在一实施例中,机械伸展装置包括腿部伸展机构和座框靠背抬升机构,由坐姿切换至休闲姿时,驱动组件驱动腿部伸展机构打开,以使搁腿板翻转至前方,便于用户搭放腿部。由休闲姿切换至躺姿时,驱动组件继续驱动,使座框靠背抬升机构抬升座框和靠背,座框和靠背向后倾斜,以使用户能够躺卧(此时腿部伸展机构处于打开状态)。
然而,相关技术中具有机械伸展装置的沙发,座框和靠背为分体式结构,为实现抬升座框和靠背的功能,座框靠背抬升机构需要与座框和靠背连接,不仅结构复杂,使得沙发尺寸较大,而且还要保证座框和靠背同步向后倾斜,为设计增加了一定难度,同时也不利于后期维护检修和保养。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种沙发,能够实现坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿三种功能切换的同时,能够简化沙发结构,降低设计难度,利于后期维护检修以及保养等。
本申请一实施例提供了一种沙发,包括:间隔设置的两个扶手单元;伸展装置,连接于两个所述扶手单元之间,所述伸展装置包括间隔设置的两个伸展支架,每个所述伸展支架分别包括相连的腿部伸展机构;搁脚板单元,连接于所述腿部伸展机构的前端,并具有收纳状态和搁脚状态;及座框靠背单元,包括连为一体且呈夹角设置的座框部和靠背部,所述伸展装置连接于所述座框部的底部。

在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种沙发,包括间隔设置的两个扶手单元1、设置于两个扶手单元1之间的伸展装置2、搁脚板单元3和座框靠背单元4。
参见图2,伸展装置2连接于两个扶手单元1之间。参见图3和图4,伸展装置2包括间隔设置的两个伸展支架,每个伸展支架包括相连的腿部伸展机构23。如图2所示,搁脚板单元3连接于两个腿部伸展机构23的前端,并具有收纳状态(参见图12)和搁脚状态(参见图13)。腿部伸展机构23的伸展和回收能够驱使搁脚板单元3在收纳状态和搁脚状态之间切换。座框靠背单元4包括连为一体且呈夹角设置的座框部41和靠背部42,伸展装置2连接于座框部41的底部。
本实施例中,通过驱使腿部伸展机构23伸展,可使搁脚板单元3由收纳状态翻转至搁脚状态,即搁脚板单元3翻转至座框部41的前方,用户可以将腿部搭放于搁脚板单元3上,提高舒适度。相比于相关技术中将座框部41和靠背部42设置为分体式的结构,本实施例提供的沙发,其座框部41和靠背部42为一体式,将伸展装置2与座框部41的底部连接即可,无需同时与座框部41和靠背部42连接,不增加额外的连接结构,在实现坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿三种功能切换的同时,简化了沙发结构,降低了设计难度,利于后期维护检修以及保养等。
在本实施例中,参见图3和图4,伸展装置2还包括驱动组件21和传动连杆22。传动连杆22连接于两个伸展支架之间,设置为带动两个伸展支架同时展开或收回。每个伸展支架还包括座框靠背抬升机构24,座框靠背抬升机构24连接于座框部41的底部。本实施例中,两个伸展支架的结构相同。
用户将沙发由坐姿切换至休闲姿时,驱动组件21通过传动连杆22驱动腿部伸展机构23伸展,以使搁脚板单元3由收纳状态翻转至搁脚状态(由图12的坐姿状态转换至图13的休闲状态),即搁脚板单元3翻转至座框部41的前方,用户可以将腿部搭放于搁脚板单元3上,提高舒适度。
当用户将沙发由休闲姿切换至躺姿时,驱动组件21能够通过传动连杆22驱动座框靠背抬升机构24伸展,以使座框靠背单元4在预设角度范围内向后倾斜(由图13的休闲状态转换至图14的躺卧状态),以使用户可以安全躺卧,此驱动过程中腿部伸展机构23始终保持展开状态。即,躺姿状态下,用户背部既可以向后躺倒,腿部也可以搭放于搁脚板单元3上。本实施例提供的沙发,将座框靠背抬升机构24与座框部41的底部连接即可,无需同时与座框部41和靠背部42连接,不增加额外的连接结构,在实现坐姿、休闲姿和躺姿三种功能切换的同时,简化了沙发结构,降低了设计难度,利于后期维护检修以及保养等。
参见图3、图5以及图7,伸展装置2还包括与扶手单元1固定连接的底部支架25。在一实施例中,底部支架25包括沿前后方向延伸的第一固定杆251,第一固 定杆251作为座框靠背抬升机构24的安装连杆,从而实现整个伸展装置2在两个扶手单元1之间的固定。底部支架25还包括第二固定杆252和第三固定杆253,第二固定杆252的第一端和第三固定杆253的第一端固定连接于两个扶手单元1中其中一个的第一侧面,第二固定杆252的第二端和第三固定杆253的第二端连接于两个扶手单元1中其中另一个的第一侧面,两个扶手单元1的第一侧面相对设置,第二固定杆252间隔设置于第三固定杆253的前侧。第一固定杆251设置于第二固定杆252和第三固定杆253上,并与第二固定杆252和第三固定杆253垂直连接,该连接可通过螺钉实现。
参见图3和图4,第二固定杆252和第三固定杆253二者的两端分别垂直设置有连接板,每个连接板上布设有四个连接孔,可使用螺钉穿过该连接孔,并螺纹连接于扶手单元1上,实现底部支架25的固定。在一实施例中,连接孔可为条形孔,避免出现连接孔与扶手单元1上螺纹孔不对应的情况。
参见图7和图8,传动连杆22上设置有向下延伸的第一连臂254,第二固定杆252上设置有向下延伸的第二连臂255,且第二连臂255为拐臂。驱动组件21包括壳体211和直线输出端212,壳体211转动连接于第二连臂255的下端,直线输出端212转动连接于第一连臂254的下端。在驱动组件21的直线输出端212伸出壳体211,以推动伸展装置2伸展的过程中,直线输出端212的前端相对第一连臂254能够转动,壳体211的后端相对第二连臂255能够转动,以适应驱动组件21的位置变换。
在一实施例中,驱动组件21可为气缸、油缸、电缸以及直线电机中的一种,只要具有直线输出端212即可。
参见图5、图7以及图9,座框靠背抬升机构24包括与座框部41固定连接的座框安装板241。腿部伸展机构23包括第一腿部连杆231、第二腿部连杆232、第三腿部连杆233、第四腿部连杆234和第五腿部连杆235;以及包括设置为转动连接的第一转轴51、第二转轴52、第三转轴53、第四转轴54、第五转轴55、第六转轴56、第七转轴57、第八转轴58以及第九转轴59。
参见图9,第一腿部连杆231的第一端与座框靠背抬升机构24通过第一转轴51转动连接,第一腿部连杆231的第二端与传动连杆22固定连接。在一实施例中,传动连杆22的两端分别固定连接于两个伸展支架的第一腿部连杆231上,以设置为在驱动组件21的驱使下带动两个伸展支架同步伸展或者同步收回。
参见图9,第二腿部连杆232的第一端通过第二转轴52转动连接于第一腿部 连杆231远离座框靠背抬升机构24的一端,第二腿部连杆232的第二端通过第三转轴53与第三腿部连杆233转动连接。第三腿部连杆233远离第二腿部连杆232的一端通过第四转轴54转动连接于搁脚板单元3的底部。
继续参见图9,第四腿部连杆234的第一端通过第五转轴55转动连接于座框安装板241,第四腿部连杆234的第二端通过第六转轴56转动连接于第五腿部连杆235(如图5中所示)。第五腿部连杆235远离第四腿部连杆234的一端通过第七转轴57转动连接于搁脚板单元3的底部。第三腿部连杆233和第五腿部连杆235转动连接于搁脚板单元3的底部,且第三腿部连杆233与搁脚板单元3的转动连接端位于第五腿部连杆235与搁脚板单元3的转动连接端的前侧。
参见图9,第四腿部连杆234与第一腿部连杆231通过第八转轴58交叉铰接,第五腿部连杆235与第二腿部连杆232通过第九转轴59交叉铰接。第六转轴56、第八转轴58以及第五转轴55在第四腿部连杆234上沿第四腿部连杆234的延伸方向依次设置。第七转轴57、第九转轴59以及第六转轴56在第五腿部连杆235上沿第五腿部连杆235延伸方向依次设置。第二腿部连杆232、第三腿部连杆233、第五腿部连杆235以及搁脚板单元3构成一个四连杆机构。
参见图8和图9,沙发由坐姿切换至休闲姿时,驱动组件21通过传动连杆22带动第一腿部连杆231移动,第一腿部连杆231通过第八转轴58带动第四腿部连杆234绕第五转轴55的中心转动,以及通过第二转轴52推动第二腿部连杆232移动,从而使第四腿部连杆234和第五腿部连杆235之间伸展开,以及使第一腿部连杆231和第二腿部连杆232之间伸展开。第二腿部连杆232通过第三转轴53带动第三腿部连杆233移动,以使第二腿部连杆232和第三腿部连杆233伸展开,从而实现搁脚板单元3由收纳状态到搁脚状态的切换。
在一实施例中,参见图9,第二腿部连杆232包括呈钝角设置的第一杆2321和第二杆2322,第二转轴52设置于第一杆2321上,第三转轴53设置于第二杆2322上,第一杆2321和第二杆2322之间的钝角开口方向背向搁脚板单元3。即,第一杆2321通过第二转轴52与第一腿部连杆231转动连接,第二杆2322通过第三转轴53与第三腿部连杆233转动连接。通过设置呈钝角的第一杆2321和第二杆2322,能够使第二腿部连杆232上更多的分力用于推动第三腿部连杆233,设计更为合理,且能够节省连杆的布置空间。
参加图5和图6,座框安装板241的前端设置有限位件2411,第四腿部连杆234能够转动至与限位件2411抵接,以使搁脚板单元3止动于搁脚状态。如图6所示, 此时第四腿部连杆234已经传动至与限位件2411抵接,此时直线输出端212继续伸出,传动连杆22也不会再带动第四腿部连杆234相对座框安装板241转动,即,此时腿部伸展机构23保持展开状态,驱动组件21能够驱动座框靠背抬升机构24继续伸展(休闲姿切换为躺姿)。
参见图5,第一固定杆251间隔且平行设置有两个,两个座框靠背抬升机构24一一对应地连接于两个第一固定杆251上,座框安装板241的后端转动连接于两个第一固定杆251,以实现座框靠背单元4的向后倾斜。
在一实施例中,参见图10,座框靠背抬升机构24包括第一座框连杆242、第二座框连杆243、第十转轴510、第十一转轴511及第十二转轴512。
第一转轴51设置于第一座框连杆242的第一端,设置为与第一腿部连杆231转动连接。第一座框连杆242的第二端通过第十转轴510转动连接于座框安装板241上。第二座框连杆243的第一端通过第十一转轴511转动连接于第一固定杆251,第二座框连杆243的第二端通过第十二转轴512转动连接于第一座框连杆242。参见图8、图9、图12以及图13,沙发由坐姿切换至休闲姿时,第一腿部连杆231通过第一转轴51带动第一座框连杆242绕第十二转轴512的中心转动,以使座框安装板241抬升,即,座框靠背单元4向后倾斜一定角度,直至第四腿部连杆234与限位件2411抵接。
在一实施例中,参见图9和图10,第一转轴51、第十二转轴512以及第十转轴510沿第一座框连杆242的延伸方向依次设置。第五转轴55、第十转轴510以及座框安装板241与第一固定杆251的转动连接点由前至后依次设置。座框安装板241与第一固定杆251的转动连接点位于第十一转轴511的后侧。这种布置使得座框安装板241、第一座框连杆242、第二座框连杆243以及第一固定杆251构成四连杆机构,当沙发切换至休闲姿后,驱动组件21继续驱动时,第一腿部连杆231带动第一座框连杆242绕第十转轴510转动,该四连杆机构运动,第二座框连杆243绕第十一转轴511转动,以抬升座框安装板241。
在一实施例中,第一座框连杆242包括呈钝角设置的第三杆2422和第四杆2423。第一转轴51设置于第三杆2422上,第十转轴510设置于第四杆2423上。第十二转轴512设置于第三杆2422和第四杆2423的交接处,第三杆2422和第四杆2423之间的夹角的开口方向背向第一固定杆251。即,第三杆2422与第一腿部连杆231通过第一转轴51转动连接,第四杆2423通过第十转轴510与座框安装板241转动连接,第二座框连杆243转动连接于第三杆2422和第四杆2423的相交处。通 过设置呈钝角的第三杆2422和第四杆2423,能够使第一座框连杆242上更多的分力设置为驱动第二座框连杆243相对第一固定杆251转动。
参见图9和图10,座框靠背抬升机构24还包括第三座框连杆244、第十三转轴513以及第十四转轴514。第三座框连杆244的第一端通过第十三转轴513转动连接于座框安装板241的后端,第三座框连杆244的第二端通过第十四转轴514转动连接于第一固定杆251的后端。即,第十三转轴513位于第十转轴510的后侧,第十四转轴514位于第十一转轴511的后侧。座框安装板241向后抬升时,座框安装板241相对第三座框连杆244转动,第三座框连杆244相对第一固定杆251转动。通过设置第三座框连杆244,能够实现座框安装板241的缓慢平稳抬升。
继续参阅图10,座框靠背抬升机构24还包括第四座框连杆245和第十五转轴515。第四座框连杆245的第一端通过第十五转轴515转动连接于第一固定杆251的前端,参见图11,第四座框连杆245的第二端沿延伸方向设置有条形限位孔2451,第一座框连杆242上设置有限位柱2421,限位柱2421可滑动地设置于条形限位孔2451内,以限制座框靠背单元4在预设角度范围内向后倾斜。限位柱2421受限于条形限位孔2451内,并与条形限位孔2451可滑动配合。在沙发由休闲姿切换至躺姿时,限位柱2421逐渐由条形限位孔2451的一端滑动至另一端,待限位柱2421与条形限位孔2451内壁抵接时,第一座框连杆242不再转动,座框靠背抬升机构24不再继续伸展,避免座框靠背单元4向后倾斜过大角度,保证安全性。
本实施例沙发的坐姿中,参阅图8,第一固定杆251与座框安装板241之间的夹角a的范围为:0°<a<5°。
本实施例沙发的休闲姿中,参阅图9,第一固定杆251与座框安装板241之间的夹角a的范围为:8°<a<15°。
本实施例沙发的躺姿中,参阅图10,第一固定杆251与座框安装板241之间的夹角a的范围为:15°≤a≤26°。
在一实施例中,参见图8,座框安装板241上沿其延伸方向设置有至少两个条形安装孔2412,条形安装孔2412设置为实现座框安装板241与座框部41的安装。上述至少两个条形安装孔2412分设于座框安装板241的前后两端,条形安装孔2412内穿设有与座框部41螺纹连接的紧固螺钉。通过设置条形安装孔2412,能够容许安装误差,避免出现条形安装孔2412与座框部41上的螺纹孔不对正的情况发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种沙发,包括:
    间隔设置的两个扶手单元(1);
    伸展装置(2),连接于两个所述扶手单元(1)之间,所述伸展装置(2)包括间隔设置的两个伸展支架,每个所述伸展支架分别包括腿部伸展机构(23);
    搁脚板单元(3),连接于所述腿部伸展机构(23)的前端,并具有收纳状态和搁脚状态;及
    座框靠背单元(4),包括连为一体且呈夹角设置的座框部(41)和靠背部(42),所述伸展装置(2)连接于所述座框部(41)的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沙发,其中,所述伸展装置(2)还包括驱动组件(21)和传动连杆(22),所述传动连杆(22)连接于两个所述伸展支架之间;
    所述驱动组件(21)设置为通过所述传动连杆(22)驱动所述伸展支架伸展,以使所述搁脚板单元(3)由所述收纳状态翻转至所述搁脚状态;
    所述驱动组件(21)设置为通过所述传动连杆(22)驱动所述伸展支架伸展,以使所述座框靠背单元(4)在预设角度范围内向后倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的沙发,其中,所述伸展支架还包括座框靠背抬升机构(24),所述座框靠背抬升机构(24)连接于所述座框部(41)的底部;
    所述驱动组件(21)设置为通过所述传动连杆(22)驱动所述座框靠背抬升机构(24)伸展,以使所述座框靠背单元(4)在预设角度范围内向后倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的沙发,其中,所述座框靠背抬升机构(24)包括与所述座框部(41)固定连接的座框安装板(241),所述腿部伸展机构(23)包括第一腿部连杆(231)、第二腿部连杆(232)、第三腿部连杆(233)、第四腿部连杆(234)以及第五腿部连杆(235);

  9. 根据权利要求6所述的沙发,其中,所述第一座框连杆(242)包括呈钝角设置的第三杆(2422)和第四杆(2423),所述第一转轴(51)设置于所述第三杆(2422)上,所述第十转轴(510)设置于所述第四杆(2423)上,所述第十二转轴(512)设置于所述第三杆(2422)和所述第四杆(2423)的交接处,所述第三杆(2422)和所述第四杆(2423)之间的钝角开口背向所述第一固定杆(251);
