,以限制两所述第一卡扣212脱出;所述按键30于释放状态时,每一所述卡接部31与一所述第一卡扣212分离间隔设置,以使每一所述第一卡扣212由一所述安装孔111内脱出。
可以理解地,通过在中壳10上开设有两个安装孔111,后带20上具有两个连接端21;当需要拆卸头戴组件100时,用户分别将两个连接端21的第一卡扣212由两个安装孔111中拆下,即可使得后带20与中壳10完成脱离;当需要组装头戴组件100时,用于分别将两个连接端21的第一卡扣212插入两个安装孔111内,并通过卡接部31卡接固定,即可将后带20卡接固定于中壳10上。
本申请还提出一种头戴显示设备,该头戴显示设备包括如前所述的头戴组件100,该头戴组件100的具体结构详见前述实施例。由于本头戴显示设备采用了前述所述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有前述所有实施例的全部技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的申请构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种头戴组件,其特征在于,包括:
    中壳,所述中壳的侧壁开设有安装孔;
    后带,所述后带具有连接端,所述连接端设有第一卡扣,并开设有避让孔,所述避让孔与所述安装孔相对且连通,所述第一卡扣穿设于所述安装孔;以及
    按键,所述按键可活动地设于所述中壳,并具有卡接状态和释放状态,所述按键具有卡接部和扣压部,所述卡接部穿设于所述安装孔,所述扣压部至少部分穿设于所述避让孔;
    其中,所述按键于卡接状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣卡接,以限制所述第一卡扣脱出;所述按键于释放状态时,所述卡接部与所述第一卡扣分离间隔设置,以使所述第一卡扣由所述安装孔内脱出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述按键滑动连接于所述中壳,所述按键于所述安装孔内滑动,以具有所述卡接状态和所述释放状态。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣面向所述按键的表面开设有卡合槽;
    所述扣压部具有背对设置的扣压面和第一沉靠面,所述扣压面面向所述避让孔设置;所述卡接部包括连接件和挡筋,所述连接件凸设于所述第一沉靠面,所述挡筋凸设于所述连接件的面向所述第一卡扣的表面;
    所述按键于卡接状态时,所述挡筋插设于所述卡合槽内,以与所述第一卡扣卡接;所述按键于释放状态时,所述挡筋位于所述卡合槽的外部;
    所述按键设置有第一斜面,所述第一卡扣设置有第二斜面,所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面滑动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述中壳包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有背对设置的外侧壁和内侧壁,所述外侧壁开设有贯穿至所述内侧壁的所述安装孔;所述连接端盖设于所述外侧壁,以使所述避 让孔与所述安装孔相对且连通;和
    固定件,所述固定件设于所述内侧壁,并位于所述连接件的背向所述挡筋的一侧,所述固定件具有第二沉靠面,所述第一沉靠面与所述第二沉靠面滑动配合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述固定件包括相连接的连接部和安装部,所述连接部连接于所述内侧壁,所述安装部容置于所述安装孔内,且所述安装部具有所述第二沉靠面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述中壳还包括定位柱,所述固定件还包括固定部,所述固定部凸设于所述安装部的背向所述避让孔的一侧,并与所述连接件相对设置,所述固定部的面向所述连接件的表面开设有第一固定孔,所述连接件的面向所述固定部的表面开设有第二固定孔,所述定位柱的一端穿设于所述第一固定孔,所述定位柱的另一端穿设于所述第二固定孔,以使所述按键沿所述定位柱的延伸方向运动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述定位柱的外周设有定位筋,所述第二固定孔的孔壁开设有定位槽,至少部分所述定位筋插设于所述定位槽;
    且/或,所述定位柱穿设于所述第一固定孔的一端凸出于所述固定部的背向所述连接件的一侧;所述中壳还包括弹片,所述弹片设于所述固定部的背向所述连接件的一侧,并套设于所述定位柱,且所述弹片与所述固定部的背向所述连接件的表面抵接;
    且/或,所述中壳还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件套设于所述定位柱,所述第一弹性件的两端分别抵接所述固定部和所述连接件。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述内侧壁设有连接柱,所述固定件的面向所述内侧壁的表面开设有连接孔,所述连接柱穿设于所述连接孔。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述中壳还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件设置在所述壳体和所述连接端之间,以在所述按键处于释放状态时将所述连接端弹起。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述外侧壁开设有安装槽,所述中壳还包括限位柱,所述限位柱凸设于所述安装槽的底壁,所述第二弹性件套设于所述限位柱,所述第二弹性件的两端分别抵接所述安装槽的底壁和所述连接端。
  11. 如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的头戴组件,其特征在于,所述中壳的侧壁还开设有卡孔,所述连接端还设有第二卡扣,所述第二卡扣卡设于所述卡孔;
    且/或,所述中壳的侧壁还开设有止位槽,所述连接端具有止位筋,所述连接端安装于所述止位槽内,且所述止位筋与所述止位槽的槽壁抵接。
  12. 一种头戴显示设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的头戴组件。
