背景技术
网络多媒体会议可以实现在两点和多点间实时传送活动图像、语音及应用数据(电子白板、图形)等形式的信息。适用于远程会议,网络讨论等。位于两个或多个地点的人们,可以通过网络多媒体会议,进行交互。
网络多媒体会议通常由多媒体会议服务器接收参会用户发送的多媒体数据流,并对参会用户发送的多媒体数据流进行交互传输。

第一方面,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种信息交互方法,应用于终端设备,包括:响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流,直播数据流基于 多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;接收用户基于直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据互动内容生成互动信息;将互动信息发送给服务端,以使服务端将互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备。

本公开的一些实施例提供的信息交互方法、装置和电子设备,通过响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流,直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;接收用户基于直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据互动内容生成互动信息;将互动信息发送给服务端,以使服务端将互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备。相比于现有的多媒体会议中仅有参会用户才可以发送交互信息,多媒体会议的直播数据流观看用户无法与多媒体会议的参会用户或者其他观看用户针对多媒体会议的内容进行信息交互而言,本方案提供了多媒体会议的观看用户发布关于多媒体会议的互动信息的通道。多媒体会议的用户可以在多媒体会议的界面中实时浏览多媒体会议的观看用户的互动信息。相比于仅有多媒体会议的参会用户进行信息交流,本方案提高了与多媒体会议内容相关的信息沟通效率。

请参考图1,示出了根据本公开的信息交互方法的一些实施例的流程。该信息交互方法应用于终端设备,包括以下步骤:
步骤101,响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流。
在多媒体会议中,通常由参会用户进行信息交互。由于多媒体会议过程中需要交互的数据量较大,如果参会用户数量过多将会引起多 媒体数据流卡顿的现象。因此,通常多媒体会议的参会用户有数量限制,也即在不对多媒体会议进直播的情况下,多媒体会议所能影响的用户范围仅为参会用户群。
为了提高多媒体会议的影响范围,可以提供多媒体会议的直播数据流。上述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成。多媒体会议可以为音频会议,也可以为视频会议。观看用户可以在多媒体会议的召开的时间内收听和/或观看上述直播数据流。在一些应用场景中,多媒体会议的举办者可以确定哪些用户为观看用户,向这些观看用户赋予观看直播数据流的权限。
多媒体会议的参会用户,或者观看多媒体会议直播数据流的观看用户,或者预设多媒体会议管理用户可以向其使用的终端设备执行预设直播发起操作。上述终端设备接收用于使对多媒体会议进行直播的预设直播发起操作;然后向服务端发送对所述多媒体会议进行直播的直播请求,以使所述服务端根据所述直播请求生成所述多媒体会议的直播数据流。上述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据生成。
在一些应用场景中,上述预设操作的发起者为多媒体会议的参会用户;所述预设直播发起操作包括:所述多媒体会议的参会用户对用于显示多媒体会议信息流的显示界面中显示的用于使启动直播的直播控件执行的触发操作。
在这些应用场景中,多媒体会议的参会用户的终端设备中可以显示多媒体会议信息的显示界面。若多媒体会议已经进行,上述显示界面可以为显示多媒体会议交互数据流的界面。若多媒体会议未开始,上述显示界面可以为显示多媒体会议的会议名称、会议事项等多媒体的信息的界面。上述显示界面中可以显示用于使启动对多媒体会议进行直播的直播控件。上述参会用户可以对上述直播控件执行点击、触控等触发操作。终端设备可以将接收到上述触发操作视为接收到直播发起操作。
可以在多媒体会议开始进行之前、在多媒体会议进行中发起上述预设直播发起操作。也即所述预设直播发起操作的发起时机包括以下 之一:在多媒体会议开始进行之前、在多媒体会议进行中。
可以预先设置多媒体会议的直播数据流的观看地址,并将观看地址进行分发。例如将观看地址分发给多媒体会议的观看用户。
上述登入多媒体会议的直播界面的操作可以是任何能够获取到直播数据流的操作。上述“登入”例如可以包括:获取上述直播数据流的直播地址对应的链接,并根据链接跳转到上述直播地址对应的直播页面的操作。或者可以包括:通过在页面中直接输入直播数据流对应的直播地址而打开多媒体会议的直播页面的操作。上述直播页面可以是网页页面,也可以是多媒体会议的直播数据流的直播平台对应的直播间。在一些应用场景中,上述登入多媒体会议的直播界面还包括输入用户身份信息,以完成用户身份信息认证的过程。
用户可以使用终端设备登入多媒体会议的直播界面。例如通过点击展示在终端设备页面中的直播数据流的链接,登入多媒体会议的直播界面。在用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面时,终端设备可以向服务端发送获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求。服务端根据上述获取请求向终端设备实时发送上述多媒体会议的直播数据流。终端设备在获取到上述直播数据流之后,可以在上述多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流。
在一些应用场景中,上述多媒体会议的直播界面可以设置在网页页面中。用户有可能没有在终端设备中安装用于播放多媒体会议的直播数据流的应用,此时用户若想观看上述直播数据流就存在障碍。将多媒体会议的直播界面设置在网页页面中,可以为用户观看多媒体会议的直播数据流提供便利。
在一些应用场景中,用户在第三方平台中浏览信息。在这些应用场景中,用户可以在第三方平台中通过多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的地址登入多媒体会议的直播界面。
作为一个示例,第三方平台中可以展示上述多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的链接。用户可以点击上述链接,终端设备在接收到用户对上述链接的点击操作后,解析上述链接对应的上述多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的地址,从而在第三方平台中展示多媒体会议的直播界面, 实现用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面。
作为另一个示例,用户可以在第三方平台中地址输入框中输入上述多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的地址,从而在第三方平台中展示多媒体会议的直播界面,实现用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面。
在这些应用场景中,用户可以在第三方平台中直接登入多媒体会议的直播界面。相对于现有的用户在第三方平台中浏览信息时想观看多媒体会议的直播数据流时,需要关闭第三方平台,然后打开多媒体会议应用,或者打开网页页面;再在多媒体会议应用,或者打开网页页面中输入上述地址,或者点击上述地址对应的链接登入上述直播界面,可以减少用户登入多媒体会议直播数据流的直播界面的操作,节省用户了时间,可以改善用户体验。
步骤102,接收用户基于直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据互动内容生成互动信息。
上述直播界面可以包括用于播放直播数据流的显示窗口。
在用户观看上述多媒体的直播数据流的过程中,用户可以通过终端设备输入基于直播数据流的互动内容。用户可以以文字、语音等方式输入互动内容。
终端设备可以根据上述互动内容生成互动信息。互动信息例如可以包括用户的身份信息、用户发送互动内容的时间信息等。上述互动信息可以包括以下至少之一:文字互动信息、语音互动信息、默认表情等。
在一些应用场景中,例如多媒体会议涉及的内容比较严肃,或者参会用户较多时,观看用户可以发送文字互动信息,有利于参会用户在不干扰多媒体会议交互信息流的前提下,观看文字互动信息。
在一些应用场景中,例如多媒体会议涉及的内容互动性较强,由于会议人数限制,使得观看用户无法参会。此时,观看用户可以发送语音互动信息和/或表情信息,以提高多媒体会议的互动性。
本实施例提供的信息交互方法,通过响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流,直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;接收 用户基于直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据互动内容生成互动信息;将互动信息发送给服务端,以指示服务端将互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备。相比于现有的多媒体会议中只有参会用户才可以发送交互信息,多媒体会议的直播数据流观看用户无法与多媒体会议的参会用户或者其他观看用户针对多媒体会议的内容进行信息交互而言,本方案提供了多媒体会议的观看用户发布关于多媒体会议的互动信息的通道。多媒体会议的用户可以在多媒体会议的界面中实时浏览多媒体会议的观看用户的互动信息。相比于仅有多媒体会议的参会用户进行信息交流,本方案提高了与多媒体会议内容相关的信息沟通效率。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述步骤102之前,上述信息交互方法还包括:获取用户的用户昵称。以及上述步骤102可以包括:根据互动内容以及用户的用户昵称生成互动信息。
上述用户的用户昵称可以与用户的用户名不同。用户昵称可以包括任意字符。
上述获取用户的用户昵称可以包括获取用户历史输入的用户昵称。将用户历史输入的用户昵称作为发表本次互动信息的昵称。
在一些应用场景中,上述获取用户的昵称可以包括获取用户在观看本次播放的直播数据流时输入的用户昵称。作为一种示例性说明,上述多媒体会议的直播界面中可以展示用于输入用户昵称的控件。用户通过点击上述用于输入用户昵称的控件输入用户昵称。作为另一种示例性说明,用户输入了互动内容,在点击互动内容的发送选项时,可以弹出提示用户是否使用用户昵称发表互动信息的提示窗口。用户可以通过对上述提示窗口中用于表征使用用户昵称发表互动信息的选择项执行选择操作,而在所展示的用户昵称输入窗口中输入用户昵称。
终端设备可以根据用户输入的互动内容以及用户昵称生成互动信息。
在其他用户的终端设备显示多媒体会议的直播界面中,所展示的互动信息可以包括用户昵称和互动内容。这样,发表互动信息的用户可以不使用自己的真实用户名发表互动信息,可以满足用户匿名发表互动信息的需求。
进一步可选地,在这些应用场景中,用户与用户昵称的关联关系在用户观看本次视频会议的直播数据流期间有效。也即用户的用户昵称仅在本次观看直播数据流期间有效,在直播数据流结束后失效。有利于保护用户的隐私。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在步骤101之前,上述信息交互方法还包括以下步骤:
首先,根据用户对登录控件执行的预设操作,获取用户的身份信息。
其次,将用户的身份信息发送给服务端以确定用户是否具有直播数据流的获取权限。
在这些可选的实现方式中,上述用户的身份信息例如可以包括用于区分不同用户的用户名。
用于登录的用户的身份信息可以是用于登录某个应用的用户名;也可以是与用户绑定的用户个人信息。这里的用户名可以是由用户申请注册的,用于区分不同用户的用户身份信息。
可以预先设置具有观看多媒体会议的直播数据流的观看权限所对应的用户列表。用户列表中可以包括多个预设用户各自对应的身份信息。
上述终端设备可以将用户的身份信息发送给服务端。服务端确认具有直播数据流的观看权限的用户列表是否包括上述用户的身份信息,若包括,则确定该用户具有获取该直播数据流的权限。若不包括,则确定该用户不具有获取该直播数据流的权限。
在这些可选的实现方式中,根据用户的身份信息确定用户是否有权限获取上述直播数据流。有利于提高多媒体会议信息的安全性。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述步骤102可以包括:响应于所接收到的用户输入互动内容对应的字符数量超过预设数量阈值,展示用于提示字符数量超过数量限制的提示信息。
由于在上述多媒体会议的直播界面中,要展示直播数据流以及上述互动信息,如果用户输入的互动内容过多,占用的直播界面上的区域较多,不利于对多个用户的互动信息进行显示的显示效果。
上述预设数量阈值例如可以为40、50、60等,可以根据具体的应用场景进行设置。此处不进行限制。
在用户输入的互动内容所对应的字符数量超过预设数量阈值时,用户后续输入的互动内容不会在互动信息中体现。
在用户输入的互动内容对应的字符数量超过预设数量阈值时,可以提示用户所输入的互动内容的字符数量超过数量限制的提示信息,有利于减少用户的无效信息输入,改善用户体验。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述步骤103可以包括:将互动信息发送给服务端,以使服务端基于互动信息的内容确定是否将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送。
在这些可选的实现方式中,服务端在将用户的互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备之前,可以对互动信息进行审核。例如判断互动信息是否包括敏感词;判断互动信息是否与多媒体会议的内容相关;判断互动信息是否有诋毁他人的倾向性等。
服务端对上述互动信息进行审核,根据审核结果确定是否将互动信息发送给呈现直播数据流的直播界面的终端设备。从而有利于提高直播界面上所显示的互动信息的纯净性。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,上述使服务端基于互动信息的内容确定是否将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送,包括:服务端若确定不将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送,向用户的终端设备发送用于提示互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息。
进一步地,上述信息交互方法还包括:响应于接收到服务端发送的互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息,向用户展示上述反馈信息。
也即终端设备在接收到上述反馈信息时,可以以弹窗、浮窗等形式展示上述反馈信息。
在这些可选的实现方式中,用户可以通过上述反馈信息了解自己发送的互动信息没有被发送给其他用户,从而确定是否继续编辑互动信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,信息交互方法还包括:响应于接收到服务端发送的互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息,将互动信 息对应的文字互动内容展示在直播界面中显示的文本信息输入框中。
在这些可选的实现方式中,将上述互动信息对应的文字互动内容展示在上述文本信息输入框中,一方面有利于用户浏览自己输入的互动信息,另一方面便于用户在文本信息输入框中调整互动内容,以便在再次发送互动信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,信息交互方法还包括:在直播界面中展示用户的互动信息,展示互动信息的方式包括以下至少之一:列表、弹幕、浮窗;
其中,互动信息包括互动内容、发送互动内容的用户的用户标识信息、用户发送互动内容的时间信息。

上述滚动操作例如可以包括用户使用手指触控触摸屏实现的滑动操作、用户使用鼠标对列表的滚动条执行的点击操作等。

在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,终端设备为具有预设权限的用户使用的终端设备;以及信息交互方法还包括:响应于接收到具有预设权限的用户对所展示的互动信息执行的预设操作,将预设操作的信息发送给服务端,以使服务端将预设操作对应的操作结果发送给其他用户的终端设备。

作为示意性说明,上述具有预设权限的用户可以通过右键点击一条互动信息,根据用户的右键点击操作,在上述互动信息界面中展示编辑控件。在该编辑控件中可以展示“置顶”、“删除”、“禁言”等选择项。上述具有预设权限的用户可以选择上述选择项,从而完成执行与上述选择项对应的操作。
在一些应用场景中,上述预设权限的用户可以是多媒体会议的主持人。上述具有预设权限的用户可以对用户发表的互动信息以及发表互动信息的用户进行管理。
具有预设权限的用户在对一条互动信息执行了置顶操作之后,终端设备可以将上述置顶操作发送给服务端。服务端向各用户的呈现上述直播界面的终端设备发送该条互动信息显示设置参数为置顶参数的信息。从而在各用户的终端设备中显示的直播界面中的显示互动信息的列表中置顶显示上述互动信息。
具有预设权限的用户在对一条互动信息执行了删除操作之后,终端设备可以将上述删除操作的信息发送给服务端。服务端向各用户的呈现上述直播界面的终端设备发送该条互动信息被删除的信息。从而在各用户的终端设备中显示的直播界面中的显示互动信息的列表中删除该条互动信息。
具有预设权限的用户可以对发表互动的用户执行禁言操作。终端设备将上述禁言操作所对应的用户信息发送给服务器,服务器可以将上述禁言操作所对应的用户的标识信息以及对该用户禁言设置的信息发送给呈现上述直播界面的终端设备。从而在各用户的终端设备中显示该用户被禁言的信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,用户的互动信息以弹幕的方式展示。
上述在直播界面中展示用户的互动信息,包括:基于用户对直播界面中的预设弹幕控件的操作,确定是否开启弹幕展示。
在这些可选的实现方式中,可以在直播界面中设置弹幕控件。弹幕控件默认为弹幕功能为关闭状态。当用户对上述弹幕控件中显示的 用于指示开启弹幕功能的选项执行点击、触控等选择操作时,可以开启弹幕展示,进而在直播界面中弹幕展示多个用户的互动信息。
此外,还可以根据在直播界面中以弹幕方式展示上述互动信息时,可以根据用户对弹幕控件中用于指示关闭弹幕功能的选择执行的点击、触控的选择操作时,关闭在直播界面中的对用户互动信息的弹幕展示。
需要说明的是,可以根据用户的操作,将以弹幕方式展示用户的互动信息与以列表形式展示互动信息同时展示在多媒体会议的直播界面中。
在这些可选的实现方式中,在直播数据流的直播界面中展示弹幕,由于弹幕都是实时展示的,有利于用户收听或者观看直播数据流片段时,实时了解其他用户的针对该片段互动信息。相对于用户需要在列表中查看用户对该片段的互动信息,可以提高信息沟通的效率。
请进一步参考图2,其示出了信息交互方法的一些实施例的流程。该信息交互方法可应用于服务端,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,将直播数据流发送给终端设备,以使终端设备在直播界面中展示直播数据流。

在本实施例中,通过根据终端设备发送的获取请求,将多媒体会议的直播数据流发送给终端设备,以使器在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示直播数据流,接收终端设备发送的用户输入的互动信息,并将互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备,以使终端设备在上述直播界面中展示互动信息。因此,多媒体会议的用户可以在多媒体会议的界面中实时浏览多媒体会议的观看用户的互动信息。相比于仅有多媒体会议的参会用户进行信息交流,本方案提高了与多媒体会议内容相关的信息沟通效率。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,步骤201包括:响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,根据获取请求对应的用户的用户身份信息确定用户是否为参会用户;响应于确定用户为参会用户,将直播数据流发送给终端设备以及静音播放设置参数发送给终端设备,以指示终端设备静音播放直播数据流并向用户文字展示用于提示静音播放的提示信息。
在这些可选的实现方式中,上述观看多媒体会议的用户还可以是多媒体会议的参会用户。由于参会用户的多媒体数据流会在多媒体会议的各参会用户中进行交互传输。为了避免多媒体会议的交互数据流不被干扰,在参会用户选择观看上述直播数据流时,可以向参会用户展示被静音的直播数据流。并向参会用户提示用户文字展示用于提示静音播放的提示信息。
上述参会用户可以是多媒体会议中具有某种权限的用户。改用户需要对直播交互信息进行管理,所以这个人有需求既要打开视频会议 又要打开直播页,在这种情形下,为了避免回声,可以在该参会用户打开上述直播数据流的直播界面时,向该参会用户展示被静音的直播数据流。并向参会用户提示用户文字展示用于提示静音播放的提示信息。
在本实施例的一些可选的实现方式中,在步骤203之前,信息交互方法还包括以下步骤:
第一,基于互动信息的内容确定是否将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送;
第二,若确定将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送,将互动信息发送给呈现直播界面的终端设备;
第三,若确定不将互动信息向呈现直播界面的终端设备发送,向用户的终端设备发送互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息。

将多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的互动信息进行存储,生成与多媒体会议关联的互动信息存储文档。

如图5所示,系统架构可以包括终端设备501、502、503,网络504,服务器505。网络504用以在终端设备501、502、503和服务器505之间提供通信链路的介质。网络504可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备501、502、503可以通过网络504与服务器505交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备501、502、503上可以安装有各种客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、新闻资讯类应用。终端设备501、502、503中的客户端应用可以接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令完成相应的功能,例如根据用户的指令在信息中添加相应信息。
终端设备501、502、503可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备501、502、503为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio  Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备501、502、503为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器505可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如接收终端设备501、502、503发送的信息获取请求,根据信息获取请求通过各种方式获取信息获取请求对应的展示信息。并展示信息的相关数据发送给终端设备501、502、503。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息处理方法可以由终端设备执行,相应地,信息处理装置可以设置在终端设备501、502、503中。此外,本公开实施例所提供的信息处理方法还可以由服务器505执行,相应地,信息处理装置可以设置于服务器505中。
应该理解,图5中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的一些实施例的电子设备(例如图5中的服务器或终端设备)的结构示意图。本公开的一些实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的终端设备/服务器仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,电子设备可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储装置608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有电子设备操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通 过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。

Claims (35)

  1. 一种信息交互方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流,所述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;
    接收用户基于所述直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据所述互动内容生成互动信息;
    将所述互动信息发送给服务端,以指示服务端将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户基于所述直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据所述互动内容生成互动信息之前,所述方法包括:
    获取用户的用户昵称;以及
    所述接收用户基于所述直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据所述互动内容生成互动信息,包括:
    根据所述互动内容以及所述用户的用户昵称生成所述互动信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所示的方法,其特征在于,所述用户与所述用户昵称的关联关系在所述用户观看所述直播数据流期间有效。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据用户对登录控件执行的预设操作,获取用户的身份信息;
    将用户的身份信息发送给服务端以确定所述用户是否具有直播数据流的获取权限。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述直播界面设置在网页页面中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述互动信息,包括以下至少之一:
    文字互动信息、语音互动信息、默认表情。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户基于所述直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据所述互动内容生成互动信息,包括:
    响应于所接收到的用户输入互动内容对应的字符数量超过预设数量阈值,展示用于提示字符数量超过数量限制的提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述互动信息发送给服务端,以指示服务端将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备,包括:
    将所述互动信息发送给服务端,以使服务端基于所述互动信息的内容确定是否将所述互动信息向呈现所述直播界面的终端设备发送。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,:
    服务端若确定不将所述互动信息向呈现所述直播界面的终端设备发送,向所述用户的终端设备发送用于提示互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到服务端发送的互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息,向用户展示用于提示互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息提示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到服务端发送的互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息,将所述互动信息对应的文字互动内容展示在所述直播界面中显示的文本信息输入框中。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述直播界面中展示用户的互动信息,展示所述互动信息的方式包括以下至少之一:列表、弹幕、浮窗;
    其中,所述互动信息包括互动内容、发送所述互动内容的用户的用户标识信息、用户发送互动内容的时间信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一个用户的多个互动信息根据发送时间在展示互动信息的列表中依次展示。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述列表中的顶部展示被置顶的置顶互动信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户对所述列表执行的滚动操作;
    展示所述滚动操作所对应的互动信息。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,用户的互动信息以弹幕的方式展示。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述直播界面中展示用户的互动信息,包括:
    基于用户对所述直播界面中的预设弹幕控件的操作,确定是否开启弹幕展示。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备为具有预设权限的用户使用的终端设备;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述具有预设权限的用户对所展示的互动信息执行的预设操作,将预设操作的信息发送给服务端,以使服务端将所述预 设操作对应的操作结果发送给其他用户的终端设备;其中
    所述预设操作包括以下之一:
    置顶、删除、对互动信息的发送者设置禁言。
  19. 一种信息交互方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    接收用于使对多媒体会议进行直播的预设直播发起操作;
    向服务端发送对所述多媒体会议进行直播的直播请求,以使所述服务端根据所述直播请求生成所述多媒体会议的直播数据流;其中,所述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据生成。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设直播发起操作由以下之一的用户发出:
    所述多媒体会议的参会用户、所述观看用户、预设多媒体会议管理用户。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设直播发起操作的发起者为多媒体会议的参会用户;所述预设直播发起操作包括:
    所述多媒体会议的参会用户对用于显示多媒体会议信息的显示界面中显示的用于使启动直播的直播控件执行的触发操作。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设直播发起操作的发起时机包括以下之一:
    在多媒体会议开始进行之前、在多媒体会议进行中。
  23. 一种信息交互方法,应用于服务端,包括:
    响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,将所述直播数据流发送给所述终端设备,以使所述终端设备在所述直播界面中展示所述直播数据流;其中,所述获取请求由终端设备根据用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面生成,所述直播数据流基于 多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;
    接收终端设备发送的互动信息,所述互动信息基于用户根据所述直播数据流输入的互动内容生成;
    将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备,以使所述终端设备在所述直播界面中展示所述互动信息。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,将所述直播数据流发送给所述终端设备,包括:
    响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,根据所述获取请求对应的用户的用户身份信息确定所述用户是否为参会用户;
    响应于确定所述用户为参会用户,将所述直播数据流以及静音播放设置参数发送给所述终端设备,以指示所述终端设备静音播放所述直播数据流并向用户文字展示用于提示静音播放的提示信息。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备之前,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述互动信息的内容确定是否将所述互动信息向呈现所述直播界面的终端设备发送;
    若确定将所述互动信息向呈现所述直播界面的终端设备发送,将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备;
    若确定不将所述互动信息向呈现所述直播界面的终端设备发送,向所述用户的终端设备发送互动信息审核不通过的反馈信息。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述多媒体会议的直播数据流对应的互动信息进行存储,生成与所述多媒体会议关联的互动信息存储文档。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述互动信息存储文档关联存储有用户发送互动信息的时间、互动内容以及发出所述互动信息的用户的标识信息。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述互动信息存储文档存储于对所述多媒体会议具有预设权限的用户的云空间。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述互动信息存储文档中,将各条互动信息与各自对应的录制的直播数据流中的相关多媒体会议片段进行关联,以使用户通过点击互动信息跳转至与互动信息对应的直播数据流的直播数据流片段。
  30. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述直播数据流根据所接收到的直播请求生成,所述直播请求由终端设备根据所接收到的用于使对多媒体会议进行直播的预设直播发起操作发送。
  31. 一种信息交互装置,应用于终端设备,包括:
    展示单元,用于响应于用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面,在多媒体会议的直播界面中展示多媒体会议的直播数据流,所述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;
    第一接收单元,用于接收用户基于所述直播数据流所输入的互动内容,根据所述互动内容生成互动信息;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述互动信息发送给服务端,以指示服务端将所述互动信息发送给呈现所述直播界面的终端设备。
  32. 一种信息交互装置,应用于终端设备,包括:
    直播发起操作接收单元,用于接收用于使对多媒体会议进行直播的预设直播发起操作;
    直播请求发送单元,用于向服务端发送对所述多媒体会议进行直播的直播请求,以使所述服务端根据所述直播请求生成多媒体会议的 直播数据流;其中,所述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据生成。
  33. 一种信息交互装置,应用于服务端,包括:
    第二发送单元,用于响应于接收到终端设备发送的获取多媒体会议的直播数据流的获取请求,将所述直播数据流发送给所述终端设备,以使所述终端设备在所述直播界面中展示所述直播数据流;其中,所述获取请求由终端设备根据用户登入多媒体会议的直播界面生成,所述直播数据流基于多媒体会议的参会用户的交互数据流生成;
    第二接收单元,用于接收终端设备发送的互动信息,所述互动信息基于用户根据所述直播数据流输入的互动内容生成;
    第三发送单元,用于将所述互动信息发送给所述呈现所述直播界面的终端设备,以使所述终端设备在所述直播界面中展示所述互动信息。
  34. 一种电子设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,其上存储有一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-18中任一所述的方法;或者实现如19-22中任一所述的方法;或者实现如权利要求23-30中任一所述的方法。
  35. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-18中任一所述的方法;或者实现如19-22中任一所述的方法;或者实现如权利要求23-30中任一所述的方法。
