背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在不同的生活场景中自动化家具的使用也更加广泛。沙发座椅作为生活中普遍应用的家具,除了家用休闲,影院、按摩、高铁、飞机等不同环境都可以应用不同款式和结构的自动化功能性沙发座椅。相关技术中的沙发座椅为了实现靠背和垫脚的转动方便人体躺下,常设置电机、传动机构以及伸缩机构,以调节沙发靠背的倾斜角度,以及沙发垫脚的伸出长度和高度,方便了用户对沙发座椅的使用并且提升了使用的舒适性,但是相关技术中的沙发座椅支架传动机构和伸缩机构的结构较为复杂,占用的空间较大。
发明内容
本申请提供一种座椅支架及座椅,结构简单,稳定性强。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种座椅支架,包括:
底座机构、电机、传动机构以及伸缩机构,所述传动机构包括传动片、传动杆以及连杆,所述传动片和所述传动杆通过所述连杆转动连接,所述传动片转动连接于所述伸缩机构,所述传动杆转动连接于所述底座机构,所述电机设置在所述底座机构内,所述电机的输出端连接于所述传动杆,所述电机能够驱动所述传动杆使所述传动杆带动所述传动片和所述连杆转动,以使所述伸缩机构进行伸缩。
第二方面,本申请还提供了一种座椅,包括支撑基底和上述所述的座椅支 架,所述支撑基底抵接于所述底座机构的外部。

利用连杆33将传动杆32和传动片31转动连接起来,传动片31分别连接于伸缩机构4和连杆33的一端,传动杆32分别连接于底座机构1和连杆33的另一端,再将电机2的输出端连接于传动杆32,电机2推动使传动杆32发生移动,从而使传动片31和连杆33转动带动伸缩机构4进行展开或者收缩。本实施例提供的座椅支架,利用了传动机构3带动伸缩机构4的运动,结构简单,安装方便,传动稳定。

特别地,传动机构3还包括驱动管34,电机2的输出端连接于驱动管34,驱动管34的端部连接于传动杆32(如图1所示)。使用单个电机2驱动,通过设置驱动管34,使电机2设置在底座机构1的下侧,将电机2的输出端连接于驱动管34,再将驱动管34连接于传动杆32,从而实现传动。
特别地,支架12上设置有固定架121,电机2固定于固定架121上。通过在支架12上设置固定架121,使电机2固定于支架12下端(如图1所示),节省了电机2占用空间的大小,结构简单,实用方便。
本实施例还提供了座椅支架的工作过程:
电机2驱动驱动管34,使驱动管34带动传动机构3转动,传动片31逆时针转动并带动连接组件41转动(如图2所示),从而使连杆组件42伸长,再将搁脚组件43连接于连杆组件42,使主搁脚件433和副搁脚件434发生逆时针转动,增大搁脚面积,靠背机构5随着第一连接杆411的转动也发生转动,从而使座椅支架从坐姿位置先变成TV姿,再变成躺姿位置。传动片31顺时针转动从而使连杆组件42和搁脚组件43收缩的过程与座椅支架的展开类似,在此不再赘述。
本实施例还提供了一种座椅,包括支撑基底和上述的座椅支架,支撑基底抵接于座椅支架的底座机构的外部,方便安装座椅。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种座椅支架,包括:
    底座机构(1)、电机(2)、传动机构(3)以及伸缩机构(4),所述传动机构(3)包括传动片(31)、传动杆(32)以及连杆(33),所述传动片(31)和所述传动杆(32)通过所述连杆(33)转动连接,所述传动片(31)转动连接于所述伸缩机构(4),所述传动杆(32)转动连接于所述底座机构(1),所述电机(2)设置在所述底座机构(1)内,所述电机(2)的输出端连接于所述传动杆(32),所述电机(2)能够驱动所述传动杆(32)使所述传动杆(32)带动所述传动片(31)和所述连杆(33)转动,以使所述伸缩机构(4)进行伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅支架,其中,所述伸缩机构(4)包括:
    连接组件(41),所述连接组件(41)包括第一连接杆(411)和连接于所述第一连接杆(411)的第二连接杆(412);
    连杆组件(42)和搁脚组件(43),所述连杆组件(42)为交叉连接的四连杆结构,所述连杆组件(42)包括第一连杆(421)、第二连杆(422)、第三连杆(423)和第四连杆(424),第一连杆(421)连接于所述第一连接杆(411),第二连杆(422)通过所述传动片(31)连接于所述第二连接杆(412),所述传动片(31)上设置有连接支杆(311),所述连接支杆(311)连接于所述第一连接杆(411),第三连杆(423)和第四连杆(424)分别连接于所述搁脚组件(43)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅支架,其中,所述搁脚组件(43)包括第一搁脚连杆(431)、第二搁脚连杆(432)、主搁脚件(433)以及副搁脚件(434),所述第二搁脚连杆(432)连接于所述第一搁脚连杆(431),所述主搁脚件(433)分别连接于所述第四连杆(424)和所述第一搁脚连杆(431),所述副搁脚件(434)分别连接于所述主搁脚件(433)和所述第二搁脚连杆(432),所述第二搁脚连杆(432)连接于所述第三连杆(423)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅支架,还包括靠背机构(5),所述靠背机构(5)包括靠背主杆(51)和连接于所述靠背主杆(51)的靠背转杆(52),所述靠背主杆(51)连接于所述第一连接杆(411),所述靠背转杆(52)连接于所述底 座机构(1)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅支架,其中,所述底座机构(1)包括两个对称设置的侧板(11)、连接于两个所述侧板(11)的支架(12)以及设置于所述支架(12)上的安装板(13),所述传动杆(32)和所述靠背转杆(52)均连接于所述安装板(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅支架,其中,所述第二连接杆(412)与第一连接件(44)的一端连接,且所述第一连接件(44)的另一端与安装板(13)连接,所述第一连接件(44)上设置有限位凸起(441),所述安装板(13)上对应所述限位凸起(441)开设有限位凹槽,所述限位凸起(441)卡接于所述限位凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅支架,其中,所述支架(12)上设置有固定架(121),所述固定架(121)设置为固定所述电机(2)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅支架,其中,所述传动杆(32)为L型结构,所述传动杆(32)一端连接于所述安装板(13),另一端连接于所述连杆(33),所述传动杆(32)中部连接于所述电机(2)的输出端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的座椅支架,其中,所述传动机构(3)还包括驱动管(34),所述电机(2)的输出端连接于所述驱动管(34),所述驱动管(34)的端部连接于所述传动杆(32)。
  10. 一种座椅,包括支撑基底和权利要求1-9任一项所述的座椅支架,所述支撑基底抵接于所述底座机构(1)的外部。
