Abstract
Description
本実施形態によれば、ロボット30の動作種別、ロボット30の動作速度、ロボット30の位置決め種別、及びロボット30の座標値種別のうち少なくとも一つと、ロボット30の座標値種別に基づいて取得されたロボット教示点の座標値と、ロボット教示点におけるロボット30の形態情報と、に基づいて、ロボット数値制御指令を生成する。これにより、直交座標系や各軸座標系の座標系上の座標値を直感的に入力でき、工作機械ユーザに馴染みのない、形態情報の指定が簡単に行えるため、工作機械の数値制御プログラム言語でロボット30の動作プログラムを簡単に作成できる。

Claims (7)
- 数値制御プログラムに従ってロボットに対するロボット数値制御指令を生成するロボット数値制御指令生成部を備える指令生成装置であって、
前記ロボット数値制御指令生成部は、
前記ロボットの動作種別、前記ロボットの動作速度、前記ロボットの位置決め種別、及び前記ロボットの座標値種別のうち少なくとも一つと、
前記ロボットの座標値種別に基づいて取得されたロボット教示点の座標値と、
前記ロボット教示点における前記ロボットの形態情報と、
に基づいて、前記ロボット数値制御指令を生成する、指令生成装置。 - 前記ロボットの動作種別、前記ロボットの動作速度、前記ロボットの位置決め種別、及び前記ロボットの座標値種別のうち少なくとも一つにおいて選択をし、その選択結果を前記ロボット数値制御指令生成部に出力する選択部を備える、請求項1に記載の指令生成装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記ロボットの動作種別として、各軸動作、直線動作及び円弧動作のいずれかを選択する、請求項2に記載の指令生成装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記ロボットの座標値種別として、各軸座標値及び直交座標値のいずれかを選択する、請求項2又は3に記載の指令生成装置。
- 前記選択部は、前記ロボットの位置決め種別として、位置決め動作及び滑らか動作のいずれかを選択する、請求項2から4いずれかに記載の指令生成装置。
- 前記ロボット教示点の座標値及び前記ロボットの形態情報を、前記ロボットを制御するロボット制御装置又は前記ロボットの動作プログラムをオフラインで作成するオフラインプログラミング装置から取得するロボット座標値・形態情報取得部を備える、請求項1から5いずれかに記載の指令生成装置。
- ロボットの動作種別、前記ロボットの動作速度、前記ロボットの位置決め種別、及び前記ロボットの座標値種別のうち少なくとも一つと、
前記ロボットの座標値種別に基づいて取得されたロボット教示点の座標値と、
前記ロボット教示点における前記ロボットの形態情報と、
に基づいて、数値制御プログラムに従って前記ロボットに対するロボット数値制御指令を生成させるステップをコンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータプログラム。
