在一些应用场景中,一个应用中可以包括多个业务。例如,办公类应用可以包括以下至少一项但不限于即时通信业务、邮件业务、在线文档业务、多媒体会议业务和日历业务。上述应用可以是任意种类的应用,在此不做限定。例如,上述应用可以是即时通讯类应用、视频播放类应用和邮件类应用等。
在一些应用场景中,上述业务可以以应用划分。例如,在线文档应用和即时通信应用可以作为不同的业务。
在本实施例中,第一业务数据可以是第一业务相关的数据。

需要说明的是,将第一反馈信息及时更新至第一业务界面中,可以实现以第一业务界面为载体呈现第二业务数据的效率,由此,可以实现以第一业务界面为交互基础而进行的信息交互的准确性和效率。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:在所述第二显示区域接收第一反馈信息。
在这里,第一反馈信息的输入位置可以在第二显示区域中。
需要说明的是,将第一反馈信息的输入位置设置在第二显示区域中,可以贴合用户针对第二业务输入反馈信息的特点,实现第一反馈信息和所针对的反馈对象的显示区域一致,减少界面操作难度,提高界面操作效率。
在一些实施例中,第一信息标识指示所述第二显示区域所显示的第二业务数据。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:将所述第一反馈信息, 发送至服务器。

在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于所述第二业务界面显示所述第一反馈信息,以及响应于在第二业务界面接收第一更新信息,在第一业务界面的第二显示区域中,显示所述第二业务界面接收到的第一更新信息。
请参考图3,图3示出了第二业务界面中显示了第一反馈信息(王五的回复),第二业务界面中接收到赵六消息“第三步明天完成”。则第二业务界面在接收到新消息之后,可以第一业务界面发送新消息。第一业务界面的第二显示区域,可以显示第一更新信息“第三步明天完成”。
需要说明的是,第一业务界面向第二业务界面发送第一反馈信息后,第二业务界面的新消息更新至第一业务界面中,可以实现在第一业务界面的用户希望与第二业务界面中的用户进行交互的情况下,第二用户界面接收到的新消息及时更新到第一业务界面。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于所述第二业务界面显示所述第一反馈信息,在第一业务界面的第二显示区域中,显示在第二业务界面接收到的针对所述第一反馈信息的第二反馈信息。
请参考图4,图4示出了第二业务界面中显示了第一反馈信息(王五的回复),第二业务界面中接收到赵六消息“第三步明天完成”,并且赵六的消息,是针对第一反馈信息(王五的回复)的反馈信息,图4中的箭头指向所引用的消息。这种情况下,第一业务界面的第二显示区域,可以显示第一更新信息“第三步明天完成”。
需要说明的是,第一业务界面向第二业务界面发送第一反馈信息后,如果第二业务界面接收到的新消息是针对第一反馈信息的消息,则将新消息更新至第一业务界面中,可以实现及时向第一业务界面中,更新针对第一反馈信息的新消息,可以实现第一 业务和第二业务有针对性地互通,从而实现保持信息交互的同时,提高第二业务界面中的数据的安全性。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于在第二业务界面接收到第三更新信息,在第一业务界面的第二显示区域中,显示所述第二业务界面接收到的第三更新信息。
请参考图5,图5示出了在第二业务界面的消息已经发送至第一业务界面,但是并没有接收到第一业务界面反馈的第一反馈信息,这种情况下,如果第二业务界面接收到赵六消息“第三步明天完成”,第一业务界面的第二显示区域,可以显示第三更新信息“第三步明天完成”。
需要说明的是,第二业务界面在向第一业务界面发送第二业务数据后,如果第二业务界面接收到新消息,则将新消息更新至第一业务界面中,可以实现及时向第一业务界面中同步更新的第二业务数据。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:从第二业务界面所显示的第二业务数据中,确定选取对象;生成索引信息。
在这里,所述索引信息指示所述选取对象的第一信息标识。上述索引信息可以基于第一信息标识生成且不同于所述第一信息标识。
需要说明的是,索引信息在标识信息的基础上生成。以索引信息作为传输媒介提供给用户设备,而不是以标识信息作为传输媒介,可以防止根据标识信息进行反向工程,提高信息安全性。上述索引信息可以指向所述信息标识,也可以指向所述信息标识的存储空间,通过所述存储空间获取所述信息标识,进而获取到所述信息标识所指向的信息数据。
所述步骤102,可以包括:响应于第一业务界面接收到所述索引信息,在第一业务界面的第二显示区域中,显示所述索引信息指示的选取对象。
在这里,选取对象可以是第二业务界面显示的全部信息内容或者部分信息内容。
在一些应用场景中,会话的部分信息内容,可以为会话消息。文档的部分信息内容可以为文档的部分内容(例如字、句或段)。邮件的部分信息内容,可以理解为邮件中的部分内容,例如邮件正文或者邮件标题;再例如,邮件正文中的字、句或段。
在这里,在本实施例中,第一业务界面可以通过各种形式接收索引信息。
例如,用户可以将从第二业务界面复制的索引信息,粘贴到第一业务界面。
再例如,用户可以在第二业务界面中,选取部分信息内容,然后选取分享对象(例如群组“午饭小组”),由此可以将所选取的部分信息内容的索引信息发送至分享对象,显示分享对象的第一业务界面可以接收该索引信息。
在一些应用场景中,可以将上述索引信息发送至第一电子设备。第一电子设备向第二业务服务器发送信息内容获取请求,第二业务服务器确定所述索引信息对应的信息内容标识,以及从根据信息内容标识指示的部分信息内容数据中,获取所述信息内容(即选取对象)。
需要说明的是,在第二业务界面提供选择控件确定选取对象,可以实现将第二业务的信息内容分享至第一业务界面,由此,可以实现在第一业务界面中显示第二业务数据,可以避免跳转至第二业务界面中才能获取部分信息内容和/或相关信息,由此,节省跳转至第二业务界面的步骤,减少信息显示的难度和减少信息显示所消耗的资源。
在一些实施例中,所述第一业务界面包括文档界面,所述第二业务界面包括即时通信的会话界面。
在一些实施例中,所述步骤102,可以包括:在文档界面的第二显示区域中,显示即时通信的会话消息。
请参考图2B所示,其示出了在文档的第二显示区域中,显示即时通信的会话消息。
需要说明的是,将即时通信的会话消息分享至在线文档中, 并且在文档中进行显示,可以实现跨业务场景的信息分享,可以使得用户在文档中即可了解会话交互的上下文语境,并且可以结合上下文语境将反馈信息更新至即时通信的会话界面。使得用户在利用在线文档协调信息的同时,尽快将反馈信息传达至即时通信的会话界面,避免在两个业务界面之间切换,提高作业效率。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于在所述会话界面显示所述第一反馈信息,在所述文档界面的第二显示区域,显示在会话界面接收到的针对所述第一反馈信息的第二反馈信息。
请参考图4,其示出了会话界面中显示第一反馈信息,并且如果在会话界面接收到针对第一反馈信息的第二反馈信息,将第二反馈信息发送至文档界面,文档界面可以显示第二反馈信息。
需要说明的是,将针对第一反馈信息第二反馈信息更新至第一业务界面,对于与分享至文档的会话消息强相关的新消息,会主动更新至文档,实现即时通信业务和文档业务有针对性地互通,从而实现保持信息交互的同时,提高即时通信界面中的数据的安全性。
进一步参考图6,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息交互装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图1所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图6所示,本实施例的信息交互装置包括:第一显示单元601、第二显示单元601和更新单元603。其中,第一显示单元,用于在第一业务界面的第一显示区域中,显示第一业务数据;第二显示单元,用于在第一业务界面的第二显示区域中,显示第二业务数据,其中,所述第二业务数据为第二业务界面显示的第二业务相关的数据;更新单元,用于响应于在第一业务界面中接收到针对所述第二显示区域所显示的第二业务数据的第一反馈信息,基于所述第一反馈信息更新所述第二业务界面。

如图7所示,系统架构可以包括终端设备701、702、703,网络704,服务器705。网络704用以在终端设备701、702、703和服务器705之间提供通信链路的介质。网络704可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备701、702、703可以通过网络704与服务器705交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备701、702、703上可以安装有各种客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、新闻资讯类应用。终端设备701、702、703中的客户端应用可以接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令完成相应的功能,例如根据用户的指令在信息中添加相应信息。
终端设备701、702、703可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备701、702、703为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书 阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端设备701、702、703为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器705可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如接收终端设备701、702、703发送的信息获取请求,根据信息获取请求通过各种方式获取信息获取请求对应的显示信息。并显示信息的相关数据发送给终端设备701、702、703。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法可以由终端设备执行,相应地,信息交互装置可以设置在终端设备701、702、703中。此外,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法还可以由服务器705执行,相应地,信息交互装置可以设置于服务器705中。
应该理解,图7中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面参考图8,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如图7中的终端设备或服务器)的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图8示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。

    响应于在第一业务界面中接收到针对所述第二显示区域所显示的第二业务数据的第一反馈信息,基于所述第一反馈信息更新所述第二业务界面。

    在所述第二显示区域显示所述第一反馈信息。
