进一步的,所述双弹针包括设置于左镶块内部的左向弹针和设置于右镶块内部的右向弹针,所述左向弹针与右向弹针上下错位且平行设置,所述左向弹针与右向弹针分别伸缩式延伸到左镶块和右镶块的外部。左向弹针与右向弹针用于在产品成型时形成产品安装孔并且在产品成型后分别抵接在成型产品安装孔内部,确保注塑成型过程中产品内部塑型顺利,而当开模时,需要左向弹针和右向弹针回缩,为了实现锁紧块与锁紧槽的快速分离以及双弹针的快速回缩,左向弹针和右向弹针的轴线不设置在同一轴线上,实行上下平行错位设置,能够使双弹针快速脱离成型产品完成脱倒扣,支撑稳定且响应性好。左向弹针与右向弹针分设于锁紧槽两侧且平行设置,能够保证在锁紧块脱离时最快响应进行回缩脱倒扣。
进一步的,所述的左镶块内部沿垂直于锁紧槽的轴线方向设置有左容纳槽,所述的右镶块内部沿垂直于锁紧槽的轴线方向设置有右容纳槽,所述的右容纳槽与左容纳槽上下错位平行设置,左容纳槽和右容纳槽拼合形成容纳槽,左向弹针设置在左容纳槽内部,右向弹针设 置在右容纳槽内部。
进一步的,所述双弹针分别包括同轴设置的基体和针体,所述针体外径小于基体外径,所述针体上套接设置有弹性件,所述弹性件尾端抵接基体前端面,所述基体后端面为斜面并抵接锁紧块。所述弹性件套设在针体上,当锁紧块插入时,弹针在容纳槽内动作,基体压缩弹性件,针体伸出镶块并抵接成型产品的安装孔位置,完成支撑。而当锁紧块脱离时,弹性件释放弹力,基体带动针体反向滑动,针体回缩至镶块内部,产品脱倒扣完成,可被顺利顶出。
作为优选,所述基体上设置有通槽,所述通槽内贯穿设置有子镶块,所述子镶块纵向插合左镶块,所述子镶块纵向插合于镶块组件并可随双弹针一起沿镶块组件左右滑动。所述子镶块纵向插合基体的通槽,起到限位和止转作用,当基体在容纳槽内滑动时,子镶块既能解决在锁紧块脱离时基体落入锁紧槽中无法复位进而造成再次合模失败的问题,同时又能够避免基体因频繁动作而在容纳槽内转动磨损,甚至产生间隙造成顶出或回缩不到位的问题,避免导致成型或脱模失败。
作为优选,所述型芯上设置有装配槽,所述弹性脱倒扣机构可拆卸式安装在装配槽内。所述弹性脱倒扣装配设置在型芯的装配槽内,当成型产品的安装孔预设位置变化时,可更换不同规格的镶块组件及弹针,使得弹针位置与产品安装孔精确匹配。
作为优选,本申请中的注塑模具包括模具本体,模具本体包括上复板和下复板,型腔设置在上复板下方,下复板上设置有模脚,模脚上设置有顶板组,所述顶板组包括上顶板和下顶板,所述上顶板与下顶板叠放设置,所述的型芯设置在顶板组上。所述上顶板与下顶板组合形成两点对顶杆进行固定和加强,保证顶杆的稳定性。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:(1)通过在型芯内设置的弹性脱倒扣机构进行产品塑型,在开模时仅通过弹针收缩即可完成脱倒扣,结构精巧,操作便捷;(2)所述镶块组件内部的双弹针对应成型产品的安装孔设置,确保合模状态下弹针插接与安装孔位置完成注塑成型,开模时双弹针收缩,安装孔保留,以此顺利实现产品脱倒扣;(3)楔形锁紧块配合楔形锁紧槽,既可确保锁紧块插入或脱离时动作顺畅,亦可避免锁紧块侧壁与双弹针尾端形成硬接触碰撞,有效提升锁紧块及镶块组件的工作稳定性;(4)子镶块既能解决在锁紧块脱离时基体落入锁紧槽中无法复位进而造成再次合模失败的问题,同时又能够避免基体因频繁动作而在容纳槽内转动磨损,甚至产生间隙造成顶出或回缩不到位的问题,能够有效避免导致成型或脱模失败。

实施例1
如图1,2所示,一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,包括模具本体,所述模具本体包括有上复板1和下复板2,所述上复板下方设置有型腔4,所述下复板上方设置模脚7,模脚上设置有顶板组,顶板组上设置型芯5;其中,所述型芯5内设置有弹性脱倒扣机构3;弹性脱倒扣机构,通过弹力驱动型腔内的成型产品10脱倒扣;其中,如图5所示,所述弹性脱倒扣机构包括镶块组件9和设置于镶块组件内部的双弹针,合模状态下所述双弹针 末端抵接成型产品。所述弹性脱倒扣机构包括卡合安置于型芯5内的镶块组件9,所述镶块组件9根据成型产品的结构进行设计,具体地说,所述镶块组件9内部的双弹针对应成型产品的安装孔设置,确保合模状态下双弹针插接与安装孔位置完成注塑成型,开模时双弹针收缩,安装孔保留,以此顺利实现产品脱倒扣。
所述型芯5上设置有装配槽51,所述镶块组件9安装于装配槽51内,如图4所示,所述镶块组件9包括拼合连接的左镶块91和右镶块92,所述左镶块91靠近右镶块92的一侧设置有左凹槽911,所述右镶块92靠近左镶块91的一侧设置有右凹槽921,所述左凹槽911与右凹槽921拼合形成锁紧槽11,所述型腔4上对应锁紧槽11设置有锁紧块41,所述锁紧块插合连接锁紧槽11。所述锁紧块为楔形结构,包括一连接段和楔形段,其中楔形段朝向右镶块一侧的斜面长度大于朝向左镶块的斜面长度,所述锁紧槽为开口向上的楔形槽。所述镶块组件安置于装配槽51内,左镶块91与右镶块92上的左凹槽和右凹槽拼合形成锁紧槽,左镶块和右镶块内部沿垂直于锁紧槽轴线方向分别设置有左容纳槽和右容纳槽,并且左容纳槽与右容纳槽的轴线错位设置,本实施例中,右容纳槽的轴线平行设置在左容纳槽的轴线且位于左容纳槽轴线的右上方,左容纳槽和右容纳槽形成锁紧槽上横向设置的容纳槽16。
所述双弹针包括设置于左镶块上的左向弹针31和设置于右镶块上的右向弹针32,所述左向弹针与右向弹针分别抵接成型产品内部两侧,左向弹针和右向弹针的尾部设置为与锁紧块的楔形结构相配合的倾斜面结构,具体的,所述双弹针插合于容纳槽16内,并可延伸到左镶块和右镶块的外部。当锁紧块41插在锁紧槽11内时,锁紧块41侧壁分别抵合弹针尾部,确保弹针维持顶出状态对产品进行塑型。同时,锁紧块与插合后,锁紧块与左凹槽911上部槽壁之间设置有间隙17,楔形锁紧块配合楔形锁紧槽,既可确保锁紧块插入或脱离时动作顺畅,亦可避免锁紧块侧壁与弹针尾端形成硬接触碰撞,有效提升锁紧块及镶块组件的工作稳定性。本实施例中,左弹针与右弹针结构相同。
如图4、5所示,所述左向弹针和右向弹针分别包括同轴设置的基体12和针体13,所述针体外径小于基体外径,所述针体上套接设置有弹性件14,所述弹性件尾端抵接基体前端面,所述基体后端面可抵接锁紧块。所述左向弹针与右向弹针分别抵接倒扣产品倒扣部分的内部两侧,确保注塑成型过程中产品内部塑型顺利,而当左向弹针和右向弹针回缩时,能够快速脱离成型产品完成脱倒扣,支撑稳定且响应性好。所述弹性件套设在针体上,当锁紧块插入时,弹针在容纳槽内动作,基体压缩弹性件,针体伸出镶块并抵接成型产品的安装孔位置,完成支撑。而当锁紧块脱离时,弹性件释放弹力,基体带动针体反向滑动,针体回缩至镶块内部,产品脱倒扣完成,可被顺利顶出。本实施例中弹性件14采用弹簧。
如图5所示,左弹针和右弹针的基体12上分别设置有通槽15,通槽的轴线平行于锁紧块的轴线设置,对应的左镶块和右镶块上分别设置有连通通槽的滑动插孔,通槽和滑动插孔形成L型槽结构,左弹针和右弹针的通槽15内分别贯穿设置有子镶块33,所述子镶块分别纵向插合左镶块和右镶块的插孔内。所述子镶块纵向插合基体的通槽,起到限位和止转作用,当基体在容纳槽内滑动时,子镶块与基体一起滑动,既能解决在锁紧块脱离时基体落入锁紧槽中无法复位进而造成再次合模失败的问题,同时能够避免基体因频繁动作而在容纳槽内转动产生磨损,甚至产生间隙造成顶出或回缩不到位的问题,导致成型或脱模失败。
所述左向弹针与右向弹针平行设置。所述左向弹针与右向弹针分设于锁紧槽两侧且上下错位平行设置,能够保证在锁紧块脱离时最快响应进行回缩脱倒扣。
弹性脱倒扣机构可拆卸地连接在型芯内。所述弹性脱倒扣装配设置在型芯5的装配槽51内,当成型产品的安装孔预设位置变化时,可更换不同规格的镶块组件及弹针,使得弹针位置与产品安装孔精确匹配。
所述顶板组包括上顶板6和下顶板8,所述上顶板与下顶板叠放设置。所述上顶板与下顶板组合形成两点对顶杆81进行固定和加强,保证顶杆的稳定性。
如图3所示,本实施例中,合模前,首先组装镶块组件9:将弹性件14套接在针体13上组合得到左向弹针31,接着将左向弹针31自左凹槽911插入左镶块91的容纳槽内,接着从左镶块91下方将子镶块33插入基体12的通槽15内,对左向弹针31进行限位;接下来按照上述方式组装右镶块91内的右向弹针32和子镶块33;然后将左镶块与右镶块拼合连接为镶块组件,装配完成后,将镶块组件插入装配槽51内,完成弹性脱倒扣机构的安装。
在合模时,型腔4上的锁紧块41插合入左凹槽与右凹槽拼合形成的锁紧槽11,锁紧块两侧壁挤压左向弹针和右向弹针的基体尾部,两弹针的针体均伸出镶块组件并抵在产品成型后安装孔所在的位置,在产品成型后能够抵接注塑件内部,以此实现成型产品的内部支撑。开模时,上复板带动型腔向上运动,型腔与型芯分离,进而带动锁紧块41脱离锁紧槽11,顶板组带动其上的顶杆81向上顶出,此时由于锁紧块41脱出锁紧槽11,锁紧块对左向弹针和右向弹针的左右限位力消失,左向弹针及右向弹针向锁紧槽中心方向回缩,与产品上的安装孔脱离,弹针缩至镶块组件9中,成型产品脱倒扣完成,然后通过顶杆81向上顶出产品,完成脱模。本实施例中,对尺寸较小的成型产品进行注塑成型时,可通过设计与型芯尺寸相匹配的镶块组件实现注塑件内部的成型。
除上述实施例外,在本发明的权利要求书及说明书所公开的范围内,本发明的技术特征可以进行重新选择及组合,从而构成新的实施例,这些都是本领域技术人员无需进行创造性 劳动即可实现的,因此这些本发明没有详细描述的实施例也应视为本发明的具体实施例而在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于:包括设置在模具型芯(5)内的弹性脱倒扣机构(3)和设置在型腔(4)内部的锁紧块(41);所述的锁紧块(41)与弹性脱倒扣机构(3)活动插合连接;所述弹性脱倒扣机构(3)包括镶块组件(9)和设置于镶块组件(9)内部的双弹针,所述的镶块组件(9)内部设置有锁紧槽(11),所述的锁紧块(41)插合在锁紧槽(11)内部并且与双弹针相互抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述镶块组件包括拼合连接的左镶块(91)和右镶块(92),所述左镶块(91)靠近右镶块(92)的一侧设置有左凹槽(911),所述右镶块(92)靠近左镶块(91)的一侧设置有右凹槽(921),所述左凹槽(911)与右凹槽(921)拼合形成锁紧槽(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧槽(11)为开口向上的楔形槽,所述锁紧块(41)与锁紧槽(11)插合段为楔形结构,锁紧块(41)与左凹槽(911)上部槽壁之间设置有间隙(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述双弹针包括设置于左镶块内部的左向弹针(31)和设置在右镶块内部的右向弹针(32),所述左向弹针(31)与右向弹针(32)上下错位且平行设置,所述左向弹针(31)与右向弹针(32)分别伸缩式延伸到左镶块(91)和右镶块(92)的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述的左镶块(91)内部沿垂直于锁紧槽(11)的轴线方向设置有左容纳槽,所述的右镶块(92)内部沿垂直于锁紧槽(11)的轴线方向设置有右容纳槽,所述的右容纳槽与左容纳槽上下错位平行设置,左容纳槽和右容纳槽拼合形成容纳槽(16),左向弹针设置在左容纳槽内部,右向弹针设置在右容纳槽内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述双弹针分别包括同轴设置的基体(12)和针体(13),所述针体(13)外径小于基体(12)外径,所述针体(13)上套接设置有弹性件(14),所述弹性件(14)尾端抵接基体(12)前端面,所述基体(12)后端面为斜面并抵接锁紧块(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述基体上设置有通槽(15),所述通槽(15)内贯穿设置有子镶块(33),所述子镶块(33)纵向插合于镶块组件(9)并可随双弹针一起沿镶块组件左右滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种汽车保险杠注塑模具内部双弹针脱倒扣机构,其特征在于,所述型芯(5)上设置有装配槽(51),所述弹性脱倒扣机构(3)可拆卸式安装在装配 槽内。
