本公开涉及游戏领域,尤其涉及一种信息推送方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
目前的游戏应用中,通常会进行新手教学设计。玩家可以在进行游戏体验之前,或者游戏过程中,学习游戏的教学内容,例如学习某一游戏场景下的玩法或攻略。
然而,对于新手玩家,在游戏过程中很容易遇到困难,即便为新手玩家提供教学内容的学习入口,但通常情况下,由于教学内容繁多,新手玩家无法准确地找到目前亟需学习的内容,影响玩家的游戏体验。
发明内容
本公开提供一种信息推送方法、装置、设备及存储介质,以使新手玩家能够快速、准确获取游戏的教学内容。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供一种信息推送方法,通过执行游戏应用并在第一终端的显示器上渲染得到图形用户界面,该方法包括:
在所述图形用户界面上显示包括至少两个玩家在内的聊天界面,所述至少两个玩家包括所述第一终端对应的第一玩家和第二终端对应的第二玩家;
接收所述第二玩家通过所述第二终端在所述聊天界面中发起的教学请求;
响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与所述答复操作对应的目标教学内容;
向所述第二玩家的第二终端发送所述目标教学内容;所述目标教学内容用于指导玩家进行游戏操作。

目前大多数的游戏应用都设计有新手教学入口,通常情况下,新手玩家在初次进入游戏时,首先会进入新手教学界面,但由于玩家急于进入游戏体验,新手教学界面经常 被玩家跳过和忽略,或者玩家无法记忆所有的教学内容。因此,在游戏过程中,新手玩家经常遇到问题。
对此,新手玩家目前可通过如下几种方式进行有针对性的游戏学习:一是通过游戏内的聊天系统,向老玩家或好友玩家请教如何进行游戏操作,或者老玩家在游戏过程中预测到新手玩家可能遇到的问题,在聊天系统向新手玩家教授对应问题的操作方法。二是新手玩家可随时通过游戏界面上的教学入口,查找相应问题的操作方法。
然而,上述第一种方式局限于玩家之间文字或语音交流,信息传递存在一定的抽象性,新手玩家无法直观学习,使得玩家之间的教学效率低。并且,部分新手玩家在描述问题时过于抽象,条理不够清晰,导致老玩家的回答偏离了原有的问题所在,重复的沟通进一步影响了教学效率。上述第二种方式虽然提供了比较直观详尽的教学内容,但对于新手玩家而言,由于不熟悉在特定场景使用何种攻略,因此无法在进入学习界面,快速获取到问题对应的游戏攻略,影响新手玩家的游戏体验。
针对上述存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种信息推送方法,主要针对上述第一种方式进行信息推送的改进,使得新手玩家能够快速且准确地获取更加直观的教学内容。发明人考虑到老玩家在聊天界面通过文字或语音方式向新手玩家教授操作方法不够直观,在聊天界面中特别设置了教学内容选择控件,如此一来,老玩家可以通过点选相应的教学内容,向新手玩家推送更加直观的教学内容,例如图片、视频等。当然,为了提升游戏服务的智能化,还可以通过文字或语音识别,获取老玩家向新手玩家发送的文字或语音的语义信息,系统在向新手玩家发送老玩家输入的文字或语音的同时,可以自动推送文字或语音的语义信息对应的更加直观的教学内容,提高玩家之间的教学效率。
在介绍本公开实施例提供的信息推送方案之前,首先对信息推送方案的应用场景进行简要介绍。
示例性的,图1为本公开实施例提供的信息推送方法的场景示意图,如图1所示,该场景包括多个终端设备(例如图1中的终端设备11、12、13),以及游戏服务器14,多个终端设备分别与游戏服务器14通信连接。

针对上述问题,本实施例基于老玩家的答复操作,从预存的多个教学内容中获取目标教学内容,发送更加具象化的教学内容(例如教学内容的图片、视频)或者教学内容的链接,使得新手玩家可以直观且快速地学习相关游戏操作,提升新手玩家的游戏体验。
本公开实施例提供的信息推送方案,可应用于游戏聊天场景,游戏的聊天界面为包括至少两个玩家在内的聊天界面,通过接收第二玩家通过第二终端在该聊天界面中发起的教学请求,响应于第一玩家通过第一终端对该教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与答复操作对应的目标教学内容,并向第二玩家的第二终端发送该目标教学内容。上述方案使得第二玩家能够快速、准确地获取游戏的教学内容,提升玩家的游戏体验。
可选的,在一些实施例中,第一玩家可以根据游戏中其他玩家的游戏行为表现推测其遇到的问题,直接通过第一终端在聊天界面向其他玩家发送目标教学内容,无需等待其他玩家发送教学请求后,再执行上述实施例的答复操作。
可选的,在一些实施例中,在向第二玩家的第二终端发送目标教学内容之前,还可以包括如下步骤:
确定第二玩家的第二终端在预设时段内接收教学内容的接收次数。其中,第二终端在预设时段内接收到的教学内容与待发送的目标教学内容可以是同一教学内容,也可以是不同教学内容,对此本公开实施例不作任何限制。
具体的,若上述接收次数小于预设次数,向第二玩家的第二终端发送目标教学内容。或者,若上述接收次数大于或等于预设次数,不向第二玩家的第二终端发送目标教学内容。
对于上述的预设时段以及预设次数,可根据实际需求进行合理设置,对此本公开实施例不作任何限制。
示例性的,预设时段设置为180s,预设次数设置为1,若确定第二玩家的第二终端在预设的180s内接收目标教学内容的次数大于或等于1次,则不再向第二玩家的第二终端发送第一玩家为其推送的目标教学内容。若确定第二玩家的第二终端在预设的180s内接收教学内容的次数为0次,则向第二玩家的第二终端发送第一玩家为其推送的目标教学内容。
出现上述情况的原因可能是第二玩家同时向多个玩家发送同一教学请求,在预设的180s内有其他玩家先于第一玩家进行了答复,为了避免第二玩家接收到重复的回复内容,或者说,为了避免第二玩家被过度干扰(游戏过程中收到一次回复即可),可通过 上述发送规则进行目标教学内容的发送或不发送。
可选的,在一些实施例中,确定向第二玩家的第二终端发送或不发送目标教学内容之后,信息推送方法还可以包括如下步骤:
向第一玩家的第一终端发送提示信息,提示信息用于指示目标教学内容是否在预设时段内已被推送过。

本实施例中,第二玩家在预设时段内的游戏统计数据用于指示第二玩家在预设时段内游戏过程中的各项指标参数。示例性的,以多人竞技类游戏为例,响应于新手玩家在聊天界面中发起的教学请求,游戏服务器可统计该新手玩家在过去一段时间内(例如30分钟内)在游戏中作战失败的信息,例如新手玩家在某一节点或场景中攻击某一副本怪物时连续失败的次数、携带的装备、使用的技能等统计数据。
游戏统计数据可作为老玩家选择目标教学内容的参考数据,便于老玩家分析新手玩家操作失败的原因,并快速决策新手玩家需要学习的目标教学内容。

进一步地,该芯片还包括存储模块(如,存储器),存储模块用于存储指令,处理模块用于执行存储模块存储的指令,并且对存储模块中存储的指令的执行使得处理模块执行前述方法实施例中的技术方案。
应理解,上述处理器可以是中央处理单元(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(英文:Digital Signal Processor,简称:DSP)、专用集成电路(英文:Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称:ASIC)等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合发明所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
存储器可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储NVM,例如至少一个磁盘存储器,还可以为U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。
总线可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,本公开附图中的总线并不限定仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
上述存储介质可以是由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。存储介质可以是通用或专用计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。
一种示例性的存储介质耦合至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该存储介质读取信息,且可向该存储介质写入信息。当然,存储介质也可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和存储介质可以位于专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuits,简称:ASIC)中。当然,处理器和存储介质也可以作为分立组件存在于电子设备中。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其中,通过执行游戏应用并在第一终端的显示器上渲染得到图形用户界面,所述方法包括:
    在所述图形用户界面上显示包括至少两个玩家在内的聊天界面,所述至少两个玩家包括所述第一终端对应的第一玩家和第二终端对应的第二玩家;
    接收所述第二玩家通过所述第二终端在所述聊天界面中发起的教学请求;
    响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与所述答复操作对应的目标教学内容;
    向所述第二玩家的第二终端发送所述目标教学内容,所述目标教学内容用于指导玩家进行游戏操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标教学内容包括图片、视频、链接的至少一种形式的教学内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,所述聊天界面包括第一控件,其中,所述响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与所述答复操作对应的目标教学内容,包括:
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述聊天界面的所述第一控件的第一操作,从所述多个教学内容中获取所述第一玩家选择的目标教学内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述聊天界面的所述第一控件的第一操作,从所述多个教学内容中获取所述第一玩家选择的目标教学内容,包括:
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述第一控件的第一操作,在所述聊天界面显示第一选择窗口,所述第一选择窗口包括多个可供所述第一玩家选择的教学内容;
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述第一选择窗口的第二操作,从所述多个教学内容中获取所述第一玩家选择的目标教学内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与所述答复操作对应的目标教学内容,包括:
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述聊天界面的文本输入框的第三操作,从所述多个教学内容中获取所述第一玩家输入的文本信息对应的目标教学内容;
    或者,响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述聊天界面的语音输入控件的第四操作,从所述多个教学内容中获取所述第一玩家输入的语音信息对应的目标教学内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第二玩家通过所述第二终端在所述聊天界面中发起的教学请求,获取所述第二玩家在预设时段内的游戏统计数据;
    向所述第一玩家的所述第一终端发送所述游戏统计数据。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,获取所述第一玩家选择的其他玩家;
    向所述其他玩家的终端发送所述目标教学内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,获取所述第一玩家选择的其他玩家,包括:
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述聊天界面的第一控件的第一操作,在所述聊天界面显示第二选择窗口,所述第二选择窗口包括多个可供所述第一玩家选择的玩家;
    响应于所述第一玩家作用于所述第二选择窗口的第五操作,获取所述第一玩家选择的其他玩家。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述向所述第二玩家的第二终端发送所述目标教学内容,包括:
    确定所述第二玩家的第二终端在预设时段内接收教学内容的接收次数;
    若所述接收次数小于预设次数,向所述第二玩家的第二终端发送所述目标教学内容。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一玩家的所述第一终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于指示所述目标教学内容是否在预设时段内已被推送过。
  11. 一种信息推送装置,其中,包括:
    显示模块,用于在图形用户界面上显示包括至少两个玩家在内的聊天界面,所述至少两个玩家包括第一终端对应的第一玩家和第二终端对应的第二玩家;
    接收模块,用于接收所述第二玩家通过所述第二终端在所述聊天界面中发起的教学请求;
    获取模块,用于响应于所述第一玩家通过所述第一终端对所述教学请求的答复操作,从多个教学内容中获取与所述答复操作对应的目标教学内容;
    发送模块,用于向所述第二玩家的第二终端发送所述目标教学内容;所述目标教学内容用于指导玩家进行游戏操作。
  12. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述电子设备能够执行权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被 处理器执行时实现权利要求1-10中任一项所述方法。
