但目前的装置在调漆完成时,由于涂料较为黏稠,所以罐体内壁会残留大量涂料无法流出,进而造成浪费,增加了生产成本,还导致不方便清洗,降低了使用效率。

实施方式具体为:当配制完成进行取出时,启动伺服电缸15,伺服电缸15带动活塞16进行匀速往复运动,当活塞16向右侧运动时,活塞16不再阻隔第一单向阀17,此时涂料通过第一单向阀17进入第二单向阀18与活塞16形成的腔体之中,此时第一单向阀17开启,第二单向阀18关闭,在负压的作用下,黏稠的涂料被快速吸入腔体,当活塞16向右侧运动时,第一单向阀17关闭,第二单向阀18开启,此时涂料被挤出第二单向阀18,随后在压力的作用下被过滤板19进行过滤,使用一段时间后可将过滤板19抽出进行清洁,设置以上结构起到提高取出效率的作用,避免了由于涂料黏稠,流速较慢导致取料时间过长的情况发生,还提高了过滤效率,可快速将未溶解颗粒物分离出,使用效果好。

  1. 一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:底座(1)的顶部设有调制罐(2),所述调制罐(2)的内壁竖直设有转动连接的搅拌轴(3),所述调制罐(2)的顶部设有电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出轴与搅拌轴(3)一端固定连接,所述调制罐(2)的顶部于搅拌轴(3)外侧设有进水箱(5),所述进水箱(5)的外壁一侧设有进水管(6),所述调制罐(2)的内壁底部于搅拌轴(3)外侧竖直转动连接有刮板(7),所述搅拌轴(3)的外壁于进水箱(5)内壁设有输液孔(8),所述调制罐(2)的顶部一侧设有进料口(9),所述刮板(7)的内部设有与输液孔(8)相匹配的喷洒管道(10),所述搅拌轴(3)的外壁于刮板(7)上方活动套设有限位滑块(11),所述搅拌轴(3)的外壁于刮板(7)和限位滑块(11)之间活动套设有复位弹簧(12),所述调制罐(2)的内壁于限位滑块(11)上方设有电磁铁环(13),所述限位滑块(11)的内壁设有与电磁铁环(13)相匹配的永磁体(14),所述底座(1)的内壁活动连接有活塞(16),所述底座(1)的内壁于活塞(16)一侧设有伺服电缸(15),所述底座(1)的内壁于活塞(16)另一侧设有第二单向阀(18),所述伺服电缸(15)的输出轴与活塞(16)一侧固定连接,所述调制罐(2)的底部设有第一单向阀(17),所述底座(1)远离伺服电缸(15)的顶部一侧活动连接有过滤板(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述调制罐(2)的顶部铰接有与进料口(9)相匹配的投料盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述刮板(7)的底部设有若干个与喷洒管道(10)相匹配的喷洒孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(3)的外壁设有若干个搅拌杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述刮板(7)的顶部设有与限位滑块(11)相匹配的限位凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴(3)的外壁设有与限位滑块(11)相匹配的限位滑槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述调制罐(2)的内壁底部为等腰梯形。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的内壁设有与过滤板(19)相匹配的定位凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部设有与活塞(16)相匹配的通气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种涂镀环保加工用调漆装置,其特征在于:所述活塞(16)的外壁设有封闭片。
