进一步地,所述第二搁脚件的中部设置有第一限位件,当所述第一限位件与所述第二连接件配合抵靠时,所述第二搁脚件收缩到极限位置,用于防止搁脚件出现松动现象。
进一步地,所述第二连杆靠近所述第一连杆的一端设置有第一连接点,所述第二连杆在所述第一连接点处与所述第三连杆的中部铰接,所述第三连杆用于与所述联动支架连接。

进一步地,当所述搁脚延伸机构收缩到极限位置时,所述第一搁脚件位于所述第二搁脚件的上方,所述第一搁脚件的搁脚面与所述第二搁脚件的搁脚面处于同一竖直平面内。
进一步地,当所述搁脚延伸机构从收缩位置伸展到极限位置时,所述第一搁脚件与所述第二搁脚件的搁脚面转动朝上,且所述第一搁脚件与所述第 二搁脚件彼此间隔开。
进一步地,还包括搁脚板组件,所述搁脚板组件包括第一搁脚板和第二搁脚板,所述第一搁脚板与所述第一搁脚件连接,所述第二搁脚板与所述第二搁脚件连接。
本发明还提供一种座椅伸缩装置,包括:所述的搁脚延伸机构,联动支架和背部机构;
所述联动支架一端与所述背部机构连接,所述联动支架的另一端与所述搁脚延伸机构连接,所述搁脚延伸机构与所述搁脚板组件连接。
由于上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明搁脚延伸机构的第一搁脚件通过连动杆与第四连杆铰接,使得第一搁脚件和第二搁脚件可以更加灵活的靠拢和分隔开,收缩时,两搁脚件收回靠拢,占用空间小;伸展时,搁脚延伸机构的伸展长度增加,能够更好的支撑腿部和脚部,提高座椅舒适性和满足不同身高用户的使用需求。

实施例
本实施例提供了一种搁脚延伸机构,如图1所示,包括:第一连杆1、第二连杆2、第三连杆3、第四连杆4、第一搁脚件5、连动杆6、第二搁脚件7和搁脚连接件8;
第二连杆2一端与第一搁脚件5铰接,第二连杆2的另一端与第一连杆1铰接,第一连杆1用于与座椅的联动支架10铰接,第四连杆4一端与第二搁脚件7铰接,第四连杆4的另一端与第三连杆3铰接,第一搁脚件5与连动杆6的一端铰接,连动杆6的另一端与第四连杆4的中部铰接;
搁脚连接件8包括第一连接件81和第二连接件82,第一连接件81一端 与第二搁脚件7的中部铰接,第一连接件81的另一端与第二连接件82的一端铰接,第二连接件82的另一端与第二连杆2的中部铰接,第二连接件82的中部与第四连杆4的中部铰接。
在本实施例中,第一搁脚件5通过连动杆6与第四连杆4铰接,第四连杆与第二搁脚件连接,第一搁脚件5与第四连杆没有连接关系,增加了第一搁脚件和第二搁脚件在收缩或伸展过程中的运动灵活性。第一搁脚件5、连动杆6、第四连杆4、第二连接件82和第二连杆2构成五连杆机构,第一搁脚件可以更加灵活的与第二搁脚件靠拢或分隔开,增加了分隔后第一搁脚件与第二搁脚件的距离,增加了第二搁脚件的延伸长度。
具体地,第二搁脚件7的中部设置有第一限位件71,当第一限位件71与第二连接件82配合抵靠时,第二搁脚件7收缩到极限位置。在本实施例中,第一限位件71用于限制第二搁脚件的最大收缩位置,避免第二搁脚件收不到预定位置,出现松动现象。同时保持第二搁脚件的搁脚面与第一搁脚件的搁脚面都处于竖直平面内,提高座椅收缩状态时的美观性。
具体地,第二连杆2靠近第一连杆1的一端设置有第一连接点21,第二连杆2在第一连接点21处与第三连杆3的中部铰接,第三连杆3用于与联动支架10连接。第二连杆2与第三连杆3交叉连接。
具体地,第二连杆2靠近第一搁脚件5的一端设有第二连接点22,第二连杆2在第二连接点22处与第二连接件82连接。在本实施例中,第一连接件81和第二连接件82用于连接并支撑第二搁脚件7,第二搁脚件7、第一连接件81、第二连接件82与第四连杆4构成可以折叠和伸展的四连杆机构,用于支撑和带动第二搁脚件7伸展。
具体地,第四连杆4靠近第二搁脚件7的一端依次设置有搁脚连接点41、连动杆连接点42和连接件连接点43;第四连杆4在搁脚连接点41处与第二搁脚件7连接,第四连杆4在连动杆连接点42处与连动杆6连接,第四连杆4在连接件连接点43处与第二连接件82连接,连动杆连接点42设置在搁脚连接点41与连接件连接点43之间。
具体地,第一搁脚件5上设置有第二连杆连接点51和联动点52,联动点52到连动杆连接点42的距离大于联动点52到第二连杆连接点51的距离。具体地,联动点52到第二连杆连接点51的距离小于联动点52到连动杆连接 点42的距离,使得第一搁脚件5在伸展时第二连杆2带动第二连杆连接点51相对联动点52向下运动,使得第一搁脚件5的搁脚面顺利转动到搁脚面朝上的水平位置,使第一搁脚件的展开更加灵活和快速。
具体地,在本实施例中,第一连杆1、第二连杆2、第三连杆3、第四连杆4、第一搁脚件5、连动杆6、第二搁脚件7和搁脚连接件8之间的连接均为可枢转的连接或铰接,各个零件之间可以通过转轴、轴销、铆钉、螺栓和螺母的组合,或者其它可以实现可枢转连接的紧固件连接。
优选地,在本实施例中,当搁脚延伸机构收缩到极限位置时,第一搁脚件5位于第二搁脚件7的上方,第一搁脚件5的搁脚面可以与第二搁脚件7的搁脚面处于同一竖直平面内。当搁脚延伸机构从收缩位置伸展到极限位置时,第一搁脚件5与第二搁脚件7的搁脚面转动朝上,且第一搁脚件5与第二搁脚件7彼此间隔开。
具体地,如图2所示,还包括搁脚板组件9,搁脚板组件9包括第一搁脚板91和第二搁脚板92,第一搁脚板91与第一搁脚件5连接,第二搁脚板92与第二搁脚件7连接。具体地,第一搁脚件和第二搁脚件上分别设置有向内弯折的搁脚面,搁脚面用于与搁脚板固定连接,即第一搁脚板和第二搁脚板分别固定在其对应的搁脚面上。
在本实施例中,如图2和3所示,座椅联动支架10驱动第一连杆1和第三连杆3转动,使得搁脚延伸机构从图2所示的收缩位置移动到图3所示的伸展位置,伸展位置中第一搁脚件5和第二搁脚件7的搁脚面处于水平的位置。在搁脚延伸机构从收缩位置伸展到极限位置的过程中,第二连杆2带动第一搁脚件5向上转动,连动杆6随第一搁脚件5转动,使第一搁脚件5转动更灵活的同时支撑第一搁脚件5,第四连杆4带动第二搁脚件7和搁脚连接件8向前延伸和向上转动,直到第二搁脚件7伸展到极限位置。在搁脚延伸机构从伸展位置收缩到极限位置的过程中,搁脚延伸机构中各部件运动方向与伸展过程中相反。
在一些实施例中,当搁脚延伸机构伸展到极限位置时,第一搁脚件和第二搁脚件之间的距离大于140mm,优选地,可以为145mm、147mm、150mm或155mm,增加了第一搁脚件和第二搁脚件伸展后的间隔距离。
本发明搁脚延伸机构的第一搁脚件通过连动杆与第四连杆铰接,使得第 一搁脚件和第二搁脚件可以更加灵活的靠拢和分隔开,收缩时,两搁脚件收回靠拢,占用空间小;伸展时,搁脚延伸机构的伸展长度增加,能够更好的支撑腿部和脚部,提高座椅舒适性和满足不同身高用户的使用需求。
本实施例还提供一种座椅伸缩装置,如图2-5所示,包括:搁脚延伸机构,联动支架10和背部机构11;联动支架10一端与背部机构11连接,联动支架10的另一端与搁脚延伸机构连接,搁脚延伸机构与搁脚板组件9连接。
具体地,联动支架10包括支撑结构12和联动结构13,支撑结构12包括底座121、第一支撑件122、第二支撑件123和底座连动组件124,其中,底座121的一端与第一支撑件122连接,底座121的另一端和第二支撑件123连接,底座连动组件124设置在第一支撑件122和第二支撑件123之间。具体地,底座连动组件124包括:座椅连动件125和背部连动件126,座椅连动件125一端与第一支撑件122连接,座椅连动件125的另一端与背部连动件126连接。
具体地,联动结构13包括:侧板131、第一联动件132、第二联动件133和第三联动件134,第二联动件133的中部与侧板131转动连接,第二联动件133一端与第一联动件132的一端连接,第一联动件132的另一端与第一支撑件122连接,第二联动件133的另一端与第三联动件134的一端连接,第三联动件134另一端与搁脚延伸机构连接;
具体地,联动支架10还包括传动结构14,传动结构14包括相连接的第一传动件141和第二传动件142,第一传动件用于与驱动装置连接,第二传动件与搁脚延伸机构连接,驱动装置用于通过传动结构驱动联动支架移动。在一些实施例中,驱动装置可以为手动驱动装置;在另一些实施例中,驱动装置可以为电动驱动装置,电动驱动装置可以为推杆电机或滑块电机驱动装置。
具体地,在本实施例中,背部机构11与联动结构13的侧板131连接,通过联动支架10的移动带动背部机构11和搁脚延伸机构伸展或收缩。
在本实施例中,搁脚延伸机构和背部机构可以连续进行调节,当仅搁脚延伸机构伸展时,对应的座椅为休闲姿位置,当搁脚延伸机构和背部机构都伸展到极限位置时,对应的座椅为躺姿位置,当搁脚延伸机构和背部机构收缩到极限位置时,对应的座椅为坐姿位置。
本实施例一种搁脚延伸机构及座椅伸缩装置,通过调整搁脚延伸机构结构,使搁脚延伸机构的伸缩更加灵活、伸展长度增加,能够更好的支撑腿部和脚部,提高座椅舒适性和满足不同身高用户的使用需求。
本实施例座椅伸缩装置为两组,两组伸缩装置基于底座中心面相间隔且对称设置。座椅伸缩装置上设置有座框,座椅伸缩装置经过软包为成品沙发。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,包括:第一连杆(1)、第二连杆(2)、第三连杆(3)、第四连杆(4)、第一搁脚件(5)、连动杆(6)、第二搁脚件(7)和搁脚连接件(8);
    所述第二连杆(2)一端与所述第一搁脚件(5)铰接,另一端与所述第一连杆(1)铰接,所述第一连杆(1)用于与座椅的联动支架(10)铰接,所述第四连杆(4)一端与所述第二搁脚件(7)铰接,另一端与所述第三连杆(3)铰接,所述第一搁脚件(5)与所述连动杆(6)的一端铰接,所述连动杆(6)的另一端与所述第四连杆(4)的中部铰接;
    所述搁脚连接件(8)包括第一连接件(81)和第二连接件(82),所述第一连接件(81)一端与所述第二搁脚件(7)的中部铰接,另一端与所述第二连接件(82)的一端铰接,所述第二连接件(82)的另一端与第二连杆(2)的中部铰接,所述第二连接件(82)的中部与所述第四连杆(4)的中部铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,所述第二搁脚件(7)的中部设置有第一限位件(71),当所述第一限位件(71)与所述第二连接件(82)配合抵靠时,所述第二搁脚件(7)收缩到极限位置,用于防止搁脚件出现松动现象。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(2)靠近所述第一连杆(1)的一端设置有第一连接点(21),所述第二连杆(2)在所述第一连接点(21)处与所述第三连杆(3)的中部铰接,所述第三连杆(3)用于与所述联动支架(10)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,所述第二连杆(2)靠近所述第一搁脚件(5)的一端设有第二连接点(22),所述第二连杆(2)在所述第二连接点(22)处与所述第二连接件(82)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,所述第四连杆(4)靠近所述第二搁脚件(7)的一端依次设置有搁脚连接点(41)、连动杆连接点(42)和连接件连接点(43);
    所述第四连杆(4)在所述搁脚连接点(41)处与所述第二搁脚件(7)连接,所述第四连杆(4)在所述连动杆连接点(42)处与所述连动杆(6) 连接,所述第四连杆(4)在所述连接件连接点(43)处与所述第二连接件(82)连接,所述连动杆连接点(42)设置在所述搁脚连接点(41)与所述连接件连接点(43)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,所述第一搁脚件(5)上设置有第二连杆连接点(51)和联动点(52),所述联动点(52)到所述连动杆连接点(42)的距离大于所述联动点(52)到所述第二连杆连接点(51)的距离。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,当所述搁脚延伸机构收缩到极限位置时,所述第一搁脚件(5)位于所述第二搁脚件(7)的上方,所述第一搁脚件(5)的搁脚面与所述第二搁脚件(7)的搁脚面处于同一竖直平面内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,当所述搁脚延伸机构从收缩位置伸展到极限位置时,所述第一搁脚件(5)与所述第二搁脚件(7)的搁脚面转动朝上,且所述第一搁脚件(5)与所述第二搁脚件(7)彼此间隔开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搁脚延伸机构,其特征在于,还包括搁脚板组件(9),所述搁脚板组件(9)包括第一搁脚板(91)和第二搁脚板(92),所述第一搁脚板(91)与所述第一搁脚件(5)连接,所述第二搁脚板(92)与所述第二搁脚件(7)连接。
  10. 一种座椅伸缩装置,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1-9项中任意一项所述的搁脚延伸机构,联动支架(10)和背部机构(11);所述联动支架(10)一端与所述背部机构(11)连接,所述联动支架(10)的另一端与所述搁脚延伸机构连接,所述搁脚延伸机构与所述搁脚板组件(9)连接。
