Description
本発明は、ポンパビリティー改質材、セメントコンクリート、吹付けセメントコンクリートに関する。
トンネル掘削工事における地山の補強や、掘削面の安定化のために、コンクリートの吹付けが行われている。
吹付工法としては、ピストンポンプ等により送られるコンクリートを輸送する輸送管内に、コンプレッサーから送られる圧縮空気を供給し、コンクリートを空気輸送するとともに、合流管の枝管に急結剤供給設備より空気輸送される粉体急結剤を供給してコンクリートと急結剤を混合した後、ノズルよりコンクリートを吹付ける湿式工法や、ドライミックスコンクリートを空気圧送する途中で水を添加し、合流管の枝管に急結剤供給設備より空気輸送される粉体急結剤を供給し、コンクリートと急結剤を混合した後、ノズルよりコンクリートを吹付ける乾式工法がある。
吹付工法としては、ピストンポンプ等により送られるコンクリートを輸送する輸送管内に、コンプレッサーから送られる圧縮空気を供給し、コンクリートを空気輸送するとともに、合流管の枝管に急結剤供給設備より空気輸送される粉体急結剤を供給してコンクリートと急結剤を混合した後、ノズルよりコンクリートを吹付ける湿式工法や、ドライミックスコンクリートを空気圧送する途中で水を添加し、合流管の枝管に急結剤供給設備より空気輸送される粉体急結剤を供給し、コンクリートと急結剤を混合した後、ノズルよりコンクリートを吹付ける乾式工法がある。
これらの吹付け工法は、空気輸送されたコンクリートを吹付ける時に多量に粉じんが発生する場合があるため、コンクリートの練り混ぜ前に、例えば、水溶性セルロース及びポリエチレンオキサイドなどの粉末状の粉じん低減剤をコンクリートに添加する方法が提案されている。
また、ピストンポンプ等により送られるコンクリートを輸送する輸送管内にコンプレッサーから送られる圧縮空気を供給し、コンクリートを空気輸送するとともに、合流管の枝管に急結剤供給設備より空気輸送される粉体急結剤を供給してコンクリートと急結剤を混合した後、ノズルよりコンクリートを吹付けて粉じんを低減する方法が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1、特許文献2参照)
さらに、細骨材をセメントで被覆した被覆細骨材を使用したセメント組成物を吹付けて粉じんを低減する方法が提案されている(例えば、特許文献3参照)。
しかしながら、近年ではトンネルの掘削に際し、作業者の安全性、健康性の観点から作業環境のさらなる改善が求められてきており、これまで以上にトンネル坑内で発生する粉じんの低減が求められている。
吹付けコンクリートの施工によって発生する粉じんもまた例外ではなく上記粉じん低減化技術のさらなる向上は急務である。
そこで、吹付けコンクリートの低粉じん化技術として、ポリエチレンオキサイドとタルク及び/又はパイロフィライトからなる無機微粉末を含有する粉末状の粉じん防止剤を添加し、コンクリートに粘性を付与することで材料間のつながりを強め、粉じんを低減させる技術が提案されている(特許文献4)。
しかしながら、粉末状の粉じん低減剤は、温度変化に伴う粘度変化が大きく、スランプ値がばらつきやすく、加水等により吹付けコンクリートの実質的な水セメント比が増加し、強度不足になるケースがあった。
さらにポリエチレンオキサイドを含有したセメントコンクリートはフレッシュコンクリートの粘性が強まることによって練り混ぜ時に巻き込む空気量が増加し、コンクリートの粘性の低下、さらにはポンパビリティーが低下するという弊害もあった。
以上から、本発明は、セメントコンクリートや吹付けコンクリートに混合することでポンパビリティーを向上させることができるポンパビリティー改質材を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、鋭意検討を重ねた結果、特定の動的粘弾性を有するポリエチレンオキサイドを使用することで上記課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、本発明は下記のとおりである。
[1] 下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドを含有したポンパビリティー改質材。
(1)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ0.01Pa以上である。
(2)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでのtanδ=1~30である。
[2] 前記ポリエチレンオキサイドがさらに下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドである[1]に記載のポンパビリティー改質材。
(3)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数1000rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ2000Pa以下である。
[3] [1]又は[2]に記載のポンパビリティー改質材を含むセメントコンクリートであって、前記ポンパビリティー改質材における前記ポリエチレンオキサイドを、単位水量100質量部に対して、0.05~10質量部含有するセメントコンクリート。
[4] [3]に記載のセメントコンクリート中に消泡剤、フライアッシュ、及び、ブレーン比表面積3000~8000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含む粉体急結剤の少なくともいずれかを混合してなる吹付けコンクリート。
[5] さらに、アルミニウム及び硫黄を含むpH1~4の液体急結剤を混合してなる[4]に記載の吹付けコンクリート。
(1)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ0.01Pa以上である。
(2)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでのtanδ=1~30である。
[2] 前記ポリエチレンオキサイドがさらに下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドである[1]に記載のポンパビリティー改質材。
(3)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数1000rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ2000Pa以下である。
[3] [1]又は[2]に記載のポンパビリティー改質材を含むセメントコンクリートであって、前記ポンパビリティー改質材における前記ポリエチレンオキサイドを、単位水量100質量部に対して、0.05~10質量部含有するセメントコンクリート。
[4] [3]に記載のセメントコンクリート中に消泡剤、フライアッシュ、及び、ブレーン比表面積3000~8000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含む粉体急結剤の少なくともいずれかを混合してなる吹付けコンクリート。
[5] さらに、アルミニウム及び硫黄を含むpH1~4の液体急結剤を混合してなる[4]に記載の吹付けコンクリート。
本発明によれば、セメントコンクリートや吹付けコンクリートに混合することでポンパビリティーを向上させることができるポンパビリティー改質材を提供することができる。
本明細書では、ペースト、モルタル、及びコンクリートを総称してセメントコンクリートという。
[ポンパビリティー改質材]
本発明のポンパビリティー改質材は、下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドを含有する。
ここで、ポンパビリティーとは、コンクリート圧送作業の容易さ(高いポンプ圧送性)をいい、ポンパビリティー改質材とは、これをコンクリートに混合することで混合しないよりもポンパビリティーを向上できるものをいう。
本発明のポンパビリティー改質材は、下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドを含有する。
ここで、ポンパビリティーとは、コンクリート圧送作業の容易さ(高いポンプ圧送性)をいい、ポンパビリティー改質材とは、これをコンクリートに混合することで混合しないよりもポンパビリティーを向上できるものをいう。
(1)上記のポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ0.01Pa以上である。
(2)上記のポリエチレンオキサイドの角周波数0.1rad/sでのtanδ=1~30である。
(2)上記のポリエチレンオキサイドの角周波数0.1rad/sでのtanδ=1~30である。
(1)の動的粘弾性を満たさないと、粉じん低減効果が損なわれてしまう。貯蔵弾性率G’は、0.01~1000Paであることが好ましく、0.01~900Paであることがより好ましい。損失弾性率G’’は、0.01~1000Paであることが好ましく、0.01~900Paであることがより好ましい。
また、(2)の動的粘弾性を満たさないと、コンクリートの圧送性が損なわれてしまう。tanδは、1~25であることが好ましく、1~20であることがより好ましい。
ポリエチレンオキサイドは、さらに下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもつことが好ましい。
(3)既述のポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数1000rad/sの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ2000Pa以下である。
(3)既述のポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数1000rad/sの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ2000Pa以下である。
(3)の動的粘弾性を満たすことで良好なポンプ圧送性を付与することができる。(3)において、貯蔵弾性率G’は、100~2000Paであることが好ましく、100~1000Paであることがより好ましい。損失弾性率G’’は、100~2000Paであることが好ましく、100~1000Paであることがより好ましい。
上記の(1)~(3)は、実施例に記載の方法により測定することができる。また、(1)~(3)の範囲にするには、貯蔵弾性率G’及び損失弾性率G’’が既知であるポリエチレンオキサイドを数種類混合し、混合したもので、実施例記載の方法で動的粘弾性を測定し(1)~(3)の範囲内になるよう調整すればよい。
上記の(1)~(3)以外でも、角周波数10rad/sのときtanδ≦5であることが好ましく、角周波数100rad/sのとき0.6≦tanδ≦1.8が好ましい。これらのとき、コンクリートの圧送性が良い。
ポンパビリティー改質材において、本発明に係るポリエチレンオキサイドの含有量は10質量%以上であることが好ましく、50質量%以上であることがより好ましく、100質量%であることがさらに好ましい。ポリエチレンオキサイドの含有量は50質量%以上であることで、粉じん低減効果に適切な粘性を付与することができる。
なお、ポリエチレンオキサイドの含有量が100質量%でない場合は、タルクやパイロフィライト等の無機微粉末が含有されていてもよい。

本発明で使用するポリエチレンオキサイドは、ポンプ圧送性と低粉じん化の観点から、粘度平均分子量が5万~500万であることが好ましく5万~200万であることがより好ましい。
ポリエチレンオキサイドの粘度平均分子量は、ASTM D2857,D4020に準拠して求めることができる。
本発明で使用するポリエチレンオキサイドの平均粒子径は、粉体の搬送性の観点から、400~700μmであることが好ましく、500~700μmであることがより好ましい。ポリエチレンオキサイドの平均粒子径は、レーザー回折散乱法によって測定することができる。
[セメントコンクリート]
本発明のセメントコンクリートは、本発明のポンパビリティー改質材を含み、ポンパビリティー改質材におけるポリエチレンオキサイドを、単位水量100質量部に対して、0.05~10質量部含有する。
本発明のセメントコンクリートは、本発明のポンパビリティー改質材を含み、ポンパビリティー改質材におけるポリエチレンオキサイドを、単位水量100質量部に対して、0.05~10質量部含有する。
ポリエチレンオキサイドが0.05質量部未満では、粉じん低減効果が損なわれてしまい、10質量部を超えると、ポンプ圧送性が損なわれてしまう。
セメントコンクリート中のセメント量は、セメント単位量で300~500kg/m3が好ましく、350~450kg/m3がより好ましい。予め水を練混ぜたセメントコンクリート中の水/セメント比は45~65質量%が好ましく、50~60質量%がより好ましい。
[吹付けコンクリート]
本発明の吹付けコンクリートは、本発明のセメントコンクリート中に消泡剤、フライアッシュ、及び、ブレーン比表面積3000~8000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含む粉体急結剤の少なくともいずれかを混合してなる。
本発明の吹付けコンクリートは、本発明のセメントコンクリート中に消泡剤、フライアッシュ、及び、ブレーン比表面積3000~8000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含む粉体急結剤の少なくともいずれかを混合してなる。
消泡剤としては、一般のコンクリートに使用される消泡剤であれば特に限定されず、例えば、鉱油系消泡剤、エステル系消泡剤、アミン系消泡剤、アミド系消泡剤、ポリエーテル系消泡剤、シリコン系消泡剤等であってもよい。
吹付けコンクリート中の消泡剤の含有量は、消泡効果の観点から、セメント100質量部に対して0.0005~0.02質量部であることが好ましく、0.0008~0.015質量部であることがより好ましい。
フライアッシュとしては、JISA6201「コンクリート用フライアッシュ」に規定された品質を満足することが好ましく、I種がより好ましい。
吹付けコンクリート中のフライアッシュの含有量は、粘性付与、流動性の観点から、セメント100質量部に対して10~150質量部であることが好ましく、30~120質量部であることがより好ましい。
粉体急結剤は、カルシウムアルミネートを含み、当該カルシウムアルミネーと硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カルシウム及び炭酸アルカリを含むことが好ましい。
吹付けコンクリート中の粉体急結剤の含有量は、凝結性・強度特性の観点から、セメント100質量部に対して4~20質量部であることが好ましく、4~15質量部であることがより好ましい。

カルシウムアルミネートとは、カルシア原料とアルミナ原料を混合して、キルンでの焼成或いは電気炉での溶融等の熱処理をして得られるCaOとAl2O3とを主成分とする水和活性を有する物質の総称である。CaOをC、Al2O3をAと略記すると、C3A、C12A7、C11A7・CaF2、C11A7・CaCl2、C2A・SiO2、CA、及びC2A等が挙げられ、さらにCaOやAl2O3の一部が、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、酸化鉄、アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ金属硫酸塩、及びアルカリ土類金属硫酸塩等と置換した化合物、或いは、CaOとAl2O3とを主成分とするものに、これらが少量固溶した化合物も含まれる。
カルシウムアルミネートの形態としては、結晶質、非晶質いずれであっても使用可能である。これらの中では、反応活性の点で、非晶質のカルシウムアルミネート類が好ましく、C12A7組成に対応する熱処理物を急冷した非晶質のカルシウムアルミネートがより好ましい。
カルシウムアルミネートのブレーン比表面積は、急結性や初期強度発現性の面で、3000~8000cm2/gであることが好ましく、5000~7000cm2/gであることがより好ましい。
硫酸アルミニウムとしては限定されるものではなく、無水塩でも有水塩(水和物)でもよい。硫酸アルミニウム水和物は、その無水物と比較して、溶解速度が大きくなり、凝結特性を向上させることができる。硫酸アルミニウム水和物は、例えば、4~27の水和物、好ましくは10~18の水和物、より好ましくは14~18の水和物を含む。この中でも、硫酸アルミニウムの14~18水和物を含むこと、また少なくとも硫酸アルミニウムの17水和物を含むことによって、凝結特性を高められる。
硫酸ナトリウムとしては、急結性混和材は、硫酸ナトリウムを含む。硫酸ナトリウムにより、強度発現性を向上できる。硫酸ナトリウム以外のアルカリ金属硫酸塩として、硫酸カリウム、硫酸リチウム等を含んでもよい。これらを単独で用いても2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。この中でも、硫酸ナトリウムとして、中性無水ボウ硝を用いてもよい。
硫酸カルシウムとしては、無水石膏、半水石膏、及び二水石膏等が挙げられる。また、天然で産出する天然石膏や、産業副産物として得られる排脱石膏や弗酸副生無水石膏等が用いられてもよい。これらのうちの1種又は2種以上を使用することができる。中でも、付着強度の発現性の観点から、無水石膏を用いてもよい。
炭酸アルカリとしては、酸アルカリ金属塩を指し、粉体急結剤の凝結性状、初期強度発現性を著しく改善できるものである。炭酸アルカリとしては、特に限定はされないが、例えば、炭酸リチウム、炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム等が挙げられる。特に凝結や初期強度発現性に効果があるものとしては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウムであり、これらを1種以上組み合わせることも可能である。好ましくは、炭酸ナトリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、及び炭酸カリウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である。
粉体急結剤中、カルシウムアルミネートは、40質量%以上であることが好ましく、40~90質量%であることがより好ましい。硫酸アルミニウムは、1~30質量%以上であることが好ましく、5~20質量%であることがより好ましい。硫酸ナトリウムは、5~35質量%以上であることが好ましく、5~30質量%であることがより好ましい。硫酸カルシウムは、5~40質量%以上であることが好ましく、10~30質量%であることがより好ましい。炭酸アルカリは、5~20質量%以上であることが好ましく、5~15質量%であることがより好ましい。
本発明の吹付けコンクリートは、さらに、アルミニウム及び硫黄を含むpH1~4の液体急結剤を混合してなることが好ましい。液体急結剤が酸性であることで、アルカリ性の液体急結剤に比べて取り扱い性が向上する。
液体急結剤としては、例えば、硫酸アルミニウム水溶液、又は硫酸アルミニウム水溶液に各種ミョウバン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化ナトリウム、硫酸、天然又は合成の氷晶石、フッ化ナトリウム、及びフッ化アルミニウム等から適宜選択した原料を液体中で混合し、80~95℃で30~120分加熱して作製することができる。良好な生産性の観点から、原料は硫酸、水酸化アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム又は各種ミョウバンと、天然若しくは合成の氷晶石とを用いることが好ましい。また、液体としては水等を用いることが好ましい。
液体急結剤中のアルミニウム、硫黄、及びナトリウムの含有量は特に限定されるものではないが急結性の観点から、アルミニウムはAl2O3換算で1~20質量部、硫黄はSO3換算で10~30質量部、ナトリウムはNa2O換算で0.1~3質量部であることが好ましい。アルミニウムはAl2O3換算で5~10質量部であることがより好ましい。硫黄はSO3換算で12~25質量部であることがより好ましい。ナトリウムはNa2O換算で0.1~2質量部であることがより好ましい。
吹付けコンクリートにおける液体急結剤の含有量は、凝結性、強度発現性の観点から、セメント100質量部に対して5~20質量部であることが好ましく、5~15質量部であることがより好ましい。
本発明の吹付けコンクリートは、輸送管内を圧縮空気の膨張とその流れにより、必要に応じて液体急結剤と混合されながら圧送され、ノズルより排出され、吹付け面である地山等へ吹付けられる。
本発明においては、ノズルまで吹付けコンクリートを空気輸送する圧縮空気の総量は、大気圧換算値で5~30m3/分が好ましく、10~20m3/分がより好ましい。圧縮空気の総量が少ないと空気量が不足し、吹付け面に対する急結性セメントコンクリートの圧密が不足し、強度発現性が得にくい場合があり、また、急結性セメントコンクリートの圧送性が悪く、配管内で急結性セメントコンクリートが閉塞する場合がある。圧縮空気の総量が多いと圧送空気量が過剰なため、粉じん量が多くなる場合がある。
本発明においては、吹付けコンクリートの吹付け圧力は0.2~0.5MPaが好ましい。液体急結剤を圧送する圧送空気の圧力は、吹付けコンクリートの合流管内や輸送管内に混入した時に閉塞しない点で、吹付けコンクリートの圧送圧力より0.01~0.3MPa程度大きいことが好ましい。
吹付け設備は吹付けが十分に行われれば、特に限定されるものではなく、例えば、吹付けセメントコンクリートの圧送にはシンテック社商品名「MKW-25SMT」等が、本急結剤の圧送には急結剤圧送装置「ナトムクリート」等が、それぞれ使用可能である。
本発明によれば、コンクリート圧送性を向上させることが可能で、かつ、粉じん防止効果をも向上させることができる。
以下、実施例及び比較例を用いて本発明を更に具体的に説明するが、本発明はその要旨を逸脱しない限り、下記の実施例に限定されるものではない。また、特に記載しない限り、部及び%は質量基準である。
[実験例1]
<動的粘弾性の計測>
下記に示すPEO(ポリエチレンオキサイド)を蒸留水に5質量%混合し、測定試料を作製した。
・PEO-a:密度:1.2g/cm3 平均粒子径:600μm 粘度平均分子量:60万~110万
・PEO-b:密度:1.1g/cm3 平均粒子径:590μm 粘度平均分子量:110万~150万
・PEO-c:密度:1.2g/cm3 平均粒子径:600μm 粘度平均分子量:60万~100万
・PEO-d:密度:1.3g/cm3 平均粒子径:580μm 粘度平均分子量:60万~100万
・PEO-e:密度:1.2g/cm3 平均粒子径:610μm 粘度平均分子量:50万~100万

<動的粘弾性の計測>
下記に示すPEO(ポリエチレンオキサイド)を蒸留水に5質量%混合し、測定試料を作製した。

作製した試料を、回転式レオメーターを用いて動的粘弾性を計測した。
計測は、動的粘弾性測定装置レオメーター(Anton paar社製)に調製した測定試料をセットし、貯蔵弾性率G’(Pa)と損失弾性率G’’(Pa)の周波数ω(rad/秒)分散を測定した。なお、サンプルホルダーとしては直径50mmのパラレルプレートを用い、プレート間距離を1mmとした。測定温度は25℃とし、角周波数ω=0.1、1、10、100、1000rad/秒の各値、及び、歪み=0.1%strainの条件で測定した。また、G’とG’’の比率(G’’/G’)からtanδの値を計算した。測定した結果を表1に示す。
計測は、動的粘弾性測定装置レオメーター(Anton paar社製)に調製した測定試料をセットし、貯蔵弾性率G’(Pa)と損失弾性率G’’(Pa)の周波数ω(rad/秒)分散を測定した。なお、サンプルホルダーとしては直径50mmのパラレルプレートを用い、プレート間距離を1mmとした。測定温度は25℃とし、角周波数ω=0.1、1、10、100、1000rad/秒の各値、及び、歪み=0.1%strainの条件で測定した。また、G’とG’’の比率(G’’/G’)からtanδの値を計算した。測定した結果を表1に示す。
[実験例2]
PEO-a~fを用いた吹付けコンクリートを吹付け始めてから終了するまでのポンプ稼働時間から実吐出量を測定した。結果を下記表2に示す。
・実吐出量:コンクリート使用量(m3)÷ポンプ稼働時間(分)÷60分
・S0.15下:フルイ0.15mm以下の細骨材
・吹付けコンクリート配合・施工条件:セメント360kg、水(W)216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOを添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送した。以下の表2から表6では、水の量を「W」、セメントの量を「C」と表記した。
PEO-a~fを用いた吹付けコンクリートを吹付け始めてから終了するまでのポンプ稼働時間から実吐出量を測定した。結果を下記表2に示す。
・実吐出量:コンクリート使用量(m3)÷ポンプ稼働時間(分)÷60分
・S0.15下:フルイ0.15mm以下の細骨材
・吹付けコンクリート配合・施工条件:セメント360kg、水(W)216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOを添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送した。以下の表2から表6では、水の量を「W」、セメントの量を「C」と表記した。
[実験例3]
PEO-a~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、途中で別系統からの圧縮空気と混合合流させて空気搬送し吹付けコンクリートとした。
スランプ値、空気量、実吐出量、及び粉じん濃度を測定した。結果を下記表3に示す。
・スランプ値:JIS A 1101に準拠し、スランプ試験を実施した。
・空気量:JIS A 1128に準拠し、空気室圧力法により空気量を算出した。
・粉じん濃度:吹付け箇所より5mの位置で計測した。測定装置は柴田科学社製デジタル粉じん計LD-5Rを用いて測定した。
PEO-a~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、途中で別系統からの圧縮空気と混合合流させて空気搬送し吹付けコンクリートとした。
スランプ値、空気量、実吐出量、及び粉じん濃度を測定した。結果を下記表3に示す。
・スランプ値:JIS A 1101に準拠し、スランプ試験を実施した。
・空気量:JIS A 1128に準拠し、空気室圧力法により空気量を算出した。
・粉じん濃度:吹付け箇所より5mの位置で計測した。測定装置は柴田科学社製デジタル粉じん計LD-5Rを用いて測定した。
[実験例4]
PEO-a~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで設定吐出量15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、吹付け直前に下記の粉体急結剤を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して4部となるように、空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとした。
PEO-a~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで設定吐出量15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し、吹付け直前に下記の粉体急結剤を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して4部となるように、空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとした。

初期強度、長期強度を下記のようにして測定した。結果を下記表4に示す。
・初期強度:JSCE-G561に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢10分、3時間、1日時点での引き抜き強度より、圧縮強度に換算し、初期強度を測定した。
・長期強度:JSCE-F561、JISA1107に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢28日時点でコアを採取して、圧縮強度を測定した。
・初期強度:JSCE-G561に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢10分、3時間、1日時点での引き抜き強度より、圧縮強度に換算し、初期強度を測定した。
・長期強度:JSCE-F561、JISA1107に準じて型枠に吹付けて、材齢28日時点でコアを採取して、圧縮強度を測定した。
[実験例5]
PEO-d~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kg、フライアッシュ80kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで設定吐出量15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し吹付け直前に粉体急結剤CA2若しくはCA3を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して4部となるように、空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとした。実験例4と同様に、初期強度及び長期強度を測定した。結果を下記表5に示す。
PEO-d~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kg、フライアッシュ80kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで設定吐出量15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し吹付け直前に粉体急結剤CA2若しくはCA3を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して4部となるように、空気搬送されたコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートとした。実験例4と同様に、初期強度及び長期強度を測定した。結果を下記表5に示す。

PEO-d~fを用い、セメント360kg、水216kg、細骨材1049kg、粗骨材(新潟県姫川水系6号砕石、密度2.67g/cm3)716kg、フライアッシュ80kgのコンクリートを調製し、下記表に示すPEOと消泡剤(市販品:ポリエーテル系)を添加した。シンテック社MKW-25SMTのコンクリートポンプで15m3/hの設定でコンクリートをポンプ圧送し吹付け直前に粉体急結剤CA2若しくはCA3を搬送装置デンカNATMクリートでセメント100部に対して4部、液体急結剤はタンクから8部となるよう空気搬送しY字管によりコンクリートと混合合流させて吹付けコンクリートを作製した。
実験例3と同様に、実吐出量及び粉じん濃度を測定し、実験例4と同様に、初期強度及び長期強度を測定した。結果を下記表6に示す。

本発明は、トンネル掘削工事における地山の補強や、掘削面の安定化等のためにコンクリートをポンプ圧送する際の添加材料として好適である。
Claims (5)
- 下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドを含有したポンパビリティー改質材。
(1)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ0.01Pa以上である。
(2)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数0.1rad/sでのtanδ=1~30である。 - 前記ポリエチレンオキサイドがさらに下記に示す動的粘弾性に特徴をもったポリエチレンオキサイドである請求項1に記載のポンパビリティー改質材。
(3)前記ポリエチレンオキサイドの水溶液の角周波数1000rad/sでの動的粘弾性測定時における貯蔵弾性率G’および損失弾性率G’’がそれぞれ2000Pa以下である。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のポンパビリティー改質材を含むセメントコンクリートであって、前記ポンパビリティー改質材における前記ポリエチレンオキサイドを、単位水量100質量部に対して、0.05~10質量部含有するセメントコンクリート。
- 請求項3に記載のセメントコンクリート中に消泡剤、フライアッシュ、及び、ブレーン比表面積3000~8000cm2/gのカルシウムアルミネートを含む粉体急結剤の少なくともいずれかを混合してなる吹付けコンクリート。
- さらに、アルミニウム及び硫黄を含むpH1~4の液体急結剤を混合してなる請求項4に記載の吹付けコンクリート。
