所述靠背机构包括背部安装件和背部连动杆,所述背部安装件一端与所述座部安装板铰接,所述背部安装件的另一端与所述背部连动杆铰接;所述背部连动杆一端与所述背部安装件铰接,所述背部连动杆的另一端与所述支撑机构铰接;
当所述腿部连杆机构和所述靠背机构都伸展至极限位置时,所述搁脚件和所述背部安装件相距最远的点之间的距离L3为1000mm-1300mm。

本申请还提供一种座椅,包括搁脚板和两个所述的座椅支架,两个所述座椅支架对称且相间隔设置,所述搁脚板固定在两个所述座椅支架的搁脚件上。
与现有技术相比,本申请具有如下有益效果:
(1)本申请腿部连杆机构通过交叉铰接形成可灵活伸缩折叠的结构带动搁脚件伸缩运动,在伸缩连杆组件带动搁脚件伸缩运动的过程中,第一连动杆位于第二连动杆的上方,第一搁脚连接杆位于第二搁脚连接杆的下方,使得伸缩连杆组件形成八连杆交叉结构,结构简单、可靠性高,增加了伸缩连杆组件的伸缩比,增加了最大伸展距离。
(2)本申请第一伸展杆和第四伸展杆上的连接点的连线都弯折成角,具有弯折角度的连接杆交叉铰接形成的四边形结构使得伸展的距离进一步 增加,且折叠后的高度减小,增加了伸缩连杆组件运动过程中与地面的距离,有利避免腿部连杆机构与底座产生干涉,或安装搁脚板后产生擦地的情况。

实施例1
如图1所示,本申请实施例1提供了一种座椅腿部连杆机构,用于沙发、按摩椅或休闲椅等具有腿部伸缩功能的座椅。具体地,本实施例腿部连杆机构包括搁脚件1和伸缩连杆组件,伸缩连杆组件包括第一连杆组2和第二连杆组3;
第一连杆组2包括依次铰接的第一连动杆21、第一伸展杆22、第二伸展杆23和第一搁脚连接杆24,第二连杆组3包括依次铰接的第二连动杆31、第三伸展杆32、第四伸展杆33和第二搁脚连接杆34;第一连动杆21和第二连动杆31的一端都用于与座部安装板4铰接,第一连动杆21、第一伸展杆22和第二伸展杆23的中部分别与第三伸展杆32、第四伸展杆33和第二搁脚连接杆34交叉铰接,第一搁脚连接杆24和第二搁脚连接杆34都与搁脚件1铰接,在伸缩连杆组件伸展到极限位置时,第一连动杆21位于第二连动杆31的上方,第一搁脚连接杆24位于第二搁脚连接杆34的下方。
具体地,第一连动杆21位于第二连动杆31的上方,第一搁脚连接杆24位于第二搁脚连接杆34的下方,使得伸缩连杆组件可以为由第一连杆组2和第二连杆组3的八个连杆交叉铰接形成的可伸展连杆结构。第一连杆组2和第二连杆组3相互交叉形成四个可灵活折叠的四边形结构,使得伸缩连杆组件可带动搁脚件1远离或靠近座椅安装板4。本实施例两个连杆组形成的多个可折叠四边形结构可以增加伸缩连杆组件的最大伸展距离,同时也可以使得伸缩连杆组件收缩后的高度减小,增加伸缩连杆组件运动过程中与地面的距离,有利避免腿部连杆机构与底座产生干涉,或安装搁脚板后产生擦地的情况。
在本实施例中,第一伸展杆22和第四伸展杆33为具有一定弯折角度的连接杆。具体地,第一伸展杆22与第四伸展杆33交叉铰接,第四伸展杆33上的三个连接点的连线向第二伸展杆23的一侧弯折,第一伸展杆22的三个连接点的连线的弯折方向与第四伸展杆33的相反。第一伸展杆和第四伸展杆的三个连接点分别第一伸展杆和第四伸展杆的两端点和中间铰接点。具有弯折角度的连接杆交叉铰接形成的四边形结构伸展的距离进一步增加,且折叠后的高度减小,折叠后距地面高度增加。
具体地,搁脚件1包括弯折成角形的连接面11和搁脚安装面12,第一搁脚连接杆24和第二搁脚连接杆34都与连接面11铰接。连接面11和搁脚安装面12一体弯折成型。在本实施例中,连接面11与搁脚安装面12之间成直角。搁脚安装面12用于与搁脚板固定连接。角形搁脚件1结构简单、强度高,通过侧面的连接面11与伸缩连杆组件连接,有利于对搁脚板的稳定支撑。
具体地,第一搁脚连接杆24和第二搁脚连接杆34与连接面11的铰接点都设置于连接面11靠近座部安装板4的一端。在本实施例中,第二搁脚连接杆34与连接面11的铰接点到搁脚安装面12的垂直距离大于第一搁脚连接杆24与连接面11的铰接点到搁脚安装面12的垂直距离。具体地,第一搁脚连接杆24和第二搁脚连接杆34与连接面11的铰接位置的设置使得搁脚件1可以相对于第一搁脚连接杆24和第二搁脚连接杆34向前转动、伸展距离增加,且搁脚件1向下转动折叠。具体地,当腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,搁脚件1的搁脚安装面12与铅垂面的夹角为±5°。优选地,可以为﹣5°、﹣4°、﹣3°、﹣2°、0°、4°或5°。在本实施例中,当腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,搁脚安装面12与铅垂面的夹角为0°,即搁脚安装面12与水平面垂直,搁脚板收缩后位于座框前方,不占用腿部连杆机构收缩后下方空间,且增加座椅外观美观性。
具体地,当腿部连杆机构伸展到极限位置时,搁脚件1伸展的最远端到第一连动杆21与座部安装板4的铰接点的距离L1为450-650mm。优选地,可以为450mm、500mm、550mm、580mm、600mm或650mm。在本实施例中,搁脚件1伸展的最远端到第一连动杆21与座部安装板4的铰接 点的距离L1为545mm。当腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,搁脚安装面12到第一连动杆21与座部安装板4的铰接点的距离L2为100mm-140mm。优选地,可以为100mm、110mm、120mm、130mm或140mm。在本实施例中,搁脚件1收缩后,搁脚安装面12到第一连动杆21与座部安装板4的铰接点的距离L2为122mm。优选地,本实施例腿部连杆机构的最大伸缩比为1:3.0-1:6.5。在一些实施例中,腿部连杆机构的最大伸缩比随伸缩连杆组件的零件形状优化或弯折角度改变还可以为1:3.0、1:4.0、1:4.8、1:5、1:5.3、1:5.5或1:6.5。在本实施例中,腿部连杆机构的最小收缩距离L2和最大伸展距离L1的比值为1:4.47。本实施例腿部连杆机构的最大伸缩比增加,最大伸展距离增加,提高了腿部支撑舒适性。
具体地,第一连动杆21靠近第三伸展杆32的位置上设置有第一限位件211,第三伸展杆32的边缘设置有与第一限位件211相配合的伸展限位面321和收缩限位面322。第一搁脚连接杆24靠近第二伸展杆23的一端设置有第二限位件241,当腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,第二限位件241与第二伸展杆23相抵触。连接面11上设置有第三限位件13,当腿部连杆机构收缩至极限位置时,第一搁脚连接杆24与第三限位件13相抵触。本实施例当腿部连杆机构伸展到极限位置时,第三伸展杆32边缘上的伸展限位面321与第一限位件211相抵触,第一限位件211用于限制腿部连杆机构的最大伸展位置,防止其过度伸展造成无法收缩或卡顿。当腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,第三伸展杆32边缘上的收缩限位面322与第一限位件211相抵触,用于限制第三伸展杆32的最大收缩位置;第二伸展杆23与第一搁脚连接杆24上的第二限位件241相抵触,用于限制第一搁脚连接杆24的最大收缩位置;第一搁脚连接杆24与搁脚件1上的第三限位件13相抵触,用于限制搁脚件1的最大收缩位置。本实施例设置多个限位件用于分段限制腿部连杆机构的最大收缩位置,有利于避免腿部连杆机构中形成的四边形结构过渡折叠导致连杆机构卡死和伸缩卡顿的问题,使得连杆机构的收缩和伸展运动更加可靠、运行顺畅。
本实施还提供一种座椅支架,如图2-3所示,包括支撑机构5、座部安装板4、靠背机构6和腿部连杆机构,座部安装板4转动连接在支撑机构5 的上方,腿部连杆机构和靠背机构6分别转动连接在座部安装板4的两端;靠背机构6包括背部安装件61和背部连动杆62,背部安装件61一端与座部安装板4铰接,背部安装件61的另一端与背部连动杆62铰接;背部连动杆62一端与背部安装件61铰接,背部连动杆62的另一端与支撑机构5铰接;
具体地,本实施例靠背安装件61为T字形结构,当腿部连杆机构和靠背机构6都伸展至极限位置时,搁脚件1和背部安装件61相距最远的点之间的距离L3为1000mm-1300mm。优选地,可以为1000mm、1050mm、1100mm、1200mm、1250mm或1300mm。在本实施例中,搁脚件1和背部安装件61之间相距最远的两点之间的距离L3为1083mm。
具体地,支撑机构5包括底座51、第一支撑件52、支撑连接件53、中间连接件54、支撑连动件55和第二支撑件56;第一支撑件52和第二支撑件56分别铰接在底座51的两端,支撑连接件53一端与第一支撑件52铰接,支撑连接件53的另一端与座部安装板4铰接,中间连接件54一端与支撑连接件53的中部铰接,另一端与支撑连动件55铰接,支撑连动件55分别与座部安装板4和第二支撑件56铰接。
具体地,座椅支架还包括座部联动组件7,座部联动组件7包括第一连转杆71、转动连杆72和第二连转杆73,所述第一连转杆71一端与所述第一支撑件52的中部铰接,另一端与转动连杆72铰接,所述转动连杆72与所述第二连转杆73铰接,所述第二连转杆73用于与腿部连杆机构的第二连动杆31铰接。座部联动组件7用于在座椅的位置调节过程中随腿部连杆机构和支撑机构5联动,其中转动连杆72绕其与座部安装板4的连接点往复转动。
本实施还提供一种座椅,如图4所示,包括搁脚板和两个座椅支架,两个座椅支架对称且相间隔设置,搁脚板固定在两个座椅支架的搁脚件1上。座椅还包括靠背架和两侧扶手架,扶手架与座部安装板4固定连接,靠背架与靠背机构6的背部安装件61固定连接。座部安装板4上安装有座框。座框、靠背架和扶手架用于承托座椅软包。
本实施例座椅在座椅支架的调节下可以实现坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿三种 位置姿态。两座椅支架之间设置有驱动机构,驱动机构用于驱动腿部连杆机构伸缩运动,从而带动座部安装板4、支撑机构5、座部联动组件7和靠背机构6联动。本实施例定义腿部连杆机构伸展运动的方向为前,收缩的方向为后。在坐姿状态,腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置,靠背机构6基本保持直立;当座椅支架从坐姿调节到休闲姿时,驱动机构驱动腿部连杆机构相对于座部安装板4倾斜向前和向上伸展,同时带动座部安装板4、支撑机构5、座部联动组件7和靠背机构6联动;当从休闲姿调节到躺姿状态时,腿部连杆机构继续向上抬高,靠背机构6相对于座部安装板4向后转动伸展,当伸展到极限位置时,实现躺姿状态。
本申请腿部连杆机构通过交叉铰接形成可灵活伸缩折叠的结构带动搁脚件伸缩运动,在伸缩连杆组件带动搁脚件伸缩运动的过程中,第一连动杆位于第二连动杆的上方,第一搁脚连接杆位于第二搁脚连接杆的下方,使得伸缩连杆组件形成八连杆交叉结构,结构简单、可靠性高,增加了伸缩连杆组件的伸缩比,增加了最大伸展距离。
本申请第一伸展杆、第二伸展杆和第四伸展杆为具有一定弯折角度的连接杆,具有弯折角度的连接杆交叉铰接形成的四边形结构使得伸展的距离进一步增加,且折叠后的高度减小,增加了伸缩连杆组件运动过程中与地面的距离,有利避免腿部连杆机构与底座产生干涉,或安装搁脚板后产生擦地的情况。

  1. 一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,包括搁脚件(1)和伸缩连杆组件,所述伸缩连杆组件包括第一连杆组(2)和第二连杆组(3);所述第一连杆组(2)包括依次铰接的第一连动杆(21)、第一伸展杆(22)、第二伸展杆(23)和第一搁脚连接杆(24),所述第二连杆组(3)包括依次铰接的第二连动杆(31)、第三伸展杆(32)、第四伸展杆(33)和第二搁脚连接杆(34);
    所述第一连动杆(21)和第二连动杆(31)的一端都用于与座部安装板(4)铰接,所述第一连动杆(21)、第一伸展杆(22)和第二伸展杆(23)的中部分别与所述第三伸展杆(32)、第四伸展杆(33)和第二搁脚连接杆(34)交叉铰接,所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)和第二搁脚连接杆(34)都与所述搁脚件(1)铰接,在所述伸缩连杆组件伸展到极限位置时,所述第一连动杆(21)位于所述第二连动杆(31)的上方,所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)位于所述第二搁脚连接杆(34)的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述搁脚件(1)包括弯折成角形的连接面(11)和搁脚安装面(12),所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)和第二搁脚连接杆(34)都与所述连接面(11)铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)和第二搁脚连接杆(34)与所述连接面(11)的铰接点都设置于所述连接面(11)靠近所述座部安装板(4)的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述第二搁脚连接杆(34)与所述连接面(11)的铰接点到所述搁脚安装面(12)的垂直距离大于所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)与所述连接面(11)的铰接点到所述搁脚安装面(12)的垂直距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述第一伸展杆(22)与所述第四伸展杆(33)交叉铰接,所述第四伸展杆(33)上的三个连接点的连线向所述第二伸展杆(23)的一侧弯折,所述第一伸展杆(22)的三个连接点的连线的弯折方向与所述第四伸展杆(33)的相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,当所述腿部连杆机构伸展到极限位置时,所述搁脚件(1)伸展的最远端到所述第一连动杆(21)与所述座部安装板(4)的铰接点的距离L1为450-650mm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,当所述腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,所述搁脚件(1)的搁脚安装面(12)与铅垂面的夹角为±5°。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,当所述腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,所述搁脚安装面(12)到所述第一连动杆(21)与所述座部安装板(4)的铰接点的距离L2为100mm-140mm。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述腿部连杆机构的最大伸缩比为1:3.0-1:6.5。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述第一连动杆(21)靠近所述第三伸展杆(32)的位置上设置有第一限位件(211),所述第三伸展杆(32)的边缘设置有与所述第一限位件(211)相配合的伸展限位面(321)和收缩限位面(322)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)靠近所述第二伸展杆(23)的一端设置有第二限位件(241),当所述腿部连杆机构收缩到极限位置时,所述第二限位件(241)与所述第二伸展杆(23)相抵触。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅腿部连杆机构,其特征在于,所述连接面(11)上设置有第三限位件(13),当所述腿部连杆机构收缩至极限位置时,所述第一搁脚连接杆(24)与所述第三限位件(13)相抵触。
  13. 一种座椅支架,其特征在于,包括支撑机构(5)、座部安装板(4)、靠背机构(6)和如权利要求1-12任一项所述的腿部连杆机构,所述座部安装板(4)转动连接在所述支撑机构(5)的上方,所述腿部连杆机构和所述靠背机构(6)分别转动连接在所述座部安装板(4)的两端;
    所述靠背机构(6)包括背部安装件(61)和背部连动杆(62),所述背部安装件(61)一端与所述座部安装板(4)铰接,所述背部安装件(61)的另一端与所述背部连动杆(62)铰接;所述背部连动杆(62)一端与所 述背部安装件(61)铰接,所述背部连动杆(62)的另一端与所述支撑机构(5)铰接;
    当所述腿部连杆机构和所述靠背机构(6)都伸展至极限位置时,所述搁脚件(1)和所述背部安装件(61)相距最远的点之间的距离L3为1000mm-1300mm。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述支撑机构(5)包括底座(51)、第一支撑件(52)、支撑连接件(53)、中间连接件(54)、支撑连动件(55)和第二支撑件(56);
    所述第一支撑件(52)和第二支撑件(56)分别铰接在所述底座(51)的两端,所述支撑连接件(53)一端与所述第一支撑件(52)铰接,所述支撑连接件(53)的另一端与所述座部安装板(4)铰接,所述中间连接件(54)一端与所述支撑连接件(53)的中部铰接,另一端与所述支撑连动件(55)铰接,所述支撑连动件(55)分别与所述座部安装板(4)和第二支撑件(56)铰接。
  15. 一种座椅,其特征在于,包括搁脚板和两个如权利要求13或14任一项所述的座椅支架,两个所述座椅支架对称且相间隔设置,所述搁脚板固定在两个所述座椅支架的搁脚件(1)上。
