作为优选,所述脚垫本体内沿前后方向间隔固定或者一体成型有多个第一限位板部,所述第一限位板部的中央开设有用于容纳伸缩杆的移动端的第一定位凹槽,第一定位凹槽内固定或一体成型所述定位柱;伸缩杆的活动端嵌入第一定位凹槽内,同时,第一定位凹槽内的定位柱插入伸缩杆的活动端的第二定位孔内,进而将伸缩杆的活动端轴向限位在脚垫本体内;所述第一限位板部的上方还设置有定位块,所述定位块的中央向上凹陷形成第二限位板部;伸缩杆的活动端的上部嵌入所述第二限位板部形成的第二定位凹槽内,伸缩杆的活动端的下部嵌入第一限位板部的第一定位凹槽内,进而将伸缩杆的活动端轴向和径向限位在脚垫本体内。与现有技术相比,伸缩杆的移动端与脚垫本体的组装更加简单。
作为优选,所述椅座的前端还设置有容纳空间,在脚垫本体处于收纳状态时,脚垫本体收拢在所述容纳空间内;或者,多个伸缩杆之间相互平行,且沿椅座的左右方向间隔分布。
作为优选,所述伸缩杆为三级伸缩杆。所述三级伸缩杆包括固定在椅座内的第一套管、以及穿设在所述第一套管内的第二套管,以及穿设在第二套管内的内杆,所述内杆上靠近脚垫本体的一端与脚垫本体固定连接。三级伸缩杆的伸缩范围大,可以适应不同身高的用户。

综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、该脚垫本体的搁脚调节机构的结构简单,装配方便快捷;
2、椅背上设置有腰靠,极大的提高了人体的舒适性;
3、该搁脚机构与椅背为非联动关系,能够满足客户不同的姿势需求,从而满足人体放松和工作的舒适性。

本实施例公开了办公休闲椅,如图1和图2所示,包括椅脚21以及设置在椅脚21上方的椅座1和椅背22;如图3~6所示,椅座1上设置有搁脚调节机构,搁脚调节机构的前端设置有脚垫本体2;搁脚调节机构包括固定端和移动端,搁脚调节机构的固定端固定在椅座1上,搁脚调节机构的移动端连接有脚垫本体2,其中,搁脚调节机构的移动端即上述所述的搁脚调节机构的前端,搁脚调节机构的移动端移动并带动脚垫本体2展开或者收纳;具体的,搁脚调节机构包括固定在椅座1内的至少两个伸缩杆4,多个伸缩杆4之间相互平行,且沿椅座1的左右方向间隔分布;伸缩杆4的前端伸入脚垫本体2内并与脚垫本体2固定连接,具体的,椅座1内沿前后方向设置有至少两个用于容纳伸缩杆4的第一限位凹槽5,伸缩杆4嵌入第一限位凹槽5内并与第一限位凹槽5固定连接;伸缩杆4的另一端伸入脚垫本体2内并与脚垫本体2固定连接,具体的,以伸缩杆4上与脚垫本体2固定连接的一端为伸缩杆4的移动端,搁脚本体内沿前后方向设置有至少两个用于容纳伸缩杆4的移动端的第二限位凹槽6,伸缩杆4的移动端嵌入第二限位凹槽6内并与第二限位凹槽6固定连接,与现有技术相比,将伸缩杆4的移动端隐藏在脚垫本体2内,使椅子整体更加美观;伸缩杆4伸缩并带动脚垫本体2展开或收纳;椅座1的前端还设置有容纳空间,在脚垫本体2处于收纳状态时,脚垫本体2收拢在容纳空间内。该脚垫本体2的搁脚调节机构的结构简单,装配方便快捷。另外,椅背22的下方设有腰靠23,腰靠23的上端与椅背22铰接,且腰靠23相对于椅背22向前凸出。具体的,椅背22的上部通过掀折装置安装腰靠23,掀折装置包括固定座和连接臂;固定座与连接臂铰接,且通过刚性连接块将至少两个连接臂固定同步运动;固定座与椅背22固定,刚性连接块与腰靠23固定。当人体背部承靠于腰靠23时,腰靠23突出于椅背22外,从而与人体腰部更贴近,为人体腰部提供一支撑力,极大地提高了腰部的舒适性。
在伸缩杆4与椅座1的固定方式上,没有特别的限制,只要能够实现将伸缩杆4轴向和径向限位在椅座1内即可,参照图6、图7和图8所示,作为优选,椅座1内还固定有至少一个压块7,压块7上对应伸缩杆4位置向下延伸形成多个能够嵌入第一限位凹槽5内的限位管8,伸缩杆4插入压块7的限位管8内并通过紧固件将伸缩杆4固定在限位管8内。在使用时,当用户将脚搁在脚垫本体2上后,伸缩杆4会以椅座1的前端为支点,产生一个向下的力并作用在椅座1的前端,同时伸缩杆4的后端会产生向上翘起的趋势并作用在坐板上,压块7的设置可以对伸缩杆4进行径向限位,避免力的作用对坐板以及椅座1的损害。伸缩杆4的外侧壁上向外延伸形成定位凸起9,限位管8上对应定位凸起9位置开设有第一定位孔10,伸缩杆4插入限位管8内,伸缩杆4上的定位凸起9嵌入限位管8上的第一定位孔10内进而将伸缩杆4预组装在限位管8内,在组装伸缩杆4和限位管8时,定位凸起9和第一定位孔10相配合将伸缩杆4预组装的限位管8内,方便通过紧固件将伸缩杆4和限位管8固定连接,其组装方便快捷。
如图9和图10所示,脚垫本体2的第二限位凹槽6内沿前后方向间隔固定或者一体成型有多个第一限位板部11,第一限位板部11的中央开设有用于容纳伸缩杆4的移动端的第一定位凹槽12,第一定位凹槽12内固定或一体成型定位柱13,伸缩杆4的移动端对应定位柱13位置开设有第二定位孔;伸缩杆4的活动端嵌入第一定位凹槽12内,同时,第一定位凹槽12内的定位柱13插入伸缩杆4的活动端的第二定位孔内,进而将伸缩杆4的活动端轴向限位在脚垫本体2内;第一限位板部11的上方还设置有定位块14,定位块14的中央向上凹陷形成第二限位板部15;伸缩杆4的活动端的上部嵌入第二限位板部15形成的第二定位凹槽内,伸缩杆4的活动端的下部嵌入第一限位板部11的第一定位凹槽12内,进而将伸缩杆4的活动端轴向和径向限位在脚垫本体2内。与现有技术相比,伸缩杆4的移动端与脚垫本体2的组装更加简单。
如图4和图10所示,伸缩杆4为三级伸缩杆4,三级伸缩杆4包括固定在椅座1内的第一套管16、以及穿设在第一套管16内的第二套管17,以及穿设在第二套管17内的内杆18,内杆18上靠近脚垫本体2的一端与脚垫本体2固定连接。第一套管16的前端设置有用于限制第二套管17在滑动时脱离第一套管16的第一限位工位,第一限位工位包括第二套管17后端的侧壁上安装有第一弹性凸起,第一套管16的前端对应第一弹性凸起位置开设有第三定位孔,当第二套管17向前伸出时,第二套管17上的第一弹性凸起嵌入第一套管16上的第三定位孔内进而使第一套管16和第二套管17相对固定;第二套管17的前端设置有用于限制内杆18在滑动时脱离第二套管17的第二限位工位,第二限位工位包括内杆18后端的侧壁上安装有第二弹性凸起,第二套管17的前端对应第二弹性凸起位置开设有第四定位孔,当内杆18向前伸出时,内杆18上的第二弹性凸起嵌入第二套管17的第四定位孔内进而使内杆18和第二套管17相对固定,三级伸缩杆4的伸缩范围大,可以适应不同身高的用户。
本具体实施例中的指定方向仅仅是为了便于表述各部件之间位置关系以及相互配合的关系。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 办公休闲椅,包括椅脚(21)以及设置在椅脚(21)上方的椅座(1)和椅背(22);所述椅座(1)上设置有搁脚调节机构,所述搁脚调节机构的前端设置有脚垫本体(2);其特征是:所述搁脚调节机构包括固定在椅座(1)内的至少两个伸缩杆(4),伸缩杆(4)的前端伸入脚垫本体(2)内并与脚垫本体(2)固定连接,伸缩杆(4)伸缩并带动脚垫本体(2)展开或收纳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述椅背(22)的下方设有腰靠(23),且所述腰靠(22)相对于椅背(22)向前凸出。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述椅座(1)内沿前后方向设置有至少两个用于容纳伸缩杆(4)的第一限位凹槽(5),伸缩杆(4)嵌入所述第一限位凹槽(5)内并与第一限位凹槽(5)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述椅座(1)内还固定有至少一个压块(7),所述压块(7)上对应伸缩杆(4)位置向下延伸形成多个能够嵌入第一限位凹槽(5)内的限位管(8),所述伸缩杆(4)插入压块(7)的限位管(8)内并通过紧固件将伸缩杆(4)固定在限位管(8)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述伸缩杆(4)的外侧壁上向外延伸形成定位凸起(9),所述限位管(8)上对应定位凸起(9)位置开设有第一定位孔(10);伸缩杆(4)插入限位管(8)内,伸缩杆(4)上的定位凸起(9)嵌入限位管(8)上的第一定位孔(10)内进而将伸缩杆(4)预组装在限位管(8)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:以伸缩杆(4)上与脚垫本体(2)固定连接的一端为伸缩杆(4)的移动端,所述搁脚本体内沿前后方向设置有至少两个用于容纳伸缩杆(4)的移动端的第二限位凹槽(6),伸缩杆(4)的移动端嵌入所述第二限位凹槽(6)内并与第二限位凹槽(6)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述第二限位凹槽(6)内固定或一体成型有定位柱(13),所述伸缩杆(4)的移动端对应定位柱(13)位置开设有第二定位孔,第二限位凹槽(6)内的定位柱(13)插入伸缩杆(4)的移动端上的定位孔内,进而将伸缩杆(4)的活动端轴向限位在脚垫本体(2)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述脚垫本体(2)内沿前后方向间隔固定或者一体成型有多个第一限位板部(11),所述第一限位板部(11)的中央开设有用于容纳伸缩杆(4)的移动端的第一定位凹槽(12),第一定位凹槽(12)内固定或一体成型所述定位柱(13);伸缩杆(4)的活动端嵌入第一定位凹槽(12)内,同时,第一定位凹槽(12)内的定位柱(13)插入伸缩杆(4)的活动端的第二定位孔内,进而将伸缩杆(4)的活动端轴向限位在脚垫本体(2)内;所述第一限位板部(11)的上方还设置有定位块(14),所述定位块(14)的中央向上凹陷形成第二限位板部(15);伸缩杆(4)的活动端的上部嵌入所述第二限位板部(15)形成的第二定位凹槽内,伸缩杆(4)的活动端的下部嵌入第一限位板部(11)的第一定位凹槽(12)内,进而将伸缩杆(4)的活动端轴向和径向限位在脚垫本体(2)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述椅座(1)的前端还设置有容纳空间,在脚垫本体(2)处于收纳状态时,脚垫本体(2)收拢在所述容纳空间内;或者,多个伸缩杆(4)之间相互平行,且沿椅座(1)的左右方向间隔分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的办公休闲椅,其特征是:所述伸缩杆(4)为三级伸缩杆(4);所述三级伸缩杆(4)包括固定在椅座(1)内的第一套管(16)、以及穿设在所述第一套管(16)内的第二套管(17),以及穿设在第二套管(17)内的内杆(18),所述内杆(18)上靠近脚垫本体(2)的一端与脚垫本体(2)固定连接。
