进一步地,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态的过程中,α≤20°,相对应的β≥20°,通过限定距离和角度,使整体装置在伸展状态中达到合适的角度,增强人的舒适度。
具体地,所述座椅联动结构14还包括:座椅传动联动142和座椅联动件143,所述座椅传动联动142的一端与所述传动连接点1412连接,所述座椅传动联动142的另一端与所述座椅联动件143的一端连接,所述座椅联动件143的其余两端分别与所述第二转动件13和所述联动组件2连接。
进一步地,所述背部联动件141还包括联动连接点1414,所述联动连接点1414与所述联动组件2连接。
进一步地,所述联动连接点1414与所述联动组件2连接处为A处,所述座椅联动件143与所述联动组件2连接处为B处不同点。
具体地,所述联动组件2包括侧部联动件21和固定连接件22,所述侧部联动件21一端与所述背部组件3连接,所述侧部联动件21另一端与所述腿部组件4连接,所述固定连接件22的一端与所述侧部联动件21连接,所述固定连接件22的另一端与所述第二转动件13连接,其中,所述固定连接件22呈弧形,提高腿部组件和背部组件同时运动的稳定性。
进一步地,所述联动组件2还包括:腿部驱动件23、腿部传动件24、第一连接件25和第二连接件26;
所述第一连接件25一端与所述侧部联动件21连接,所述第一连接件25另一端与所述第二连接件26一端连接,所述第二连接件26另一端与所述腿部组件4连接;
所述腿部驱动件23通过所述腿部传动件24与所述腿部组件4连接,这样传动性好,避免卡死,所述腿部传动件24通过单电机驱动或手动驱动。
具体地,所述背部组件3还包括:背部靠件31和背部连接件32,所述背部靠件31一端与所述背部连接件32连接,所述背部靠件31另一端与所述侧部联动件21连接,其中,所述背部连接件32与所述背部连接点1413连接。
具体地,所述腿部组件4包括:脚板41、第一腿部连接结构42和第二腿部连 接结构43,所述第一腿部连接结构42和所述第二腿部连接结构43均与所述脚板41连接,所述第一腿部连接结构42与所述第二连接件26连接,所述第二腿部连接结构43与所述侧部联动件21连接。
一些实施例中,所述机械式伸展沙发铁架还包括支撑组件5,所述支撑组件5包括第一支撑件51和第二支撑件52,所述第一支撑件51设置在所述背部组件3上,所述第二支撑件52设置在所述腿部组件4上。
实施例一能够在保证背部组件和腿部组件同时运动的稳定性下,满足人们在处于仰卧状态的失重感。
实施例二
本实施例二提供一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,与实施例一的区别在于:L1与L2的比值范围为0.75。
进一步地,所述腿部组件4的最高点与所述背部组件3的最高点的高度差为H为300mm。
进一步地,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态的过程中,40mm≤H≤300mm。
进一步地,所述联动组件2与所述底座11夹角为α,相对应的所述背部组件3与所述底座11的夹角为β,其中,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态时,α=22°,相对应的β=19°。
进一步地,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态的过程中,α≤22°,相对应的β≥19°,通过限定距离和角度,使整体装置在伸展状态中达到合适的角度,增强人的舒适度。
进一步地,实施例二的其他部件或结构均与实施例一相同,再次不再赘述。
实施例二能够使腿部组件的最高点与背部组件最高点的高度差最大化,提高
人们处于仰卧状态的失重感。
实施例三
本实施例三提供一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,与实施例一的区别在于:L1与L2的比值范围为0.6。
进一步地,所述腿部组件4的最高点与所述背部组件3的最高点的高度差为H为280mm。
进一步地,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态的过程中,40mm≤H≤280mm。
进一步地,所述联动组件2与所述底座11夹角为α,相对应的所述背部组件3与所述底座11的夹角为β,其中,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态时,α=21°,相对应的β=19.5°。
进一步地,当所述背部组件3和所述腿部组件4均调节为伸展状态的过程中,α≤21°,相对应的β≥19.5°,通过限定距离和角度,使整体装置在伸展状态中达到合适的角度,增强人的舒适度。
进一步地,实施例三的其他部件或结构均与实施例一相同,再次不再赘述。实
施例三能够兼顾人们处于仰卧状态对失重感体验和,背部组件和腿部组件同
时运动的稳定性。
实施一至实施例三均能够通过座椅联动结构中的背部联动件的连接点之间的距离不同,在背部组件和腿部组件调节为伸展状态时,提高腿部组件最高点与背部组件最高点的高度差,使人在低位处于仰卧状态,腿部更高于头部,体验到一种完全失重的感觉,结构稳定,设计巧妙,适用性强,便于推广。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,包括:座椅组件(1)、联动组件(2)、背部组件(3)和腿部组件(4),其特征在于,
    所述座椅组件(1)包括:底座(11)、第一转动件(12)、第二转动件(13)和座椅联动结构(14),所述第一转动件(12)和所述第二转动件(13)均与所述底座(11)连接,所述座椅联动结构(14)设置在所述第一转动件(12)和所述第二转动件(13)之间;
    所述座椅联动结构(14)包括:背部联动件(141),所述背部联动件(141)设有座椅连接点(1411)、传动连接点(1412)和背部连接点(1413),所述座椅连接点(1411)与所述第一转动件(12)连接,所述背部连接点(1413)与所述背部组件(3)连接,其中,所述传动连接点(1412)与所述座椅连接点(1411)的距离为L1,所述传动连接点(1412)与所述背部连接点(1413)的距离为L2,L1与L2的比值范围为0.95~0.75;
    所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)分别与所述联动组件(2)连接,所述联动组件(2)与所述座椅联动结构(14)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)均可通过所述座椅组件(1)调节为伸展状态,其中,所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)同时进行调节。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,当所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)均调节为伸展状态时,所述腿部组件(4)的最高点的高度大于所述背部组件(3)的最高点的高度,其中,所述腿部组件(4)的最高点与所述背部组件(3)的最高点的高度差为H,H≤300mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,当所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)均调节为伸展状态的过程中,40mm≤H≤300mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述联 动组件(2)与所述底座(11)夹角为α,相对应的所述背部组件(3)与所述底座(11)的夹角为β,其中,当所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)均调节为伸展状态时,α=22°,相对应的β=19°。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,当所述背部组件(3)和所述腿部组件(4)均调节为伸展状态的过程中,α≤22°,相对应的β≥19°。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述底座(11)设置在地面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述座椅联动结构(14)还包括:座椅传动联动(142)和座椅联动件(143),所述座椅传动联动(142)的一端与所述传动连接点(1412)连接,所述座椅传动联动(142)的另一端与所述座椅联动件(143)的一端连接,所述座椅联动件(143)的其余两端分别与所述第二转动件(13)和所述联动组件(2)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述背部联动件(141)还包括联动连接点(1414),所述联动连接点(1414)与所述联动组件(2)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种机械式伸展沙发铁架,其特征在于,所述联动组件(2)包括侧部联动件(21)和固定连接件(22),所述侧部联动件(21)一端与所述背部组件(3)连接,所述侧部联动件(21)另一端与所述腿部组件(4)连接,所述固定连接件(22)的一端与所述侧部联动件(21)连接,所述固定连接件(22)的另一端与所述第二转动件(13)连接。
