发明内容
本发明是基于发明人对以下事实和问题的发现和认识做出的:
大流量乳化液泵多使用柱塞泵形式进行动力提供,柱塞泵的转速提高的情况下,可增大流量供应,但是提高转速时,会使泵内的润滑油飞溅,影响空滤的进气效果,同时箱体的紧固连接也会随着转速的提升而受到影响,极易发生安全事故。
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的实施例提出一种能够牢固连接、高效进气、安全可靠的柱塞泵。

如图1-3所示,箱体1左右方向上穿设有曲轴2和驱动轴3,曲轴2和驱动轴3平行,曲轴2上设有多个第一齿轮21,驱动轴3上设有多个第二齿轮31,第二齿轮31与第一齿轮21啮合,驱动轴3与驱动器相连,驱动器带动驱动轴3转动,第二齿轮31随驱动轴3转动,第一齿轮21同步转动,第一齿轮21带动曲轴2转动,连接在曲轴2上的连杆4转动,与连杆4相连的滑块41在滑槽11内前后移动,完成泵送。
根据本发明实施例的柱塞泵能够承受高速运转,以增大泵送流量,具有运行稳定、安全可靠的特点。
在一些实施例中,箱体1包括第一箱体13和第二箱体14,第一箱体13上设有第一槽131和第二槽132,第二箱体14上设有第三槽141和第四槽142,第一箱体13和第二箱体14连接,第一槽131和第三槽141相对形成第一腔室121,第二槽132和第四槽142相对形成第二腔室122。
如图1-4所示,第一箱体13与第二箱体14相对连接在一起,第一腔室121的内壁由第一槽131和第三槽141形成,第二腔室122的内壁由第二槽132和第四槽142形成,将箱体1分为第一箱体13与第二箱体14有利于装配和维修。
在一些实施例中,第一槽131底部充有润滑油。在第一槽131的底部存有润滑油,曲轴2在第一腔室121内转动时,可以带动润滑油进行飞溅润滑,保证了第一齿轮21的正常工作。
在一些实施例中,第一箱体13和第二箱体14通过紧固件5进行定位和固定连接在一起。第一箱体13和第二箱体14的连接面与水平方向成45度夹角,第一箱体13和第二箱体14之间通过需要进行定位以保证装配的精度,同时要进行固定连接,以防止高速转动造成零件脱出,引起安全事故。
在一些实施例中,紧固件5包括定位法兰51和固定螺栓52,定位法兰51用于对第一箱体13和第二箱体14的位置进行定位,固定螺栓52穿过第二箱体14且将第二箱体14固 定在第一箱体13上。如图1-6所示,曲轴2和驱动轴3的左右两端设有定位法兰51,对曲轴2和驱动轴3的安装位置进行定位,确保了装配的精确,同时在第二箱体14上设有多个固定孔,固定螺栓52通过固定孔将第二箱体14固定在第一箱体13上,采用螺栓连接可以在保证固定强度的同时利于后期维修。
在一些实施例中,曲轴2内设有多条润滑油道22,润滑油道22在曲轴2表面形成多个润滑油孔221,润滑油道22内充有润滑油,用于对曲轴2进行润滑。如图7-9所示,在曲轴2内设有润滑油道22,润滑油道22穿出曲轴2表面形成润滑油孔221,润滑油通过润滑油道22经润滑油孔221流出对曲轴2进行润滑。
在一些实施例中,润滑油道22包括直孔222和斜孔223,直孔222与斜孔223的夹角大于120度。如图7-9所示,润滑油道22内的直孔222与斜孔223的夹角大于120度,避免锐角过液造成的润滑油液运动方向剧烈变化,可以获得更稳定的润滑输出和更小的压力损失。
在一些实施例中,柱塞泵还包括空气过滤器6,空气过滤器6设在箱体1上,且与第一腔室121相连,用于向第一腔室121内通入空气。如图1-6所示,第一腔室121的顶部设有空气过滤器6,空气过滤器6将进入第一腔室121的空气进行过滤,防止空气中的异物进入第一腔室121内。
在一些实施例中,空气过滤器6还包括挡板61,挡板61位于空气过滤器6外部,用于对空气过滤器6进行保护。如图6所示,挡板61上带有合页和镂空,在保护空气过滤器6的同时不影响空气进入。
在一些实施例中,箱体1由铸铁制成。铸铁具有较好的力学性能和经济价值,适合制作箱体1。
下面参考图1-9描述本实用新型一些具体示例的定向钻孔防喷滤渣系统。
根据本发明实施例的柱塞泵包括箱体1、曲轴2、驱动轴3、多个连杆4、紧固件5和空气过滤器6。
如图1-9所示,箱体1左右方向上穿设有曲轴2和驱动轴3,曲轴2和驱动轴3平行,曲轴2上设有多个第一齿轮21,驱动轴3上设有多个第二齿轮31,第二齿轮31与第一齿轮21啮合,驱动轴3与驱动器相连,驱动器带动驱动轴3转动,第二齿轮31随驱动轴3转动,第一齿轮21同步转动,第一齿轮21带动曲轴2转动,连接在曲轴2上的连杆4转动,与连杆4相连的滑块41在滑槽11内前后移动,完成泵送。
曲轴2内设有多条润滑油道22,润滑油道22穿出曲轴2表面形成润滑油孔221,润滑油通过润滑油道22经润滑油孔221流出对曲轴2进行润滑,润滑油道22内的直孔222与斜孔223的夹角大于120度,避免锐角过液造成的润滑油液运动方向剧烈变化,以安全稳 定地提高曲轴2的转速,增大柱塞泵的流量。
箱体1包括第一箱体13和第二箱体14,第一箱体13上设有第一槽131和第二槽132,第二箱体14上设有第三槽141和第四槽142,第一箱体13与第二箱体14相对连接在一起,第一腔室121的内壁由第一槽131和第三槽141形成,第二腔室122的内壁由第二槽132和第四槽142形成。
紧固件5将第一箱体13和第二箱体14连接在一起,紧固件5包括定位法兰51和固定螺栓52,如图1-6所示,曲轴2和驱动轴3的左右两端设有定位法兰51,对曲轴2和驱动轴3的安装位置进行定位,确保了装配的精确,同时在第二箱体14上设有多个固定孔,固定螺栓52通过固定孔将第二箱体14固定在第一箱体13上。
空气过滤器6设在第一腔室121的顶部,空气过滤器6将进入第一腔室121的空气进行过滤,防止空气中的异物进入第一腔室121内。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柱塞泵,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内设有滑槽,所述箱体内具有腔室,所述腔室包括第一腔室和第二腔室;
    曲轴,所述曲轴可转动地穿设在所述箱体上,且所述曲轴位于所述第一腔室内,所述曲轴上设有多个第一齿轮;
    驱动轴,所述驱动轴可转动地穿设在所述箱体上,且所述驱动轴位于所述第二腔室内,所述驱动轴上设有多个第二齿轮,多个所述第二齿轮与多个所述第一齿轮一一对应地啮合;
    多个连杆,所述连杆的一端与所述曲轴转动连接,所述连杆的另一端设有滑块,所述滑块配合在所述滑槽内,且所述连杆可驱动所述滑块在所述滑槽内往复运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述箱体包括第一箱体和第二箱体,所述第一箱体上设有第一槽和第二槽,所述第二箱体上设有第三槽和第四槽,所述第一箱体和所述第二箱体连接,所述第一槽和所述第三槽相对形成第一腔室,所述第二槽和所述第四槽相对形成第二腔室。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述第一槽底部充有润滑油。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述第一箱体和所述第二箱体通过紧固件进行定位和固定连接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求4述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括定位法兰和固定螺栓,所述定位法兰用于对所述第一箱体和所述第二箱体的位置进行定位,所述固定螺栓穿过所述第二箱体且将所述第二箱体固定在所述第一箱体上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述曲轴内设有多条润滑油道,所述润滑油道在所述曲轴表面形成多个润滑油孔,所述润滑油道内充有润滑油,用于对所述曲轴进行润滑。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述润滑油道包括直孔和斜孔,所述直孔与所述斜孔的夹角大于120度。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,还包括空气过滤器,所述空气过滤器设在所述箱体上,且与所述第一腔室相连,用于向所述第一腔室内通入空气。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述空气过滤器还包括挡板,所述挡板位于所述空气过滤器外部,用于对所述空气过滤器进行保护。
  10. 据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于,所述箱体由铸铁制成。
