本公开涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及信息处理方法及装置、终端和存储介质。
背景技术
在一些绩效考核系统中,需要被评估人手动总结自己在考核周期内的重点工作,后续评估人对被评估人的工作进行评估,这使得被评估人需要填写自己的相关工作总结,工作量较大。期待在这方面有进一步的改进。
发明内容
为解决现有问题,本公开提供一种信息处理方法及装置、终端和存储介质。
本公开采用以下的技术方案。
本公开的实施例提供一种信息处理方法,所述信息处理方法包括:在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
本公开的另一实施例提供了一种信息处理装置,所述信息处理装置包括:显示模块,配置为在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;所述显示模块还配置为响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
在一些实施例中,本公开提供一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,存储器用于存储程序代码,处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述信息处理方法。

本公开的实施例通过在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息,并且第一任务信息与第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系,可以在评价系统的页面中提供相应的参考信息,消除了人为地输入第一任务信息的需要,提高了用户的便利性和信息处理的效率。

在目前的绩效考核系统中,需要用户在绩效系统中手动总结自己在考核周期内的重点工作,后续的评估基于该工作总结,这使得被评估者的工作量较大。另外,目前在目标任务管理(OKR,O:目标,KR:关键结果)系统中,可以对目标任务进行总结和复盘,但是这些信息没有在绩效考核系统中得到很好地参考。本公开通过将OKR复盘通过系统间引用的方式接入绩效系统,提升了采用OKR来管理目标的用户的便捷性。
图1提供了本公开的实施例的信息处理方法的流程图。图2至图8示出了本公开的一些实施例的第一页面或第二页面的显示状态的示意图。本公开的信息处理方法可以包括步骤101,在第一页面11中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息。在一些实施例中,第一评价信息包括但不限于被评价者的工作内容、自我评价等。在一些实施例中,第二评价信息包括但不限于业绩评分、做的好的地方和待改进的地方等。
在一些实施例中,第一页面11包括第一显示区域12和第二显示区域13,第一显示区域12显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,第二显示区域13显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息。在一些实施例中,第一页面11是绩效考核系统的显示界面,在该第一页面11,绩效评估人可以对被评估人的工作进行评估。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还可以包括步骤102,响应于对第一页面11中第一显示区域12的触发操作,在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息14。在一些实施例中,可以在第一显示区域12的部分显示区域中显示第一任务信息14。在一些实施例中,触发操作包括但不限于点击操作、滑动操作等。
在一些实施例中,在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息包括:将显示区域中显示的第一评价信息切换为第一任务信息;或者,在显示区域中同时显示第一评价信息和第一任务信息。
在一些实施例中,第一任务信息14包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,第一级别信息与第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系。在一些实施例中,第一级别信息可以是OKR内容,O代表目标任务信息,KR代表关键结构或子任务信息。在一些实施例中,第二级别内容可以是第一级别内容的完成情况总结,例如,OKR的完成情况。在一些实施例中,第一任务信息与第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。在一些实施例中,第一任务信息通常地在第二评价信息之前。在一些实施例中,第二评价信息可以是对第一任务信息的评价。
通过在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息,其中第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,第一级别信息与第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系,并且第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有 关联关系,可以在作为评价系统的客户端或应用中提供相应的参考信息(例如,第一任务信息),消除了人为地输入相应的信息,提高了用户的便利性和信息处理的效率。例如,在绩效考评中,由于在绩效考评系统中可以参考OKR管理系统中生成的第一任务信息,被评估人将不再需要手动输入相应的考核信息至绩效考评系统,评估人也可以在绩效考评系统中看到这些信息,并且可以参考这些信息对被评估人进行评估。如此,消除了被评估人输入相应信息内容的需要,提供了极大的便利。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还包括:根据对第二页面21中的第一控件的触发操作,控制第一任务信息14的隐藏与显示。在一些实施例中,第一控件可以是开关控件,包括开启和关闭两种状态,但是本公开不限于此。在一些实施例中,对第一控件的触发操作可以是点击、滑动或语音指令等合适的操作。例如,点击第一控件,第一控件由关闭状态转变为开启状态,再次点击第一控件,第一控件由开启状态转变为关闭状态。在一些实施例中,可以通过第一控件来控制是否显示或展示第一任务信息14。如图3所示,在第一控件关闭时,第二页面21不显示第一任务信息14的具体内容。此时,第一页面11的第一显示区域12中也不显示第一任务信息14。如图4所示,在第一控件开启时,第二页面21显示第一任务信息14的具体内容。此时,第一页面11的第一显示区域12中显示第一任务信息14。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还包括:当控制为显示第一任务信息14时,根据对第二页面21中的第二控件的触发操作,控制与第一任务信息14相关联的评论信息的隐藏与显示。在一些实施例中,与第一控件相似,第二控件可以是开关控件,包括开启和关闭两种状态,但是本公开不限于此。在一些实施例中,对第二控件的触发操作可以是点击、滑动或语音指令等合适的操作。例如,点击第二控件,第二控件由关闭状态转变为开启状态,再次点击第二控件,第二控件由开启状态转变为关闭状态。如图6所示,在第二控件开启时,与第一任务信息14关联的评论信息包括了用户一的留言评论内容。如此,用户可以对第一任务信息的评论的显示或隐藏进行控制。在一些实施例中,在绩效考核系统的评估人期望观看其他用户或同事的针对第一任务信息的评论时,可以开启第二控件进行观看。
在一些实施例中,本公开的方法还包括:当控制为显示第一任务信息14时,根据对第二页面21中的第三控件的触发操作,控制第二级别信息的隐藏与显示。在一些实施例中,与第一控件相似,第三控件可以是开关控件,包括开启和关闭两种状态,但是本公开不限于此。在一些实施例中,对第三控件的触发操作可以是点击、滑动或语音指令等合适的操作。例如,点击第三控件,第三控件由关闭状态转变为开启状态,再次点击第三控件,第三控件由开启状态转变为关闭状态。如图5所示,在第三控件开启时,显示了与第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目以及与第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目。在一些实施例中,当第三控件关闭时,仅显示第一任务信息14的第一级别信息,而不显示第二级别信息,也不显示与第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目以及与第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目,如图4所示。
在一些实施例中,当在第一显示区域12中显示所述第一级别信息时,与第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目突出显示,如图7所示。在一些实施例中,当在第一显示区域中显示第二级别信息时,与第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目突出显示,如图8所示。即,第一级别信息与第一信息条目对应,第二级别信息与第二信息条目对应。如此,在第一页面11中同一时间只显示第一级别信息和第二级别信息中的一项,节省了第一显示区域12的显示空间。应该理解,虽然图7和图8示出了第二页面21中的第一任务信息的显示状态,在第一页面11中的第一任务信息也以相同的方式显示,例如,在第二页面21中,第一信息条目突出显示时,第一信息条目在第一页面11中也突出显示。在一些实施例中,第一页面11是内容显示页面,第二页面21是后台功能控制页面。
在一些实施例中,在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息包括:将协同文档嵌入显示区域,并在协同文档中显示第一任务信息。在一些实施例中,例如,将OKR系统信息以协同文档的方式嵌入评价考核系统,使得在评价考核系统的第一页面11中可以以协同文档的方式查看第一任务信息。其中,协同文档为可供多人同时访问和协同编辑的文档,包括但不限于在线文档、共享文档、云文档等。
在一些实施例中,嵌入显示区域的协同文档中显示正文内容并隐藏除正文内容区域外的其他内容区域,其他内容区域可以包括顶部的功能设置控件区域、左侧的目录区域、右侧的评论区域和底部的互动区域中的至少一项。
在一些实施例中,响应于当前用户不具备协同文档的访问权限,隐藏第一任务信息。即,在相应客户端的第一页面11是否显示第一任务信息14,是看客户端对第一任务信息14是否有阅读权限,如果客户端对该第一任务信息14没有阅读权限,则在第一页面11中不显示第一任务信息14。如此,可以避免没有阅读权限的用户查看第一任务信息14,保护了第一任务信息14的隐私设置。
在一些实施例中,响应于当前用户不具备协同文档的访问权限,显示第四控件,第四控件用于获取协同文档的访问权限。在一些实施例中,第四控件是确定是否请求访问的控件。通过对第四控件的触发,可以向权限管理者请求该协同文档的查看权限。
在一些实施例中,响应于当前用户获得协同文档的访问权限,刷新显示区域并显示第一任务信息14。如上所述,如果客户端对该第一任务信息14没有阅读权限,则在第一页面11中不显示第一任务信息14,在客户端通过申请权限而获得了第一任务信息14的阅读权限时,此时在第一页面11中能够显示该第一任务信息14。
在一些实施例中,OKR可能在不同的时期有不同的OKR,而考核周期可能大于相应的单独的OKR周期。在一些实施例中,在第一页面可以有相应的选项,可以查看多个OKR周期的OKR相关内容,使得能够参看绩效考核周期内的多个OKR的相关信息,以供绩效考核时参考。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置600。信息处理装置600包括显示模块601。在一些实施例中,显示模块601配置为在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;其中,第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;显示模块还配置为响应于对第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;其中,第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,第一级别信息与第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;第一任务信息与第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
应该理解,关于信息处理方法描述的内容也适用于此处的用于信息处理装置600,为了简单的目的,在此不进行详细描述。
在一些实施例中,信息处理装置还包括:控制模块,配置为根据对第二页面中的第一控件的触发操作,控制第一任务信息的隐藏与显示。在一些实 施例中,控制模块还配置为当控制为显示第一任务信息时,根据对第二页面中的第二控件的触发操作,控制与第一任务信息相关联的评论信息的隐藏与显示。在一些实施例中,控制模块还配置为当控制为显示第一任务信息时,根据对第二页面中的第三控件的触发操作,控制第二级别信息的隐藏与显示。在一些实施例中,当在第一显示区域中显示第一级别信息时,与第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目突出显示;当在第一显示区域中显示第二级别信息时,与第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目突出显示。在一些实施例中,在第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息包括:将协同文档嵌入显示区域,并在协同文档中显示第一任务信息。在一些实施例中,控制模块还配置为响应于当前用户不具备协同文档的访问权限,隐藏第一任务信息;或者,显示模块还配置为响应于当前用户不具备协同文档的访问权限,显示第四控件,第四控件用于获取协同文档的访问权限。在一些实施例中,显示模块还配置为响应于当前用户获得协同文档的访问权限,刷新显示区域并显示第一任务信息。
此外,本公开还提供一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述存储器用于存储程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码以执行上述信息处理方法。
此外,本公开还提供一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质存储有程序代码,程序代码用于执行上述信息处理方法。

下面参考图10,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备(例如终端设备或服务器)700的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图10示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图10所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执 行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。

根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述信息处理方法包括:在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,信息处理方法还包括:根据对第二页面中的第一控件的触发操作,控制所述第一任务信息的隐藏与显示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,信息处理方法还包括:当控制为显示所述第一任务信息时,根据对所述第二页面中的第二控件的触发操作,控制与所述第一任务信息相关联的评论信息的隐藏与显示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,信息处理方法还包括:当控制为显示所述第一任务信息时,根据对所述第二页面中的第三控件的触发操作,控制所述第二级别信息的隐藏与显示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,当在所述第一显示区域中显示所述第一级别信息时,与所述第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目突出显示;当在所述第一显示区域中显示所述第二级别信息时,与所述第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目突出显示。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,所述在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息包括:将协同文档嵌入所述显示区域,并在所述协同文档中显示所述第一任务信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,响应于当前用户不具备所述协同文档的访问权限,隐藏所述第一任务信息;或者,响应于当前用户不具备所述协同文档的访问权限,显示第四控件,所述第四控件用于获取所述协同文档的访问权限。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,响应于当前用户获得所述协同文档的访问权限,刷新所述显示区域并显示所述第一任务信息。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种信息处理装置,信息处理装置包括:显示模块,配置为在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;所述显示模块还配置为响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种终端,包括:至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码, 所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行上述中任一项所述的方法。
根据本公开的一个或多个实施例,提供了一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行上述的方法。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;
    其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;
    响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;
    其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据对第二页面中的第一控件的触发操作,控制所述第一任务信息的隐藏与显示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:当控制为显示所述第一任务信息时,根据对所述第二页面中的第二控件的触发操作,控制与所述第一任务信息相关联的评论信息的隐藏与显示。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:当控制为显示所述第一任务信息时,根据对所述第二页面中的第三控件的触发操作,控制所述第二级别信息的隐藏与显示。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,当在所述第一显示区域中显示所述第一级别信息时,与所述第一级别信息对应的第一信息条目突出显示;
    当在所述第一显示区域中显示所述第二级别信息时,与所述第二级别信息对应的第二信息条目突出显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息包括:
    将协同文档嵌入所述显示区域,并在所述协同文档中显示所述第一任务信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于当前用户不具备所述协同文档的访问权限,隐藏所述第一任务信息;或者,
    响应于当前用户不具备所述协同文档的访问权限,显示第四控件,所述第四控件用于获取所述协同文档的访问权限。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于当前用户获得所述协同文档的访问权限,刷新所述显示区域并显示所述第一任务信息。
  9. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示模块,配置为在第一页面中显示第一评价信息和第二评价信息;
    其中,所述第一页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第一评价信息,所述第二显示区域显示有针对预设用户的第二评价信息;
    所述显示模块还配置为响应于对所述第一页面中第一显示区域的触发操作,在所述第一评价信息的显示区域中显示第一任务信息;
    其中,所述第一任务信息包括第一级别信息和第二级别信息,所述第一级别信息与所述第二级别信息在内容上具有关联关系;所述第一任务信息与所述第二评价信息在时间上具有关联关系。
  10. 一种终端,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述至少一个存储器用于存储程序代码,所述至少一个处理器用于调用所述至少一个存储器所存储的程序代码执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
  11. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息处理方法。
