目前,随着我国经济的快速发展,以电作为原动力的发电机组、测试设备以及移动电源车、移动发电车、UPS电源车、动力电池充电以及电动车充电桩等产品应用广泛,给人们的生活和生产带来极大的便利,因此需要动力电池充电连接器,进行短时间电流的大量输送。
本申请的发明人在实现本申请的过程中,发现:连接器在连接大负载的情况下被拔出易出现瞬间打火以及造成短路的危险,从而易导致连接器直接报废,严重的,易出现安全事故。
申请内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种连接器及电子设备,克服了上述连接器在连接大负载的情况下被拔出易出现瞬间打火以及造成短路的危险,从而易导致连接器直接报废等问题。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种连接器,包括:壳体,设置有收容腔以及连通所述收容腔的第一开口;电路板,设置于所述收容腔内,所述电路板设置有第一信号连接点;连接头,设置于所述壳体,所述连接头包括用于与外部设备连接的第二信号连接点;开关,设置于所述第一开口,所述开关分别与所述电路板的第一信号连接点和所述连接头的第二信号连接点连接,所述开关用 于控制所述电路板的第一信号连接点和所述连接头的第二信号连接点之间的导通和关闭。所述连接器包括第一固定组件,所述第一固定组件设置于所述壳体或所述连接头,所述第一固定组件用于与外部设备连接并使得所述连接器与所述外部设备形成一次固定状态。所述连接器包括第二固定组件,所述第二固定组件与所述开关连接。在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述开关带动所述第二固定组件与处于所述一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件或所述外部设备配合,以实现对所述外部设备的二次固定,从而使得所述外部设备与所述连接器处于不可拆卸状态。在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述开关带动所述第二固定组件与处于所述一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件或所述外部设备分离,以解除对所述外部设备的二次固定,从而使得所述外部设备与所述连接器处于可拆卸状态。

可以理解的是,所述操作部402不限于为上述滑动座的结构,也可以为其他结构,例如:如图5和图6所示,所述操作部402为按钮,设置所述按钮处于按动状态时为处于所述第一预设位置,所述限位连接件703向上运动并与处于一次固定状态的第一固定组件50配合;所述按钮处于回弹状态时为处于所述第二预设位置,所述限位连接件703向下运动并与处于一次固定状态的第一固定组件50断开连接。需要说明的是,为实现所述按钮处于按动状态时,所述限位连接件703向上运动,所述按钮处于回弹状态时,所述限位连接件703向下运动,可利用但不限于 杠杆结构的方式实现。
所述连接器还包括与开关40连接的第二固定组件70,如图4所示,第二固定组件70包括限位连接件703;所述限位连接件703连接于所述操作部402,所述限位连接件703跟随所述操作部402移动。所述限位连接件703用于在所述操作部402拨动至第一预设位置时,与处于一次固定状态的所述第一固定组件50配合从而实现对第一固定组件50状态的固定,进一步使得外部设备与连接器的连接处于二次稳固状态,即:对外部设备进行二次固定,保证在连接器与外部设备通电状态下,连接器与外部设备之间处于稳固连接且不可拆卸状态。在所述操作部402移动至第二预设位置时,所述限位连接件703与处于一次固定状态的所述第一固定组件50分离,解除对所述第一固定组件50状态的固定,进一步保证连接器与外部设备在预拆卸前,两者之间的电信号连接处于关闭状态,避免打火或短路的危险;即:在解除连接器与外部设备的一次固定前,必须将二次固定先解除,在二次固定解除的同时,电信号断开。可选的,所述限位连接件703位于所述收容腔10a内。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,所述限位连接件703与所述开关40连接,在所述开关40处于第一预设位置时,所述限位连接件703与所述第一固定组件50配合,从而使得所述第一固定组件50相对所述壳体10处于固定状态,在所述开关40处于第二预设位置时,所述限位连接件703与所述第一固定组件50分离,从而所述第一固定组件50可相对所述壳体运动。
对于上述第一固定组件50,如图4和图7所示,所述第一固定组件50设置于所述壳体10,所述第一固定组件50包括转动臂501、卡勾502和弹性件503,所述转动臂501与所述壳体10转动连接,所述卡勾502固定于所述转动臂501的第一表面的一端,所述弹性件503的一端与所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端固定,所述弹性件503的另一端固定于所述壳体10内的支撑板104上,在所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端转动后,所述弹性件503可实现所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端回弹。需要说明的是:所述第一表面指的是所述转动臂501靠近所述连接头20的一侧的表面。所述卡勾502用于在所述外部设备插接于所述连接头20时,卡接所述外部设备并稳固所述连接器与外部设备的物理连接,并且当所述开关40的操作部402位于所述第一预设位置,即所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述限位连接件703支撑并且抵接所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端,所述限位连接件703与处于卡接状态的所述转动臂501连接并限位,对 转动臂处于第一状态进行状态固定,从而使得所述转动臂501相对于所述壳体10不可转动,从而实现对所述外部设备进行二次固定;当所述开关40的操作部402位于所述第二预设位置时,即所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述限位连接件703脱离所述转动臂501的另一端,所述限位连接件703与处于卡接状态的所述转动臂501分离,解除对所述转动臂501的状态固定,从而使得所述转动臂501可相对于所述壳体10可转动,此时连接器与外部设备的一次固定还未解除,但已解除了对外部设备的二次固定,同时电信号已中断。
可以理解的是,所述限位连接件703与所述转动臂501的连接方式不限于为支撑抵接,也可以为其他连接方式,只要满足限位连接件703与所述转动臂501的另一端连接之后,所述转动臂501相对所述壳体10固定即可,例如:卡接、螺接等等。
在一些实施例中,所述卡勾502位于所述壳体10外,所述卡勾502与所述外部设备位于所述壳体10外的部分卡接,从而实现对整个外部设备的连接固定。
应当理解的是,为实现对外部设备的固定,不限于利用上述卡勾502的结构,也可以为其他结构,例如:如图8所示,所述卡勾替换为固定件504,所述固定件504包括第一固定板5041、连接板5042和第二固定板5043,所述第一固定板5041的一端连接所述连接板5042的一端,所述第二固定板5043的一端连接所述连接板5042的另一端,所述固定件504呈U型,所述第一固定板5041和第二固定板5043间隔形成固定槽504a,所述固定槽504a可用于卡接于所述外部设备和所述连接头20,从而实现对外部设备的连接固定。
在一些实施例中,如图7、图9以及图10所示,所述转动臂501位于所述收容腔10a内,并且所述转动臂501的一端从所述通孔103伸出,所述转动臂501可相对于所述通孔103摆动,所述转动臂501的另一端暴露于所述第二开口102处,用户可直接在所述第二开口102处按压所述转动臂501的另一端,以使所述转动臂501转动,即可实现设于所述转动臂501一端的卡勾502与所述外部设备断开连接,所述外部设备可自由与所述连接头20断开连接。
在一些实施例中,所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端设置有固定槽5012,所述固定槽5012用于收容且固定所述弹性件503的一端。
在一些实施例中,所述转动臂501的第一表面的另一端设置有卡槽(未标示),所述卡槽用于供所述限位连接件703卡接,从而实现限制 所述转动臂501的转动,所述转动臂501相对于所述壳体10固定。
在一些实施例中,所述转动臂501的第二表面的另一端朝所述第二开口102延伸有固定按钮5011,所述固定按钮5011可相对于所述第二开口102移动,通过按压所述固定按钮5011,从而带动所述转动臂501转动,即可实现设于所述转动臂501一端的卡勾502与所述外部设备断开连接,所述外部设备可自由与所述连接头20断开连接。需要说明的是:第二表面和第一表面相对设置,第二表面指的是所述转动臂501远离所述连接头20的一侧的表面。
在另一些实施例中,第一固定组件50和第二固定组件70不局限于如图1-10所示的结构,还可以采用其他的方式,如图11所示,所述第一固定组件50包括设置在连接头上的螺纹结构或卡接结构,所述螺纹结构与外部设备配合以使所述连接器与所述外部设备处于螺接或卡接的一次固定状态。第二固定组件70包括连接臂701和固定头702,所述固定头702设置于所述连接臂701的一端,所述连接臂701的另一端连接于所述开关40。
在连接器的连接头与外部设备完成卡接或螺接后,当所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述开关40带动连接臂701往靠近所述连接头20的方向运动且所述固定头702与外部设备固定连接,以对处于一次固定状态(螺接或卡接状态)的外部设备进行二次固定,使得外部设备与所述连接器不可拆卸。当所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述开关40带动连接臂701往远离所述连接头20的方向运动且所述固定头702与外部设备分离,以解除所述外部设备的二次固定状态,此时,所述外部设备与所述连接头20之间可拆卸。可以理解的是,所述连接臂701与所述开关40之间的固定方式可以焊接、螺接等等。
对于上述防护组件60,如图2所示,所述防护组件60包括防护盖601和弹性连接件602,所述弹性连接件602的一端连接于所述壳体10,所述弹性连接件602的另一端连接于所述防护盖601,所述防护盖601盖设于所述连接头20。所述连接器在处于未使用状态时,利用所述防护盖601盖设于所述连接头20,减少所述连接头20内的通讯信号引脚201以及电信号引脚202暴露于空气中并与空气中的水分接触。
在本申请实施例中,通过设置有壳体10、电路板30、连接头20和开关40,其中,所述壳体10设置有收容腔10a以及连通所述收容腔10a的第一开口101,所述电路板30设置于所述收容腔10a内,所述电路板30设置有第一信号连接点,所述连接头20设置于所述壳体10,所述连 接头20设置有用于与外部设备连接的第二信号连接点;此外,所述开关40设置于所述第一开口101,所述开关40分别与所述电路板30的第一信号连接点和所述连接头20的第二信号连接点连接,所述开关40用于控制所述电路板30的第一信号连接点和所述连接头20的第二信号连接点之间的导通和关闭。在连接器连接大负载的情况下,用户在拔出连接器之前,只需利用开关40断开所述电路板30与所述连接头20之间的信号连接,即实现断开连接器和大负载之间的连接,避免连接器拔出时出现瞬间打火以及造成短路的危险,减少安全事故发生。
通过连接器上设置用于与外部设备连接稳固的第一固定组件50,以及所述开关40上设置第二固定组件70,当所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述第二固定组件70与处于一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件50配合,从而使得外部设备与连接器的连接处于二次稳固状态,保证在连接器与外部设备通电状态下,连接器与外部设备之间处于稳固连接及不可拆卸状态。在所述开关40控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述第二固定组件70与处于一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件50分离,解除对第一固定组件状态的固定,进一步保证连接器与外部设备在拆卸前两者之间的信号(尤其是电信号)处于关闭状态,避免打火或短路的危险。
当需要将该连接器与外部设备(大负载设备或电源)连接时,先将连接器的连接头20与外部设备连接,再通过第一固定组件50对外部设备进行一次稳固固定,然后将开关40开启,实现大负载和连接器间的信号连通(电连接等),同时第一固定组件50的状态被第二固定组件70所固定,连接器与外部设备稳固连接且不可拆卸。当需要将连接器与外部设备拆卸断开时,必须先将开关40关闭,断开大负载和连接器间的信号连接,同时解除对第一固定组件50状态的固定,如此才允许后续连接器与外部设备之间的拆卸。
本申请还提供了一种电子设备的实施例,电子设备包括如上所述的连接器01,连接器01的功能和结构可参阅上述实施例,此处不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接器,应用于外部设备的连接,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,设置有收容腔以及连通所述收容腔的第一开口;
    电路板,设置于所述收容腔内,所述电路板设置有第一信号连接点;
    连接头,设置于所述壳体,所述连接头包括用于与外部设备连接的第二信号连接点;
    开关,设置于所述第一开口,所述开关分别与所述电路板的第一信号连接点和所述连接头的第二信号连接点连接,所述开关用于控制所述电路板的第一信号连接点和所述连接头的第二信号连接点之间的导通和关闭;
    所述连接器包括第一固定组件,所述第一固定组件设置于所述壳体或所述连接头,所述第一固定组件用于与外部设备连接并使得所述连接器与所述外部设备形成一次固定状态;
    所述连接器包括第二固定组件,所述第二固定组件与所述开关连接;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述开关带动所述第二固定组件与处于所述一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件或所述外部设备配合,以实现对所述外部设备的二次固定,从而使得所述外部设备与所述连接器处于不可拆卸状态;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述开关带动所述第二固定组件与处于所述一次固定状态中的所述第一固定组件或所述外部设备分离,以解除对所述外部设备的二次固定,从而使得所述外部设备与所述连接器处于可拆卸状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定组件包括设置于所述连接头的螺纹结构或卡接结构,所述螺纹结构或所述卡接结构与所述外部设备配合以使所述连接器与所述外部设备处于螺接或卡接状态;
    所述第二固定组件包括连接臂和固定头,所述固定头设置于所述连接臂的一端,所述连接臂的另一端连接于所述开关,所述固定头用于与所述外部设备固定连接;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述开关带动所述固定头与处于所述螺接或卡接状态中的所述外部设备固定连接,以实现对所述外部设备的二次固定;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述开关带动所述固定头与处于所述螺接或卡接状态中的所述外部设备分离,以解除对所述外部设备的二次固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定组件包括转动臂和卡勾,所述转动臂与所述壳体转动连接,所述卡勾固定于所述转动臂的一端;当所述外部设备插接于所述连接头,其所述转动臂处于第一状态时,所述卡勾与所述外部设备形成卡接状态;
    所述第二固定组件包括限位连接件,所述限位连接件与所述开关连接;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点导通时,所述开关带动所述限位连接件与处于所述卡接状态的所述转动臂连接并限位,使得所述转动臂相对于所述壳体不可转动,以实现所述卡接状态的固定及外部设备的二次固定;
    在所述开关控制所述第一信号连接点和所述第二信号连接点关闭时,所述开关带动所述限位连接件与处于卡接状态的所述转动臂分离,解除所述卡接状态的固定及外部设备的二次固定,使得所述转动臂相对于所述壳体可转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于,
    所述开关包括开关本体和操作部,所述开关本体分别与所述电路板的电源连接点和连接头的电源引脚电连接,所述操作部位于所述第一开口,所述操作部与所述开关本体连接,并且所述操作部可相对于所述开关本体移动,当所述操作部相对于开关本体位于第一预设位置时,所述开关本体开启,当所述操作部相对于开关本体位于第二预设位置时,所述开关本体关闭,所述限位连接件连接于所述操作部,所述限位连接件跟随所述操作部移动;
    当所述操作部位于所述第一预设位置时,所述限位连接件支撑并且抵接所述转动臂的第一表面的另一端,所述转动臂相对于壳体固定,当所述操作部位于所述第二预设位置时,所述限位连接件脱离所述转动臂的另一端,所述转动臂可相对于壳体转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,
    所述壳体设置有第二开口和通孔,所述第二开口和通孔均与所述收 腔连通,所述第二开口位于所述连接头和所述第一开口之间,所述通孔和所述连接头位于所述壳体的同一端;
    所述转动臂位于所述收容腔内,并且所述转动臂的一端从所述通孔伸出,所述转动臂可相对于所述通孔摆动,所述卡勾位于所述壳体外,所述转动臂的另一端暴露于所述第二开口处,所述限位连接件位于所述收容腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述第一固定组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件的一端与所述转动臂的第一表面的另一端固定,所述弹性件的另一端固定于所述壳体内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述转动臂的第一表面的另一端设置有固定槽,所述弹性件的一端收容并且固定于所述固定槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述转动臂的第二表面的另一端朝所述第二开口延伸有限位按扭,所述限位按扭可相对于所述第二开口移动,其中,所述第一表面和第二表面相对设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,
    所述第一信号连接点包括电信号连接点和通讯信号连接点;
    所述连接头包括多个电信号引脚和多个通讯信号引脚,多个所述电信号引脚与所述第一信号连接点的电信号连接点连接,多个所述通讯信号引脚与所述第一信号连接点的通讯信号连接点连接,多个所述电信号引脚的数量为两个,多个所述通讯信号引脚的数量为八个。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的连接器。
