在一些实施方式中,多个脚踏连杆包括第五杆、第三杆以及第四杆, 脚踏组件枢转地设置在座框组件上,第五杆、第三杆、第四杆以及脚踏组件组成四杆机构,以在第一伸缩电缸通过第二杆驱动第一杆在座框支撑架上转动时,第一杆驱动脚踏组件在座框组件上转动。
这样,当第一伸缩电缸的伸缩端伸长时,第一杆会朝着靠近支脚的方向转动,通过第三杆和第四杆来带动脚踏组件在座框组件上朝着伸展打开方向转动,即完成了脚踏板打开动作;当第一伸缩电缸的伸缩端缩短时(即反向运动),由于第一杆与第二杆固定连接,那么第一杆会朝着远离支脚的方向转动,那么第一杆会通过第三杆和第四杆拉动座框组件朝着远离支脚的方向转动,即完成将座面板上靠近腿部的那一端相对于地面抬升起来,座面板上靠近腿部的那一端离地空间更大,然后通过第三杆和第四杆来带动脚踏组件在座框组件上朝着收缩折叠方向转动。
在一些实施方式中,还包括控制终端和控制系统,控制终端和第一伸缩电缸均与控制系统电连接,以使得控制终端能够通过控制系统指令第一伸缩电缸伸长或缩回。
这样,使用者可以通过控制终端一键控制第一伸缩电缸伸长或缩回,为使用者提供了方便。
在一些实施方式中,第二倾角驱动结构设置在座框支撑架和座框组件之间,以使得能够通过第二倾角驱动结构调节座框组件与座框支撑架之间的相对预设角度。
这样,使用者可以在脚踏板处于折叠状态时,根据自身的身体尺寸来调节座面板的预设倾斜角度,使得小腿部的活动空间获得最舒适状态,然后使用者在后续的切换脚踏板的伸展和折叠状态过程中,无需再调整座面板的倾斜度,为不同的使用者提供了方便。
在一些实施方式中,第二倾角驱动结构包括第二伸缩电缸、第六杆、第七杆以及第八杆,第七杆的一端设置在第六杆上,第七杆的中间位置枢转设置在座框支撑架上,第七杆的另一端与第八杆枢转连接,第八杆枢转设置在座框组件上,第六杆的中间部位与第二伸缩电缸的伸缩端枢转连接。
这样,由于第六杆的中间部位与第二伸缩电缸的伸缩端枢转连接,当第二伸缩电缸的伸缩端动作时,可以通过第六杆来驱动第七杆在座框支撑架上转动,然后第七杆再驱动第八杆来拉动座框组件进行转动,即使得座框组件相对于支脚进行倾斜转动。在其他实施方式中,第二倾角驱动结构还可以根据实际情况进行适宜性调整,即只要是能够驱动座框组件相对于 支脚进行倾斜转动的具体结构皆可。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供一种休闲椅,其包括座面倾角调节结构和座面板,其中座面板设置在座框组件上。
在一些实施方式中,还包括弹簧网,弹簧网设置在座面板和座框组件之间。
这样,由于弹簧网具有缓冲减震的作用,提升了座面板的减震效果。
在一些实施方式中,还包括靠背,靠背板设置在座框组件的靠背端上。
这样,通过将靠背板设置在座框组件的靠背端上,便于使用者的背部倚靠,为使用者提供了便利。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在限制本发明。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一:
图1示意性地显示了本发明的一种实施方式的座面倾角调节结构。
如图1~图5所示,座面倾角调节结构包括:座框组件1、驱动部、支脚、脚踏组件2、第二倾角驱动结构、多个座框连杆以及多个脚踏连杆;座框组件1、驱动部、支脚以及多个座框连杆共同构成第一连杆机构,在第一连杆机构中,支脚设置为固定构件,驱动部设置为主动件,多个座框连杆均设置为从动件,且第一连杆机构的自由度等于1,以使得当驱动部驱动第一连杆机构动作时,座框组件1相对支脚转角倾斜;至少一个座框连杆、脚踏组件2以及多个脚踏连杆共同构成第二连杆机构,在第二连杆机构中, 一个脚踏连杆设置为固定构件,座框连杆设置为主动件,其余脚踏连杆均设置为从动件,且第二连杆机构的自由度等于1,以在座框组件1的靠腿端部远离支脚转动,座框连杆驱动脚踏组件2靠近支脚转动;第二倾角驱动结构设置在座框组件1和支脚之间,以使得能够通过第二倾角驱动结构调节座框组件1与支脚之间的相对角度。详细地,座框组件1的靠腿端部即为安装有本座面倾角调节结构的座椅在使用状态下,座框组件1上靠近使用者腿部的端部。
这样,在组装时,将座面板(可以是硬质面板也可以是皮质柔软面板)安装在本发明的座框组件1上,将脚踏板安装在脚踏组件2上以形成基础座椅产品;当使用者需要将座椅调整到躺姿模式时(即将脚踏板伸展张开),使用者操作驱动部,使得第一连杆机构动作,座框组件1带着座面板靠近支脚转动倾斜,使得座面板相对于支脚更加平整,同时由于至少一个座框连杆、脚踏组件2以及多个脚踏连杆共同构成第二连杆机构,在第二连杆机构中,座框连杆设置为主动件,那么座框连杆通过驱动第二连杆机构动作,以使得脚踏板能够转动打开,便于使用者将整个腿部平放;当使用者需要将座椅调整到坐姿模式时(即将脚踏板折叠收纳起来,便于使用者坐立办公),使用者操作驱动部反向动作,使得第一连杆机构相对于休息模式时反向动作,座框组件1带着座面板的靠腿端部远离支脚转动倾斜,使得座面板上靠近腿部的那一端相对于地面抬升起来,使得座面板上靠近腿部的那一端离地空间更大,同时由于至少一个座框连杆、脚踏组件2以及多个脚踏连杆共同构成第二连杆机构,在第二连杆机构中,座框连杆设置为主动件,那么座框连杆通过驱动第二连杆机构反向动作,即座框连杆驱动脚踏组件2靠近支脚转动,以使得脚踏板反向转动折叠在座面板下方空间,由于此时座面板上靠近腿部的那一端离地空间增大,以使得脚踏板在折叠收纳的过程中,不刮蹭到地面或者支脚,增强了产品的安全性能;然后通过第二倾角驱动结构调节座框组件1与支脚之间的相对角度,以使得座框组件1带着座面板的靠腿端部靠近支脚转动倾斜,最终使得座框组件1带着座面板调整到更加平整的角度,便于使用者坐立。进一步地,在本实施例中,还可以包括控制系统,驱动部和第二倾角驱动结构均与控制系统电控连接,以通过控制系统内预设的动作程序来自动地指令驱动部和第二倾角驱动结构动作,以实现整个动作过程的自动化。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,驱动部为第一伸缩电缸3,第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端枢转地设在第一连杆机构的一从动件上,第一伸缩电缸3的尾端枢转地设在第一连杆机构的另一从动件上。在其他实施方式中,驱动部的具体结构还可以根据实际情况进行适宜性调整,例如可以使气缸还可 以是螺杆伸缩驱动机构。
在本实施例中,支脚包括支撑底座15和座框支撑架16,座框支撑架16设置在支撑底座15上;多个座框连杆包括第一杆4、第二杆5、第三杆6以及第四杆7,第一杆4的一端枢转地设置在座框支撑架16上,第一杆4与第二杆5固定连接,第一杆4的另一端与第三杆6枢转连接,第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端枢转设置在第二杆5,第一伸缩电缸3的尾端枢转地设在座框组件1上,第四杆7与第三杆6枢转连接,第四杆7与座框组件1固定连接。这样,当第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端伸长时,由于第一杆4与第二杆5固定连接,那么第一杆4会朝着靠近支脚的方向转动,那么第一杆4会通过第三杆6和第四杆7拉动座框组件1朝着靠近支脚的方向转动;当第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端缩短时(即反向运动),由于第一杆4与第二杆5固定连接,那么第一杆4会朝着远离支脚的方向转动,那么第一杆4会通过第三杆6和第四杆7拉动座框组件1朝着远离支脚的方向转动,即完成将座面板上靠近腿部的那一端相对于地面抬升起来,座面板上靠近腿部的那一端离地空间更大。
如图1、图2、图3所示,进一步详细地,在本实施例中,多个脚踏连杆包括第五杆8、第三杆6、第四杆7,脚踏组件2枢转地设置在座框组件1上,第五杆8、第三杆6、第四杆7以及脚踏组件2组成四杆机构,以在第一伸缩电缸3通过第二杆5驱动第一杆4在座框支撑架16上转动时,第一杆4驱动脚踏组件2在座框组件1上转动。这样,当第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端伸长时,第一杆4会朝着靠近支脚的方向转动,通过第三杆6和第四杆7来带动脚踏组件2在座框组件1上朝着伸展打开方向转动,即完成了脚踏板打开动作;当第一伸缩电缸3的伸缩端缩短时(即反向运动),由于第一杆4与第二杆5固定连接,那么第一杆4会朝着远离支脚的方向转动,那么第一杆4会通过第三杆6和第四杆7拉动座框组件1朝着远离支脚的方向转动,即完成将座面板上靠近腿部的那一端相对于地面抬升起来,座面板上靠近腿部的那一端离地空间更大,然后通过第三杆6和第四杆7来带动脚踏组件2在座框组件1上朝着收缩折叠方向转动。
在本实施例中,还包括控制终端和控制系统,控制终端和第一伸缩电缸3均与控制系统电连接,以使得控制终端能够通过控制系统指令第一伸缩电缸3伸长或缩回。这样,使用者可以通过控制终端一键控制第一伸缩电缸3伸长或缩回,为使用者提供了方便。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,第二倾角驱动结构设置在座框支撑架16和座框组件1之间,以使得能够通过第二倾角驱动结构调节座框组件1与座框支撑架16之间的相对预设角度。这样,使用者可以在脚踏板处于折叠 状态时,根据自身的身体尺寸来调节座面板的预设倾斜角度,使得小腿部的活动空间获得最舒适状态,然后使用者在后续的切换脚踏板的伸展和折叠状态过程中,无需再调整座面板的倾斜度,为不同的使用者提供了方便。
详细地,在本实施例中,第二倾角驱动结构包括第二伸缩电缸9、第六杆10、第七杆11以及第八杆12,第七杆11的一端设置在第六杆10上,第七杆11的中间位置枢转设置在座框支撑架16上,第七杆11的另一端与第八杆12枢转连接,第八杆12枢转设置在座框组件1上,第六杆10的中间部位与第二伸缩电缸9的伸缩端枢转连接。这样,由于第六杆10的中间部位与第二伸缩电缸9的伸缩端枢转连接,当第二伸缩电缸9的伸缩端动作时,可以通过第六杆10来驱动第七杆11在座框支撑架16上转动,然后第七杆11再驱动第八杆12来拉动座框组件1进行转动,即使得座框组件1相对于支脚进行倾斜转动。在其他实施方式中,第二倾角驱动结构还可以根据实际情况进行适宜性调整,即只要是能够驱动座框组件1相对于支脚进行倾斜转动的具体结构皆可。进一步详细地,在本实施例中,还包括第九杆17,第九杆17一端铰接设置在座框组件1上,另一端铰接设置在座框支撑架16上,第七杆11、第八杆12、第九杆17、座框支撑架16以及座框组件1共同形成自由度为1的连杆机构,其中座框支撑架16为固定构件,那么使得在第六杆10的驱动下,第七杆11带动座框组件1相对于座框支撑架16发生角度变化。
实施例二:
如图6所示,根据本发明的另一方面,还提供一种休闲椅,其包括实施例一的座面倾角调节结构和座面板,其中座面板设置在座框组件1上。
详细地,在本实施例中,还包括弹簧网13,弹簧网13设置在座面板和座框组件1之间。这样,由于弹簧网13具有缓冲减震的作用,提升了座面板的减震效果。
详细地,在本实施例中,还包括靠背14,靠背14板设置在座框组件1的靠背14端上。这样,通过将靠背14板设置在座框组件1的靠背14端上,便于使用者的背部倚靠,为使用者提供了便利。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,包括:座框组件(1)、驱动部、支脚、脚踏组件(2)、第二倾角驱动结构、多个座框连杆以及多个脚踏连杆;所述座框组件(1)、所述驱动部、所述支脚以及多个所述座框连杆共同构成第一连杆机构,在所述第一连杆机构中,所述支脚设置为固定构件,所述驱动部设置为主动件,多个所述座框连杆均设置为从动件,且所述第一连杆机构的自由度等于1,以使得当驱动部驱动所述第一连杆机构动作时,所述座框组件(1)相对所述支脚转角倾斜;至少一个所述座框连杆、所述脚踏组件(2)以及多个所述脚踏连杆共同构成第二连杆机构,在所述第二连杆机构中,一个所述脚踏连杆设置为固定构件,所述座框连杆设置为主动件,其余所述脚踏连杆均设置为从动件,且所述第二连杆机构的自由度等于1,以在所述座框组件(1)的靠腿端部远离所述支脚转动,所述座框连杆驱动所述脚踏组件(2)靠近所述支脚转动;所述第二倾角驱动结构设置在所述座框组件(1)和所述支脚之间,以使得能够通过所述第二倾角驱动结构调节所述座框组件(1)与所述支脚之间的相对角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,所述驱动部为第一伸缩电缸(3),所述第一伸缩电缸(3)的伸缩端枢转地设在所述第一连杆机构的一从动件上,所述第一伸缩电缸(3)的尾端枢转地设在所述第一连杆机构的另一从动件上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,所述支脚包括支撑底座(15)和座框支撑架(16),所述座框支撑架(16)设置在所述支撑底座(15)上;多个所述座框连杆包括第一杆(4)、第二杆(5)、第三杆(6)以及第四杆(7),所述第一杆(4)的一端枢转地设置在所述座框支撑架(16)上,所述第一杆(4)与所述第二杆(5)固定连接,所述第一杆(4)的另一端与所述第三杆(6)枢转连接,所述第一伸缩电缸(3)的伸缩端枢转设置在所述第二杆(5),所述第一伸缩电缸(3)的尾端枢转地设在所述座框组件(1)上,所述第四杆(7)与所述第三杆(6)枢转连接,所述第四杆(7)与所述座框组件(1)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,多个所述脚踏连杆包括第五杆(8)、所述第三杆(6)以及所述第四杆(7),所述脚踏组件(2)枢转地设置在所述座框组件(1)上,所述第五杆(8)、所述第三杆(6)、所述第四杆(7)以及所述脚踏组件(2)组成四杆机构,以在所述第一伸缩电缸(3)通过所述第二杆(5)驱动所述第一杆(4)在所述座框支撑架(16)上转动时,所述第一杆(4)驱动所述脚踏组件(2)在所述座框组件(1)上转动。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,还包括控制终端和控制系统,所述控制终端和所述第一伸缩电缸(3)均与所述控制系统电连接,以使得所述控制终端能够通过所述控制系统指令所述第一伸缩电缸(3)伸长或缩回。
- 根据权利要求3所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,所述第二倾角驱动结构设置在所述座框支撑架(16)和所述座框组件(1)之间,以使得能够通过所述第二倾角驱动结构调节所述座框组件(1)与所述座框支撑架(16)之间的相对预设角度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的座面倾角调节结构,其特征在于,所述第二倾角驱动结构包括第二伸缩电缸(9)、第六杆(10)、第七杆(11)以及第八杆(12),所述第七杆(11)的一端设置在所述第六杆(10)上,第七杆(11)的中间位置枢转设置在所述座框支撑架(16)上,所述第七杆(11)的另一端与所述第八杆(12)枢转连接,所述第八杆(12)枢转设置在所述座框组件(1)上,所述第六杆(10)与所述第二伸缩电缸(9)的伸缩端枢转连接。
- 休闲椅,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~7中任一项所述的座面倾角调节结构和座面板,其中所述座面板设置在所述座框组件(1)上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的休闲椅,其特征在于,还包括弹簧网(13),所述弹簧网(13)设置在所述座面板和所述座框组件(1)之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的休闲椅,其特征在于,还包括靠背(14),所述靠背(14)板设置在所述座框组件(1)的靠背(14)端上。
