Claims (13)
- 一种调光机构,用于对照明单元(2)进行调光,其特征在于,包括第一球头连接件(1a)、第二球头连接件(1b)、第三球头连接件(1c)和滑动连接件(6);所述第一球头连接件(1a)和第二球头连接件(1b)的一端与所述照明单元(2)连接,另一端与支撑架或灯体连接;所述照明单元(2)上设有滑动支架(4),所述滑动连接件(6)与所述滑动支架(4)滑动连接,所述第三球头连接件(1c)的一端与所述滑动连接件(6)滑动连接,另一端支承在所述支撑架或灯体上,所述第三球头连接件(1c)能够相对所述支撑架或灯体移动,以能够带动所述滑动连接件(6)运动,并能够通过所述滑动连接件(6)带动所述滑动支架(4)及与其相连接的所述照明单元(2)转动而实现第一方向上的调光。
- 根据权利要求1所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述滑动连接件(6)包括沿不同方向设置的第一滑动槽(61)和第二滑动槽(62),所述滑动支架(4)安装在所述第一滑动槽(61)内,且能够相对于所述第一滑动槽(61)滑动,所述第三球头连接件(1c)的球头安装在所述第二滑动槽(62)内,且能够在所述第二滑动槽(62)内滑动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述第一滑动槽(61)的滑动轨迹与所述第二滑动槽(62)的滑动轨迹不在同一个平面内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述滑动支架(4)包括滑动支板(41)和加强筋(42),所述第一滑动槽(61)带有第一槽口(611),所述滑动连接件(6)安装在所述滑动支架(4)上,使得所述滑动支板(41)能够在所述第一滑动槽(61)内滑动,且所述加强筋(42)位于所述第一槽口(611)内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述第一滑动槽(61)与所述第一槽口(611)相对的一侧内壁设置有弹性支承结构(612),所述弹性支承结构(612)与所述滑动支板(41)弹性接触。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述第一球头连接件(1a)和第二球头连接件(1b)均为球头螺杆组件,所述球头螺杆组件包括球头螺杆和球头螺母,所述球头螺杆与所述支撑架或灯体连接,所述球头螺母与所述照明单元(2)连接;所述第二球头连接件(1b)的所述球头螺母与所述照明单元(2)连接,所述第二球头连接件(1b)的所述球头螺杆支承在所述支撑架或灯体上,且能够相对于所述支撑架或灯体移动,以能够通过带动所述照明单元(2)转动而实现第二方向上的调光;所述第三球头连接件(1c)为球头调节螺杆,所述球头调节螺杆包括螺杆球头和调节螺杆,所述滑动连接件(6)包括第一滑动槽(61)和第二滑动槽(62),所述第二滑动槽(62)带有第二槽口(621),所述螺杆球头安装在所述第二滑动槽(62)内,使得所述螺杆球头能够在所述第二滑动槽(62)内滑动,且所述调节螺杆从所述第二槽口(621)内通过。
- 根据权利要求6所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述第一方向为上下方向,所述第二方向为左右方向;所述第一球头连接件(1a)的球头球心和所述第二球头连接件(1b)的球头球心的连线沿所述第二方向延伸,所述滑动连接件(6)在所述滑动支架(4)上的滑动方向和所述第三球头连接件(1c)相对于所述滑动连接件(6)的滑动方向均在所述第一球头连接件(1a)的球头球心与所述第二球头连接件(1b)的球头球心连线外。
- 根据权利要求7所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述滑动支架(4)在前后向竖直平面内与水平面倾斜设置,所述第一球头连接件(1a)的球头球心、所述第二球头连接件(1b)的球头球心以及所述第三球头连接件(1c)的球头球心置于同一水平面内。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的调光机构,其特征在于,所述第一球头连接件(1a)和第二球头连接件(1b)均为球头螺杆组件,所述球头螺杆组件包括球头螺杆和球头螺母,所述球头螺杆固定在所述支撑架或灯体上,所述球头螺母固定在所述照明单元(2)上;所述第三球头连接件(1c)为球头调节螺杆,所述球头调节螺杆包括螺杆球头和调节螺杆,所述滑动连接件(6)包括第一滑动槽(61)和第二滑动槽(62),所述第二滑动槽(62)带有第二槽口(621),所述螺杆球头安装在所述第二滑动槽(62)内,使得所述螺杆球头能够在所述第二滑动槽(62)内滑动,且所述调节螺杆从所述第二槽口(621)内通过。
- 一种车灯模组,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的调光机构和所述照明单元(2)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的车灯模组,其特征在于,所述照明单元(2)包括散热件,所述滑动支架(4)一体形成在所述散热件上。
- 一种车灯,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求10或11所述的车灯模组。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求12所述的车灯。
