Description

一种腿部居中式支架结构及座椅支架 技术领域
本发明涉及沙发支架技术领域,特别涉及一种腿部居中式支架结构及座椅支架。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,生活中功能性沙发和座椅越来越常见。随着功能性座椅包括躺椅、靠椅、沙发、组合座椅、影院座椅以及具有移动座部的座椅单元。具有伸缩装置的功能性座椅可以通过伸缩装置在坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿的位置间调节。
现有的座椅单元存在以下缺陷:传统铁架腿部需要在两侧和侧板相连实现运动,且不可拆卸,包装在沙发上后,从侧边可完全看到腿部的运动和结构,腿部和沙发整体的色彩不搭配,腿部在侧边伸缩运动时有夹伤手部的风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种腿部居中式支架结构、座椅支架及座椅,腿部组件可拆卸地安装在传动组件上,腿部组件居中运动,运动中不必担心有夹到手部的风险,安装后侧面观察不到腿部组件的结构,使座椅整体结构性更强,看上去更美观。
为了解决上述问题,第一方面本发明提供一种腿部居中式支架结构,包括腿部组件和传动组件,所述传动组件用于连接在座椅的两侧座部组件之间,所述传动组件包括驱动横杆和传动横杆;
所述腿部组件包括腿部传动杆和腿部驱动杆,所述腿部传动杆连接在所述传动横杆的两端部之间,所述腿部驱动杆连接在所述驱动横杆的两端部之间;所述驱动横杆的中部用于与驱动组件的输出端连接,并在所述驱动组件的驱动下转动向前或向后移动以带动所述腿部组件伸缩。
进一步地,所述传动横杆与所述驱动横杆平行设置,且靠近所述座椅组件 的前端,所述传动横杆在第一固定点处与所述腿部传动杆连接,所述驱动横杆在第二固定点处与所述腿部驱动杆连接。
进一步地,所述腿部组件还包括第一中间杆和第二中间杆;
所述第一中间杆与所述腿部传动杆铰接,所述第二中间杆上设置有第一铰接点和第二铰接点,所述第二中间杆在所述第一铰接点处与所述腿部驱动杆铰接,所述第二中间杆在所述第二铰接点处与所述腿部传动杆的中部交叉铰接,所述第一铰接点、第二铰接点、第一固定点和第二固定点的连线成四边形。

进一步地,所述第二中间杆上设置有限位件,所述腿部传动杆的下边缘设置有与所述限位件相配合的第一限位面,当所述第一限位面与所述限位件相抵触时,所述腿部组件的当前位置为所述腿部组件伸展的极限位置。
进一步地,所述第二中间杆所在平面到两侧所述座部组件的座框内侧面的垂直距离都不小于150mm。
进一步地,所述腿部组件还包括主搁脚件,所述第一中间杆和第二中间杆远离所述腿部传动杆和腿部驱动杆的一端分别与所述主搁脚件铰接。
进一步地,所述腿部组件还包括副搁脚件和搁脚连杆,所述副搁脚件与所述主搁脚件铰接,所述搁脚连杆一端与所述副搁脚件的中部铰接,另一端与所述第一中间杆铰接。
第二方面本发明还提供一种座椅支架,包括座部组件和所述的腿部居中式支架结构,所述座部组件包括座框、第一连腿杆、第二连腿杆和座部联动组件,所述座部联动组件转动连接在所述座框与座椅扶手之间,所述座部联动组件用于支撑带动所述座框相对于所述座椅扶手移动;
所述第一连腿杆一端在第一端点处与所述座框的前端铰接,另一端在第二端点处与所述传动横杆连接;所述第二连腿杆一端在第三端点处与所述座框的前端铰接,另一端在第四端点处与所述驱动横杆连接,所述第一端点、第二端点、第四端点和第三端点的连线成四边形。
进一步地,所述座部联动组件包括座框联动组件,所述座框联动组件包括依次铰接的第一连框杆、中间联动件和第二连框杆;

由于上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明腿部组件与传动组件连接并设置在座椅的两侧座部组件之间设置在座椅支架的中部,腿部组件远离座椅侧面,避免与侧面座部组件干涉,且可以避免伸缩过程中产生夹到异物或夹手等风险,提高安全性。
本发明腿部组件的四杆伸展结构设置在传动组件下方,当座椅受力时,因为传动组件的双横杆结构具有更好的稳定性和支撑性,可以避免腿部组件受力变形,且腿部组件居中隐藏在座椅支架下方,使得在座椅侧面完全看不到腿部组件的结构和运动、成品座椅整体结构性更强,座椅外观更加美观。
本发明腿部组件与横杆式传动组件的连接便于腿部组件的安装定位和拆卸,将腿部组件拆卸后更便于座椅支架的包装和运输。

实施例
本实施例座椅能够在坐姿、伸展姿和躺姿位置之间调节,座椅从坐姿调节至伸展姿为第一调节阶段,座椅从伸展姿调节至躺姿为第二调节阶段。在第一调节阶段,座椅靠背角度基本保持不变,腿部组件向前伸展到极限位置;在第二调节阶段过程中,腿部组件和座框整体倾斜向上移动,座椅靠背向后转动,靠背与座框之间角度变大,直到调节为最终的躺姿位置。在本实施例中,相对的两座椅组件之间,即两座框的相对侧为“内”侧,与其相反的方向为“外”侧,腿部组件伸展的方向为“前”,与其相反的方向为“后”。
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供了一种腿部居中式支架结构,包括腿部组件1和传动组件2,传动组件2用于连接在座椅的两侧座部组件3之间,传动组件2包括驱动横杆21和传动横杆22;腿部组件1包括腿部传动杆11和腿部驱动杆12,腿部传动杆11连接在传动横杆22的两端部之间,腿部驱动杆12连接在驱动横杆21的两端部之间;驱动横杆21的中部用于与驱动组件4的输出端连接,并在驱动组件4的驱动下转动向前或向后移动以带动腿部组件1伸缩。
具体地,在本实施例中座椅的座部组件3为两组且相对设置在传动组件2的两端。本实施例腿部组件1为一组,腿部组件1设置在传动组件2的中部或靠近中部的位置,以使得对腿部的支撑点居中,保持腿部组件两侧受力和支撑平稳。腿部组件1远离座椅侧面的座部组件3,可以避免伸缩运动中与侧面座部组件3干涉,且腿部组件居中设置当安装好搁脚板和座椅软包后,使用者触碰不到位于软包下方的腿部组件,可以避免伸缩过程中产生夹到异物或夹手等风险,提高安全性。
具体地,传动横杆22与驱动横杆21平行设置,且靠近座椅组件3的前端,驱动横杆21上设置有第二固定点211,传动横杆22上设置有第一固定点221,传动横杆22在第一固定点221处与腿部传动杆11连接,驱动横杆21在第二固定点211处与腿部驱动杆12连接。如图6所示,第一固定点221与第二固定点211的连线与水平面的夹角不小于0°。优选地,可以为15°、20°、25°、28°、30°或33°,在本实施例中为28°。传动组件2与腿部组件1的两固定点不在同一水平面上,使得驱动时传动组件2可以带动腿部组件1顺利向斜前方伸展和收回,且不与座椅座框产生干涉。
本实施例驱动横杆21用于在驱动组件4的驱动下转动向前或向后移动并通过腿部组件1与传动横杆22的连接结构带动传动横杆22移动和腿部组件1伸展或收缩。本实施例传动组件2在第一固定点221和第二固定点211处通过螺栓螺母、螺钉或铆钉等紧固件可拆卸地与腿部组件1配合安装。双横杆式传动组件2设置在两侧座椅组件之间具有更好的稳定性和结构强度,座椅受力时位于座框前端的双横杆式传动组件还具有支撑作用,可以避免坐垫下沉造成腿部组件受力过大变形。腿部组件1与横杆式传动组件的连接更便于腿部组件的安装定位和拆卸,出厂时腿部组件与传动组件可以先不组装,将腿部组件拆分后的小体积座椅支架更便于包装和运输。
具体地,腿部组件1还包括第一中间杆13和第二中间杆14,第一中间杆13与腿部传动杆11铰接,第二中间杆14上设置有第一铰接点141和第二铰接点142,第二中间杆14在第一铰接点141处与腿部驱动杆12铰接,第二中间杆14在第二铰接点142处与腿部传动杆11的中部交叉铰接,第一铰接点141、第二铰接点142、第一固定点221和第二固定点211的连线成四边形。具体地,腿部组件1的腿部传动杆11、腿部驱动杆12、第一中间杆13和第二中间杆14为交叉铰接的可伸缩连杆结构,第一铰接点141、第二铰接点142、第一固定点221和第二固定点211的连线组成的四边形伸缩结构,使得腿部组价1可以相对于传动组件2伸展或收缩,伸缩结构简单且运动平稳,四边形可伸缩结构设置在传动组件2下方,当座椅受力时,因为传动组件的双横杆结构具有更好的稳定性和支撑性,还可以避免腿部组件受力变形。
具体地,第二中间杆14上设置有限位件143,腿部传动杆11的下边缘设置有与限位件143相配合的第一限位面111,当第一限位面111与限位件143 相抵触时,腿部组件1的当前位置为腿部组件1伸展的极限位置。腿部驱动杆12的边缘上设置有第二限位面121,当第二限位面121与限位件143相抵触时,腿部组件1的当前位置为腿部组件1收缩的极限位置。限位件143与第一限位面111或第二限位面121配合抵触,起限位和防止搁脚件松脱的作用。一方面可以限位防止腿部组件1过渡伸展或收缩,使不能顺利收回或展开;另一方面可以防止搁脚件和搁脚板没有收缩到预定极限位置容易松脱。具体地,如图2所示,第二中间杆14所在平面到两侧座部组件3的座框31内侧面的垂直距离H都不小于150mm。优选地,可以为150mm、170mm、180mm、185mm、190mm或200mm。本实施例,第二中间杆所在平面到其中一侧座框31内侧面的的垂直距离为178mm。第二中间杆所在平面到到座椅两侧的座框31内侧面的垂直距离限制了腿部组件1在传动组件2的具体位置为中部或靠近中部的位置。座椅使用时,腿部组件受压方向位于座椅中部,所以腿部组件居中设置有利于使座椅支架保持平衡。
具体地,如图3所示,腿部组件1还包括主搁脚件15,第一中间杆13和第二中间杆14远离腿部传动杆11和腿部驱动杆12的一端分别与主搁脚件15铰接。腿部组件1还包括副搁脚件16和搁脚连杆17,副搁脚件16与主搁脚件15铰接,搁脚连杆17一端与副搁脚件16的中部铰接,另一端与第一中间杆13铰接。在本实施例中,主搁脚件15用于与座椅的主搁脚板连接,副搁脚件16用于与座椅的副搁脚板连接。坐姿位置时副搁脚件16带动副搁脚板折叠收缩至腿部组件下方,在座椅从坐姿调节至伸展姿的第一调节阶段,和调节至躺姿的第二调节阶段,副搁脚件16伸展至主搁脚件15前方。
本实施例还提供一种座椅支架,包括座部组件3和腿部居中式支架结构,座部组件3包括座框31、第一连腿杆32、第二连腿杆33和座部联动组件34,座部联动组件34转动连接在座框31与座椅扶手之间,座部联动组件34用于支撑带动座框31相对于座椅扶手移动;第一连腿杆32一端在第一端点321处与座框31的前端铰接,另一端在第二端点322处与传动横杆22连接;第二连腿杆33一端在第三端点331处与座框31的前端铰接,另一端在第四端点332处与驱动横杆21连接,第一端点321、第二端点322、第四端点332和第三端点331的连线成四边形。具体地,传动组件2的两端分别与座框31、第一连腿杆32和第二连腿杆33形成的两个四边形伸缩结构同传动组件2的中部与腿部组 件1构成的四边形伸缩结构配合实现腿部组件在坐姿和躺姿位置之间的伸缩运动。
本实施例中,第一端点321和第三端点331的安装高度低于座框31上的座框安装面,避免第一连腿杆32和第二连腿杆33在转动时与座框安装面产生干涉。第一端点321到第二端点322的距离和第三端点331到第四端点332的距离均为60mm-80mm,优选地,可以为60mm、65mm、70mm或80mm。本实施例第一端点321到第二端点322的距离和第三端点331到第四端点332的距离在满足第一连腿杆32和第二连腿杆33的转动空间的同时,有利于压缩支架结构在垂直方向所占空间。
具体地,如图4和5所示,座部联动组件34包括座框联动组件341,座框联动组件341包括依次铰接的第一连框杆3411、中间联动件3412和第二连框杆3413;第一连框杆3411和第二连框杆3413都铰接在座框31上,第一连框杆3411、中间联动件3412、第二连框杆3413和座框31形成四连杆机构。
具体地,座部组件3还包括腿部连动杆35,腿部连动杆35一端与第二连腿杆33铰接,另一端与中间联动件3412铰接。腿部连动杆35用于连接腿部组件1与座部联动组件34。本实施例当腿部组件1向前伸展时,同时带动座框31和座部联动组件34向前移动。在第一调节阶段,中间联动件3412保持不动,座框31通过第一连框杆3411和第二连框杆3413的转动随腿部组件1的伸展向前平移至腿部组件1完全伸展。
具体地,座部联动组件34还包括平移连杆组件342和侧板安装件343,平移连杆组件342转动连接在座框联动组件341和侧板安装件343之间,侧板安装件343用于与座椅扶手连接。平移连杆组件342包括第一摇杆3421、第一中间连杆3422、第二中间连杆3423和第二摇杆3424;第一摇杆3421和第二摇杆3424都铰接在侧板安装件343上,第一中间连杆3422和第二中间连杆3423铰接在第一摇杆3421与第二摇杆3424之间。
具体地,平移连杆组件342还包括第一连接杆3425和第二连接杆3426,第一连接杆3425一端与第一摇杆3421铰接,另一端与中间联动件3412铰接,第二连接杆3426的一端分别与第一中间连杆3422和第二摇杆3424铰接,另一端与中间联动件3412铰接。在第二调节阶段,座框联动组件341通过平移连杆组件342的运动,倾斜向前和向上平移。
具体地,本实施例座椅支架还包括靠背组件7,靠背组件7转动连接在座框31与侧板安装件343之间。靠背组件7用于与座椅靠背连接,以调节座椅靠背角度。靠背组件7包括靠背安装件71、座框连接部72、靠背连接件73和靠背限位件74;座框连接部72的中部与座框31连接,座框连接部72的两端分别与靠背安装件71和靠背限位件74铰接,靠背连接件73一端与靠背安装件71的中部铰接,另一端与靠背限位件74铰接,靠背限位件74通过一连接杆与侧板安装件343的后端铰接;在第二调节阶段过程中,腿部组件和座框整体倾斜向上移动,当座框连接部72随座框31倾斜向上移动的过程中,靠背限位件74和靠背连接件73带动靠背安装件71向后转动。
具体地,座部联动组件34的侧板安装件343的后端设置有驱动固定杆6,驱动组件4设置在驱动横杆21与驱动固定杆6之间。驱动组件4包括直线推动件41,驱动横杆21的中部设置有连杆件5,直线推动件41通过转轴42与连杆件5转动连接。直线推动件41可以为直线滑块或推杆。本实施例驱动组件4为推杆电机,直线推动件41为直线推杆,驱动组件4的电机端连接在驱动固定杆6的中部,驱动组件4的电机驱动直线推动件41伸缩移动,从而带动传动组件2、腿部组件1、座部组件3和靠背组件7移动。在另一些实施例中,驱动组件4可以为滑块电机,直线推动件41为直线滑块。在驱动组件4的驱动下,本实施例座椅单元可以实现坐姿位置、伸展位置和躺姿位置三种位置姿态,坐姿位置时腿部组件1和靠背组件均收缩到极限位置;伸展姿位置时,腿部组件1向前伸展到极限位置,靠背组件与座框31夹角保持与坐姿位置相同;躺姿位置时,腿部伸缩组件伸展到极限位置,靠背组件向后转动到极限位置。
本实施例还提供一种座椅,包括座椅靠背、座椅扶手和座椅支架,座椅支架通过两侧的侧板安装件343与座椅扶手的内侧面固定连接,座椅靠背与座椅支架的靠背组件7连接。
具有本实施例腿部组件的座椅支架可以应用于具有落地式座椅扶手的座椅中,现有扶手着地的沙发座椅多为家用,商务类居多,对座椅结构稳定性、座椅的外观和安全性要求都比较高。本实施例,腿部组件与传动组件连接并设置在座椅支架的中部,当座椅受力时,因为传动组件的双横杆结构具有更好的稳定性和支撑性,可以避免坐垫下沉造成腿部组件受力变形。本实施例座椅从两侧面都很难观察和触碰到腿部组件的结构,可以有效避免腿部组件在运动过程 中产生夹到异物或手部的风险,且伸缩过程中腿部组件居中隐藏在座椅支架下方,使得成品座椅整体性更强,座椅外观更加美观。本实施例腿部组件与横杆式传动组件的连接便于腿部组件的安装定位和拆卸,将腿部组件拆卸后更便于座椅支架的包装和运输。

  1. 一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,包括腿部组件(1)和传动组件(2),所述传动组件(2)用于连接在座椅的两侧座部组件(3)之间,所述传动组件(2)包括驱动横杆(21)和传动横杆(22);
    所述腿部组件(1)包括腿部传动杆(11)和腿部驱动杆(12),所述腿部传动杆(11)连接在所述传动横杆(22)的两端部之间,所述腿部驱动杆(12)连接在所述驱动横杆(21)的两端部之间;所述驱动横杆(21)的中部用于与驱动组件(4)的输出端连接,并在所述驱动组件(4)的驱动下转动向前或向后移动以带动所述腿部组件(1)伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述传动横杆(22)与所述驱动横杆(21)平行设置,且靠近所述座椅组件(3)的前端,所述传动横杆(22)在第一固定点(221)处与所述腿部传动杆(11)连接,所述驱动横杆(21)在第二固定点(211)处与所述腿部驱动杆(12)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述腿部组件(1)还包括第一中间杆(13)和第二中间杆(14);
    所述第一中间杆(13)与所述腿部传动杆(11)铰接,所述第二中间杆(14)上设置有第一铰接点(141)和第二铰接点(142),所述第二中间杆(14)在所述第一铰接点(141)处与所述腿部驱动杆(12)铰接,所述第二中间杆(14)在所述第二铰接点(142)处与所述腿部传动杆(11)的中部交叉铰接,所述第一铰接点(141)、第二铰接点(142)、第一固定点(221)和第二固定点(211)的连线成四边形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定点(221)和第二固定点(211)的连线与水平面的夹角不小于0°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述第二中间杆(14)上设置有限位件(143),所述腿部传动杆(11)的下边缘设置有与所述限位件(143)相配合的第一限位面(111),当所述第一限位面(111)与所述限位件(143)相抵触时,所述腿部组件(1)的当前位置为所述腿部组件(1)伸展的极限位置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述第 二中间杆(14)所在平面到两侧所述座部组件(3)的座框(31)内侧面的垂直距离都不小于150mm。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述腿部组件(1)还包括主搁脚件(15),所述第一中间杆(13)和第二中间杆(14)远离所述腿部传动杆(11)和腿部驱动杆(12)的一端分别与所述主搁脚件(15)铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种腿部居中式支架结构,其特征在于,所述腿部组件(1)还包括副搁脚件(16)和搁脚连杆(17),所述副搁脚件(16)与所述主搁脚件(15)铰接,所述搁脚连杆(17)一端与所述副搁脚件(16)的中部铰接,另一端与所述第一中间杆(13)铰接。
  9. 一种座椅支架,其特征在于,包括座部组件(3)和如权利要求1-8任一项所述的腿部居中式支架结构,所述座部组件(3)包括座框(31)、第一连腿杆(32)、第二连腿杆(33)和座部联动组件(34),所述座部联动组件(34)转动连接在所述座框(31)与座椅扶手之间,所述座部联动组件(34)用于支撑带动所述座框(31)相对于所述座椅扶手移动;
    所述第一连腿杆(32)一端在第一端点(321)处与所述座框(31)铰接,另一端在第二端点(322)处与所述传动横杆(22)连接;所述第二连腿杆(33)一端在第三端点(331)处与所述座框(31)的前端铰接,另一端在第四端点(332)处与所述驱动横杆(21)连接,所述第一端点(321)、第二端点(322)、第四端点(332)和第三端点(331)的连线成四边形。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述座部联动组件(34)包括座框联动组件(341),所述座框联动组件(341)包括依次铰接的第一连框杆(3411)、中间联动件(3412)和第二连框杆(3413);
    所述第一连框杆(3411)和第二连框杆(3413)都铰接在所述座框(31)上,所述第一连框杆(3411)、中间联动件(3412)、第二连框杆(3413)和所述座框(31)形成四连杆机构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述座部组件(3)还包括腿部连动杆(35),所述腿部连动杆(35)一端与所述第二连腿杆(33)铰接,另一端与所述中间联动件(3412)铰接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述座部联动组 件(34)还包括平移连杆组件(342)和侧板安装件(343),所述平移连杆组件(342)转动连接在所述座框联动组件(341)和所述侧板安装件(343)之间,所述侧板安装件(343)用于与座椅扶手连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述平移连杆组件(342)包括第一摇杆(3421)、第一中间连杆(3422)、第二中间连杆(3423)和第二摇杆(3424);
    所述第一摇杆(3421)和第二摇杆(3424)都铰接在所述侧板安装件(343)上,所述第一中间连杆(3422)和第二中间连杆(3423)铰接在所述第一摇杆(3421)与所述第二摇杆(3424)之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述平移连杆组件(342)还包括第一连接杆(3425)和第二连接杆(3426),所述第一连接杆(3425)一端与所述第一摇杆(3421)铰接,另一端与所述中间联动件(3412)铰接,所述第二连接杆(3426)的一端分别与所述第一中间连杆(3422)和第二摇杆(3424)铰接,另一端与所述中间联动件(3412)铰接。
