面试是一个企业人才招聘的一个必经环节。传统面试通常企业面试官对候选人的考察以面对面交谈为主要手段,来考核候选人的知识、能力、经验等是否与企业招聘岗位匹配。

上述用户可以是企业的面试官,也可以是候选人。相应地,上述终端设备可以是面试官使用的终端设备,也可以是候选人使用的终端设备。
这里的终端设备可以是用户手持的移动终端,也可以是台式计算 机,还可以是多媒体会议终端设备。
在本实施例中,上述面试可以是预先约定的面试。在预约时可以指定本次面试对应的面试官、候选人。这里的面试官的数量可以大于等于1。
上述面试官和候选人可以通过各种方式向终端设备发出进入上述预约面试的面试指令。
在一些应用场景中,用户可以在终端设备中,输入面试对应的网络会议室的地址,向终端设备发出进入面试的面试指令。
在一些应用场景中,上述终端设备中存储有进入上述面试的第一链接。在这些应用场景中,在上述步骤101之前,上述信息交互方法还包括:在多媒体会议客户端显示用于进入面试的第一链接。上述第一链接包括用于开展面试的网络会议室的地址信息。
在这些应用场景中,上述步骤101包括,接收用户通过对上述第一链接执行的选择操作而发起的上述面试指令。
具体地,上述第一链接基于如下方式确定:
首先,招聘应用服务端例如可以根据从招聘应用客户端所接收到的面试预约请求,向多媒体会议服务端发送会议室预约请求,所述面试预约请求包括面试官信息、面试时间信息、候选人信息;
这里的招聘应用客户端可以是运行在终端设备中的独立应用客户端,也可以是嵌入在浏览器中运行的网页版应用客户端。
企业招聘人员可以根据招聘职位从多个候选人的简历中初步筛选出候选人。进一步地,企业招聘人员可以安排面试。在安排面试时,可以事先根据招聘职位确定面试官,并确定面试时间。
在确定了面试官之后,企业招聘人员可以通过招聘应用客户端向招聘应用服务端发送面试预约请求。上述面试预约请求可以包括面试官的信息、候选人的信息和面试时间。
招聘应用服务端可以接收招聘应用客户端发送的面试预约请求。
其次,多媒体会议服务端根据所述会议室预约请求确定网络会议室,并根据预设规则和所述网络会议室的信息生成所述第一链接。最后,所述多媒体会议服务端将所述第一链接发送给所述招聘应用服务 端,以使所述招聘应用服务端将所述第一链接发送给所述用户。
招聘应用服务端在接收到上述面试预约请求之后,可以向多媒体会议服务端发送会议室预约请求。这里的多媒体会议服务端可以是管理多个网络会议室,并对多媒体会议信息进行转发的服务端。
上述会议室预约请求也可以包括上述面试官的信息、候选人的信息、面试时间。
上述多媒体会议服务端可以根据上述会议室预约请求,确定本次面试对应的网络会议室。
在确定了本次面试的网络会议室之后,上述多媒体会议服务端可以根据预设规则和网络会议室的信息生成第一链接。这里的网络会议室的信息可以包括网络会议室的网络地址信息和/或网络会议室的标识信息。
所述多媒体会议服务端可以将生成的第一链接发送给所述招聘应用服务端。招聘应用服务端再将所述第一链接发送给上述用户。
步骤102,向多媒体会议服务端发送根据面试指令生成的面试请求,以指示多媒体会议服务端将上述终端设备连接入预先确定的网络会议室,并根据面试请求所指示的用户信息确定用户的用户身份;其中,用户身份包括面试官或候选人。
在一些应用场景中,上述面试请求可以包括网络会议室的地址信息和用户信息。
多媒体会议服务端可以根据上述地址信息将终端设备连接入上述面试对应的网络会议室。实践中,将终端设备连接入网络会议室,可以指服务端建立与终端设备之间的通信连接。
在多媒体会议服务端根据上述地址信息将终端设备连接入上述面试对应的网络会议室的同时,可以根据上述用户信息确定用户的用户身份。这里的用户信息用于识别不同的用户。
多媒体会议服务端中可以预先保存与本次面试对应的面试官的信息和候选人的信息。这里的面试官的信息和候选人的信息分别可以包括但不限于用户登录多媒体会议客户端的用户身份信息。
多媒体会议服务端可以将用户的用户信息与预先存储的面试官的 信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则确定用户的用户身份为面试官。若匹配不成功,多媒体会议服务端还可以将用户的用户信息与预先存储的候选人的信息进行匹配,若匹配成功,则确定用户的用户身份为候选人。若二者均未匹配成功,则多媒体会议服务端返回用于指示用户信息异常的异常提示信息。
在另外一些应用场景中,上述面试请求可以根据用户点击用于进入预设面试的第一链接生成。上述第一链接可以包括上述网络会议室的地址信息,还可以包括用户的用户身份信息。
在这些应用场景中,上述多媒体会议服务端可以根据上述网络会议室的地址信息将上述终端设备连接入上述网络会议室。
上述多媒体会议服务端可以对第一链接发送的用户身份信息进行确认。例如通过上述终端设备获取用户的用户信息,并将用户信息与预先储存储的本次面试的面试官的信息以及候选人的信息进行匹配,根据匹配结果确认用户的用户身份。
步骤103,若上述用户的用户身份为面试官,接收多媒体会议服务端返回的与面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息,其中,第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息。
若多媒体会议服务端确定向其发送面试请求的用户的用户身份为面试官,可以向所述用户使用的终端设备发送与面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息。上述第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息。
此外,上述第一面试信息还包括第一面试多媒体信息。上述第一面试多媒体信息包括:音频数据流和/或视频数据流,用于显示音频数据流和/或视频数据流的页面信息。上述用于显示音频数据流和/或视频数据流的页面信息包括与面试官的权限对应的控件信息。
步骤104,在终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历。

相关技术中,在不同窗口中显示面试视频内容、候选人简历,面试官在进行面试时,需要在显示面试视频内容的窗口和显示候选人简历的窗口中不断切换。本实施例提供的方案,面试官在多媒体会议客户端的显示窗口中可以显示候选人的简历,减少了用户在不同窗口中进行切换的操作。
请继续参考图2,其示出了根据本公开的信息交互方法的一个实施例的流程。该信息交互方法应用于终端设备。如图2所示该信息交互方法,包括以下步骤:

与图1所示实施例相比,本实施例突出了利用多媒体会议客户端中运行嵌入的预设招聘应用显示候选人简历,并在招聘应用显示窗口中接收用户输入的面试评价信息,以及利用招聘应用将面试评价信息上传到招聘应用服务端的步骤,从而面试官可以在利用多媒体会议客户端进行面试时,可以不用切换窗口即可浏览到候选人简历,并在显示简历的窗口中输入面试评价信息。一方面减少了在面试时,因为需要浏览第一面试多媒体信息、观看候选人简历、撰写面试评价信息而在不同窗口中进行切换的操作,另一方面,面试评价信息由招聘应用反馈至招聘应用服务端,以便招聘应用服务端对面试信息进行统计分析。
在本公开的信息交互方法各实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,图1所示实施例和图2所示实施例的信息交互方法可以进一步包括如下步骤:
首先,接收所述用户在结束所述面试时,对用于指示撰写面试评价的面试评价控件执行的预设操作,关闭所述多媒体会议客户端并调用浏览器打开所述简历的地址。
其次,利用浏览器显示面试评价信息输入窗口。
再次,接收用户在所述评价信息输入窗口输入的面试评价信息,并将所述面试评价信息发送给所述招聘应用服务端。
在一些应用场景中,上述面试评价控件可以展示在多媒体会议客户端的显示面试多媒体信息的显示界面中。在这些应用场景中,用户可以在结束本次面试时,点击上述面试评价控件。例如对面试结束控件或者多媒体会议客户端关闭控件执行预设操作以结束面试之前,点 击上述面试评价控件。
在另外一些应用场景中,在用户对面试结束控件或者多媒体会议客户端关闭控件执行了预设操作以结束面试时,上述面试评价控件可以以浮窗或弹窗形式展示。
当用户对面试评价控件执行了预设操作,终端设备在关闭上述多媒体会议客户端的同时,调用浏览器。利用浏览器打开上述候选人的简历。上述浏览器中还可以显示面试评价信息输入窗口。面试官可以继续在面试评价信息输入窗口中输入关于本次面试的面试评价信息。浏览器将上述面试评价信息发送给招聘应用服务端。
在这些可选的实现方式中,面试官可以在结束了本次面试之后,可以继续通过浏览器接入网页版招聘应用客户端,在上述网页版招聘应用客户端中继续展示候选人简历。用户可以在上述网页版招聘应用客户端中继续输入面试评价信息。上述网页版招聘应用可以将用户输入的面试评价信息发送给招聘应用服务端,以使招聘应用服务端对面试评价信息进行记录,或对面试评价信息进行统计分析。
在本公开的信息交互方法各实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,图1所示实施例和图2所示实施例的信息交互方法中,所述面试官的多媒体会议客户端的显示界面中包括预设权限控件,所述预设权限控件与面试官的预设权限匹配。
上述预设权限可以包括但不限于调整多媒体信息音量大小、打开/关闭摄像头、打开/关闭麦克风、结束面试等权限。
在面试官对应的多媒体信息客户端中,在上述多媒体信息客户端显示面试多媒体信息的显示界面中可以显示上述预设权限控件。从而便于面试官对上述面试执行与其权限对应的控制。
在这些可选的实现方式中,可以为多个面试官分别赋予与其用户身份匹配的权限,以便面试官来对面试场景进行控制。
在本公开的信息交互方法各实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,图1所示实施例和图2所示实施例的信息交互方法可以进一步包括如下步骤:

本实施例提供的信息交互方法,通过接收终端设备发送的面试请求,所述面试请求包括用户的用户信息、预先确定的网络会议室的标识信息;将所述终端设备连入所述标识信息指示的网络会议室,并根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的用户身份;若确定所述用户的用户身份为面试官,将与面试官对应的第一面试信息发送给所述终端设备,所述第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息,以指示所述终端设备在多媒体会议客户端显示第一面试多媒体信息时,显示所述简历信息指示的简历。一方面通过向用户的终端设备发送与用户身份匹配的面试信息,实现了面试官和候选人的面试场景异化,改善了用户体验。另一方面实现了面试官在利用多媒体会议进行面试的同时,浏览候选人的简历。减少了面试官在进行多媒体会议时,由于需要浏览候选人的简 历而在不同窗口中进行切换的操作。

如图4所示,招聘应用服务端404根据所接收到的面试预约请求,向多媒体会议服务端403发送网络会议室预约请求405,其中,所述面试预约请求和所述网络会议室预约请求均包括面试官的信息、候选人的信息和面试时间。
多媒体会议服务端403根据招聘应用服务端404发送的会议室预约请求405,为本次面试确定网络会议室,将所述网络会议室的会议室信息406发送给招聘应用服务端404,同时记录本次面试对应的面试官信息和候选人信息。
招聘应用服务端404接收到多媒体会议服务端403发送的会议室信息406之后,可以根据会议室信息406生成第一链接407,并将第一链接407发送给面试官和候选人各自对应的第一终端设备和第二终端设备。上述第一链接407可以包括网络会议室的地址信息。
面试官多媒体会议客户端402运行于面试官的第一终端设备中。第一终端设备在接收到招聘应用服务端404发送的第一链接之后,可以将第一链接显示在面试官多媒体会议客户端402中。面试官多媒体会议客户端402接收面试官对第一链接执行的选择操作,例如点击操作408。面试官多媒体会议客户端402根据用户对第一链接执行的选择操作向多媒体会议服务端403发送进入面试的面试请求409。面试请求409可以包括用户信息。
多媒体会议服务端403根据接收到的面试请求409,将面试官多媒体会议客户端402连接入预先确定的网络会议室,并根据用户信息确定用户身份410。此处,根据用户信息确定的用户身份为面试官。多媒体会议服务端403可以向面试官多媒体会议客户端402发送面试官对应的第一面试信息411。第一面试信息411包括第一面试多媒体信息和候选人的简历信息。在面试官多媒体会议客户端402中显示所述第一面试多媒体信息时,显示所述简历信息所指示的简历412。
候选人多媒体会议客户端401运行于候选人对应的第二终端设备中。发送给第二设备的第一链接可以显示在邮箱等对应的网页页面中。候选人在邮箱等对应的网页页面中浏览到上述第一链接之后,候选人可以对上述第一链接执行点击等选择操作。第二终端设备在接收到候选人的上述选择操作之后,可以确定本地是否安装有多媒体会议客户端。若安装有多媒体会议客户端,则直接调用预先安装的多媒体会议客户端。若第二终端设备中预先没有安装上述多媒体会议客户端,第二终端设备可以提示候选人需要下载多媒体会议客户端并安装。当候选人可以根据对上述提示,在第二终端设备中安装多媒体会议客户端(即,候选人多媒体会议客户端401)。第二终端设备在安装了候选人多媒体会议客户端401之后,可以根据用户对第一链接执行的选择操作413向多媒体会议服务端403发送进入面试的面试请求414。面试请求可以包括用户信息。多媒体会议服务端403根据接收到的面试请求,将候选人多媒体会议客户端401连接入预先确定的网络会议室,并根据用户信息确定用户身份415。此处,根据用户信息确定的用户身份为候选人。多媒体会议服务端403可以向候选人多媒体会议客户端401发送候选人对应的第二面试信息416。第二面试信息416包括第二面试多媒体信息。候选人多媒体会议客户端401显示第二面试多媒体信息417。

第一客户端、第二客户端可以通过网络与多媒体会议服务端704交互,以接收或发送消息等。第一客户端、第二客户端上可以安装有各种客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、多媒体会议类应用。第一客户端、第二客户端中的客户端应用可以接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令完成相应的功能,例如根据用户的指令在信息向多媒体会议服务端获取多媒体会议的数据流。
第一终端设备701、第二终端设备702可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当第一终端设备701、第二终端设备702为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当第一终端设备701、第二终端设备702为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
多媒体会议服务端704可以包括多个服务器。多媒体会议服务端704提供各种服务,例如接收第一客户端、第二客户端发送的多媒体信息获取请求,根据多媒体信息获取请求通过各种方式获取多媒体信息获取请求对应的多媒体信息。并将多媒体信息发送给第一客户端、第二客户端。
招聘应用服务端703可以包括多个服务器。招聘应用服务端703提供各种服务,根据招聘人员的面试预约向多媒体会议服务端预约会议室。
招聘应用服务端703用于:根据所接收到的面试预约请求,向多媒体会议服务端发送网络会议室预约请求,其中,所述面试预约请求和所述网络会议室预约请求均包括面试官的信息、候选人的信息和面试时间;接收多媒体会议服务端根据所述网络会议室预约请求返回的网络会议室的信息,并根据所述网络会议室的信息生成第一链接,并将所述第一链接发送给所述面试官和所述候选人;
多媒体会议服务端704用于:根据接收到的招聘应用服务端发送的会议室预约请求确定网络会议室,并将所述网络会议室的信息发送给招聘应用服务端;接收第一客户端、第二客户端根据第一链接发送的面试请求,分别将所述第一客户端、第二客户端连入所述网络会议室,并根据面试请求所指示的用户信息确定用户的用户身份为面试官或候选人;向所述第一客户端发送与面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息,所述第一面试信息包括第一面试多媒体信息和候选人的简历信息;以及向所述第二客户端发送第二面试信息,所述第二面试信息包括第二面试多媒体信息;
第一客户端用于:根据第一链接向多媒体会议服务端发送面试请求,接收所述多媒体会议服务端返回的与所述面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息;在多媒体会议客户端中显示所述第一面试多媒体信息时,显示所述简历信息所指示的简历。
第二客户端用于:根据第一链接向多媒体会议服务端发送面试请求,接收所述多媒体会议服务端返回的与所述候选人身份匹配的第二面试信息;在多媒体会议客户端中显示所述第二面试多媒体信息。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法可以由第一终端设备701执行,也可以由第二终端设备702执行。相应地,信息交互装置可以设置在第一终端设备701中。也可以设置在第二终端设备702中。此外,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法还可以由多媒体会议服务端705执行,相应地,信息交互装置可以设置于多媒体会议服务端705中。
应该理解,图7中的第一终端设备、第二终端设备、多媒体会议服务端和招聘应用服务端的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可 以具有任意数目的第一终端设备、第二终端设备、多媒体会议服务端和招聘应用服务端。
下面参考图8,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图7中的终端设备或多媒体会议服务端的服务器)的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图8示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图8所示,电子设备可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)801,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)802中的程序或者从存储装置808加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)803中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 803中,还存储有电子设备800操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置801、ROM 802以及RAM 803通过总线804彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口805也连接至总线804。

在一些实施例中,当上述一个或者多个程序被该电子设备执行时,使得该电子设备:接收终端设备发送的面试请求,所述面试请求包括发送所述面试请求的用户的用户信息、预先确定的网络会议室的标识信息;将所述终端设备连入所述标识信息指示的网络会议室,并根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的用户身份;若确定所述用户的用户身份为面试官,将与面试官对应的第一面试信息发送给所述终端设备,所述第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息,以指示所述终端设备在多媒体会议客户端显示显示所述简历信息指示的简历。

- 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,包括:接收用户发出的进入预设面试的面试指令;向多媒体会议服务端发送根据所述面试指令生成的面试请求,以指示所述多媒体会议服务端将终端设备连接入预先确定的网络会议室,并根据所述面试请求所指示的用户信息确定所述用户的用户身份;其中,所述用户身份包括面试官或候选人;若所述用户的用户身份为面试官,接收所述多媒体会议服务端返回的与所述面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息,其中,所述第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息;在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户发出的进入预设面试的面试指令之前,所述方法还包括:在所述多媒体会议客户端显示用于进入面试的第一链接,所述第一链接包括所述网络会议室的地址信息;以及所述接收用户发出的进入预设面试的面试指令,包括:接收用户通过对所述第一链接执行的选择操作而发起的所述面试指令;其中所述第一链接基于如下方式确定:招聘应用服务端根据从招聘应用客户端所接收到的面试预约请求,向多媒体会议服务端发送会议室预约请求,所述面试预约请求包括面试官的信息、面试时间信息、候选人的信息;多媒体会议服务端根据所述会议室预约请求确定网络会议室,并根据预设规则和所述网络会议室的信息生成所述第一链接;所述多媒体会议服务端将所述第一链接发送给所述招聘应用服务端,以使所述招聘应用服务端将所述第一链接发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述候选人的 简历信息包括候选人的简历的网络存储地址,以及在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历之前,所述方法还包括:基于所述网络存储地址获取所述简历。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历,包括:在所述多媒体会议客户端中运行嵌入在所述多媒体会议客户端中的用于显示应聘者信息的预设应用;在所述预设应用的简历显示窗口中展示所述简历信息所指示的简历。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一面试信息还包括第一面试多媒体信息,以及所述在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历,包括:响应于在多媒体会议客户端显示第一显示窗口时,接收到用于指示切换至第二显示窗口的切换指令,根据所述切换指令,将所述第一显示窗口切换至所述第二显示窗口;其中所述第一显示窗口为用于显示简历的预设应用的简历显示窗口,所述第二显示窗口为用于显示所述第一面试多媒体信息的第一多媒体流显示窗口;或者所述第一显示窗口为所述第一多媒体流显示窗口,所述第二显示窗口为所述简历显示窗口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一面试信息还包括第一面试多媒体信息,以及所述在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历,包括:在所述多媒体会议客户端中同时显示用于显示第一面试多媒体信息的第一多媒体流显示窗口和用于显示简历的简历显示窗口。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述多媒体会议客户端中同时显示用于显示第一面试多媒体信息的第一多媒体流显示窗口和用于显示所述简历的简历显示窗口包括:所述第一多媒体流显示窗口显示在所述简历显示窗口之上。

- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一多媒体流显示窗口的大小大于所述简历显示窗口的大小。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一多媒体流显示窗口的大小和所述简历显示窗口的大小基于用户的显示大小调整操作而调整。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:响应于接收到所述简历显示窗口的显示区域和/或第一多媒体流显示窗口的显示区域的区域切换操作,根据所述区域切换操作切换所述简历显示窗口和/或第一多媒体流显示窗口的显示区域。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历之前,所述方法还包括:接收招聘应用服务端发送的展示所述简历的授权信息,其中,所述授权信息由所述招聘应用服务端响应于通过所述预设应用登录的用户的用户身份为面试官而发出,以及所述在所述预设应用的简历显示窗口中展示所述简历信息所指示 的简历,包括:根据所述授权信息,在所述预设应用的简历显示窗口中展示所述简历。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收所述用户在所述简历显示窗口中输入的面试评价信息;利用所述预设应用将所述面试评价信息同步至招聘应用服务端。
- 根据权利要求1或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收所述用户在结束所述面试时,对用于指示撰写面试评价的面试评价控件执行的预设操作,关闭所述多媒体会议客户端并调用浏览器打开所述简历的地址;利用浏览器显示面试评价信息输入窗口;接收所述用户在所述评价信息输入窗口输入的面试评价信息,并将所述面试评价信息发送给招聘应用服务端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述面试官的多媒体会议客户端的显示界面中包括预设权限控件,所述预设权限控件与面试官的预设权限匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若所述用户的用户身份为候选人,接收所述多媒体会议服务端返回的第二面试信息,所述第二面试信息包括第二面试多媒体信息;在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述第二面试多媒体信息。
- 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:接收终端设备发送的面试请求,所述面试请求包括发送所述面试请求的用户的用户信息、预先确定的网络会议室的信息;将所述终端设备连接入所述网络会议室的信息指示的网络会议室,并根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的用户身份,所述用户身份包括面试官或候选人;若确定所述用户的用户身份为面试官,将与面试官对应的第一面试信息发送给所述终端设备,所述第一面试信息包括候选人的简历信息,以指示所述终端设备在多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息指示的简历。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端设备发送的面试请求,包括:接收所述终端设备根据用户对所显示的第一链接执行的选择操作而发出的面试请求,其中所述第一链接包括用于所述网络会议室的地址。
- 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收终端设备发送的面试请求之前,所述方法还包括:接收招聘应用服务端根据从招聘应用客户端接收到的面试预约请求,向多媒体会议服务端发送的会议室预约请求,所述面试预约请求包括面试官的信息、面试时间信息、候选人的信息;根据所述会议室预约请求确定网络会议室,并根据预设规则和所述网络会议室的信息生成所述第一链接;将所述第一链接发送给所述招聘应用服务端,以使所述招聘应用服务端将所述第一链接发送给所述用户。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若确定所述用户的用户身份为面试官,将与面试官对应的第一面试信息发送给所述终端设备,包括:若确定所述用户的用户身份为面试官,根据所述面试请求从招聘应用服务端获取面试请求所指示的候选人的简历信息;将所述第一面试信息发送给所述终端设备。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若确定所述用户的用户身份为候选人,将与候选人对应的第二面试信息发送给所述终端设备,以指示所述终端设备在多媒体会议客户端显示所述第二面试信息所包括的第二面试多媒体信息。
- 一种信息交互装置,其特征在于,包括:第一接收单元,用于接收用户发出的进入预设面试的面试指令;第一发送单元,用于向多媒体会议服务端发送根据所述面试指令生成的面试请求,以指示所述多媒体会议服务端将终端设备连接入预先确定的网络会议室,并根据所述面试请求所指示的用户信息确定所述用户的用户身份;其中,所述用户身份包括面试官或候选人;第二接收单元,用于若所述用户的用户身份为面试官,接收所述多媒体会议服务端返回的与所述面试官身份匹配的第一面试信息,其中,所述第一面试信息候选人的简历信息;显示单元,用于在所述终端设备的多媒体会议客户端显示所述简历信息所指示的简历。
