はんだボール供給装置は、フィーダ本体部と、軌道部材と、加振装置と、キャビティユニットとを具備するはんだボール用フィーダに適用され、撮像部と、判定部とを備える。軌道部材は、フィーダ本体部に対して振動可能に設けられ、ケースから排出された複数のはんだボールが搬送される搬送路を備える。加振装置は、軌道部材を加振して搬送路上の複数のはんだボールを部品装着機が採取可能な供給領域に搬送する。キャビティユニットは、供給領域に搬送された複数のはんだボールのうちの一つのはんだボールが収容されるべきキャビティを供給領域に複数備える。撮像部は、複数のはんだボールが搬送されたキャビティユニットを撮像装置に撮像させる。判定部は、撮像部によって取得されたキャビティユニットの画像データを画像処理して、複数のキャビティの各々について部品装着機によるはんだボールの採取の可否を判定する。

Description

はんだボール供給装置およびはんだボール供給方法
 本明細書は、はんだボール供給装置およびはんだボール供給方法に関する技術を開示する。
 特許文献1に記載の導電性ボールの供給装置は、ボール容器と、板状のボール搬送部材と、振動付与手段とを備えている。ボール容器は、内部に導電性ボールを貯溜し、下部に導電性ボールが流出する開口部が設けられている。ボール搬送部材は、ボール容器の下方において、開口部に対して所定隙間を保って水平姿勢で配設されている。振動付与手段は、ボール搬送部材に振動を付与する。導電性ボールの供給装置は、ボール搬送部材に振動を付与することにより、ボール容器の開口部から流出した導電性ボールを搬送し供給対象容器内に落下させて、供給対象容器に導電性ボールを補給しようとしている。
 特許文献2に記載の制御部は、はんだボール実装装置の上部に位置する撮像部を通して受信した実装用マスクのイメージ情報から、実装用マスクの開口部にはんだボールが全部装着された完了状態であるか否かを把握する。そして、制御部は、はんだボールが全部装着されていない未完了状態であると判断すると、実装用マスクを傾斜させて、はんだボールを全部の開口部に装着しようとしている。

 はんだボール用フィーダは、搬送路を備える軌道部材を加振することによって、搬送路上の複数のはんだボールを搬送し複数のキャビティの各々にはんだボールを収容して、部品装着機にはんだボールを採取させる。しかしながら、はんだボール用フィーダでは、すべてのキャビティに、はんだボールを収容することは困難であり、部品装着機が必ずしもはんだボールを採取できるとは限らない。
 このような事情に鑑みて、本明細書は、部品装着機によって採取可能なはんだボールが収容されているキャビティを認識可能なはんだボール供給装置およびはんだボール供給方法を開示する。
 本明細書は、フィーダ本体部と、軌道部材と、加振装置と、キャビティユニットとを具備するはんだボール用フィーダに適用され、撮像部と、判定部とを備えるはんだボール供給装置を開示する。前記軌道部材は、前記フィーダ本体部に対して振動可能に設けられ、ケースから排出された複数のはんだボールが搬送される搬送路を備える。前記加振装置は、前記軌道部材を加振して前記搬送路上の前記複数のはんだボールを部品装着機が採取可能な供給領域に搬送する。前記キャビティユニットは、前記供給領域に搬送された前記複数のはんだボールのうちの一つの前記はんだボールが収容されるべきキャビティを前記供給領域に複数備える。前記撮像部は、前記複数のはんだボールが搬送された前記キャビティユニットを撮像装置に撮像させる。前記判定部は、前記撮像部によって取得された前記キャビティユニットの画像データを画像処理して、前記複数のキャビティの各々について前記部品装着機による前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する。
 また、本明細書は、フィーダ本体部と、軌道部材と、加振装置と、キャビティユニットとを具備するはんだボール用フィーダに適用され、撮像工程と、判定工程とを備えるはんだボール供給方法を開示する。前記軌道部材は、前記フィーダ本体部に対して振動可能に設けられ、ケースから排出された複数のはんだボールが搬送される搬送路を備える。前記加振装置は、前記軌道部材を加振して前記搬送路上の前記複数のはんだボールを部品装着機が採取可能な供給領域に搬送する。前記キャビティユニットは、前記供給領域に搬送された前記複数のはんだボールのうちの一つの前記はんだボールが収容されるべきキャビティを前記供給領域に複数備える。前記撮像工程は、前記複数のはんだボールが搬送された前記キャビティユニットを撮像装置に撮像させる。前記判定工程は、前記撮像工程によって取得された前記キャビティユニットの画像データを画像処理して、前記複数のキャビティの各々について前記部品装着機による前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する。
 上記のはんだボール供給装置によれば、複数のキャビティの各々について部品装着機によるはんだボールの採取の可否を判定することができ、部品装着機によって採取可能なはんだボールが収容されているキャビティを認識することができる。はんだボール供給装置について上述されていることは、はんだボール供給方法についても同様に言える。

 1.実施形態
 1-1.部品装着機10の構成例
 部品装着機10は、基板90に複数の部品91を装着する。また、部品装着機10は、基板90に複数のはんだボール92を供給することもできる。図1に示すように、部品装着機10は、基板搬送装置11、供給装置12、移載装置13、部品カメラ14、基板カメラ15および制御装置20を備えている。
 基板搬送装置11は、例えば、ベルトコンベアなどによって構成され、基板90を搬送方向(X軸方向)に搬送する。基板90は、回路基板であり、電子回路、電気回路、磁気回路などが形成される。基板搬送装置11は、部品装着機10の機内に基板90を搬入し、機内の所定位置に基板90を位置決めする。基板搬送装置11は、部品装着機10による所定の処理が終了した後に、基板90を部品装着機10の機外に搬出する。
 供給装置12は、部品91を供給する。供給装置12は、はんだボール92を供給することもできる。供給装置12は、基板90の搬送方向(X軸方向)に沿って設けられる複数のフィーダ12bを備えている。複数のフィーダ12bの各々は、スロット12aに着脱可能に取り付けられる。フィーダ12bは、テープフィーダ、バルクフィーダ、はんだボール用フィーダ30などを用いることができる。
 テープフィーダは、複数の部品91が収納されているキャリアテープをピッチ送りして、供給位置において部品91を採取可能に供給する。バルクフィーダは、複数の部品91をバルク状態(複数の部品91の姿勢が不規則な状態)で収容するケースから排出された部品91を採取可能に供給する。はんだボール用フィーダ30は、複数のはんだボール92をバルク状態(複数のはんだボール92の姿勢が不規則な状態)で収容するケース70から排出されたはんだボール92を採取可能に供給する。
 本実施形態では、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、部品装着機10の供給装置12の複数のスロット12aのうちの所定のスロット12aに装備される。はんだボール用フィーダ30が装備されるスロット12aは、基板製品の生産計画において決定される。例えば、部品装着機10のスループット(単位時間当たりの基板製品の生産量)が所定値以上になるように、テープフィーダ、バルクフィーダなどの他のフィーダ12bが装備されるスロット12aと共に、はんだボール用フィーダ30が装備されるスロット12aが決定される。
 移載装置13は、ヘッド駆動装置13a、移動台13b、装着ヘッド13cおよび保持部材13dを備えている。ヘッド駆動装置13aは、直動機構によって移動台13bを、X軸方向およびY軸方向(水平面においてX軸方向と直交する方向)に移動可能に構成されている。移動台13bには、クランプ部材によって装着ヘッド13cが着脱可能(交換可能)に設けられている。装着ヘッド13cは、少なくとも一つの保持部材13dを用いて、供給装置12によって供給される部品91またははんだボール92を採取し保持して、基板搬送装置11によって位置決めされた基板90に部品91またははんだボール92を装着する。保持部材13dは、例えば、吸着ノズル、チャックなどを用いることができる。
 部品カメラ14および基板カメラ15は、公知の撮像装置を用いることができる。部品カメラ14は、光軸が鉛直方向(X軸方向およびY軸方向に直交するZ軸方向)の上向きになるように、部品装着機10の基台に固定されている。部品カメラ14は、保持部材13dに保持されている部品91またははんだボール92を下方から撮像することができる。
 基板カメラ15は、光軸が鉛直方向(Z軸方向)の下向きになるように、移載装置13の移動台13bに設けられている。基板カメラ15は、基板90、後述するキャビティユニット50などを上方から撮像することができる。部品カメラ14および基板カメラ15は、制御装置20から送出される制御信号に基づいて撮像を行う。部品カメラ14および基板カメラ15によって撮像された画像の画像データは、制御装置20に送信される。
 制御装置20は、公知の演算装置および記憶装置を備えており、制御回路が構成されている。制御装置20には、部品装着機10に設けられる各種センサから出力される情報、画像データなどが入力される。制御装置20は、制御プログラムおよび予め設定されている所定の装着条件などに基づいて、各装置に対して制御信号を送出する。
 例えば、制御装置20は、基板搬送装置11によって位置決めされた基板90を基板カメラ15に撮像させる。制御装置20は、基板カメラ15によって撮像された画像を画像処理して、基板90の位置決め状態を認識する。また、制御装置20は、供給装置12によって供給された部品91を保持部材13dに採取させ保持させて、保持部材13dに保持されている部品91を部品カメラ14に撮像させる。制御装置20は、部品カメラ14によって撮像された画像を画像処理して、部品91の保持姿勢を認識する。
 制御装置20は、制御プログラムなどによって予め設定される装着予定位置の上方に向かって、保持部材13dを移動させる。また、制御装置20は、基板90の位置決め状態、部品91の保持姿勢などに基づいて、装着予定位置を補正して、実際に部品91を装着する装着位置を設定する。装着予定位置および装着位置は、位置(X軸座標およびY軸座標)の他に回転角度を含む。
 制御装置20は、装着位置に合わせて、保持部材13dの目標位置(X軸座標およびY軸座標)および回転角度を補正する。制御装置20は、補正された目標位置において補正された回転角度で保持部材13dを下降させて、基板90に部品91を装着する。制御装置20は、上記のピックアンドプレースサイクルを繰り返すことによって、基板90に複数の部品91を装着する装着処理を実行する。制御装置20は、部品91と同様にして、はんだボール92を基板90の所定領域に供給することもできる。
 1-2.はんだボール用フィーダ30の構成例
 はんだボール用フィーダ30は、はんだボール92を供給することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。図2~図6に示すように、本実施形態のはんだボール用フィーダ30は、フィーダ本体部31と、受容部材32と、ブラケット33と、軌道部材34と、ロックユニット35と、カバー36と、シャッタ37と、連結部材38と、エア供給装置39と、加振装置40と、キャビティユニット50と、フィーダ制御装置60と、ケース70とを備えている。
 図2に示すように、フィーダ本体部31は、扁平な箱状に形成されている。フィーダ本体部31は、供給装置12のスロット12aに着脱可能に装備される。フィーダ本体部31は、はんだボール92の搬送方向の先端側に、コネクタ31aおよび複数(同図では、2つ)のピン31b,31bが形成されている。コネクタ31aは、フィーダ本体部31がスロット12aに装備されたときに、制御装置20と通信可能に設けられる。また、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、コネクタ31aを介して給電される。複数(2つ)のピン31b,31bは、スロット12aに設けられるガイド穴に挿入され、フィーダ本体部31がスロット12aに装備される際の位置決めに用いられる。
 フィーダ本体部31には、複数のはんだボール92をバルク状態で収容するケース70が受容部材32を介して着脱可能に取り付けられる。図3に示すように、ケース70には、はんだボール92を排出する排出口71が形成されている。本実施形態のケース70は、はんだボール用フィーダ30の外部装置である。例えば、作業者は、複数のケース70の中から、基板90に供給すべきはんだボール92を収容するケース70を選択して、選択したケース70をフィーダ本体部31に取り付ける。
 受容部材32は、フィーダ本体部31に取り付けられたケース70を支持し、フィーダ本体部31に対して振動可能に設けられる。受容部材32は、ケース70から排出されたはんだボール92を受容する受容領域Ar0に設けられる。本実施形態の受容部材32は、傾斜部32aと、送出部32bとを備える。傾斜部32aは、ケース70の排出口71から下方に傾斜する部位である。排出口71から排出されたはんだボール92は、下方に誘導される。送出部32bは、傾斜部32aの先端側から上方に延伸する部位である。送出部32bの先端側は開口しており、軌道部材34の搬送路Rd0に連通している。傾斜部32aによって下方に誘導されたはんだボール92は、後述するエア供給装置39によって送出部32bにおいて上方に送出され、軌道部材34の搬送路Rd0に送出される。
 ブラケット33は、フィーダ本体部31に対して振動可能に設けられる。ブラケット33は、はんだボール92の搬送方向(フィーダ本体部31がスロット12aに装備されたときの部品装着機10におけるY軸方向に相当)に延伸するブロック状に形成されている。ブラケット33の上面には、軌道部材34が取り付けられている。ブラケット33は、後述する加振装置40の支持部材41によって支持される。ロックユニット35は、軌道部材34がブラケット33に取り付けられた状態で、軌道部材34を固定する。軌道部材34は、ロックユニット35によって固定されると、フィーダ本体部31に対してブラケット33と一体に振動可能になる。軌道部材34は、ロックユニット35の固定解除によってブラケット33から取り外し可能になる。
 軌道部材34は、搬送路Rd0と、一対の側壁34a,34aと、先端部34bと、導入部34cと、少なくとも一つの基準部34dと、案内部34eとを備えている。案内部34eは、省略することもできる。図4および図5に示すように、軌道部材34は、はんだボール92の搬送方向(図4の紙面左右方向)に延伸するように形成されている。軌道部材34の幅方向(図4の紙面上下方向)の両縁には、上方に突出する一対の側壁34a,34aが形成されている。搬送路Rd0では、複数のはんだボール92が搬送される。既述したように、本実施形態では、複数のはんだボール92は、ケース70から排出され受容部材32を介して搬送路Rd0に送出される。
 搬送路Rd0は、複数のはんだボール92を搬送可能であれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。図5に示すように、本実施形態の搬送路Rd0は、一対の側壁34a,34aによって溝状に形成されている。具体的には、一対の側壁34a,34aは、軌道部材34の先端部34bと共に搬送路Rd0の周縁を囲い、搬送路Rd0を搬送する複数のはんだボール92の漏出を抑制する。また、フィーダ本体部31がスロット12aに装備されたときに、軌道部材34の少なくとも一部は、供給領域As0に配置される。供給領域As0は、部品装着機10がはんだボール92を採取可能な領域である。具体的には、供給領域As0は、装着ヘッド13cに支持された保持部材13dによってはんだボール92を採取可能な領域であり、装着ヘッド13cの可動範囲に含まれる。
 供給領域As0には、キャビティユニット50が設けられる。具体的には、キャビティユニット50は、軌道部材34に交換可能に取り付けられる。キャビティユニット50は、供給領域As0に搬送された複数のはんだボール92のうちの一つのはんだボール92が収容されるべきキャビティ51を複数(図4および図6では、120個)備える。つまり、複数(120個)のキャビティ51の各々は、一つのはんだボール92を収容することが予定されている。具体的には、図4および図6に示すように、複数(120個)のキャビティ51は、供給領域As0においてマトリックス状に配列されている。例えば、キャビティユニット50は、はんだボール92の搬送方向に12個、搬送路Rd0の幅方向に10個それぞれ配列された計120個のキャビティ51を備えている。
 複数(120個)のキャビティ51の各々は、搬送路Rd0の上方に開口しており、はんだボール92を収容可能になっている。具体的には、キャビティ51の開口部は、円形に形成されており、はんだボール92の直径よりも僅かに大きい寸法に設定されている。キャビティ51の深さは、はんだボール92を収容可能に、はんだボール92の大きさに応じて適宜設定される。また、キャビティ51の必要数、搬送性に影響し得る密集度を加味して、キャビティ51の数が適宜設定される。
 具体的には、キャビティユニット50のキャビティ51の数は、一回のピックアンドプレースサイクルにおいて採取されるはんだボール92の最大数よりも多く設定されると良い。なお、上記の最大数は、装着ヘッド13cが支持する保持部材13dの数に相当する。例えば、装着ヘッド13cが24本の吸着ノズルを支持する場合、キャビティ51の数は、少なくとも24個より多くなるように設定されると良い。
 少なくとも一つの基準部34dは、供給領域As0に設けられ、キャビティユニット50の複数のキャビティ51の位置を認識する際に使用される。本実施形態では、先端部34bの上面において、複数(例えば、2つ)の基準部34d,34dが設けられている。複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dは、円形のマークであり、軌道部材34の幅方向に離間して配置されている。案内部34eは、搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92がキャビティユニット50の複数のキャビティ51に分散して搬送されるように、複数のはんだボール92を案内する。図5に示すように、案内部34eは、例えば、溝状の搬送路Rd0の底面から上方に突出するように延伸している複数の板状部材を用いることができる。
 カバー36は、軌道部材34に固定され、搬送路Rd0の上方を覆う。カバー36の上面には、複数の排気口36aが形成されている。排気口36aには、目地がはんだボール92の外形寸法より小さいメッシュが張られている。カバー36は、搬送路Rd0からのはんだボール92の飛び出しを抑制し、且つ、排気口36aからエアを外部に排出することができる。
 シャッタ37は、軌道部材34の上部に設けられ、供給領域As0の開口を閉塞することができる。はんだボール用フィーダ30は、シャッタ37を開閉することによって、はんだボール92の飛び出し、供給領域As0における異物の混入などを抑制することができる。本実施形態のシャッタ37は、開閉動作によって、開状態、閉状態または中間状態に切り替えられる。シャッタ37の閉状態は、シャッタ37が軌道部材34に接触し、供給領域As0の開口が完全に閉塞された状態である。このとき、図4の破線で示すように、シャッタ37は、軌道部材34において、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dよりも、はんだボール92の搬送方向の基端側に位置し、上方視において、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dは、視認可能および撮像可能になる。
 シャッタ37の開状態は、供給領域As0の開口が閉塞されておらず、且つ、キャビティユニット50が露出されている状態である。このとき、装着ヘッド13cが支持する保持部材13dは、キャビティユニット50の複数のキャビティ51のいずれについても、はんだボール92の採取を試みることができる。シャッタ37の中間状態は、閉状態と開状態の間の状態であって、シャッタ37が加振装置40の加振によって振動する軌道部材34の振幅よりも軌道部材34から離間し、且つ、供給領域As0の開口からはんだボール92の飛び出しを規制する状態である。シャッタ37は、駆動装置によって開閉動作が行われ、駆動装置の駆動状態に応じて閉状態、開状態または中間状態にされる。
 軌道部材34の導入部34cは、受容部材32の送出部32bに連通しており、送出部32bから送出されたはんだボール92を搬送路Rd0に送出する。具体的には、導入部34cの先端部は、開口しており、連結部材38を介して送出部32bの先端部と連結されている。連結部材38は、管状に形成されており、受容部材32の送出部32bおよび軌道部材34の導入部34cを連結する。本実施形態の連結部材38は、密着コイルばねであり、可撓性を有する。
 連結部材38は、受容領域Ar0と搬送路Rd0との間を複数のはんだボール92が流通可能に、受容部材32の送出部32bおよび軌道部材34の導入部34cを連結する。また、連結部材38は、フィーダ本体部31に対する受容部材32の振動および軌道部材34の振動に応じて変形することによって、これらの振動を吸収する。連結部材38は、互いに独立して振動する受容部材32および軌道部材34の間で伝達される振動を軽減または遮断する。
 エア供給装置39は、受容領域Ar0の下方からエア(正圧エア)を供給して、受容部材32から連結部材38を介して軌道部材34に、複数のはんだボール92を流通させる。本実施形態のエア供給装置39は、後述するフィーダ制御装置60の指令に基づいて、外部から供給される正圧エアを受容領域Ar0の下方から供給する。エア供給装置39は、フィーダ制御装置60の指令に基づいて、正圧エアの供給を遮断することもできる。
 エア供給装置39が正圧エアを供給すると、受容領域Ar0に滞留している複数のはんだボール92は、正圧エアによって上方に吹き上げられる。正圧エアおよび複数のはんだボール92は、受容部材32の送出部32b、連結部材38および導入部34cの順に流通して、軌道部材34の搬送路Rd0に到達する。搬送路Rd0に到達した正圧エアは、カバー36の排気口36aから外部に排気される。搬送路Rd0に到達した複数のはんだボール92は、自重によって軌道部材34の搬送路Rd0に落下する。
 加振装置40は、軌道部材34を加振して搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92を部品装着機10が採取可能な供給領域As0に搬送する。加振装置40は、複数のはんだボール92を供給領域As0に搬送することができれば良く、種々の形態をとり得る。本実施形態の加振装置40は、複数(例えば、4つ)の支持部材41と、複数(例えば、4つ)の振動子42と、複数(例えば、2つ)の振動センサ43と、給電装置44とを備えている。複数(4つ)の支持部材41は、フィーダ本体部31とブラケット33を連結して、ブラケット33および軌道部材34を支持する。
 また、複数(4つ)の支持部材41は、前進用支持部材41aおよび後退用支持部材41bの二種類の支持部材41を備えている。前進用支持部材41aは、搬送路Rd0においてキャビティユニット50に向かう方向(前進方向)に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる前進搬送制御に用いられる。後退用支持部材41bは、搬送路Rd0においてケース70に向かう方向(後退方向)に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる後退搬送制御に用いられる。前進用支持部材41aおよび後退用支持部材41bは、鉛直方向(Z軸方向)に対する傾斜方向が互いに相違する。
 具体的には、前進用支持部材41aの一端側は、フィーダ本体部31に連結され、前進用支持部材41aの他端側は、ブラケット33に連結されている。前進用支持部材41aは、鉛直方向(Z軸方向)に対して後退方向に傾斜している。また、後退用支持部材41bの一端側は、フィーダ本体部31に連結され、後退用支持部材41bの他端側は、ブラケット33に連結されている。後退用支持部材41bは、鉛直方向(Z軸方向)に対して前進方向に傾斜している。
 複数(4つ)の振動子42は、給電装置44から給電され、所定の振幅および周波数で振動する。複数(4つ)の振動子42は、例えば、圧電素子を用いることができ、支持部材41に貼付される。また、本実施形態では、複数(4つ)の支持部材41は、前進用支持部材41aおよび後退用支持部材41bの二種類の支持部材41を備えるので、複数(4つ)の振動子42は、前進用支持部材41aに設けられる前進用振動子42aおよび後退用支持部材41bに設けられる後退用振動子42bの二種類の振動子42を備えている。
 複数(4つ)の振動子42のうちの少なくとも一つが振動することにより、ブラケット33を介して軌道部材34に振動が付与される。また、振動子42に給電する交流電力の電圧および周波数に応じて、軌道部材34に付与される振動の振幅および周波数が変動する。複数(2つ)の振動センサ43は、加振装置40によって加振される軌道部材34の振動状態を検出する。複数(2つ)の振動センサ43は、例えば、軌道部材34の振動の振幅、周波数、減衰時間、振動軌跡(振動に伴う特定部位の移動軌跡)などを検出することができる。本実施形態では、複数(2つ)の振動センサ43は、一対の前進用支持部材41aおよび後退用支持部材41bにそれぞれ設けられている。
 なお、加振装置40が軌道部材34を加振すると、軌道部材34は、側方視において楕円運動する。これにより、搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92には、軌道部材34の楕円運動の回転方向に応じて、前進方向かつ上方の外力または後退方向かつ上方の外力が加えられる。その結果、搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92は、前進方向または後退方向に搬送される。
 給電装置44は、フィーダ制御装置60の指令に基づいて、振動子42に給電する交流電力の電圧および周波数を変動させる。これにより、軌道部材34に付与される振動の振幅および周波数が調整され、軌道部材34の楕円運動の回転方向が規定される。軌道部材34の振動の振幅、周波数、振動による楕円運動の回転方向が変動すると、搬送されるはんだボール92の搬送速度、分散度合い、搬送方向などが変動する。
 フィーダ制御装置60は、公知の演算装置および記憶装置を備えており、制御回路が構成されている。フィーダ制御装置60は、フィーダ本体部31がスロット12aに装備された状態において、コネクタ31aを介して給電され、部品装着機10の制御装置20と通信可能な状態になる。フィーダ制御装置60は、加振装置40を駆動制御して軌道部材34を加振させて、搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる。
 1-3.はんだボール供給装置80の構成例
 はんだボール用フィーダ30は、搬送路Rd0を備える軌道部材34を加振することによって、搬送路Rd0上の複数のはんだボール92を搬送し複数のキャビティ51の各々にはんだボール92を収容して、部品装着機10にはんだボール92を採取させる。しかしながら、はんだボール用フィーダ30では、キャビティユニット50のすべてのキャビティ51に、はんだボール92を収容することは困難であり、部品装着機10が必ずしもはんだボール92を採取できるとは限らない。
 そこで、本実施形態では、はんだボール供給装置80が設けられている。はんだボール供給装置80は、フィーダ本体部31と、軌道部材34と、加振装置40と、キャビティユニット50とを具備するはんだボール用フィーダ30に適用される。はんだボール供給装置80は、制御ブロックとして捉えると、撮像部81と、判定部82とを備えている。はんだボール供給装置80は、指示部83を備えることもできる。はんだボール供給装置80は、搬送制御部84を備えることもできる。図7に示すように、本実施形態のはんだボール供給装置80は、撮像部81と、判定部82と、指示部83と、搬送制御部84とを備えている。
 はんだボール供給装置80は、例えば、部品装着機10の制御装置20に設けることができる。また、はんだボール供給装置80は、部品装着機10以外の制御装置に設けることもできる。さらに、はんだボール供給装置80は、クラウド上に形成することもできる。図7に示すように、本実施形態のはんだボール供給装置80は、部品装着機10の制御装置20に設けられている。
 また、はんだボール供給装置80は、図8に示すフローチャートに従って、制御を実行する。撮像部81は、ステップS11に示す処理を行う。判定部82は、ステップS12に示す処理を行う。指示部83は、ステップS13に示す処理を行う。搬送制御部84は、ステップS14に示す判断およびステップS15に示す処理を行う。
 1-3-1.撮像部81および判定部82
 撮像部81は、複数のはんだボール92が搬送されたキャビティユニット50を撮像装置CU0に撮像させる(図8に示すステップS11)。判定部82は、撮像部81によって取得されたキャビティユニット50の画像データPD0を画像処理して、複数のキャビティ51の各々について部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定する(ステップS12)。
 撮像装置CU0は、キャビティユニット50を撮像することができれば良く、公知の撮像装置を用いることができる。撮像装置CU0は、例えば、基板カメラ15を用いることができる。基板カメラ15は、キャビティユニット50に含まれる少なくとも一部のキャビティ51を上方から撮像する。基板カメラ15は、キャビティユニット50に含まれるすべてのキャビティ51を一度に撮像することが困難な場合、キャビティユニット50を複数の領域に分割して、分割された領域ごとに少なくとも一つのキャビティ51を撮像することができる。
 また、既述したように、供給領域As0には、キャビティユニット50の複数のキャビティ51の位置を認識する際に使用される少なくとも一つの基準部34d(本実施形態では、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34d)が設けられている。複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dは、シャッタ37が閉状態において、視認可能および撮像可能になる。そこで、撮像部81は、フィーダ制御装置60に対してシャッタ37を閉状態にするように指令する。これにより、基板カメラ15は、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dを上方から撮像することができる。
 撮像部81は、基板カメラ15を複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dの上方に移動させて、基板カメラ15に複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dを撮像させる。判定部82は、撮像部81によって取得されたキャビティユニット50の画像データPD0を画像処理して、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dの位置、および、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dを撮像した際の基板カメラ15の位置に基づいて、部品装着機10の機内における供給領域As0の位置を認識する。
 制御装置20は、部品装着機10がはんだボール92を採取する前に、はんだボール用フィーダ30に、はんだボール92の搬送を指令する。これにより、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、必要に応じてケース70からはんだボール92を排出させると共に軌道部材34まで、はんだボール92を流通させる。そして、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、シャッタ37を中間状態に維持して、搬送路Rd0において複数のはんだボール92を供給領域As0に搬送する。これにより、キャビティユニット50に複数のはんだボール92が搬送される。
 キャビティユニット50の複数のキャビティ51は、シャッタ37が開状態において、視認可能および撮像可能になる。そのため、撮像部81は、複数のはんだボール92が搬送されたキャビティユニット50を基板カメラ15に撮像させる場合、フィーダ制御装置60に対してシャッタ37を開状態にするように指令する。これにより、基板カメラ15は、キャビティユニット50を上方から撮像することができる。
 また、複数(2つ)の基準部34d,34dは、落射光によって照明されることにより認識可能に設けられることが多く、はんだボール92は、斜光によって照明されることにより認識し易くなる。そこで、図9に示すように、本実施形態では、撮像装置CU0である基板カメラ15は、基準部光源15aと、落射光変換部15bと、はんだボール光源15cとを備えている。基準部光源15aは、基準部34dを照明する光源である。落射光変換部15bは、基準部光源15aから照射された照射光を落射光に変換して鉛直方向(Z軸方向)の上方から基準部34dを照明させる。
 はんだボール光源15cは、鉛直方向(Z軸方向)に対して所定角度傾斜した斜め上方からキャビティユニット50の複数のはんだボール92を照明する光源である。上記の所定角度は、はんだボール92を認識可能な角度であり、シミュレーション、実機による検証などによって予め設定される。なお、基準部光源15aおよびはんだボール光源15cは、例えば、公知の発光ダイオード(Light Emitting Diode)を用いることができ、照射する光の波長は、限定されない。また、落射光変換部15bは、例えば、ハーフミラーを用いることができる。
 基準部光源15aは、落射光変換部15bに向かって光を照射する(矢印L11)。基準部光源15aから照射された照射光は、落射光変換部15bで反射され、基準部34dに向かって進行する(矢印L12)。反射角は、90度に設定されている。基準部34dで反射した照射光は、レンズ15dに向かって進行する(矢印L13)。レンズ15dに到達した照射光は、レンズ15dを透過して撮像素子15eに向かって進行する(矢印L14)。
 また、はんだボール光源15cは、鉛直方向(Z軸方向)に対して所定角度傾斜した斜め上方から、複数のはんだボール92に光を照射する(矢印L21)。複数のはんだボール92で反射した照射光は、レンズ15dに向かって進行する(矢印L22)。レンズ15dに到達した照射光は、レンズ15dを透過して撮像素子15eに向かって進行する(矢印L23)。
 このように、撮像部81は、基準部光源15aおよび落射光変換部15bを用いて基準部34dを照明して撮像した基準部34dの画像データPD0、および、はんだボール光源15cを用いて複数のはんだボール92を照明して撮像した複数のはんだボール92の画像データPD0をそれぞれ取得する。この場合、判定部82は、基準部34dの画像データPD0および複数のはんだボール92の画像データPD0に基づいて基準部34dを基準にしてキャビティユニット50の複数のはんだボール92を認識して、はんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することができる。
 判定部82は、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を種々の観点から判定することができる。例えば、判定部82は、はんだボール92の有無に基づいて、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することができる。この場合、判定部82は、はんだボール92が収容されているキャビティ51を、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が可能なキャビティ51と判定し、はんだボール92が収容されていないキャビティ51を、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が不可なキャビティ51と判定することができる。
 判定部82は、はんだボール92がキャビティ51に適正に収容されているか否かに基づいて、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することもできる。この場合、判定部82は、はんだボール92が適正に収容されているキャビティ51を、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が可能なキャビティ51と判定し、はんだボール92が適正に収容されていないキャビティ51を、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が不可なキャビティ51と判定することができる。
 例えば、判定部82は、キャビティユニット50の画像データPD0を画像処理して、はんだボール92を認識する。判定部82は、画像データPD0において認識したはんだボール92の認識領域と、画像データPD0においてはんだボール92が認識されるべき予定領域とを比較することにより、はんだボール92がキャビティ51に適正に収容されているか否かを判断する。具体的には、判定部82は、はんだボール92の認識領域を特定する特定量(例えば、面積、外周の長さ、形状などの少なくとも一つ)が、予定領域の特定量の許容範囲に含まれるときに、はんだボール92がキャビティ51に適正に収容されていると判断する。
 判定部82は、はんだボール92の認識領域の特定量が、予定領域の特定量の許容範囲に含まれないときに、はんだボール92がキャビティ51に適正に収容されていないと判断する。なお、判定部82は、複数のキャビティ51の各々について、はんだボール92の有無を判断し、はんだボール92が収容されていると判断したキャビティ51に対して、はんだボール92がキャビティ51に適正に収容されているか否かを判断して、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することもできる。
 図10は、キャビティユニット50の一部の領域の画像データPD0の一例を示している。同図は、はんだボール92の搬送方向に3個、搬送路Rd0の幅方向に6個それぞれ配列された合計18個のキャビティ51におけるはんだボール92の収容状態の一例を示している。なお、説明の便宜上、同図の最も紙面左側、かつ、最も紙面上側のキャビティ51を1行1列目のキャビティ51とする。例えば、1行1列目のキャビティ51のように、はんだボール92の認識領域の特定量(例えば、面積)が予定領域の特定量の許容範囲に含まれ、はんだボール92が適正に収容されているキャビティ51が存在する。この場合、判定部82は、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が可能であると判定する。
 2行4列目のキャビティ51および2行5列目のキャビティ51のように、一つのキャビティ51に複数のはんだボール92が重なっているキャビティ51が存在する。この場合、はんだボール92の認識領域の特定量(例えば、面積)は、予定領域の特定量の許容範囲よりも大きい。また、1行3列目のキャビティ51、2行1列目のキャビティ51および3行3列目のキャビティ51のように、はんだボール92が収容されていないキャビティ51が存在する。上記のいずれの場合も、判定部82は、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取が不可であると判定する。
 なお、判定部82は、部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することができれば良く、画像データPD0の画像処理の方法は、限定されない。本実施形態のキャビティユニット50は、黒色系の色彩(例えば、黒色)に着色されている。この場合、二値化処理によって白色系のはんだボール92を認識し易い。よって、判定部82は、撮像部81によって取得されたキャビティユニット50の画像データPD0を二値化処理して白色系のはんだボール92を認識して、はんだボール92の採取の可否を判定すると良い。
 なお、図10では、図示の便宜上、キャビティユニット50は、白色で図示されている。また、キャビティユニット50が黒色系の色彩に着色されていない場合においても、判定部82は、キャビティユニット50の画像データPD0を二値化処理してはんだボール92を認識して、はんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することができる。この場合、キャビティユニット50が黒色系の色彩に着色されている場合と比べて、二値化処理の閾値を低下させると良い。
 1-3-2.指示部83および搬送制御部84
 指示部83は、判定部82によってはんだボール92の採取が可能であると判定されたキャビティ51である採取可能キャビティ51aに収容されているはんだボール92を部品装着機10に採取させる(図8に示すステップS13)。
 図10に示す例では、採取可能キャビティ51aには、1行1列目のキャビティ51、1行2列目のキャビティ51、1行4列目のキャビティ51、1行5列目のキャビティ51および1行6列目のキャビティ51のように、はんだボール92が適正に収容されているキャビティ51が含まれる。2行目および3行目のキャビティ51においても、採取可能キャビティ51aが含まれる。指示部83は、これらのキャビティ51に収容されているはんだボール92を部品装着機10に採取させる。
 具体的には、装着ヘッド13cは、例えば、一つのはんだボール92を採取可能(吸着可能)な保持部材13d(吸着ノズル)を複数支持している。指示部83は、採取可能キャビティ51aに収容されているはんだボール92を保持部材13dに順に採取(吸着)させる。これにより、部品装着機10は、採取可能キャビティ51aに収容されているはんだボール92のみを採取することができるので、はんだボール92の採取の失敗が抑制され、部品装着機10のスループットが向上する。なお、保持部材13dに採取されたはんだボール92は、基板90の所定領域に供給される。所定領域は、例えば、BGA(Ball Grid Array)の部品91などのはんだボール92を介して装着される部品91の装着領域に含まれる。
 搬送制御部84は、判定部82によってはんだボール92の採取が不可であると判定されたキャビティ51である採取不可キャビティ51bの数が所定の許容数を超える場合に、搬送路Rd0における複数のはんだボール92の搬送制御を変更する(ステップS14でYesの場合およびステップS15)。そして、制御は、一旦、終了する。採取不可キャビティ51bの数が許容数以下の場合(ステップS14でNoの場合)、ステップS15に示す処理は行われずに、制御は、一旦、終了する。
 図10に示す例では、採取不可キャビティ51bには、2行4列目のキャビティ51および2行5列目のキャビティ51のように、一つのキャビティ51に複数のはんだボール92が重なっているキャビティ51が含まれる。一つのキャビティ51に複数のはんだボール92が重なっている採取不可キャビティ51bの数が許容数を超えると、部品装着機10が採取可能なはんだボール92の数が必要数より少なくなり、部品装着機10のスループットが低下する可能性がある。
 この場合、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数が適正数よりも多いと考えられる。搬送路Rd0においてキャビティユニット50に向かう方向に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる搬送制御を前進搬送制御とする。このとき、搬送制御の変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を短くすると、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を減少させ易い。また、搬送路Rd0においてケース70に向かう方向に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる搬送制御を後退搬送制御とする。このとき、搬送制御の変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を長くすると、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を減少させ易い。
 そこで、搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を短くする搬送制御、および、変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を長くする搬送制御のうちの少なくとも一方に変更すると良い。これにより、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、搬送制御の変更前と比べてキャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を減少させることができ、キャビティユニット50に搬送されるはんだボール92の数が適正化される。
 また、図10に示す例では、採取不可キャビティ51bには、1行3列目のキャビティ51、2行1列目のキャビティ51および3行3列目のキャビティ51のように、はんだボール92が収容されていないキャビティ51が含まれる。はんだボール92が収容されていない採取不可キャビティ51bの数が許容数を超えると、部品装着機10が採取可能なはんだボール92の数が必要数より少なくなり、部品装着機10のスループットが低下する可能性がある。
 この場合、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数が適正数よりも少ないと考えられる。搬送制御の変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を長くすると、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を増加させ易い。また、搬送制御の変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を短くすると、キャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を増加させ易い。
 そこで、搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を長くする搬送制御、および、変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を短くする搬送制御のうちの少なくとも一方に変更すると良い。これにより、はんだボール用フィーダ30は、搬送制御の変更前と比べてキャビティユニット50に搬送するはんだボール92の数を増加させることができ、キャビティユニット50に搬送されるはんだボール92の数が適正化される。
 なお、いずれの場合も、採取不可キャビティ51bの許容数、加振時間の増減割合は、例えば、シミュレーション、実機による検証などによって予め取得することができる。例えば、採取不可キャビティ51bの数が一定数を超えると、部品装着機10のスループットが低下し易くなる。そのため、採取不可キャビティ51bの許容数は、部品装着機10のスループットが許容値よりも低下し始めるときの採取不可キャビティ51bの数に合わせて設定することができる。
 また、採取不可キャビティ51bの増加により、一回のピックアンドプレースサイクルにおいて採取されるはんだボール92の最大数を確保できなくなると、部品装着機10のスループットが低下し易くなる。そのため、採取不可キャビティ51bの許容数は、一回のピックアンドプレースサイクルにおいて採取されるはんだボール92の最大数を確保できなくなり始めるときの採取不可キャビティ51bの数に合わせて設定することができる。
 既述したように、加振装置40は、前進用支持部材41aと、後退用支持部材41bと、前進用振動子42aと、後退用振動子42bとを備える。前進用支持部材41aは、搬送路Rd0においてキャビティユニット50に向かう方向に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる前進搬送制御に用いられ軌道部材34を支持する。後退用支持部材41bは、搬送路Rd0においてケース70に向かう方向に複数のはんだボール92を搬送させる後退搬送制御に用いられ軌道部材34を支持する。前進用振動子42aは、前進用支持部材41aに設けられる。後退用振動子42bは、後退用支持部材41bに設けられる。
 この形態では、搬送制御部84は、前進用振動子42aによる加振時間および後退用振動子42bによる加振時間のうちの少なくとも一方を変更前と比べて増減させて、搬送制御を変更することができる。具体的には、搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を短くする搬送制御に変更する場合、前進用振動子42aによる加振時間を変更前と比べて短くさせる。搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を長くする搬送制御に変更する場合、後退用振動子42bによる加振時間を変更前と比べて長くさせる。
 また、搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて前進搬送制御の時間を長くする搬送制御に変更する場合、前進用振動子42aによる加振時間を変更前と比べて長くさせる。搬送制御部84は、変更前と比べて後退搬送制御の時間を短くする搬送制御に変更する場合、後退用振動子42bによる加振時間を変更前と比べて短くさせる。
 2.はんだボール供給方法
 はんだボール供給装置80について既述されていることは、はんだボール供給方法についても同様に言える。具体的には、はんだボール供給方法は、フィーダ本体部31と、軌道部材34と、加振装置40と、キャビティユニット50とを具備するはんだボール用フィーダ30に適用され、撮像工程と、判定工程とを備える。撮像工程は、撮像部81が行う制御に相当する。判定工程は、判定部82が行う制御に相当する。はんだボール供給方法は、指示工程を備えることもできる。指示工程は、指示部83が行う制御に相当する。はんだボール供給方法は、搬送制御工程を備えることもできる。搬送制御工程は、搬送制御部84が行う制御に相当する。
 3.実施形態の効果の一例
 はんだボール供給装置80によれば、複数のキャビティ51の各々について部品装着機10によるはんだボール92の採取の可否を判定することができ、部品装着機10によって採取可能なはんだボール92が収容されているキャビティ51を認識することができる。はんだボール供給装置80について上述されていることは、はんだボール供給方法についても同様に言える。

  1.  フィーダ本体部と、
     前記フィーダ本体部に対して振動可能に設けられ、ケースから排出された複数のはんだボールが搬送される搬送路を備える軌道部材と、
     前記軌道部材を加振して前記搬送路上の前記複数のはんだボールを部品装着機が採取可能な供給領域に搬送する加振装置と、
     前記供給領域に搬送された前記複数のはんだボールのうちの一つの前記はんだボールが収容されるべきキャビティを前記供給領域に複数備えるキャビティユニットと、
    を具備するはんだボール用フィーダに適用され、
     前記複数のはんだボールが搬送された前記キャビティユニットを撮像装置に撮像させる撮像部と、
     前記撮像部によって取得された前記キャビティユニットの画像データを画像処理して、前記複数のキャビティの各々について前記部品装着機による前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する判定部と、
    を備えるはんだボール供給装置。
  2.  前記判定部によって前記はんだボールの採取が可能であると判定された前記キャビティである採取可能キャビティに収容されている前記はんだボールを前記部品装着機に採取させる指示部を備える請求項1に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  3.  前記判定部によって前記はんだボールの採取が不可であると判定された前記キャビティである採取不可キャビティの数が所定の許容数を超える場合に、前記搬送路における前記複数のはんだボールの搬送制御を変更する搬送制御部を備える請求項1または請求項2に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  4.  前記搬送路において前記キャビティユニットに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる前記搬送制御を前進搬送制御とし、前記搬送路において前記ケースに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる前記搬送制御を後退搬送制御とするときに、
     前記搬送制御部は、一つの前記キャビティに複数の前記はんだボールが重なっている前記採取不可キャビティの数が前記許容数を超える場合に、変更前と比べて前記前進搬送制御の時間を短くする前記搬送制御、および、変更前と比べて前記後退搬送制御の時間を長くする前記搬送制御のうちの少なくとも一方に変更する請求項3に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  5.  前記搬送路において前記キャビティユニットに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる前記搬送制御を前進搬送制御とし、前記搬送路において前記ケースに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる前記搬送制御を後退搬送制御とするときに、
     前記搬送制御部は、前記はんだボールが収容されていない前記採取不可キャビティの数が前記許容数を超える場合に、変更前と比べて前記前進搬送制御の時間を長くする前記搬送制御、および、変更前と比べて前記後退搬送制御の時間を短くする前記搬送制御のうちの少なくとも一方に変更する請求項3に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  6.  前記加振装置は、
     前記搬送路において前記キャビティユニットに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる前進搬送制御に用いられ前記軌道部材を支持する前進用支持部材と、
     前記搬送路において前記ケースに向かう方向に前記複数のはんだボールを搬送させる後退搬送制御に用いられ前記軌道部材を支持する後退用支持部材と、
     前記前進用支持部材に設けられる前進用振動子と、
     前記後退用支持部材に設けられる後退用振動子と、
    を備え、
     前記搬送制御部は、前記前進用振動子による加振時間および前記後退用振動子による加振時間のうちの少なくとも一方を変更前と比べて増減させて、前記搬送制御を変更する請求項3~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  7.  前記供給領域には、前記キャビティユニットの前記複数のキャビティの位置を認識する際に使用される少なくとも一つの基準部が設けられており、
     前記撮像装置は、
     前記基準部を照明する基準部光源と、
     前記基準部光源から照射された照射光を落射光に変換して鉛直方向の上方から前記基準部を照明させる落射光変換部と、
     前記鉛直方向に対して所定角度傾斜した斜め上方から前記キャビティユニットの前記複数のはんだボールを照明するはんだボール光源と、
    を備え、
     前記撮像部は、前記基準部光源および前記落射光変換部を用いて前記基準部を照明して撮像した前記基準部の画像データ、および、前記はんだボール光源を用いて前記複数のはんだボールを照明して撮像した前記複数のはんだボールの画像データをそれぞれ取得し、
     前記判定部は、前記基準部の画像データおよび前記複数のはんだボールの画像データに基づいて前記基準部を基準にして前記キャビティユニットの前記複数のはんだボールを認識して、前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  8.  前記キャビティユニットは、黒色系の色彩に着色されており、
     前記判定部は、前記撮像部によって取得された前記キャビティユニットの画像データを二値化処理して白色系の前記はんだボールを認識して、前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する請求項1~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  9.  前記はんだボール用フィーダは、前記部品装着機の供給装置の複数のスロットのうちの所定のスロットに装備される請求項1~請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のはんだボール供給装置。
  10.  フィーダ本体部と、
     前記フィーダ本体部に対して振動可能に設けられ、ケースから排出された複数のはんだボールが搬送される搬送路を備える軌道部材と、
     前記軌道部材を加振して前記搬送路上の前記複数のはんだボールを部品装着機が採取可能な供給領域に搬送する加振装置と、
     前記供給領域に搬送された前記複数のはんだボールのうちの一つの前記はんだボールが収容されるべきキャビティを前記供給領域に複数備えるキャビティユニットと、
    を具備するはんだボール用フィーダに適用され、
     前記複数のはんだボールが搬送された前記キャビティユニットを撮像装置に撮像させる撮像工程と、
     前記撮像工程によって取得された前記キャビティユニットの画像データを画像処理して、前記複数のキャビティの各々について前記部品装着機による前記はんだボールの採取の可否を判定する判定工程と、
    を備えるはんだボール供給方法。
