在进一步的实施例中,所述基座表面设有多个卡位孔,所述基座的外圈设有齿轮状防滑柱,可增加基座与放置平面之间的摩擦力。所述承托盘表面设有滑动空腔,所述卡位杆置于所述滑动空腔内,使得所述卡位杆可自由的前后移动进行调节。所述承托盘的背面设有与所述基座表面卡位孔相对应的卡位凸点,所述基座与所述承托盘卡位连接相固定。所述伸缩调节挡板进一步包括挡物板,焊接于所述挡物板一侧的伸缩杆,固定于所述基座背面的固定调节器二,所述固定调节器二的表面也设有可旋转螺丝二,转动所述可旋转螺丝二将其拧松,可自由调节所述伸缩杆的位置,在调整至合适的位置后再将所述可旋转螺丝二拧紧,可固定住所述伸缩杆。
在进一步的实施例中,所述感应探头进一步为红外感应探头,所述红外感应探头置于所述驱动电机表面,且所述驱动电机与所述夹持板为垂直方向,所述红外感应探头与所述锯齿切割盘为平行方向,确保所述红外感应探头能够实时进行探测工作。所述红外感应探头置于距所述夹持板1厘米处,且所述夹持板的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头,启动所述驱动电机后,所述红外感应探头开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头与所述夹持板的1厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头会对所述驱动电机进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
在进一步的实施例中,所述红外感应探头置于距所述夹持板3厘米处,且所述夹持板的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头,启动所述驱动电机后,所述红外感应探头开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头于所述夹持板的3厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头会对所述驱动电机进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
在进一步的实施例中,所述红外感应探头置于距所述夹持板2厘米处,且所述夹持板的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头,启动所述驱动电机后,所述红外感应探头开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头于所述夹持板的2厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头会对所述驱动电机进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
一种自动报停切割机的报停方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、拉开所述固定板,将所要进行切割的物品置于所述挡位板与所述固定板之间,松开后弹簧会自动收紧将所要切割的物品进行固定,旋转所述旋转卡位器,可使所述卡位杆固定不动,对所要切割的物品进行二次固定,增加稳固性;
S2、根据所述刻度测量挡板上的刻度对所要切割的物品进行刻度确定,调节所述伸缩调节挡板对所要切割的刻度进一步确定;
S3、拧动所述可旋转螺丝,调节所述伸缩拉杆的位置,由此确定所述锯齿切割盘的位置,再调整完毕后再次拧动所述可旋转螺丝固定住所述伸缩拉杆;
S4、启动所述驱动电机,所述红外感应探头与所述重力感应装置开始工作,同时驱动所述锯齿切割盘进行转动;手握所述手持握柄,向下拉动,对所要切割的物品进行切割;
S5、在作业过程中,所述红外感应探头对操作过程进行实时感应,当感应到人体进入感应范围时,对所述驱动电机进行强制性断电报停,使切割机停止作业;
S6、在作业过程中,当发生剧烈晃动,或意外情况导致所述切割机发生倾倒时,所述重力感应装置会感应到重力方向的变化,对所述驱动电机进行强制断电报停,使所述切割机停止运转。
有益效果
本发明涉及一种自动报停切割机及其报停方法,在实际作业过程中,当操作者因不够熟练、操作不当或意外状况距离切割盘过近时,红外感应探头会检测到危险的存在,对切割机进行自动强制报停,避免发生伤残事故的发生。虽然传统的切割机都较为稳固,但不可避免意外情况下发生倾倒或倾斜的状况,当发生切割机发生倾倒或倾斜是,重力感应装置会感应到重力方向的变化,同样对切割机进行自动强制报停,避免因倾倒或倾斜状态下的旋转切割机锯齿盘所造成的伤残事故。

本发明的实施方式
在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员而言显而易见的是,本发明可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
申请人认为,传统的切割机在操作过程中如有操作不当等意外情况时,易发生伤残事故,同时也没有良好得措施降低事故发生得概率。
为此,申请人设计一种自动报停切割机及其报停方法,在操作过程中当感应到操作者距离切割机的切割盘过近或在意外情况下使得切割机发生倾斜、倾倒时,会对切割机进行自动强制报停,大大降低伤残事故的发生概率,提高切割作业过程中的安全性。
本发明涉及的自动报停切割机主要包括支撑部、切割部和手持部三个部分。其中支撑部包括基座1、定位板与承托盘2,所述承托盘2叠加于所述基座1之上,所述定位板与所述承托盘2固定连接,且所述承托盘2的一侧壁焊接有支撑臂;切割部包括锯齿切割盘4和夹持板5,所述锯齿切割盘4与所述夹持板5为夹持连接;手持部包括手持握柄6和驱动电机7,所述驱动电机7与所述手持握柄6固定连接,且所述驱动电机7安装有感应探头与重力感应装置26。
所述手持握柄6进一步为方形手持握柄6;所述基座1一侧连接有伸缩调节挡板8,在操作过程中可根据所要进行切割的物体长度进行所述伸缩调节板的距离调节;所述承托盘2固定连接有夹紧固定装置,可对所要切割的物品进行夹紧固定;所述定位板进一步为刻度测量挡板9,且所述刻度测量挡板9垂直于所述伸缩调节挡板8,便于所要进行切割的物品摆放,所述刻度测量挡板9在实际作业过程中,可用于对所要切割的物体切割长度进行准确测量。
在上述切割部的结构中,所述锯齿切割盘4与所述夹持板5为螺栓连接,且所述锯齿切割盘4夹持于所述夹持板5内部,所述驱动电机7一侧螺栓连接有固定稳固板10,所述固定稳固板10的一端焊接于速所述手持握柄6上,另一端螺栓连接于所述夹持板5上,使得所述驱动电机7、所述手持握柄6与所述夹持板5之间形成稳固的连接。且所述夹持板5进一步还包括有透明防护罩11,所述透明防护罩11与所述夹持板5采用螺栓连接的方式相固定,在不使用所述自动报停切割机时,可将所述透明防护罩11下拉覆盖住所述锯齿切割盘4,可以避免在切割机存放时对人员造成的误伤;当需要使用所述自动报停切割机时,只需将所述透明防护罩11上拉,将所述锯齿切割盘4露出既可正常使用,所述透明防护罩11优选TPU材质,不仅有较好的透明性能,且耐磨不易损坏,性价比较高。
所述支撑臂进一步包括支撑柱3、伸缩拉杆12与固定调节器13;所述固定调节器13一面焊接有手提柄15,可用于提起整个自动报停切割机,便于所述自动报停切割机的搬运、移动。所述固定调节器13另一面焊接于所述支撑柱3的顶端,所述支撑柱3另一端焊接于所述承托盘2的一侧壁,起到了支撑连接所述承托盘2与所述夹持板5的作用。所述伸缩拉杆12穿过所述固定调节器13的通孔中,且所述固定调节器13的表面设有可旋转螺丝14,转动所述可旋转螺丝14将其拧松,可自由调节所述伸缩拉杆12的位置,在调整至合适的位置后再将所述可旋转螺丝14拧紧,可固定住所述伸缩拉杆12。所述伸缩拉杆12的一端采用螺栓连接的方式与所述夹持板5相连,通过调节螺栓的松紧情况可对所述夹持板5的角度高低进行调节,在面对不同高度、厚度的切割物时可灵活应对。
在上述支撑部的结构中,所述夹紧固定装置进一步包括挡位板16、固定板17、卡位杆18和卡位器19。所述挡位板16与所述固定板17通过弹簧相连接,所述固定板17螺栓连接有卡位杆18,所述卡位杆18的另一端通过卡位器19固定于所述承托盘2上,所述卡位器19于所述承托盘2采用螺栓连接的方式相固定,所述卡位杆18设有开放式空腔,所述空腔内设有旋转卡位器19,所述旋转卡位器19螺栓连接于所述承托盘2侧壁。拉动所述固定板17将所要进行切割的物品放入其中,在所述弹簧的回弹力作用下会将所述物品固定于所述挡位板16与所述固定板17之间,在所述弹簧收紧后,转动所述旋转卡位器19,将所述卡位杆18与所述承托盘2相固定,由此对所述固定板17进行二次固定,进一步增加所要切割物品的稳固性。所述基座1表面设有多个卡位孔,所述基座1的外圈设有齿轮状防滑柱21,可增加基座1与放置平面之间的摩擦力。所述承托盘2表面设有滑动空腔,所述卡位杆18置于所述滑动空腔内,使得所述卡位杆18可自由的前后移动进行调节。所述承托盘2的背面设有与所述基座1表面卡位孔相对应的卡位凸点,所述基座1与所述承托盘2卡位连接相固定。所述伸缩调节挡板8进一步包括挡物板22,焊接于所述挡物板22一侧的伸缩杆23,固定于所述基座1背面的固定调节器二24,所述固定调节器二24的表面也设有可旋转螺丝二28,转动所述可旋转螺丝二28将其拧松,可自由调节所述伸缩杆23的位置,在调整至合适的位置后再将所述可旋转螺丝二28拧紧,可固定住所述伸缩杆23。
为了应对突发状况需要对切割机进行强制报停,本发明所述感应探头进一步为红外感应探头25,所述红外感应探头25置于所述驱动电机7表面,且所述驱动电机7与所述夹持板5为垂直方向,所述红外感应探头25与所述锯齿切割盘4为平行方向,确保所述红外感应探头25能够实时进行探测工作。所述红外感应探头25置于距所述夹持板1厘米处,为了更为全面的进行探测工作,所述夹持板5的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头25,启动所述驱动电机7后,所述红外感应探头25开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头25感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头25与所述夹持板5的1厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头25会对所述驱动电机7进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
当所述红外感应探头25置于距所述夹持板3厘米处时,为了更为全面的进行探测工作,所述夹持板5的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头25,启动所述驱动电机7后,所述红外感应探头25开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头25感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头25于所述夹持板5的3厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头25会对所述驱动电机7进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
当所述红外感应探头25置于距所述夹持板2厘米处时,为了更为全面的进行探测工作,所述夹持板5的左右两侧均设有所述红外感应探头25,启动所述驱动电机7后,所述红外感应探头25开始进行探测工作,当所述红外感应探头25感应到人体靠近于所述红外感应探头25于所述夹持板5的2厘米范围内时,所述红外感应探头25会对所述驱动电机7进行强制性断电报停,使切割机强制停止作业。
在上述自动报停切割机的基础之上,本发明提出一种自动报停切割机的报停方法,具体步骤如下:
首先,拉开所述固定板17,将所要进行切割的物品置于所述挡位板16与所述固定板17之间,松开后弹簧会自动收紧将所要切割的物品进行固定,旋转所述旋转卡位器19,可使所述卡位杆18固定不动,对所要切割的物品进行二次固定,增加稳固性。
接着,根据所述刻度测量挡板9上的刻度对所要切割的物品进行刻度确定,旋转所述调节所述伸缩调节挡板8对所要切割的刻度进一步确定。
随后,拧动所述可旋转螺丝14,调节所述伸缩拉杆12的位置,由此确定所述锯齿切割盘4的位置,再调整完毕后再次拧动所述可旋转螺丝14固定住所述伸缩拉杆12。
紧接着,启动所述驱动电机7,所述红外感应探头25与所述重力感应装置26开始工作,同时驱动所述锯齿切割盘4进行转动;手握所述手持握柄6,向下拉动,对所要切割的物品进行切割。
在作业过程中,所述红外感应探头25对操作过程进行实时感应,当感应到人体进入感应范围时,对所述驱动电机7进行强制性断电报停,使切割机停止作业。
另外,在作业过程中当发生剧烈晃动,或意外情况导致所述切割机发生倾倒时,所述重力感应装置26会感应到重力方向的变化,对所述驱动电机7进行强制断电报停,使所述切割机停止运转,保证作业人员安全。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上做出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动报停切割机,其特征是包括:
    支撑部,包括基座,叠加于所述基座上的承托盘,固定连接于所述承托盘上的定位板,焊接于所述承托盘一侧壁的支撑臂;
    切割部,包括锯齿切割盘,用于夹持所述锯齿切割盘的夹持板;
    手持部,包括手持握柄,与所述手持握柄固定连接的驱动电机,所述驱动电机安装有感应探头与重力感应装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述基座一侧连接有伸缩调节挡板,所述承托盘固定连接有夹紧固定装置,所述手持握柄进一步为方形手持握柄;
    所述定位板进一步为刻度测量挡板,且所述刻度测量挡板垂直于所述伸缩调节挡板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述锯齿切割盘螺栓连接于所述夹持板内部,所述驱动电机一侧螺栓连接有固定稳固板,所述固定稳固板的一端焊接于所述手持握柄上,所述固定稳固板的另一端螺栓连接于所述夹持板上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述夹持板进一步包括透明防护罩,所述透明防护罩与所述夹持板采用螺栓连接的方式相固定;
    所述支撑臂进一步包括支撑柱、伸缩拉杆与固定调节器,所述支撑柱焊接于所述承托盘的侧壁,所述固定调节器焊接与所述支撑臂的顶端,所述伸缩拉杆穿过所述固定调节器的通孔中,且所述固定调节器的表面设有可旋转螺丝,所述固定调节器还焊接有手提柄;所述伸缩拉杆的一端通过螺栓连接的方式与所述夹持板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述夹紧固定装置进一步包括挡位板,通过弹簧与所述挡位板连接的固定板;
    所述固定板螺栓连接有卡位杆,所述卡位杆的另一端通过卡位器固定于所述承托盘上,所述卡位器于所述承托盘采用螺栓连接的方式相固定,所述卡位杆设有开放式空腔,所述空腔内设有旋转卡位器,所述旋转卡位器螺栓连接于所述承托盘侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述基座表面设有多个卡位孔,所述基座的外圈设有齿轮状防滑柱;
    所述承托盘表面设有滑道空腔,所述卡位杆置于滑动空腔内,所述承托盘背面设有卡位凸点;
    所述基座与所述承托盘卡位连接相固定。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述伸缩调节挡板进一步包括挡物板,焊接于所述挡物板一侧的伸缩杆,固定于所述基座背面的固定调节器二。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述感应探头进一步为红外感应探头,所述红外感应探头置于所述驱动电机表面,且所述驱动电机与所述夹持板为垂直方向,所述红外感应探头置于距所述夹持板1~3厘米处,所述夹持板两侧上方均设有所述红外感应探头。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动报停切割机,其特征在于:
    所述重力感应装置置于所述驱动电机内部,所述驱动电机一侧设有散热通风板,所述通风板表面分布有散热通风孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一种自动报停切割机的报停方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    S1、拉开所述固定板,将所要进行切割的物品置于挡位板与所述固定板之间,松开后弹簧会自动收紧将所要切割的物品进行固定,旋转所述旋转卡位器,使得所述卡位杆固定不动,对所要切割的物品进行二次固定,增加稳固性;
    S2、根据刻度测量挡板上的刻度对所要切割的物品进行刻度确定,调节伸缩调节挡板对所要切割的刻度进一步确定;
    S3、拧动可旋转螺丝,调节所述伸缩拉杆的位置,由此确定所述锯齿切割盘的位置,再调整完毕后再次拧动所述可旋转螺丝固定住所述伸缩拉杆;
    S4、启动所述驱动电机,红外感应探头与所述重力感应装置开始工作,同时驱动所述锯齿切割盘进行转动;手握所述手持握柄,向下拉动,对所要切割的物品进行切割;
    S5、在作业过程中,所述红外感应探头对操作过程进行实时感应,当感应到人体进入感应范围时,对所述驱动电机进行强制性断电报停,使切割机停止作业;
    S6、在作业过程中,当发生剧烈晃动,或意外情况导致所述切割机发生倾倒时,所述重力感应装置会感应到重力方向的变化,对所述驱动电机进行强制断电报停,使所述切割机停止运转。
