Description

清洁设备及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁设备及其控制方法,属于清洁工具技术领域。
背景技术
洗地机是一种用于清洗地面的设备,洗地机清水箱中的清水通过管路到达地刷,进行地面清洗。在清洗的同时还能够将污水再次吸入洗地机内的污水箱内,从而完成清洗过程。
目前,洗地机在顽固污渍情况下的清洁能力有限。
因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洁设备及其控制方法,通过设置发热元件,为所述出水管路提供热能,调节出水管路中流至清洁机构的水流的水温,以达到更好的清洁效果。解决现有技术中,洗地机对顽固污渍清洁能力差的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现:
第一方面,提供一种清洁设备,包括:
机体,所述机体内的设置有水箱;
与所述机体相连的清洁机构;
出水管路,包括进水端和出水端,所述进水端与所述水箱连通,所述出水端连接至清洁机构;
发热元件,为所述出水管路提供热能,以调节出水管路中流至清洁机构的水流的水温。
本实施方案通过设置发热元件,可以将出水管路中的水流加热,从而可以调节清洁机构的水温,提升清洁顽固污渍的能力,具有更好地清洁效果。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述发热元件包括加热元件。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述加热元件至所述出水管路的出水端的距离小于预设距离。通过将加热元件设置于出水管路靠近出水端的位置,可以实现只对靠近出水端的水进行加热,减少加热元件的工作强度,节省能量,同时有助于提高加热元件的寿命。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述加热元件位于出水管路中或与出水管 路接触,以使所述加热元件对所述出水管路中的水流进行加热。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述清洁设备还包括控制组件,所述控制组件,用于:
确定当前的水温调节需求;
按照所述水温调节需求控制所述加热组件的开启或关闭,以调节所述出水管路中的水流流至所述清洁机构的水温。
通过设置控制组件,可以实现根据实时需求来调节水温。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述发热元件包括功能元件,所述功能元件为具有除发热功能外的其它功能的元件。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述出水管路的表面与所述功能元件表面接触,以使所述功能元件对所述出水管路进行加热。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述功能元件包括以下几种中的至少一种:所述清洁设备的驱动组件和供电组件。
通过将出水管路与功能元件进行接触,出水管路一方面可以通过吸收功能元件的热量,来加热水温。另一方面,可以实现对清洁设备的驱动组件和供电组件进行水冷降温,提高驱动组件和供电组件的使用寿命。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述出水管路通过缠绕在所述功能元件的表面与所述功能元件的表面接触。通过缠绕的方式,增加接触面积,可以增加吸热能力。
可选地,在本发明第一方面的一个实施例中,所述出水管路从所述进水端至所述出水端依次包括主管道、以及从所述主管道分支出的至少两个分支管道;
所述至少两个分支管道包括回收所述发热元件发出的热能的第一分支管道,以及不具有回收所述热能功能的第二分支管道;
所述主管道通过阀体与所述第一分支管道连通或者与所述第二分支管道连通。

确定当前的水温调节需求;
按照所述水温调节需求,调节所述出水管路中的水流流至所述清洁机构的水温。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过设置发热元件,为所述出水管路提供热能,调节出水管路中流至清洁机构的水流的水温,从而提高清洁设备对顽固污渍的清洁能力。

具体实施方式
针对现有技术中,洗地机只能将清水箱中的凉水通过管路到达地刷,对于顽固污渍的清洁能力较差的问题,本申请实施例提供一种清洁设备及其控制方法。
请参阅图1所示,本发明提供的清洁设备包括:机体1、清洁机构2和出水管路3。其中,
机体1内的设置有清水箱。出水管路3包括进水端和出水端。其中,进水端与清水箱连通, 出水端连接至清洁机构2。
出水管路3用于将清水箱中的清水传输至清洁机构2,通过清洁机构2对需要清洗的表面进行清洗。
本实施例的清洁设备例如可以是洗地机,清洁机构2包括地刷21,清洁机构2还设置有水泵9和地刷电机8,水泵9将出水管路3中的清水输出至地刷21,通过地刷21用于清洗地面。
上述清洁设备对于地面有顽固污渍的情况,难以清洗。针对该技术问题,进一步地,本申请实施例提供的清洁设备还包括:发热元件。
发热元件是指在工作时会产生热量的元件。
本实施例通过发热元件为出水管路3提供热能,以调节出水管路3中流至清洁机构2的水流的水温。
从而使具有一定温度的清水到达清洁机构2,对顽固污渍提供更好的清洁效果。
在一个实施例中,可选地,如图1所示,发热元件可以是加热元件4。
具体地,加热元件4指的是具有加热功能的元件。加热元件4可以设置于出水管路3中对出水管路3中的水进行加热,也可以通过与出水管路表面相接触的方式实现对出水管路3中的水进行加热。
本实施例设置加热元件4的管路段为金属管路段30。
本实施例的加热元件,可选地,例如可以是电阻丝,本实施例中,可以将电阻丝缠绕在出水管路的金属管路段30的表面,电阻丝通电发热,实现对出水管路中出水端的水进行加热的目的。
本实施例的加热元件,可选地,例如也可以是电加热管,可将电加热管设置于出水管路的金属管路段中,通电加热。
加热元件有很多,实际工作中可以根据需要进行选择,本实施例在此不做限定。
可选地,所述加热元件至所述出水管路的出水端的距离小于预设距离。
具体地,本申请实施例的加热元件4设置于出水管路靠近出水端的位置,从而实现只对靠近出水端的水进行加热,减少加热元件4的工作强度,节省能量,同时有助于提高加热元件4的寿命。
在上述实施方案中,无法根据实时出水温度,自动调节出水管路中的水温。
针对该技术问题,可选地,本申请实施例设置了控制组件。
具体地,本实施例控制组件可以包括CPU,控制组件用于:
S1:确定当前的水温调节需求。
具体地,本实施例的水温调节需求指的是根据期望水温,如何调节发热元件的工作状态。
在一个实施例中,清洁设备设置温度传感器,通过温度传感器采集出水管路中加热后的实时水温。
控制组件与温度传感器连接,获取温度传感器采集的出水管路中的实时水温数据,并将实时水温数据与期望水温进行比较,基于实时水温数据与期望水温之间的差距,确定水温调节需求。
期望水温可以是预先设定好,并保存在控制组件中的,控制组件获取实时水温后,调用期望水温进行比较,以确定水温调节需求。
在上述实施例中,清洁设备只有根据设定好的温度来调节水温达到期望水温,而无法根据待清洁表面的脏污程度的不同,实时确定不同的期望水温。对于洗地机来说,待清洁表面即为地面。
针对该技术问题,在一个实施例中,清洁设备包括脏污检测传感器和温度传感器。
其中,脏污检测传感器用于采集待清洁表面的脏污数据,该脏污数据指示待清洁表面的脏污程度。脏污传感器可以设置于清洁机构2的脏污吸纳口的内壁上,通过检测清洁设备吸入的污渍程度,来检测待清洁表面的脏污程度。
温度传感器用于采集出水管路中加热后的实时水温,温度传感器可以设置于出水管路靠近出水端的位置。
控制组件连接脏污检测传感器和温度传感器,控制组件获取温度传感器采集的实时水温数据,并确定脏污数据对应的第一目标温度,然后基于实时水温数据与第一目标温度之间的差距,确定水温调节需求。
其中,可选地,不同脏污数据对应的第一目标温度通过表格的形式保存在控制组件中,待清洁表面的脏污程度越高,对应的第一目标温度就越高。
控制组件获取到脏污数据之后,可以通过查询表格,确定该脏污数据对应的第一目标温度。从而可以针对待清洁表面的脏污程度来确定水温调节需求。
由于待清洁表面的材质不同,例如,对于地面来说,可以是木质地板、瓷砖、塑胶、地毯等,对于不同材质的地面,清洁时需要的水温也有所不同。因此,在有些应用场景中,也需要根据不同的地面材质来选择清洁设备的出水温度。
针对该技术问题,在一个实施例中,清洁设备包括材质识别传感器和温度传感器。
所述材质识别传感器用于采集待清洁表面的材质数据,材质识别传感器可以设置于清洁设备的清洁机构2的内壁上,且检测识别端口靠近待清洁表面。
温度传感器用于采集出水管路中加热后的实时水温,温度传感器可以设置于出水管路靠近出水端的位置。
控制组件在确定水温调节需求时,首先,获取所述温度传感器采集的实时水温数据以及材质识别传感器采集的材质数据,并确定所述材质数据对应的第二目标温度,然后基于所述实时水温数据与所述第二目标温度之间的差距,确定所述水温调节需求。
其中材质识别传感器可以采用现有的材质识别模块,在此不再赘述。
S2:按照所述水温调节需求,控制所述加热元件的开启或关闭,以调节所述出水管路中流至所述清洁机构的水流的水温。
具体地,当获取的温度传感器的实时水温数据超过期望水温/第一目标温度/第二目标温度时,控制加热元件关闭。当获取的温度传感器的实时水温数据低于期望水温/第一目标温度/第二目标温度时,控制加热元件开启。
由于清洁设备的驱动组件和供电组件等发热时,会导致机体内膨胀系数不同的各部分结构的应力变化以及间隙的微小变化,影响机器的使用寿命。发热严重时,还会导致绝缘失效,造成绕组损坏从而引发短路。
针对该技术问题,在另一个实施例中,可选地,如图2所示,发热元件可以是功能元件。
具体地,本实施例功能元件指的是具有除发热功能外的其它功能的元件。
例如,本实施例中的功能元件可以是清洁设备的驱动组件和供电组件,如图2所示,驱动组件包括电机6和地刷电机8,供电组件包括电池包7。
本申请实施例将出水管路3的表面与驱动组件、供电组件的表面接触,以吸收驱动组件和供电组件在工作过程中因自身发热产生的热量。
从而,一方面可以实现对驱动组件和供电组件的水冷降温,提高驱动组件和供电组件的使用寿命。另一方面也可以加热出水管路中的清水,使具有一定温度的清水到达清洁机构,可以提供更好的清洁效果。
在进一步地实施方式中,可选地,如图2所示,本申请实施例将出水管路的部分管路设置为金属管路33,例如,铜、铝等,并将金属管路33缠绕在对应功能元件的表面,以增加出水管路与功能元件的接触面积,从而增加吸热能力。
在仅根据加热元件或功能元件无法达到需要的水温时,可选地,本申请实施例也可以同时设置加热元件和功能元件。
这样,在功能元件的加热能力无法达到期望的水温时,可以开启加热元件进行辅助加热。
本申请的清洁设备,若在某种情况下,不需要对出水管路中的水进行加热,或者需要的 水温很低时,因为出水管路缠绕在功能元件的表面,而功能元件是清洁设备的驱动组件和供电组件,不可能直接关闭,因此出水管路中的水只能被动吸收热量,无法根据实际需求来调节水温。
针对上述情况,可选地,如图3所示,本申请实施例的出水管路,从进水端至出水端依次包括主管道31、从所述主管道31分支出的至少两个分支管道。
具体地,本申请实施例的所述至少两个分支管道包括回收所述功能元件发出的热能的第一分支管道311,以及不具有回收所述热能功能的第二分支管道312。
其中,第一分支管道311与功能元件表面接触,例如,可以是设置金属管路段33缠绕在功能元件的表面,回收所述发热元件发出的热能。第二分支管道312未与功能元件表面接触,不具有回收热能的功能。
本实施例所述主管道31通过阀体5与所述第一分支管道311连通或者与所述第二分支管道312连通。
其中的阀体5可以是三通阀,该三通阀的进口端与主管道31连通,三通阀的第一出口端与第一分支管道311连通,三通阀的第二出口端与第二分支管道312连通。
进一步地,本实施例可以设置控制组件与三通阀连接,控制组件用于首先确定当前水温调节需求。确定水温调节需求的具体实施方式,请参阅上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
控制组件根据确定的当前水温调节需求,控制三通阀的开关状态,使所述主管道与所述第一分支管道连通或者与所述第二分支管道连通,以调节所述出水管路中的水流流至所述清洁机构的水温。
具体地,控制组件控制三通阀动作,使三通阀的进口端与第一出口端连通,从而使主管道31与第一分支管道311连通,通过第一分支管道311吸收对应功能元件发热产生的热量,调节出水管路3中的水温。
或者控制组件根据确定的当前水温调节需求,控制三通阀的进口端与第二出口端连通,使主管道31与第二分支管道312连通,从而使清水箱流至主管道31中的水不经过加热,直接向下传输。
可选地,本实施例所述出水管路3还包括所述至少两个分支管道汇聚后的主管道32。
具体地,本实施例中,第一分支管道311的一端与三通阀的第一出口端连通,第二分支管道312的一端与三通阀的第二出口端连通,第一分支管道311的另一端和第二分支管道312的另一端连接至汇聚后的主管道32。
可选地,本实施例所述至少两个分支管道为至少两组,不同组分支管道对应不同的功能 元件。
具体地,本实施例的电机、电池包以及地刷电机等分别对应一组分支管道。
电机对应的一组至少两个分支管道汇聚后的主管道32,再次连通至下一组的至少两个分支管道,例如可以是电池包对应的分支管道。以此类推。
每一组分支管道均对应设置有三通阀。每一组分支管道汇聚后的主管道32均与对应的三通阀的进口端连通。
实际工作中,可以根据需要控制对应三通阀的状态,以选择对应分支管道吸收能量,对出水管路3中的水流进行加热。
综上所述,本申请实施例通过设置发热元件,为所述出水管路提供热能,调节出水管路中流至清洁机构的水流的水温,从而提高清洁设备对顽固污渍的清洁能力。
本申请实施例还提供一种清洁设备的控制方法,该控制方法应用于上述实施例的清洁设备中,下面以该方法应用于清洁设备的控制组件为例,对本申请实施例的控制方法进行说明。如图4所示,方法包括:
S401:确定当前的水温调节需求。
S402:按照水温调节需求,调节出水管路中的水流流至清洁机构的水温。
进一步地,清洁设备还包括温度传感器,温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;

获取温度传感器采集的水温数据;

    发热元件,为所述出水管路提供热能,以调节出水管路中流至清洁机构的水流的水温。

  14. 如权利要求5或13所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;
    所述控制组件用于:
    获取所述温度传感器采集的水温数据;
    基于所述水温数据与预设的期望温度之间的差距,确定所述水温调节需求。
  15. 如权利要求5或13所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括脏污检测传感器和温度传感器;所述脏污检测传感器用于采集待清洁表面的脏污数据;所述温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;
    所述控制组件用于:
    获取所述温度传感器采集的水温数据;
    确定所述脏污数据对应的第一目标温度;
    基于所述水温数据与所述第一目标温度之间的差距,确定所述水温调节需求。
  16. 如权利要求5或13所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括材质识别传感器和温度传感器;所述材质识别传感器用于采集待清洁表面的材质数据;所述温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;
    其中,所述控制组件用于:
    获取所述温度传感器采集的水温数据;
    确定所述材质数据对应的第二目标温度;
    基于所述水温数据与所述第二目标温度之间的差距,确定所述水温调节需求。
  17. 一种清洁设备的控制方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求1至13任一所述的清洁设备中,所述方法包括:
    确定当前的水温调节需求;
    按照所述水温调节需求,调节所述出水管路中的水流流至所述清洁机构的水温。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括温度传感器,所述温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;
    所述确定当前的水温调节需求的步骤包括:
    获取所述温度传感器采集的水温数据;
    基于所述水温数据与预设的期望温度之间的差距,确定所述水温调节需求。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括脏污检测传感器和温度传感器;所述脏污检测传感器用于采集待清洁表面的脏污数据;所述温度传感器用于采集加热后的水流的温度;
    其中,所述确定当前的水温调节需求的步骤包括:
    获取所述温度传感器采集的水温数据;
