由于第一用户具有预设管理权限,第一用户可以对第一团队进行管理。第一用户可以对第一团队中的团队成员的权限进行统一管理。可以对第一团队的团队成员的权限进行变更,例如可打开团队成员的某个权限,或者关闭团队成员的某个权限的操作。第一用户可以在任一时刻发起对团队成员的权限的变更操作。
第二用户可以为第一团队的团队成员中的任意一个。
上述第一变更操作可以为用于指示打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限的操作。
步骤102,根据所述第一变更操作变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员;以及同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员。
在接收到上述第一变更操作之后,上述信息交互方法的执行主体可以根据上述第一变更操作,变更第二用户的团队成员添加权限。此外,还同步变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
也就是说,第二用户的团队成员添加权限和预设群组操作权限可以由第一用户的第一变更操作联动变更。
在一些应用场景中,上述第二用户的应用界面中显示的第一团队的信息中,可以根据第一用户的操作显示可操作的团队成员添加控件,也可以根据第一用户的操作显示用于对群组权限进行操作预设群组操作控件。
第二用户可以对上述团队成员添加控件进行操作,从而为第一团队添加团队成员。第二用户还可以对上述预设群组操作控件进行操作,从而对第一团队的群组执行相应操作。
上述预设群组操作权限包括如下中的一项或多项:向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限;向与所述第一团队关联的群组中添加团队外成员的权限;新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组。
在一些实施例中,上述各预设群组操作权限可以对应一个总的群组操作控件,上述群组操作控件可以显示在第二用户的第一团队的信息界面中。
在一些实施例中,上述各预设群组操作权限可以分别对应各自的显示控件,上述显示控件可以显示在第二用户的第一团队的信息界面中。
在一些实施例中,上述预设群组操作权限可以为向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限,上述显示控件包括显示在第二用户的信息界面中的群组添加控件。
群组添加控件用于在第一团队中添加已有群组。这里的已有群组可以是与第二用户关联的用户群组。
上述第一团队和已有群组可以为即时通信应用中的团队和群组。
上述第一团队可以是第一团队的团队成员进行信息交互的载体。群组可以为群组成员信息交互的载体。
对于与团队关联的群组,群组的群组成员集合可以是团队的团队成员集合的子集。也就是说,与团队关联的群组的群组成员,是团队的团队成员。
上述已有群组可以是第二用户参与的群组。已有群组的群组成员可以包括第一团队的团队成员之外的成员。若第二用户仅具有群组添加权限,会出现第二用户在第一团队中添加了一个已有群组后,无法将该已有群组的群组成员设置为团队成员的现象。这与群组成员为团队成员的子集的规则不符。因此,需要在团队成员具有群组添加权限时,同时具有团队成员添加权限。
请参考图2A和图2B,第一用户可以通过其使用的第一用户终端设置第二用户“团队成员A”的权限。在权限设置页面20,可以显示“团队成员A的权限设置”标识。还可以显示可用由第一用户进行管理的权限列表。作为示意性说明,如图所示,这里的权限列表包括“团队成员添加权限”、“群组添加权限”和“群组创建权限”。第一用户可以点击“团队成员添加权限”对应的团队成员添加权限控件,如图2A所示。上述用户终端在接收到上述点击操作之后,执行打开“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”和“群组添加权限”的权限的操作。在一些应用场景中,上述第一用户终端可以向服务端发送以打开“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”和“群组添加权限”的权限变更请求。服务端在接收到上述请求之后,打开“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”,同时,也打开“群组添加权限”和“群组创建权限”。第一用户终端的第一团队的显示页面中,显示团队成员添加权限控件和群组添加权限控件、群组创建权限控件均被选择,如图2B所示。这里的群组添加权限为向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限。这里的群组创建权限为新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组。
在一些实施例中,上述预设群组操作权限可以为向与所述第一团队关联的群组中添加团队外成员的权限,上述显示控件包括显示在第二用户的信息界面中的群组成员添加控件。群组成员添加控件可以用于在群组中添加团队外成员。这里的群组是指第一团队的原有群组。在第二用户具有了团队成员添加权限之后,可以在第二用户的第一团队信息的显示界面中显示上述群组成员添加控件。例如当第二用户对第一团队中的一群组执行触发操作时,显示群组成员添加控件。或者在该群组的设置页面中显示群组成员添加控件。当第二用户对群组添加控件执行触发操作后,可以根据第二用户执行的群组成员添加操作,在该群组中添加团队外成员。
在一些实施例中,上述预设群组操作权限可以为新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组的权限,上述显示控件包括显示在第二用户的信息界面中的群组创建控件。群组创建控件可以用于在团队中创建包括团队外成员的新建群组。在第二用户具有了团队成员添加权限之后,可以在第二用户的第一团队信息的显示界面中显示上述群组创建控件。当第二用户对群组创建控件执行触发操作时,可以显示供第二用户选择的、包括团队外成员的群组成员选择项。根据第二用户对群组成员选择项的选择操作,确定新建群组的群组成员。若新建群组的群组成员包括团队外成员,可以根据团队成员添加权限,将新建群组的团队外成员同步为第一团队的团队成员。
也就是说,第二用户要想有预设群组操作权限,需要先具有团队成员添加权限,否则无法执行预设群组操作。也即尽量控制新的团队成员加入到第一团队。在第二用户没有团队成员添加权限时,仅能将已有团队成员组成的群组,添加到第一团队。
在这些可选的实现方式中,通过第一用户对第二用户的权限进行控制,实现了对第一团队的团队成员的控制。
本实施例提供的信息交互方法,通过接收第一用户的第一变更操作,所述第一变更操作用于指示对第二用户的团队成员添加权限进行变更,所述第二用户为第一团队的至少一个团队成员;所述第一用户为对 所述第一团队具有预设管理权限的用户;根据所述第一变更操作变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员;以及同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员,从而实现了团队成员权限的联动变更,一方面通过上述变更操作实现了团队成员的控制,另一方面可以减少由于团队成员不具有联动的权限引起的团队管理混乱的现象,再一方面可以减少变更团队成员不同权限所需的操作。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第一变更操作为指示打开第二用户的团队成员权限的操作。所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;所述所述同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限为:打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。上述信息交互方法还包括:响应于接收到第一用户的用于关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限,关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
进一步可选地,在关闭所述预设用户的预设群组操作权限之后,信息交互方法还包括:保持所述预设用户的团队成员添加权限的打开状态。
也就是说,预设群组操作权限可以与团队成员添加权限联动。
在一些实施例中,在第一用户打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,第二用户的预设群组操作权限自动打开,但第一用户可以单独关闭第二用户的预设群组操作权限,并保持第二用户的团队成员添加权限处于打开状态。
在这些可选的实现方式中,在第一用户打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,同时打开第二用户的预设群组操作权限之后,还可以单独对预设群组操作权限进行控制。从而实现对第二用户的权限控制的灵活性。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第一变更操作为指示关闭第二用户的团队成员权限的操作。所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:关闭所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限。所述同步变更所述第二用户的群组添加权限为:关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。上述信息交互方法还包括:设置第一用户的操作页面中的用于打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的预设群组操作控制控件不可用。
请参考图2C,第一用户可以关闭“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”。第一用户可以通过再次点击已被选择的“团队成员添加权限”的团队成员添加控件,关闭“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”。上述第一用户的第一用户终端可以执行上述关闭“团队成员A”的“团队成员添加权限”的操作。在执行完后,上述第一用户终端显示“团队成员A”的团队成员添加权限控件被选择的标识被取消。另外,团队成员A的预设群组操作权限也被关闭。预设群组操作权限控件被选择的标识也被取消。同时,将预设群组操作权限控件置为不可用状态。这里的预设群组操作权限为群组添加权限和群组创建权限。这里的群组添加权限为向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限。这里的群组创建权限为新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组。
上述所述预设群组操作控制控件不可用包括:所述预设群组操作控件显示为不可用状态,或者预设群组操作控制控件处于隐藏状态。
作为示意性说明,上述预设群组操作控制控件显示为不可用状态例如可以为将上述预设群组操作控制控件置灰,不可操作。
需要说明的是,上述预设群组操作控制控件可以是显示在第一用户的第一团队的信息界面中的控件。在一些应用场景或者,上述预设群组操作控件可以为一个控制控件。在另外一些应用场景中,上述预设群组操作控件可以包括与每一个预设群组操作权限分别对应的控制控件。例如,上述预设群组操作控件可以包括群组添加控制控件、群组成员添加控制控件、群组创建控制控件。在这些可选的实现方式中,通过在 关闭第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,同时关闭第二用户的群组添加权限之外,还通过设置第一用户的打开第二用户的预设群组操作权限的预设群组操作控件不可用。在当一个第二用户具有群组添加权限,但没有团队添加权限的情况下,如果该第二用户向第一团队添加一个已有群组X,此群组X中包含不是第一团队成员的群组成员,此时如果能够成功添加,则造成团队下的群组中包含非团队成员的情况,与团队成员变更策略、团队内信息的流动策略不符,如果不能添加,又与该第二用户的能够添加已有群组的权限不符,引起团队成员管理混乱。在关闭第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,同时关闭第二用户的群组添加权限之外,还通过设置第一用户的打开第二用户的预设群组操作权限的预设群组操作控件不可用,从而可以减少在第二用户的团队成员权限被关闭时,由于第一用户误操作打开了第二用户的预设群组操作权限,引起的团队成员混乱的现象。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;上述步骤102的同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限包括:响应于第一用户未曾发起过单独关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
在这些可选的实现方式中,若第一用户未执行过对第二用户的预设群组操作权限的关闭操作,在第一用户执行打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,可以打开第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;上述信息交互方法还包括:响应于第一用户曾发起过单独关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,保持所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限不变。
也就是说,若第一用户历史发起过单独关闭第二用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,也即第一用户打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限之前,第一用户关闭了第二用户的预设群组操作权限。在这种场景下,在第一用户打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,可以保持第二用户的预设群组操作权限状态不变。也即保持第二用户的预设群组操作权限为关闭状态。
在这些可选的实现方式中,在第一用户打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限的时候,通过根据第一用户对第二用户的预设群组操作权限是否进行过历史设置,确定是否打开第一用户的预设群组操作权限,从而在根据第一用户的第一变更操作变更第二用户的团队成员添加权限时,保持了第一用户对第二用户的预设群组操作权限的历史设置。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述预设群组操作权限为新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组的群组创建权限。第二用户可以根据上述群组创建权限创建与第一团队关联的群组。第二用户可以选择所创建的群组的群组成员。在一些应用场景中,所创建的群组的群组成员可以包括非团队成员。在另外一些应用场景中,所创建的群组的群组成员可以为第一团队的团队成员的子集。
在这些可选实现方式中,团队成员可以通过群组创建权限在第一团队中创建新群组。
在一些应用场景中,上述第一变更操作例如可以是打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限,且历史未曾关闭过第二用户的群组创建权限。则上述执行主体可以打开上述第二用户的群组创建权限。
在一些实施例中,第二用户的第一团队信息的显示界面中,可以根据第二用户的操作显示用于指示打开群组创建权限的群组创建控件。当第二用户对上述群组创建控件执行触发操作时,第二用户可以利用根据上述触发操作出现的交互界面创建新群组。第二用户可以通过上述交互界面输入新建群组的名称,和/或选择新建群组的群组成员等。
如图2D所示,第一用户可以通过其使用的第一用户终端设置第二用户“团队成员A”的权限。第一用户终端所显示的上述第一团队的显示页面中,可以显示“团队成员A的权限设置”标识。还可以显示可 以由第一用户进行管理的权限列表。如图所示,这里的权限列表包括“团队成员添加权限”、“群组添加权限”和“群组创建权限”。第一用户可以点击“团队成员添加权限”对应的控件,以打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限。若确定第一用户历史关闭了群组添加权限,则保持群组添加权限为关闭状态。若确定第一用户历史未关闭群组创建权限,从而选择打开“团队成员A”的“群组创建权限”。
实践中,在第二用户具有了群组创建权限之后。在第二用户的第一团队的显示页面中可以显示用于指示打开群组创建权限的群组创建控件。上述接收第二用户在所述第一团队中执行的用于创建新群组的群组创建操作,包括第二用户可以对上述群组创建控件执行触发操作。
在接收到第二用户对上述群组创建控件执行的触发操作,上述执行主体可以向第二用户展示群组创建页面。第二用户可以在上述群组创建页面中输入待创建的群组的名称,以及从第一团队的团队成员中选择至少部分团队成员作为待创建的群组的群组成员,或者在非团队成员的联系人中确定群组成员。从而可以根据上述第二用户的上述操作创建新的群组。可以根据团队成员添加权限将非团队成员的联系人添加到第一团队的团队成员中。
在一些应用场景中,上述变更操作例如可是关闭第二用户的群组创建权限。
在第一用户关闭了第二用户的群组添加权限之后,在第二用户第一团队信息的显示界面中,群组创建控件可以显示不可用。例如,上述群组创建控件置灰。
在这些可选的实现方式中,通过由第一用户根据第二变更操作变更第二用户的群组创建权限,便于第一用户对对第二用户的群组创建权限进行控制。
在一些可选的实现方式中,第二用户的第一团队中具有群组操作控件。所述群组操作控件与至少以下之一的控件关联:用于打开新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组权限的群组创建控件、用于打开向群组中添加团队外成员的权限的群组成员添加控件和用于打开向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限的群组添加控件,以及所述方法还包括:
若所述第二用户不具有与所述群组操作控件关联的权限,设置第二用户的操作界面中的所述群组操作控件不可用。
上述群组操作控件可以显示在第二用户的第一团队信息的显示页面中。如果第二用户具有上述权限中的任一个,上述群组操作控件可用。第二用户可以在上述显示页面中触发上述群组操作控件。第二用户所使用的终端设备,在接收到用户对群组操作控件的触发操作之后,第二用户所具有的权限对应的控件显示为可用状态。若第二用户具有上述全部权限,则群组创建控件、群组成员添加控件和群组添加控件均显示为可触发状态。若第二用户不具有某一个权限,则该权限对应的控件不可用。例如该权限对应的控件显示为不可用状态,或者处于隐藏状态。
在这些可选的实现方式中,通过在第二用户的第一团队信息的显示页面中,将上述群组编辑控件设置为不可用,使得第二用户可以直观地了解自己没有群组编辑权限。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述第一用户还可以控制第二用户利用已有团队成员创建群组的第一群组创建权限。
在一些实施例中,上述第一群组创建权限可以与预设群组操作权限并行管理。也即,第一用户可以单独控制团队成员的第一群组创建权限,不与团队成员添加权限进行联动管理。
在一些可选的实现方式中,上述变更操作为打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限的操作,所述第二用户根据所述变更操作具有添加团队成员和预设群组操作权限;请参考图3,上述信息交互方法还包括如下步骤:
步骤103,基于所述第二用户向所述第一团队执行的添加操作,确定所述添加操作对应的第一用户集合,所述添加操作用于向所述第一团队添加群组和/或群组成员,所述第一用户集合是添加的群组的群组成员集合与添加的群组成员的并集。
步骤104,基于所述第一用户集合,为所述第一团队添加新团队成员。
这里的群组的群组成员可以包括非第一团队的团队成员。
当第二用户在具有了团队对象添加权限后,可以在第一团队中添加群组和/或群组成员。
在一些应用场景中,上述步骤103可以包括:接收所述第二用户对第一团队执行的用于添加群组成员的第一添加操作,以及步骤104包括:将所述第一添加操作所指示的群组成员添加为所述第一团队的团队成员,并所述群组成员同步为所述目标群组的群组成员。
这里的群组成员可以是第二用户的联系人,且不为第一团队的团队成员。
在第二用户群组成员添加为第一团队的团队成员之后,可以自动将上述群组成员同步为目标群组的群组成员。这里的目标群组可以为向全部团队成员提供公共信息的群组。上述公共信息例如可以包括第一团队的公告信息。
在一些应用场景中,上述步骤103可以包括如下步骤:
首先,接收所述第二用户在所述第一团队的相关页面中显示的团队成员添加选择项执行的触发操作,显示团队成员添加页面。
其次,根据所述第二用户在所述团队成员添加页面执行的新团队成员设置操作,设置操作指示的群组成员。
实践中,第二用户的第一团队的相关页面中可以显示团队成员添加选择项。当第二用户在具有了团队成员添加权限后,上述团队成员添加选择项显示为可用。第二用户可以对上述团队成员添加选择项执行触发操作。在接收到上述触发操作之后,可以显示团队成员添加页面。
上述团队成员添加页面可以包括交互窗口。上述设置操作可以包括在上述交互窗口中输入群组成员的信息的操作,或者将群组成员的标识拖动至上述交互窗口的操作。
在这些应用场景中,第二用户通过操作团队成员添加选择项以及所述团队成员添加页面,可以快速的在第一团队中添加新团队成员。
在一些应用场景中,上述添加操作用于向所述第一团队添加群组。上述群组可以为目标已有群组。上述目标已有群组为与第二用户关联的群组,且目标已有群组的群组成员中包括非团队成员。
可以通过上述第二用户的添加操作,上述执行主体可以将上述目标已有群组添加为第一团队的关联群组。进一步地,上述执行主体还可以将上述目标已有群组的群组成员同步为第一团队的团队成员。
若添加操作仅添加群组成员,则上述第一用户集合为添加操作所指示的第一群组成员所组成的用户集合。
若添加操作仅添加已有群组,则上述第一用户集合为添加操作所指示的已有群组的第二群组成员所组成的用户集合。
若添加操作指示添加群组成员和已有群组,则上述第一用户集合为添加操作所指示的第一群组成员与已有群组的第二群组成员所组成的用户集合。
在一些可选的实现方式中,第一用户还可以对第二用户的私有群组操作权限件控制。上述私有群组可以由创建私有群组的用户进行控制。在第二用户创建了私有群组后,私有群组的信息可以不显示给第一用 户。
第一用户的第一团队的信息显示页面中,可以显示预设群组操作控制控件和私有群组操作控制控件。
在第一用户通过预设群组操作控制控件变更了预设群组操作权限之后,也同步变更私有群组操作权限。
若第一用户关闭了第二用户的预设群组操作权限,相应地,自动关闭私有群组操作权限。
若第一用户打开了第二用户的预设群组操作权限,且第一用户历史未关闭私有群组操作权限,则可以打开私有群组操作权限。若第一用户历史关闭了第二用户的私有群组操作权限,则可以保持第二用户的私有群组操作权限的关闭状态。
在这些可选的实施例中,通过将预设群组操作权限与私有群组操作权限进行联动,可以实现对团队成员对私有群组操作权限的控制。有利于实现第一团队的信息的有序管理。
在本公开提供的信息交互方法的另外一些实施例中,第一用户可以对第二用户的团队成员添加权限和群组添加权限分别进行控制。也即,将团队成员添加权限和群组添加权限解耦,第一用户可添加团队成员,还可以添加群组成员为团队成员集合的子集的群组。这里的群组可以为事先与第一团队未关联的任意群组。
这里的群组添加权限可以控制第二用户在第一团队中添加群组成员为团队成员集合的子集的群组。为了与上面的实施例中的群组添加权限进行区分,将这里的群组添加权限表示为第一群组添加权限。
第一用户可以通过第一群组添加权限控制控件关闭第二用户的第一群组添加权限,当第二用户的第一群组添加权限关闭时,若第二用户发起添加群组,可以向第二用户发出用于提示“由于团队设置,仅第一用户可添加群组”的提示信息。
第一用户可以通过第一群组添加权限控制控件打开第二用户的第一群组添加权限。当第二用户的第一群组添加权限被打开后,第二用户可以通过其使用的终端所显示的第一团队的群组添加交互界面,为第一团队添加群组成员为第一团队的团队成员集合的子集的第一群组。
若第二用户在上述交互界面中选择的第一群组内有第一团队的团队外成员,可以显示用于提示无法添加该群组的提示信息。作为示意,上述提示信息例如可以为“该群组内有团队外成员,无法添加至团队”。
若第二用户在上述交互界面中选择的第一群组内不包括第一团队的团队外成员,第二用户可以根据交互界面中的选择项选择将第一群组设置为公有群组。公有群组是指群组的信息可以被群组外的团队成员浏览。
若将第一群组设置为公有群组,当第一团队有新进团队成员时,可以自动将新进团队成员添加至第一群组。
在第一用户的第一团队信息页面中,可以显示第一群组添加权限控制控件和私有群组添加权限控制控件。
私有群组是指群组的信息不被群组外的团队成员浏览的群组。
第一群组添加权限可以与私有群组添加权限进行联动管理。
当打开第一群组添加权限时,可以同时打开私有群组添加权限。当第一群组添加权限打开时,可以单独关闭私有群组添加权限。
当关闭第一群组添加权限时,私有群组添加权限自动关闭。
在这些实施例中,通过将第一群组添加权限与私有群组添加权限进行联动管理,可以实现对团队成员对私有群组操作权限的控制。
请参考图4,其示出了本公开提供的信息交互方法的一个实施例的示意性流程图。
如图4所示,信息交互方法包括如下步骤:
步骤401,接收第二变更操作,所述第二变更操作用于变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员。

在本实施例中,上述信息交互方法的执行主体可以是第一团队的第一用户所使用的终端设备,或者是服务端。上述第一用户可以为一团队的所有者,或者为由第一团队的所有者向其赋予了管理权限的团队成员。上述第二用户可以为第一团队的不具有管理权限的团队成员。
上述第二变更操作可以由第一用户发起,也可以由第二用户发起。
上述第二变更操作为由第一用户发起时,第一用户主动变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
上述执行主体可以接收上述第一用户发出的第二变更操作。可以确定是否允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。例如通过对第二用户的预设群组操作权限的历史设置来确定是否允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。若第一用户历史未对预设群组操作权限进行设置,则可以允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
在确定允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,可以同步变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员。
上述第二变更操作为由第二用户发起时,第一用户可以根据上述第二变更操作确定是否允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限。在第一用户确认允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限之后,可以发出允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限的指令。
上述执行主体在确定允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限后,根据第二变更操作变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,以及同步变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限。
预设群组操作权限包括以下至少之一:向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限;向与所述第一团队关联的群组中添加团队外成员的权限;新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组。
作为示意性说明,上述第二变更操作为打开的用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,可以同步打开第二用户的团队成员添加权限。
由于上述预设群组操作权限会向第一团队引入新的团队成员,若在第二变更操作赋予了第二用户的预设群组操作权限之后,不向第二用户赋予团队成员添加权限,则会出现第二用户最终无法在第一团队中完成预设群组操作。因此会引起第一团队的管理混乱的现象。
上述信息交互方法还包括如下步骤:
首先,基于所述第二用户向所述第一团队执行的添加操作,确定所述添加操作对应的第一用户集合,所述添加操作用于向所述第一团队添加群组和/或群组成员,所述第一用户集合是添加的群组的群组成员集合与添加的群组成员的并集。
其次,基于所述第一用户集合,为所述第一团队添加新团队成员。
在本实施例中,通过接收第二变更操作,所述第二变更操作用于变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员;响应于允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,同步变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员,实现了对团队成员的预设群组操作权限与团队成员添加权限的联动管理。可以减少由于不对团队成员 的预设群组操作权限与团队成员添加权限的进行联动管理,出现的第一团队管理混乱的现象。
请参考图5,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息交互装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图1所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图5所示,本实施例的信息交互装置包括:第一接收单元501和第一变更单元502。其中,第一接收单元501,用于接收第一用户的第一变更操作,所述第一变更操作用于指示对第二用户的团队成员添加权限进行变更,所述第二用户为第一团队的至少一个团队成员;所述第一用户为对所述第一团队具有预设管理权限的用户;第一变更单元502,用于根据所述第一变更操作变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员;以及同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员。
在本实施例中,信息交互装置的第一接收单元501和第一变更单元502的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图1对应实施例中步骤101和步骤102的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述预设群组操作权限包括如下中的一项或多项:向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限;向与所述第一团队关联的群组中添加团队外成员的权限;新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;所述同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限为:打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;;变更单元502进一步用于:响应于接收到第一用户的用于关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限,关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:关闭所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;所述同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限为:关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;变更单元502进一步用于:设置第一用户的操作页面中的用于打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的预设群组操作控制控件不可用。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述预设群组操作控制控件不可用包括:所述预设群组操作控制控件显示为不可用状态,或者预设群组操作控制控件处于隐藏状态。
在一些可选的实现方式中,变更单元502进一步用于:在关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限之后,保持所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限的打开状态。
在一些可选的实现方式中,所述变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限为:打开所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限;变更单元502进一步用于:响应于第一用户未曾发起过单独关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,打开所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限。
在一些可选的实现方式中,变更单元502进一步用于:响应于第一用户曾发起过单独关闭所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限的操作,保持所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限不变。
在一些可选的实现方式中,信息交互装置还包括显示单元(图中未示出)。所述第一团队包括群组操作控件,所述群组操作控件与至少以下之一的控件关联:用于打开新建与所述第一团队关联的包含非团队成员的群组权限的群组创建控件、用于打开向群组中添加团队外成员的权限的群组成员添加控件和用于打开向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限的群组添加控件,以及显示单元用于:若所述第二用户不具有与所述群组操作控件关联的权限,设置第二用户的操作界面中的所述群组编辑控件不可用。

请参考图6,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种信息交互装置的一个实施例,该装置实施例与图4所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图6所示,本实施例的信息交互装置包括:第二接收单元601和第二变更单元602。其中,第二接收单元601,用于接收第二变更操作,所述第二变更操作用于变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员;第二变更单元602,用于响应于允许变更第二用户的预设群组操作权限,同步变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员。
在本实施例中,信息交互装置的第二接收单元601和第二变更单元602的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图1对应实施例中步骤401和步骤402的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
请参考图7,图7示出了本公开的一个实施例的信息交互方法可以应用于其中的示例性系统架构。
如图7所示,系统架构可以包括终端701、702、703,网络704,服务器705。网络704用以在终端701、702、703和服务器705之间提供通信链路的介质。网络704可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端701、702、703可以通过网络704与服务器705交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端701、702、703上可以安装有各种客户端应用,例如网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、新闻资讯类应用。终端701、702、703中的客户端应用可以接收用户的指令,并根据用户的指令完成相应的功能,例如根据用户的指令显示即时通信应用的信息流。
终端701、702、703可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端701、702、703为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端701、702、703为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器705可以提供各种服务,例如接收终端701、702、703发送的信息显示请求,对信息显示请求进行分析处理,将分析处理结果(例如显示请求对应的通讯信息)发送给终端701、702、703。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法可以由终端执行,相应地,信息交互装置可以设置在终端701、702、703中。此外,本公开实施例所提供的信息交互方法还可以由服务器705执行,相应地,信息交互装置可以设置于服务器705中。
应该理解,图7中的终端、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端、网络和服务器。
下面参考图8,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备的结构示意图。这里的电子设备泛指硬件形式的终端或服务器(例如图7中的终端设备或服务器)。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图8示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图8所示,电子设备可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)801,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)802中的程序或者从存储装置808加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)803中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 803中,还存储有电子设备800操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置801、ROM 802以及RAM 803通过总线804彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口805也连接至总线804。

    根据所述第一变更操作变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员;以及
    同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预设群组操作权限包括如下中的一项或多项:
    向所述第一团队添加包含非团队成员的已有群组的权限;
    向与所述第一团队关联的群组中添加团队外成员的权限;

  11. 一种信息交互方法,包括:
    接收第二变更操作,所述第二变更操作用于变更第二用户的群组添加权限,所述群组添加权限用于向所述第一团队中添加群组、或群组成员;
    响应于允许所述第二用户向所述第一团队中添加群组、或群组成员,同步变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员。
  12. 一种信息交互装置,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收第一用户的第一变更操作,所述第一变更操作用于指示对第二用户的团队成员添加权限进行变更,所述第二用户为第一团队的至少一个团队成员;所述第一用户为对所述第一团队具有预设管理权限的用户;
    第一变更单元,用于根据所述第一变更操作变更所述第二用户的团队成员添加权限,所述团队成员添加权限用于在所述第一团队中添加新团队成员;以及
    同步变更所述第二用户的预设群组操作权限;所述预设群组操作会向所述第一团队引入新的团队成员。

  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-11中任一所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-11中任一所述的方法。
