所述第一固定件到所述第一枢转点的距离与所述第一固定件到所述第二枢转点的距离之比大于,所述第一固定件用于与所述第一传动件的一端连接。

进一步地,还包括脚踏伸缩机构,所述脚踏伸缩机构包括连杆组件、主搁脚件和副搁脚组件,所述连杆组件用于带动所述主搁脚件和副搁脚组件相对于所述座框伸展或收缩;
所述连杆组件包括第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆和第四连杆,所述第一连杆与所述第二连杆连接,所述第三连杆与所述第四连杆连接,所述第二连杆的中部与所述第三连杆的中部交叉连接,所述第一连杆和第三连杆分别与所述座框连接,所述第二连杆和第四连杆分别与所述主搁脚件连接。
进一步地,所述脚踏伸缩机构还包括传动连接件;
所述传动连接件设置在所述脚踏伸缩机构与所述第一传动件连接的一端,所述传动连接件一端与所述第一连杆转动连接,所述传动连接件的另一端用于与所述第一传动件连接。
进一步地,所述联动组件、座框、靠背安装件、靠背安装件和脚踏伸缩机构均为两组且相对设置。

本发明优化精简了座椅伸展联动机构的结构,降低了生产成本,压缩了座椅支架的整体高度,通过传动件连接脚踏伸缩机构和联动组件,使座椅从躺姿位置收回时,更加平稳和顺畅,提高了座椅的舒适度。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。

本发明座椅伸展联动机构和座椅支架可以应用于沙发、办公椅、休闲椅等座椅上。可以实现坐姿、伸展姿和躺姿三种位置。其中,坐姿位置,座框部分通常水平,椅背与座框大体垂直;伸展姿位置,脚踏伸缩机构向前伸展;躺姿位置,在伸展姿的基础上,椅背和靠背安装件相对座框向后转动,使可以倾斜躺下。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种座椅伸展联动机构,包括联动组件1、座框3和靠背安装件4,靠背安装件4分别与联动组件1和座框3转动连接;如图2所示,联动组件1包括装配板10和驱动连杆11,装配板10包括侧板部12和支撑部13,驱动连杆11用于与座椅的座框3连接,驱动连杆11转动连接在座框3和侧板部12之间,侧板部12与支撑部13连接,支撑部13用于与座椅的靠背安装件4转动连接。
具体地,侧板部12与支撑部13固定连接或一体成型为L形。侧板部12与支撑部13的夹角为90°-100°。侧板部12与支撑部13可以为两个单独的零件,通过紧固件固定连接,生产过程中可以提高材料的利用率。在一些实施例中,侧板部12与支撑部13也可以为一体弯折成型的L形装配件,可以是一体锻压成型,生产步骤减少。在本实施例中,支撑部13向侧板部12的方向延伸与接近侧板部12的中部的位置固定连接,并形成弯折形,可以增加联动组件的整体结构强度。
具体地,靠背安装件4包括一体弯折成型的第一部段41、第二部段42和第三部段43;第一部段41与座框3的侧边转动连接,第二部段42与支撑部13转动连接,第三部段43用于与座椅的靠背框架连接。具体地,靠背安装件41的第三部段可以设置成插接片的结构可以与座椅的靠背框架插接连接。靠背安装件4可以弯折成类似Z形的安装件。
本发明实施例还提供一种座椅支架,包括联动组件1、座框3、靠背安装件4和第一传动件2,靠背安装件4分别与联动组件1和座框3转动连接;联动组件1包括装配板10和驱动连杆11,装配板10包括侧板部12和支撑部13,驱动连杆11转动连接在座框3和侧板部12之间,侧板部12与支撑部13的一端连接,支撑部13的另一端与靠背安装件4转动连接。
具体地,第一传动件2一端用于与座椅的脚踏伸缩机构5连接,第一传动件2的另一端与侧板部12连接,脚踏伸缩机构5和联动组件1通过第一传动件2传递拉力。座椅的脚踏伸缩机构5与联动组件1之间通过第一传动件2连接,座椅的脚踏伸缩机构5向前伸展时,第一传动件2被拉伸开。具体地,第一传动件2可以为具有弹性恢复力的弹性连接件。在本实施例中,第一传动件2可以为两端具有挂钩或挂环的弹簧,在一些实施例中也可以为弹力绳或弹性拉锁等结构。
具体地,如图4所示,还包括第二传动件22,第二传动件22倾斜设置在座框3与侧板部12之间,第二传动件22一端与座框3的侧壁连接,第二传动件22另一端与侧板部12靠近支撑部13的一端连接。第二传动件22用于使座框3与侧板部12之间保持弹性恢复力,可以使座框在收回的过程中更加快速和顺利。第二传动件22为具有弹性恢复力的弹性连接件,可以为弹簧、弹力绳或其他具有弹力的连接件。
具体地,如图4和5所示,侧板部12的两端分别设置有第一枢转点121和第二枢转点122;侧板部12通过第一枢转点121与驱动连杆11连接,侧板部12通过第二枢转点122与支撑部13弯折连接。驱动连杆11与座框3的中部侧边转动连接。在实际应用中,侧板部12用于与两侧座椅扶手固定连接,侧板部12上设置用于与座椅扶手框架连接的安装钩、定位孔或定位柱。
具体地,侧板部12上还设置第一固定件123;第一固定件123到第一枢转点121的距离与第一固定件123到第二枢转点122的距离之比大于1,第一固定件123用于与第一传动件2的一端连接。侧板部12上还设置第二固定件124;第二固定件124到第一枢转点121的距离与第二固定件124到第二枢转点122的距离之比大于2,第二固定件124用于与第二传动件2的一端连接。具体地,第二固定件124到第二枢转点122的距离更近,且第二固定件124的固定位置靠近侧板部12的下边缘。第一固定件和第二固定件可以为固定钉、固定挂钩、固定销或其他具有固定或挂接功能的零件。
具体地,在本实施例中,联动组件1设置在座框3与靠背安装件4之间,在座椅位置调节过程中用于支撑和带动靠背安装件4相对座框3转动。 座椅在伸展的过程中通过脚踏伸缩机构5带动座框倾斜向上转动,通过第一传动件2拉紧脚踏伸缩机构5。当座椅从躺姿位置收回时,座框在第二传动件的弹性恢复力和自身重力下顺利转动收回。
具体地,还包括脚踏伸缩机构5,如图3所示,脚踏伸缩机构5包括连杆组件51、主搁脚件52和副搁脚组件53,连杆组件51用于带动主搁脚件52和副搁脚组件53相对于座框3伸展或收缩;连杆组件51包括第一连杆511、第二连杆512、第三连杆513和第四连杆514,第一连杆511与第二连杆512连接,第三连杆513与第四连杆514连接,第二连杆512的中部与第三连杆513的中部交叉连接,第一连杆511和第三连杆513分别与座框3连接,第二连杆512和第四连杆514分别与主搁脚件52连接。
具体地,副搁脚组件53包括副搁脚件531和搁脚连杆532,其中,副搁脚件531与主搁脚件52连接,副搁脚件532通过搁脚连杆532与第四连杆514连接。在本实施例中,主搁脚件52和副搁脚件532分别用于安装主搁脚板和副搁脚板。在一些实施例,脚踏伸缩机构5也可能会具有一个、两个或三个等不同数量的搁脚板,脚踏伸缩机构的伸展长度也不同。
具体地,脚踏伸缩机构5还包括传动连接件54;传动连接件54设置在脚踏伸缩机构5与第一传动件2连接的一端,传动连接件54一端与第一连杆511转动连接,传动连接件54的另一端用于与第一传动件2连接。
具体地,本实施例联动组件1、座框3、靠背安装件4、靠背安装件4和脚踏伸缩机构5均为两组且相对设置。
具体地,座椅支架还包括安装横杆6、驱动横杆7和驱动机构;安装横杆6的两端分别与两个支撑部13连接;驱动横杆7的两端分别与两个第一连杆511的中部连接,驱动机构设置在驱动横杆7和安装横杆6之间,以使座椅支架在坐姿、伸展姿和躺姿的位置之间移动。具体地,驱动机构为线性驱动器,可以为推杆电机,本实施例中仅需要一个推杆电机便可以实现座椅在三种位置之间的调节。驱动机构的电机端通过一安装件与安装横杆6连接,驱动机构的推杆端通过安装件与驱动横杆7连接。
具体地,如图6-8为座椅支架的三种位置图,在实际应用中,可以通过遥控器或开关按钮控制驱动机构,驱动座椅联动支架结构在坐姿、伸展姿 和躺姿的位置调节。当座椅支架从坐姿调整到伸展姿位置,驱动机构的推杆向前推动驱动横杆,驱动横杆带动脚踏伸缩机构5向前伸展,联动组件和靠背安装件保持不动。当座椅从伸展姿调节到躺姿位置时,驱动机构继续运行推杆完全伸出,推动驱动横杆7和脚踏伸缩机构5相对向上伸展,带动座框3向上转动,使得第一传动件2拉长,靠背安装件向下和向后转动。当座椅支架从躺姿位置调节收回时,由于坐起时先抬头和上身直立,因此在第二传动件的弹性恢复力和人体的自身重力作用下,使得座框向下转动收回,使得靠背安装件4先转动收回,然后脚踏伸缩机构5收回。在躺姿位置,由于第一传动件2紧拉脚踏伸缩机构,因此靠背安装件先收回,脚踏伸缩机构后折叠收回。过程中具有弹力的第一传动件2和第二传动件可以使座椅支架在位置调节过程中更顺利,同时保证了座椅的展开和收回中靠背安装件和脚踏伸缩机构的运动顺序。
具体地,如图9所示,本发明座椅支架固定在在座椅两侧的扶手框架内,通过安装扶手框架200、靠背框架400和座位框架,然后软包装饰,制作成沙发或休闲座椅。需要说明的是,本实施例装配板与扶手框架连接,且固定不动,靠背框架400可以设置为从座椅正面看是T形的框架,使得T形靠背框架的两突出端与扶手框架不干涉,T型靠背框架400可以绕扶手框架200转动。
如图10所示,本发明座椅支架与原有座椅支架相比,联动组件的零件减少,靠背组件优化为只有一个靠背安装件,且座椅支架的高度明显降低,如图高度尺寸压缩量大于2cm。本发明优化精简了座椅伸展联动机构的结构,压缩了座椅支架的整体高度,降低了生产成本,通过传动件连接脚踏伸缩机构和联动组件,使座椅从躺姿位置收回时,更加平稳和顺畅,提高了座椅的舒适度。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种座椅伸展联动机构,其特征在于,包括联动组件(1)、座框(3)和靠背安装件(4),所述靠背安装件(4)分别与所述联动组件(1)和所述座框(3)转动连接;
    所述联动组件(1)包括装配板(10)和驱动连杆(11),所述装配板(10)包括侧板部(12)和支撑部(13),所述驱动连杆(11)转动连接在所述座框(3)和所述侧板部(12)之间,所述侧板部(12)与所述支撑部(13)的一端连接,所述支撑部(13)的另一端与所述靠背安装件(4)转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅伸展联动机构,其特征在于,所述侧板部(12)与所述支撑部(13)固定连接或一体成型为L形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅伸展联动机构,其特征在于,所述侧板部(12)与所述支撑部(13)的夹角为90°-100°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅伸展联动机构,其特征在于,所述靠背安装件(4)包括一体弯折成型的第一部段(41)、第二部段(42)和第三部段(43);所述第一部段(41)与所述座框(3)的侧边转动连接,所述第二部段(42)与支撑部(13)转动连接,所述第三部段(43)用于与座椅的靠背框架连接。
  5. 一种座椅支架,其特征在于,包括联动组件(1)、座框(3)、靠背安装件(4)和第一传动件(2),所述靠背安装件(4)分别与所述联动组件(1)和所述座框(3)转动连接;
    所述联动组件(1)包括装配板(10)和驱动连杆(11),所述装配板(10)包括侧板部(12)和支撑部(13),所述驱动连杆(11)转动连接在所述座框(3)和所述侧板部(12)之间,所述侧板部(12)与所述支撑部(13)的一端连接,所述支撑部(13)的另一端与所述靠背安装件(4)转动连接;
    所述第一传动件(2)一端用于与座椅的脚踏伸缩机构(5)连接,所述第一传动件(2)的另一端与所述侧板部(12)连接,所述联动组件(1)和脚踏伸缩机构(5)通过所述第一传动件(2)传递拉力。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,还包括第二传动件(22),所述第二传动件(22)倾斜设置在所述座框(3)与所述侧板部(12)之间,所述第二传动件(22)一端与所述座框(3)的侧壁连接,所述第二传动件(22)另一端与所述侧板部(12)靠近所述支撑部(13)的一端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述侧板部(12)的两端分别设置有第一枢转点(121)和第二枢转点(122);
    所述侧板部(12)通过第一枢转点(121)与所述驱动连杆(11)连接,所述侧板部(12)通过第二枢转点(122)与所述支撑部(13)弯折连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述侧板部(12)上还设置第一固定件(123);
    所述第一固定件(123)到所述第一枢转点(121)的距离与所述第一固定件(123)到所述第二枢转点(122)的距离之比大于1,所述第一固定件(123)用于与所述第一传动件(2)的一端连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述侧板部(12)上还设置第二固定件(124);
    所述第二固定件(124)到所述第一枢转点(121)的距离与所述第二固定件(124)到所述第二枢转点(122)的距离之比大于2,所述第二固定件(124)用于与所述第二传动件(22)的一端连接。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述第一传动件(2)和第二传动件(22)为具有弹性恢复力的弹性连接件。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,还包括脚踏伸缩机构(5),所述脚踏伸缩机构(5)包括连杆组件(51)、主搁脚件(52) 和副搁脚组件(53),所述连杆组件(51)用于带动所述主搁脚件(52)和副搁脚组件(53)相对于所述座框(3)伸展或收缩;
    所述连杆组件(51)包括第一连杆(511)、第二连杆(512)、第三连杆(513)和第四连杆(514),所述第一连杆(511)与所述第二连杆(512)连接,所述第三连杆(513)与所述第四连杆(514)连接,所述第二连杆(512)的中部与所述第三连杆(513)的中部交叉连接,所述第一连杆(511)和第三连杆(513)分别与所述座框(3)连接,所述第二连杆(512)和第四连杆(514)分别与所述主搁脚件(52)连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述脚踏伸缩机构(5)还包括传动连接件(54);
    所述传动连接件(54)设置在所述脚踏伸缩机构(5)与所述第一传动件(2)连接的一端,所述传动连接件(54)一端与所述第一连杆(511)转动连接,所述传动连接件(54)的另一端用于与所述第一传动件(2)连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,所述联动组件(1)、座框(3)、靠背安装件(4)、靠背安装件(4)和脚踏伸缩机构(5)均为两组且相对设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种座椅支架,其特征在于,还包括安装横杆(6)、驱动横杆(7)和驱动机构;
    所述安装横杆(6)的两端分别与两个所述支撑部(13)连接;所述驱动横杆(7)的两端分别与两个第一连杆(511)的中部连接,所述驱动机构设置在所述驱动横杆(7)和所述安装横杆(6)之间,以使所述座椅支架在坐姿、伸展姿和躺姿的位置之间移动。
