用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置及座椅单元

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置以及一种包括所述机械伸展装置的座椅单元。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知多种用于可活动的座椅单元,例如具备多位置变换功能的沙发或座椅等。随着人们生活水平的提高,对于沙发、座椅的舒适性要求也日益提高。在已知的设计中,可活动的座椅单元通常具备机械伸展装置,借此能够在坐姿、休闲姿(或者说TV位置)和躺姿状态之间变换,在所述座椅单元从坐姿状态变换至休闲姿状态时,座椅单元的脚凳向前伸出,靠背与坐席部之间的角度基本不变,在所述座椅单元从休闲姿状态向躺姿状态变换时,脚凳较之休闲姿状态进一步向前且向上抬升,靠背显著后仰,从而座椅单元的使用者处于躺姿状态时腿部高于头部,体验到所谓的“零重力”感受。
然而在已知设计中的弊端在于,随着座椅单元向躺姿状态的变换,坐席部过于剧烈地上翘,从而使坐席部与水平面形成过大角度,以至于影响使用者的舒适度。此外,坐席部的剧烈上翘还导致坐席部与靠背之间形成较大缝隙,不仅带来物品掉落的风险,还造成容易夹伤使用者的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种结构简单、更符合人体工程力学且安全性更高的座椅单元。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置,该机械伸展装置包括镜像对称的左右两个半部,以下仅就其中一个半部进行描述。
根据本发明的用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置包括:
-联动支架,所述联动支架包括用于可活动地支撑机械伸展装置的支撑结构、与座椅单元的坐席部可活动地连接的联动结构和用于附接坐席部的座框安装板,所述联动结构包括侧板;
-背部机构,所述背部机构与联动支架可枢转连接并且用于与座椅单元的靠背附接;
-带有搁脚件的腿部伸展结构,所述腿部伸展结构与联动支架可枢转地连接并且所述搁脚件与座椅单元的脚凳附接。
根据本发明的机械伸展装置被构造为,能够实现座椅单元在坐姿状态、休闲姿状态与躺姿状态中两个或三个状态之间的变换。换言之,所述座椅单元能够在坐姿状态、休闲姿状态与躺姿状态之间依次变换或反向的依次变换;所述座椅单元也能够直接从坐姿状态变换为躺姿状态或反向变换。在所述坐姿状态中,搁脚件收拢在坐席部下方;在所述休闲姿状态中,搁脚件伸展至坐席部前方;在所述躺姿状态中,靠背后仰,使得靠背与坐席部之间的角度相对于坐姿状态和所述休闲姿状态中增大,搁脚件伸展至坐席部前方,且搁脚件优选地与在所述休闲姿状态中相比进一步向前且向上延伸,更优选地使得腿部伸展结构的最高点相对于水平面的高度大于背部机构的最高点相对于水平面的高度,从而形成所谓的“零重力”位置,在所述零重力位置中,座椅单元使用者的腿部明显高于头部、至少高于胸部。
根据本发明,所述座框安装板与联动结构在第一铰接点处可相对枢转地铰接,由此形成以侧板和座框安装板的延伸方向为边的第一夹角。在座椅单元的靠背为实现座椅单元向躺姿状态变换的后仰的过程中,所述座框安装板与联动结构通过枢转机构相对枢转并导致所述第一夹角的变化。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述座框安装板与联动结构的侧板在第一铰接点处可相对枢转地铰接,由此形成以该第一铰接点为顶点、以侧板和座框安装板的延伸方向为边的第一夹角。在靠背后仰的过程中,所述座框安装板与侧板通过枢转机构绕第一铰接点相对枢转并导致所述第一夹角的变化。
可选地,座框安装板也可以间接地、例如借助其他连接件、例如一个或多个枢转件与侧板铰接。
根据本发明,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角变化0°至15°、优选变化2°至8°、最优选变化4°至6°。
根据本发明优选地,当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的前端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角变大;而当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的后端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角变小。
在该实施方式中,在靠背后仰的过程中,联动结构的侧板的前端向上且向前移动,从而使得座框安装板与侧板之间的第一铰接点也随之向上且向前移动。与此同时,当第一铰接点设置在前端时,座框安装板的后端作为自由端升高,这使得所述第一夹角变大;而当第一铰接点设置在后端时,座框安装板的前端作为自由端下降,这使得所述第一夹角变小。
与坐席部与侧板固定装配的设计相比,本发明的座框安装板在靠背后仰过程中的向上倾斜程度明显减小。这一方面令使用者能够在躺姿状态下采取更舒展的姿态,从而提高使用舒适度,另一方面消除了因坐席部剧烈上翘所导致的坐席部与靠背之间的间隙,改进了使用便利性并提高了使用安全性。
根据本发明,在所述座框安装板上构造有支承凸缘,坐席部能够安装在所述支承凸缘上。
根据本发明一种可选的实施方式,在座椅单元从坐姿状态变换至休闲姿状态的过程中,座框安装板相对于靠背保持不动。在这种设计方案中,所述支承凸缘能够以其底侧支承在侧板上。优选地在第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的前端的设计方式中,支承凸缘能够以其底侧在座框安装板的后部支承在侧板上,更优选地支承在侧板的相对应的凸起部上,从而使座框安装部在座椅单元从坐姿状态转变至休闲姿状态的过程中始终支承在侧板上,使用者可始终保持较为舒展的姿态,获得更好的舒适度。
根据本发明,所述联动结构包括升降组件,当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的前端时,在靠背后仰的过程中,所述升降组件促使坐席部的后端向上抬升。可选地,当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的后端时,升降组件促使坐席部的前端向下降低。
根据本发明,所述枢转机构设计为座框枢转杆,其中,当第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的前端时,座框安装板在其后端与座框枢转杆的一端在第二铰接点处铰接,其中,座框枢转杆的另一端与联动结构、优选与升降组件铰接。
根据本发明优选地,所述支撑结构包括底座和与所述底座可枢转连接的第一支撑件和第二支撑件分别与底座可枢转地连接,所述升降组件设置在第 一支撑件和第二支撑件之间。
根据本发明优选地,所述升降组件包括升降连动件,所述升降连动件与所述座框枢转杆可枢转地连接。当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的前端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述升降连动件发生枢转,使得座框枢转杆与座框安装板之间的第二铰接点上升,从而将座框安装板的后端向上抬升。在这种设计方式中,座框枢转杆的所述另一端与升降连动件枢转连接。由此,由座框安装板、座框枢转杆、升降连动件和侧板构成四连杆机构。从而在靠背后仰的过程中,当联动结构的升降组件、优选升降连动件在侧板的带动下枢转运动时,推动座框枢转杆与座框安装板之间的第二铰接点向上移动,进而使与座框枢转杆枢转连接的座框安装板的后端上升。当所述第一铰接点设置在所述座框安装板的后端时,通过调整座框枢转杆与升降连动件之间的铰接点在升降连接件上的位置,使得在座椅单元的靠背后仰的过程中,座框枢转杆与升降连动件之间的第二铰接点向前且向下移动,从而通过座框枢转杆迫使座框安装板的前端向下降低。
根据本发明,所述升降组件还包括第一升降连杆和第二升降连杆。在该设计方式中优选地,升降连动件分别与支撑结构、第一升降连杆、背部机构、联动结构可枢转地耦连。
根据本发明,升降连动件设有支撑连接点、传动连接点、背部连接点,优选地还设有联动连接点。所述支撑连接点与支撑结构、优选支撑结构的第二支撑件可枢转地耦连;所述传动连接点与第一升降连杆可枢转地耦连;所述背部连接点与背部机构可枢转地耦连。优选地,所述联动连接点与联动结构、优选所述联动结构的侧板可枢转地耦连。
在该实施方式中优选地,所述传动连接点与所述支撑连接点之间具有第一距离L1,所述传动连接点与所述背部连接点之间具有第二距离L2,第一距离L1与第二L2的比值范围为0.95至0.75。
坐席部、优选座框安装板的支承凸缘与水平方向成第二夹角。在座椅单元的靠背后仰的过程中,所述第二夹角变大。其中优选地,在靠背完全后仰的状态下,也即在躺姿状态中,所述第二夹角为10°与18°之间、最好为14°与16°之间的角度,此时腿部伸展结构的最高点相对于地面的高度为400mm至600mm、优选为554mm。
由此,与坐席部和侧板固定装配的设计方式相比,根据本发明的座椅单 元在躺姿状态下在腿部高度相同的情况下实现了更小幅度的坐席部倾斜,从而提高了使用舒适度。
根据本发明,联动结构还包括第一联动件、第二联动件和第三联动件,第二联动件的中部与侧板转动连接,第二联动件一端与第一联动件的一端连接,第一联动件的另一端与第一支撑件连接,第二联动件的另一端与第三联动件的一端连接,第三联动件另一端与搁脚延伸机构连接。
根据本发明的机械伸展装置还包括腿部伸展结构,所述腿部伸展结构包括第一腿部连杆、第二腿部连杆、第三腿部连杆、第四腿部连杆、搁脚件,其中,所述第一腿部连杆的后端与联动结构铰接,第一腿部连杆的前端与第二腿部连杆的后端铰接,第三腿部连杆的后端与联动机构铰接,第三腿部连杆的前端与第四腿部连杆的后端铰接,第二腿部连杆和第四腿部连杆分别在其前端与搁脚件铰接,其中,所述第二腿部连杆的中部还与第三腿部连杆的中部铰接,优选地,所述第二腿部连杆靠近所述第一腿部连杆的一端设置有第一连接点,所述第二腿部连杆在所述第一连接点处与所述第三腿部连杆的中部铰接。
另一方面,本发明还涉及一种座椅单元,其包括上述机械伸展装置、与所述机械伸展装置附接的扶手、坐席部、靠背、脚凳,优选地包括电动驱动装置。
优选地,所述座椅单元可以设计为铁架落地式的座椅单元,在这种设计方式中,机械伸展装置的支撑结构可活动地支撑在地面上。
优选地,所述座椅单元也可以设计为扶手落地式的座椅单元,在这种设计方式中,机械伸展装置的支撑结构可活动地附接在扶手上,扶手的底面则支撑在地面上。

在此,首先以图1至图7所示的铁架落地式的机械伸展装置为例阐释本 发明,其中,座椅安装板135以其前端与侧板131的前端铰接。
根据图1示意性地示出一种用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置的一种实施方式。所述机械伸展装置包括:联动支架1、背部机构2和腿部伸展结构3。
具体地,如图3所示,联动支架1包括支撑结构12、联动结构13、座框安装板135。
图1至图7所示的机械伸展装置实施为铁架落地式的机械伸展装置,在该实施方式中,支撑结构12包括底座121、第一支撑件122和第二支撑件123。所述底座121包括设置在左侧和右侧的两个镜像对称的侧轨1211,并且优选地还包括将两个侧轨1211相连的前横轨1212和后横轨1213。第一支撑件122以其下端与侧轨1211的前端铰接,并且第二支撑件123以其下端与侧轨1211的后端铰接。
联动结构13包括侧板131、第一联动件132、第二联动件133、第三联动件134、座框枢转杆136和升降组件124。其中,第二联动件133的中部与侧板131转动连接,第二联动件133一端与第一联动件132的一端连接,第一联动件132的另一端与第一支撑件122连接,第二联动件133的另一端与第三联动件134的一端连接,第三联动件134另一端与腿部伸展结构3可枢转地连接。在图1至图7所示的实施方式中,所述座框安装板135在其前端与侧板131的前端在第一铰接点137处铰接,在座椅安装板135的相对置的自由端与座框枢转杆136的一端在第二铰接点138处铰接,其中,座框枢转杆136的另一端与联动结构13、具体而言与联动结构13的升降组件124中的升降连动件1241铰接。
如图5至图7所示,升降组件124包括:升降连动件1241、第一升降连杆1242和第二升降连杆1243。升降组件124设置在第一支撑件122和第二支撑件123之间。
如图5所示,升降连动件1241设有支撑连接点1241a、传动连接点1241b、背部连接点1241c和联动连接点1241d,其中,所述支撑连接点1241a与支撑结构12的第二支撑件123可枢转地耦连,所述传动连接点1241b与第一升降连杆1242的一端可枢转地耦连,第一升降连杆1242的另一端通过第二升降连杆1243与第一支撑件122可枢转地连接;所述背部连接点1241c与背部机 构2的背部连杆22可枢转地耦连,所述联动连接点1241d与联动结构13的侧板131可枢转地耦连。
如图7所示,在该实施方式中,所述传动连接点1241b与所述支撑连接点1241a之间具有第一距离L1,所述传动连接点1241b与所述背部连接点1241c之间具有第二距离L2,所述第一距离L1与第二距离L2的比值范围为0.95至0.75。
在所述座框安装板135上构造有支承凸缘1351,所述支承凸缘优选实施为与座框安装板135一体式构造。
具体地,背部机构2包括与靠背附接的靠背连接件21和与其可枢转地连接的背部连杆22。靠背连接件21与联动结构13的侧板131的后端铰接。
具体地,腿部伸展结构3由多个相互枢转连接的连杆构成,其中,所述第一腿部连杆31的后端与联动结构13的侧板131铰接,第一腿部连杆31的前端与第二腿部连杆32的后端铰接,第三腿部连杆33的后端与侧板131的前端铰接,第三腿部连杆33的前端与第四腿部连杆34的后端铰接,第二腿部连杆32和第四腿部连杆34分别在其前端与搁脚件35铰接,其中,所述第二腿部连杆32靠近所述第一腿部连杆31的一端设置有第一连接点321,所述第二腿部连杆32在所述第一连接点321处与所述第三腿部连杆33的中部铰接。
具体地,联动支架1还包括传动结构14,传动结构14包括相连接的第一传动件141和第二传动件142。第一传动件141一端与第二传动件142铰接,另一端与驱动装置、优选电动驱动装置直接或间接地连接。优选地如图1所示,第一传动件141的一端与第二传动件141的一端铰接,第一传动件141的另一端与侧板131附接并经由枢转连杆与电动驱动装置8连接,第二传动件142的另一端与腿部伸展结构3的第一腿部连杆31连接。驱动装置用于通过传动结构驱动联动支架移动。在一些实施方式中,电动驱动装置可以为推杆电机或滑块电机驱动装置,优选为线性电机;在另一些实施方式中,驱动装置可以为手动驱动装置。
根据本实施方式,通过联动支架1的移动带动背部机构2和腿部伸展装置3伸展或收缩,从而使机械伸展装置能够实现座椅单元在图2、图5所示的坐姿状态、图3、图6所示的休闲姿状态与图4、图7所示的躺姿状态之间的变换,或者在坐姿状态与躺姿状态之间的直接变换。
在图1至图7所示的实施方式中,以能够在坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿三种姿态之间变换的机械伸展装置为例。在坐姿状态中,搁脚件35收拢在坐席部下方;在休闲姿状态中,搁脚件35伸展至坐席部前方;在躺姿状态中,靠背后仰,使得靠背与坐席部之间的角度相对于在坐姿状态中和休闲姿状态中增大,搁脚件35与在所述休闲姿状态中相比进一步向前且向上延伸。
在座椅单元从图2、图5所示的坐姿状态转变至图3、图6所示的休闲姿状态的过程中,联动结构13带动第一支撑件122向前倾斜,进而带动升降组件124向前移动。在此过程中,座框安装板135以其支承凸缘1351的底侧支承在侧板131上,从而使坐席部在此过程中始终相对于侧板131保持不动。
在座椅单元从图3、图6所示的休闲姿状态转变至图4、图7所示的躺姿状态的过程中,侧板131的前端向上且向前移动,从而使得座框安装板135与侧板131之间的第一铰接点137也随之向上且向前移动,这使得座框安装板135的前端前移和上翘。与此同时,升降组件124的升降连动件1241围绕与第二支撑件123的铰接点枢转,如图6、图7所示,在座椅单元向躺姿状态的转变过程中,升降连动件1241围绕与第二支撑件123的铰接点沿逆时针方向枢转,使得座框枢转杆136与升降连动件1241之间的第二铰接点138向上移动,从而使座框枢转杆136推动座框安装板135的后端升高。由此使得座框安装板135的倾斜幅度不那么大。
如图3、图4所示,所述座框安装板135在其前端与侧板131的前端在第一铰接点137处可相对枢转地铰接,由此形成在机械伸展装置的侧面观察的以该第一铰接点137为顶点、以侧板131和座框安装板135的延伸方向为边的第一夹角α。在座椅单元从图3所示的休闲姿状态变换至图4所示躺姿状态的过程中,所述第一夹角α变大,在该实施方式中,所述第一夹角α增大0°至15°、优选增大2°至8°、最优选增大4°至6°。
图8和图9示出另一种铁架落地式的机械伸展装置。图8、图9所示实施方式与图1至图7所示实施方式基本相同,区别仅在于,在图8、图9所示的实施方式中,座椅安装板135以其后端与侧板131的后端铰接。
在该实施方式中,座椅安装板135以其后端与侧板131的后端在第一铰接点137处铰接,在座椅安装板135的相对置的自由端与座框枢转杆136的一端在第二铰接点138处铰接,其中,座框枢转杆136的另一端与联动结构13、具体而言与联动结构13的升降组件124中的升降连动件1241铰接。
通过调整座框枢转杆136与升降连动件1241之间的铰接点在升降连接件1241上的位置,使得在座椅单元的靠背后仰的过程中,座框枢转杆136与升降连动件1241之间的第二铰接点138向前且向下移动,从而通过座框枢转杆136迫使座框安装板135的前端下降。由此使得座框安装板135的倾斜幅度不那么大。
如图8、图9所示,所述座框安装板135在其后端与侧板131的后端在第一铰接点137处可相对枢转地铰接,由此形成以该第一铰接点137为顶点、以侧板131和座框安装板135的延伸方向为边的第一夹角α。在座椅单元从图8所示的休闲姿状态变换至图9所示躺姿状态的过程中,所述第一夹角α变小,在该实施方式中,所述第一夹角α减小0°至15°、优选减小2°至8°、最优选减小4°至6°。
图10至图13b示例性地示出根据本发明的铁架落地式的座椅单元。
如图10所示,所示座椅单元包括根据本发明的机械伸展装置、与所述机械伸展装置附接的扶手4、用于附接坐席部的座框5、靠背6、脚凳7、电动驱动装置。在该实施方式中,所述机械伸展装置通过支撑结构12的底座121可活动地支撑在地面上。
图11a、图11b示出处于坐姿状态下的座椅单元,其中,靠背6基本保持垂直,附接在搁脚件上的脚凳7收拢在坐席部下方。
图12a、图12b示出处于休闲姿状态下的座椅单元,其中,腿部伸展装置带动脚凳7向前且向上伸展,座框5相对于靠背6基本上保持不动。
图13a、图13b示出处于躺姿状态下的座椅单元,其中,靠背6后仰,座框5的前端向上倾斜,然而与现有技术相比,其倾斜角度显著降低。
为清楚起见,图11b、图12b和图13b中去除了一侧的扶手。
根据本发明的座椅单元能够在图11a至图13b所示的坐姿、休闲姿与躺姿状态之间变换,也能够从图11a、图11b所示的坐姿状态直接变换至图13a、图13b所示的躺姿状态或反向变换。
图14、图15示例性地示出根据本发明的扶手落地式的座椅单元。
为清楚起见,去除了在坐姿状态下收拢在坐席部下方的脚凳。如图14所示,所示座椅单元包括根据本发明的机械伸展装置、与所述机械伸展装置附接的扶手4、用于附接坐席部的座框5、靠背6、电动驱动装置以及未示出的脚凳。在该实施方式中,扶手4分别与支撑结构12的底座固定连接,并且扶手 4的底面也支撑在地面上。
图15示出了处于坐姿状态下的座椅单元的侧视图,其中,为清楚起见,去除了一侧的扶手。
如图12b和图13b所示,在机械伸展装置或者说座椅单元的侧面观察,用于支承坐席部5的支承凸缘1351与水平方向成第二夹角β。在座椅单元从休闲姿状态转变至躺姿状态的过程中,所述第二夹角β变大,其中优选地,在躺姿状态中,所述第二夹角β为10°与18°之间、最好为14°与16°之间的角度。在此状态下,腿部伸展结构3的最高点相对于地面的高度为400mm至600mm、优选为554mm。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于可活动的座椅单元的机械伸展装置,包括:
    -联动支架(1),所述联动支架包括用于可活动地支撑机械伸展装置的支撑结构(12)、与座椅单元的坐席部可活动地连接的联动结构(13)和用于附接坐席部的座框安装板(135),所述联动结构(13)具有侧板(131);
    -背部机构(2),所述背部机构(2)与联动支架(1)可枢转连接并且用于与座椅单元的靠背附接;
    -带有搁脚件的腿部伸展结构(3),所述腿部伸展结构(3)与联动支架(1)可枢转地连接并且所述搁脚件与座椅单元的脚凳附接;
    其中,所述座框安装板(135)与联动结构(13)、优选与侧板(131)在第一铰接点(137)处可相对枢转地铰接,由此形成优选以该第一铰接点(137)为顶点、以侧板(131)和座框安装板(135)的延伸方向为边的第一夹角(α),在靠背为实现座椅单元向躺姿状态变换的后仰过程中,所述座框安装板(135)与联动结构(13)、优选侧板(131)通过枢转机构优选绕第一铰接点(137)相对枢转并导致所述第一夹角(α)的变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角(α)变化0°至15°、优选变化2°至8°、最优选变化4°至6°。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的前端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角(α)变大;而当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的后端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第一夹角(α)变小。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,所述联动结构(13)包括升降组件(124),当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的前端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述升降组件(124)促使坐席部的后端向上抬升;当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的后端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述升降组件(124)促使坐席部的前端向下降低。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,所述枢转机构被设计为座框枢转杆(136),其中,当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的前端时,座框安装板(135)在其后端与座框枢转杆(136)的一端在第二 铰接点(138)处铰接,其中,座框枢转杆(136)的另一端与联动结构(13)、优选与所述升降组件(124)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件(124)包括升降连动件(1241),所述升降连动件(1241)与所述座框枢转杆(136)可枢转地连接,当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的前端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述升降连动件(1241)枢转,使得座框枢转杆(136)与座框安装板(135)之间的第二铰接点(138)上升,从而将座框安装板(135)的后端向上抬升;当所述第一铰接点(137)设置在所述座框安装板(135)的后端时,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述升降连动件(1241)枢转,使得座框枢转杆(136)与座框安装板(135)之间的第二铰接点(138)下降,从而将座框安装板(135)的前端向下降低。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件(124)还包括第一升降连杆(1242)和第二升降连杆(1243),其中优选地,升降连动件(1241)分别与支撑结构(12)、第一升降连杆(1242)、背部机构(2)、联动结构(13)可枢转地耦连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,所述升降连动件(1241)设有支撑连接点(1241a)、传动连接点(1241b)、背部连接点(1241c)和优选联动连接点(1241d),其中,所述支撑连接点(1241a)与支撑结构(12)、优选支撑结构(12)的第二支撑件(123)可枢转地耦连,所述传动连接点(1241b)与第一升降连杆(1242)可枢转地耦连,所述背部连接点(1241c)与背部机构(2)可枢转地耦连,优选地,所述联动连接点(1241d)与联动结构(13)、优选所述联动结构(13)的侧板(131)可枢转地耦连,并且其中优选地,所述传动连接点(1241b)与所述支撑连接点(1241a)之间具有第一距离(L1),所述传动连接点(1241b)与所述背部连接点(1241c)之间具有第二距离(L2),所述第一距离(L1)与第二距离(L2)的比值范围为0.95至0.75。
  9. 根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,坐席部与水平方向成第二夹角(β),其中,在靠背的后仰过程中,所述第二夹角(β)变大。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的机械伸展装置,其特征在于,在靠背完全后仰的状态下,所述第二夹角(β)为10°与18°之间、最好为14°与16°之间的角度,并且腿部伸展结构(3)的最高点相对于地面的高度为400mm至600mm、优选 为554mm。
  11. 一种可活动的座椅单元,该座椅单元包括:根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的机械伸展装置、与所述机械伸展装置附接的扶手、坐席部、靠背、脚凳,优选包括电动驱动装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的座椅单元,其特征在于,所述机械伸展装置通过支撑结构(12)可活动地支撑在地面上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的座椅单元,其特征在于,所述机械伸展装置的支撑结构(12)可活动地附接在扶手上,所述扶手的底面支撑在地面上。
