背景技术
为了满足现代沙发的功能多样化，目前的沙发或座椅可以实现坐姿、休闲和躺姿的平稳变换，以满足坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿的多种需求。上述沙发在设计时多采用人机工程学、平面杆系运动学等方法结合，使沙发的舒适性更高，以有利于身体的血液循环等。

发明内容
本申请提供一种沙发伸展装置，能够避免电机和部分铁架外露在沙发底部而影响沙发美观效果的情况。
本申请采用以下技术方案：
一种沙发伸展装置，包括沙发架、两个伸展支架、第一连动杆、第二连动杆和直线驱动组件，所述伸展支架包括连接于所述沙发架的沙发固定件，及转动连接于所述沙发固定件前端的腿部伸展组件；所述第一连动杆的两端分别固定连接于两个所述沙发固定件的后端，所述第二连动杆的两端分别连接于两个所述腿部伸展组件，所述直线驱动组件设置为驱动所述第一连动杆和所述第二连动杆相对移动，以使两个所述伸展支架伸展或收缩；
所述沙发固定件与水平面之间的倾斜角度为5°-10°，以使所述直线驱动组件始终高于所述沙发架的下表面。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示，本实施例提供了一种沙发伸展装置，包括沙发架1、两个伸展支架2、第一连动杆41、第二连动杆42和直线驱动组件3，伸展支架2包括连接于沙发架1的沙发固定件21，及转动连接于沙发固定件21前端的腿部 伸展组件；第一连动杆41的两端分别固定连接于两个沙发固定件21的后端，第二连动杆42的两端分别连接于两个腿部伸展组件，直线驱动组件3设置为驱动第一连动杆41和第二连动杆42相对移动，以使两个伸展支架2伸展或收缩；沙发固定件21与水平面之间的倾斜角度为5°-10°，以使直线驱动组件3始终高于沙发架1的下表面。本实施例中，上述沙发架1为木架，于其他实施例中，上述沙发架1还可以为铁架。
本实施例将沙发固定件21与水平面之间的倾斜角度设置为5°-10°，以使直线驱动组件3始终高于沙发架1的下表面，避免直线驱动组件3外露而影响沙发的外观效果。

两个沙发固定件21与伸展支架2一一对应，每个沙发固定件21上均设有 安装孔211和安装卡槽212，上述安装孔211设有三个，沙发固定件21的前端设有折弯部，折弯部上设有安装孔211，安装孔211、第七转轴57、第六转轴56、安装孔211、安装卡槽212和安装孔211沿沙发固定件21的延伸方向依次布设。通过安装卡槽212和沙发架1上的安装柱对沙发固定件21进行定位，再通过紧固件如螺栓、螺钉等穿过沙发固定件21上的安装孔211并连接于沙发架1。
例如，第三连杆223的中部设有第三限位件73，第一搁脚架225和第二搁脚架227均处于正常完全收缩状态时，第三限位件73与第四连杆224抵接。在伸展支架2收缩的过程中，第三限位件73与第四连杆224抵接时，伸展支架2的收缩运动终止，达到正常完全收缩状态。继续施加外力，第二限位件72与第一连杆221抵接时，伸展支架2收缩至极限位置。
例如，第二连杆222上设有第一限位槽2241；第一搁脚架225和第二搁脚架227均处于正常完全收缩状态时，第三限位件73与第一限位槽2241的底壁抵接，以保证第三限位件73限位效果。
第一搁脚架225和第二搁脚架227均处于正常完全伸展状态时，第三限位件73抵接于第二连杆222。在伸展支架2伸展的过程中，在第三限位件73抵接于第二连杆222时，伸展支架2的伸展运动终止。
例如，第二连杆222上设有第二限位槽2221，第一搁脚架225和第二搁脚架227均处于正常完全伸展状态时，第三限位件73与第二限位槽2221的底壁抵接，以保证第三限位件73的限位效果。
本实施例中所提的转动连接为旋转铆接，于其他实施例中，上述转动连接还可以为铰接。
本实施例提供的沙发伸展装置的伸展过程如下：直线驱动组件3运动时，通过第二连动杆42驱动第二连杆222旋转运动，第二连杆222带动第三连杆223、第四连杆224旋转，第三连杆223和第四连杆224同时推动第一搁脚架225旋转展开，第四连杆224推动第一搁脚架225的同时推动搁脚支撑件226，搁脚支撑件226支撑第二搁脚架227旋转展开。
沙发伸展装置伸展过程中，第三连杆223上的第三限位件73与第二连杆222上的第二限位槽2221抵接时，沙发伸展装置的伸展过程终止。反之，沙发伸展装置的收缩过程中，第三连杆223上的第三限位件73与第二连杆222上的第一限位槽2241抵接，沙发伸展装置的收缩过程终止。
在本申请的描述中，需要说明的是，术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本申请的限制，例如，“前”、“前方”或“前侧”指本申请的沙发伸展装置的腿部伸展组件伸展的运动方向；“后”、“后方”或“后侧”指本申请的沙发伸展装置的腿部伸展组件收缩的运动方向。此外，术语“第一”、“第二”、仅用于描述目的，而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。其中，术语“第一位置”和“第二位置”为两个不同的位置。
在本申请的描述中，需要说明的是，除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解，例如，可以是固定连接，也可以是可拆卸连接，或一体地连接；可以是机械连接，也可以是电连接；可以是直接相连，也可以通过中间媒介间接相连，可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种沙发伸展装置，包括沙发架(1)、两个伸展支架(2)、第一连动杆(41)、第二连动杆(42)和直线驱动组件(3)，所述伸展支架(2)包括连接于所述沙发架(1)的沙发固定件(21)，及转动连接于所述沙发固定件(21)前端的腿部伸展组件(22)；所述第一连动杆(41)的两端分别固定连接于两个所述沙发固定件(21)的后端，所述第二连动杆(42)的两端分别连接于两个所述腿部伸展组件(22)，所述直线驱动组件(3)设置为驱动所述第一连动杆(41)和所述第二连动杆(42)相对移动，以使两个所述伸展支架(2)伸展或收缩；
    所述沙发固定件(21)与水平面之间的倾斜角度为5°-10°，以使所述直线驱动组件(3)始终高于所述沙发架(1)的下表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第一连动杆(41)固定连接有第一连接件(43)，所述第二连动杆(42)连接有第二连接件(44)；
    所述直线驱动组件(3)的固定端转动连接于所述第一连接件(43)，所述直线驱动组件(3)的活动端转动连接于所述第二连接件(44)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第一连动杆(41)和所述第二连动杆(42)分别为截面为矩形的管，所述第二连动杆(42)上设有凹槽(421)，所述凹槽(421)与所述第二连接件(44)位于所述第二连动杆(42)的相邻两侧，所述第一连接件(43)位于所述第一连动杆(41)的下侧；
    所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第二连接件(44)位于所述第二连动杆(42)的后侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第一连动杆(41)和所述第二连动杆(42)分别为截面为矩形的管，所述第一连接件(43)位于所述第一连动杆(41)的前侧；
    所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第二连接件(44)位于所述第二连动杆(42)的后侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述腿部伸展组件(22)包括第一连杆(221)、第二连杆(222)、第三连杆(223)、第四连杆(224)和第一搁脚架(225)，所述第二连动杆(42)的两端分别固定连接于两个所述第二连杆(222)；
    所述沙发固定件(21)的中部转动连接于所述第一连杆(221)的第一端， 所述第一连杆(221)的第二端转动连接于所述第三连杆(223)的第一端，所述第三连杆(223)的第二端通过第一转轴(51)转动连接于所述第一搁脚架(225)；
    所述沙发固定件(21)的前端转动连接于所述第二连杆(222)的第一端，所述第二连杆(222)的中部转动连接于所述第三连杆(223)的中部，所述第二连杆(222)的第二端通过第二转轴(52)转动连接于所述第四连杆(224)的第一端；
    所述第四连杆(224)的第二端通过第三转轴(53)转动连接于所述第一搁脚架(225)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述腿部伸展组件(22)还包括搁脚支撑件(226)和第二搁脚架(227)；
    所述第四连杆(224)的第二端通过第四转轴(54)转动连接于所述搁脚支撑件(226)的第一端，所述搁脚支撑件(226)的第二端转动连接于所述第二搁脚架(227)的中部，所述第二搁脚架(227)的一端通过第五转轴(55)转动连接于所述第一搁脚架(225)，所述第一转轴(51)、第三转轴(53)和所述第五转轴(55)呈三角形布设，所述第二转轴(52)、所述第三转轴(53)和所述第四转轴(54)沿所述第四连杆(224)的延伸方向依次分布；
    所述第二连杆(222)转动可带动第一搁脚架(225)和所述第二搁脚架(227)伸展或收缩，以使所述第一搁脚架(225)和所述第二搁脚架(227)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第一搁脚架(225)的前端面和所述第二搁脚架(227)的前端面成夹角。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第四连杆(224)上设有第一限位件(71)，所述第一限位件(71)位于所述第二转轴(52)和所述第三转轴(53)之间；
    所述第二搁脚架(227)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第一限位件(71)与所述第二搁脚架(227)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述沙发固定件(21)的中部设有第二限位件(72)，所述第一连杆(221)与所述沙发固定件(21)通过第六转轴(56)转动连接，所述第四连杆(224)与所述沙发固定件(21)通过第七转轴(57)转动连接，所述第二限位件(72)、所述第六转轴(56)和所述第七转轴(57)沿所述沙发固定件(21)的延伸方向依次分布；
    所述伸展支架(2)收缩至极限位置时，所述第一连杆(221)抵接于所述 第二限位件(72)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第三连杆(223)的中部设有第三限位件(73)，所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第三限位件(73)与所述第四连杆(224)抵接；
    所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全伸展状态时，所述第三限位件(73)抵接于所述第二连杆(222)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第四连杆(224)上设有第一限位槽(2241)；
    所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全收缩状态时，所述第三限位件(73)与所述第一限位槽(2241)的底壁抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的沙发伸展装置，其中，所述第二连杆(222)上设有第二限位槽(2221)，所述伸展支架(2)处于正常完全伸展状态时，所述第三限位件(73)与所述第二限位槽(2221)的底壁抵接。
