Definitions
- Patent Document 1 when only the uppermost heat generating module among a plurality of heat generating modules arranged in the gravitational direction generates heat, the heat is transferred to the liquid working medium enclosed in the lower part of the heat pipe. It takes time for the heat to be transmitted to the heat pipe and function. For this reason, in the conventional technology, there is a problem that the temperature of the heat generating module suddenly rises temporarily, for example, when the elevator starts to operate.
- the elevator control panel includes a plurality of heat generating modules having heat generating elements, a base plate on which the plurality of heat generating modules are mounted in line in the direction of gravity, and a heat embedded in the base plate so that the upper part is exposed.
- the heat pipe includes a pipe and a first fin provided on the exposed portion of the heat pipe from the base plate.
- the control panel of the elevator according to the present disclosure is provided on a portion of the surface opposite to the mounting surface of the plurality of heat generating modules on the base plate, which faces the mounting surface of the heat generating module positioned highest among the plurality of heat generating modules. , and second fins.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an elevator control panel according to Embodiment 1.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an elevator control panel according to Embodiment 1.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a first modified example of the first embodiment;
- FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a second modification of the first embodiment;
- the control panel 13 includes a plurality of heat pipes 10. As an example, the control panel 13 includes multiple heat pipes 10 .
- the control panel 13 is installed such that the longitudinal direction of the heat pipe 10 is parallel to the direction of gravity.
- the heat pipe 10 is installed so as to pass through the base plate 5 along the direction of gravity.
- the heat pipe 10 is a sealed hollow tube. A small amount of working medium 11 is sealed inside the heat pipe 10 .
- the working medium 11 is normally in a liquid state.
- the upper heat generating module 2a is arranged at a position away from the working medium 11 inside the heat pipe 10 in the gravitational direction. The upper heat generating module 2a is located above the liquid pool in the heat pipe 10. As shown in FIG.
- the second fin 7 is provided at a position overlapping the upper heat generating module 2a in the gravitational direction.
- the second fins 7 are provided on a portion of the surface opposite to the mounting surface of the plurality of heat generating modules 2 on the base plate 5, which faces the mounting surface of the upper heat generating module 2a.
- control panel 13 may include a fan 8 for cooling the first fin 6 and the second fin 7, for example.
- control panel 13 includes a plurality of fans 8 and ducts 9 forming ventilation paths for the fans 8 .
- the duct 9 forms an air passage so that air blown by the fan 8 passes between the fins of the first fin 6 and the second fin 7 .
- a fan 8 is provided at one end of the ventilation path formed by the duct 9 . Wind generated by the fan 8 passes between the fins of the first fin 6 and the second fin 7 to cool the surface of each fin. This promotes heat dissipation by each fin.
- the number of fans 8 may be one or plural.
- the heat generating portion is close to the working medium 11 in the heat pipe 10, so the heat pipe 10 starts functioning as soon as heat generation starts.
- the maximum temperature of the heat generating module 2 is equivalent to the temperature at saturation.
- the temperature of the heat generating module 2 rises temporarily until the heat pipe 10 functions.
- the time until the heat pipe 10 functions that is, the time until the heat is transferred to the working medium 11, the working medium 11 evaporates and condenses, and the cold liquid state working medium 11 descends. means. This is because it takes time for the heat from the upper heat generating module 2 a to be transmitted to the working medium 11 .
- the maximum temperature of the upper heat generating module 2a is the temperature immediately before the heat pipe 10 starts functioning. This temperature is higher than the temperature at saturation.
- control panel 13 is characterized by including the second fins 7 described above. According to the control panel 13 provided with the second fins 7, it is possible to suppress a rapid temperature rise when only the upper heat generating module 2a generates heat.
- the lower heat generating module 2b is cooled by the working medium 11 that has become low temperature and condensed and descends along the pipe wall of the heat pipe 10.
- the working medium 11 can start to evaporate by the upper heating module 2a. have a nature. That is, there is a possibility that the low-temperature liquid working medium 11 does not return to the position of the lower heat generating module 2b.
- the second fins 7 can cool the upper heat generating module 2a to a low temperature, such a possibility can be reduced.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a second modified example of the first embodiment.
- FIG. 6 schematically shows a cross section of the control panel 13 cut perpendicular to the direction of gravity at the position of the second fin 7 .
- at least one second fin 7 is arranged so as not to overlap the heat pipe 10 in the direction in which the plurality of second fins 7 are arranged. That is, at least one of the second fins 7 is arranged between the plurality of heat pipes 10 in the direction in which the plurality of second fins 7 are arranged.
- the elevator control panel according to the present disclosure is used, for example, to control the up/down motion of the elevator.
