<作用説明>
図13は、本体チューブ2の先端部の変形例1を示す。この例では、バルーン補強リング13aがバルーン用支柱6の長さ方向中間位置より基端側であって、バルーン5の外側の壁と支柱6との間の外側の壁に接着により固定して設けられている。この補強リング13aは補強リング13より径が小さい。補強リング13aをバルーン5の外側の壁とバルーン用支柱6との間の外側の壁に設けると、バルーン5の展開状態を保持しなから弾性復元力を損なうことがなくなる。すなわち、バルーン5内の外側の壁(展開時)で、かつバルーン5が膨張した状態の肩部より端末側に補強リング13aがあることとなり、バルーン5を押し出す効果が期待でき、バルーン5の展開力が向上できる。また、補強リング13aの位置を基端側(図の右側方向)に位置させると、バルーン5の膨張空間を制限し、少ない注入量でバルーン5を展開することが可能となる。
図16は、本体チューブ2の先端部の変形例2を示す。この例では、変形例1で設けた補強リング13aのほかに、さらに補強リング13bが、バルーン用支柱6の中間位置より先端側であって、バルーン5の外側の壁とバルーン用支柱6との間の内側の壁に接着により固定して設けられている。補強リング13bは補強リング13aや補強リング13より径が大きい。このような2つの補強リング13a,13bを設けた構成にすると、バルーン5の先端側の形状維持力(展開状態を保持する力)が低下するのを防ぐ効果が期待できる。しかも、変形例1のように端末側に設けた補強リング13aのみの場合はバルーン先端側の展開状態を保持する力が低下しやすい面もあるが、このような恐れがない。
図18は、本体チューブ2の先端部の変形例3を示す。この例では、変形例1の補強リングが1つのタイプにおいて、基端側に補強リング13aのあるバルーン5内部に補強シート14を設置し、バルーン穿通防止可能な構造としたものである。補強シート14は、ポリウレタンなどの生体に適する柔軟で且つ引裂き強度が高い材質で中空筒状体からなり、バルーン5の内側の壁とバルーン用支柱6の間に挿入され、バルーン5の内側の壁全体に接着により固定されている。これにより錠剤包装シートなどを回収する際に、包装シートの角などの鋭利な部分がバルーン5を穿通するのを防止して、組織損傷を引き起こす恐れがなくなる。つまり、バルーン5はシリコーンゴムからなり非常に柔らかいため、錠剤包装シートなどを回収する際に、包装シートの角などで鋭利な部分がバルーン5を穿通し、組織を損傷させる恐れがあるが、この穿通を防止することができる。
図19は、本体チューブ2の先端部の変形例4を示す。この例では、変形例3のさらに変形した形を示す。すなわち、変形例4では補強シート14が、2つの補強リング13a,13bのあるところに設けられている。この例でも変形例3と同様なバルーン5の穿通防止効果が期待できる。変形例4のバルーン5の反転から展開までの段階は、ほぼ変形例2のそれと同じとなるため、その図面は省略する。

Claims (9)
- シリコーンゴムなどの生体に適する柔軟な材質からなる内視鏡用回収デバイスであって、所定長さからなる本体チューブを具え、この本体チューブには軸方向に先後端開口の内視鏡挿通用ルーメンが形成されているとともに、先端部にバルーンが、基端側を固定、先端側を所定長さ延ばして袋状となるように取り付けられ、このバルーンは内部に円周方向に所定間隔をおいて複数本のバルーン用支柱を配置し、取付基端周辺で本体チューブ側にめくれた状態に反転可能、かつ流体を注入することによってラッパ状態に展開可能になっていることを特徴とする内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーン用支柱は、先後端開口の中空パイプ状を呈し、開口した各後端が本体チューブの周壁に形成された閉じ糸ルーメンと連通して固着され、この閉じ糸ルーメンには閉じ糸が通され、この閉じ糸は円周方向に隣接するバルーン用支柱の先端貫通穴にも通されたうえ、両端が外部へ引き出されて操作部に連結されており、この操作部により閉じ糸を引くとバルーンの先端側を径方向内側に屈曲して窄められるようになっている請求項1に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- 閉じ糸は、先端側の一部が円周方向に隣接するバルーン用支柱の先端開口や先端貫通穴を円周方向に交差して通されている請求項2に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーンの外側の壁とバルーン用支柱との間にバルーン補強リングがバルーンの内側の壁に固定して設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーン補強リングは、バルーン用支柱の長さ方向中間位置に配置されている請求項4に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーン用支柱の中間位置より基端側であって、バルーンの外側の壁とバルーン用支柱との間にバルーン補強リングがバルーンの外側の壁に固定して設けられている請求項1に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーン補強リングは、バルーン用支柱の長さ方向中間位置より基端側の位置と、先端側の位置に複数配置されている請求項6に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- バルーンの内部に中空筒状体からなる補強シートがバルーンの内側の壁とバルーン用支柱の間に挿入され、バルーンの内側の壁に固定して設けられている請求項6又は7に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
- 本体チューブの前端内側に環状の段差によって内視鏡挿通用ルーメンに装着される内視鏡の先端を当接して位置決めするストッパ部が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡用回収デバイス。
