本实用新型涉及染料混合技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织印染用染料混合装置。
背景技术
纺织业生产加工过程中需要对纺织布料进行印染,为了达到好的印染效果,会对不同染料进行混合,混合染料时需要用到纺织染料混合装置,现有的纺织染料混合装置混合效果不好,染料混合不均匀,从而影响印染效果,降低了纺织染料混合装置的实用性;
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种纺织印染用染料混合装置。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出染料混合装置,可以快速清洗混料箱,可定量量取不同染料,使其按照一定的配合比例快速混合。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,包括混料箱、固定支架、挡板、混合筒和转轴;
混合筒安装在混料箱的上端面,混合筒的上方设有多个定量加料筒,定量加料筒的外端面延其高度方向设有刻度线,定量加料筒顶部设有加料斗;多个定量加料筒底部与混合筒通过多个第二管道连通,多个第二管道上分别设有多组控制阀;每个加料斗的加料端均设有端盖;
混料箱内壁的顶部设有洒料管,洒料管上均匀设有洒料口,洒料管通过第一管道与混合筒内部连通;混料箱内壁上设有温度传感装置和多组加热装置,混料箱底面设有支撑件,混料箱底部设有放料口,放料管的一端管口连接放料口,放料管上设有放料阀;混料箱内部设有搅拌片;
搅拌片包括上搅拌板、下搅拌板和连接轴;连接轴的一端连接上搅拌板;上搅拌板的宽度朝向连接轴逐渐减小,上搅拌板的另一端连接转轴;转轴传动连接动力装置;动力装置连接混料箱;连接轴的另一端连接下搅拌板;下搅拌板的宽度朝向连接轴逐渐减小;连接轴的外转动套设轴套;
多组固定支架的一端均连接轴套,多组固定支架的另一端分别连接混料箱的内壁;
挡板位于混料箱内,挡板连接混料箱远离多组固定支架的一侧,挡板朝向连接轴的宽度逐渐减小。
优选的,上搅拌板和下搅拌板上均设有多组第一通孔。
优选的,挡板上设有多组第二通孔。

本实用新型中,打开端盖将待混合的染料倒入加料斗内,经过过滤网的过 滤染料进入定量加料筒内,定量加料筒外壁设有刻度线可以确定加入定量染料;打开控制阀染料进入混合筒内进行初步混合,初步混合后的染料通过底部的管道进入洒料管经撒料口向混料箱内喷洒;当染料进入混料箱加热装置开始对染料加热,搅拌片在动力装置的带动下开始转动混合染料,打开放料阀将混合后的染料排出;
另外,加热装置对染料进行加热提高染料在液体中的溶解度,更加充分的把染料中不能充分溶解的小颗粒溶解混合。

搅拌片6包括上搅拌板11、下搅拌板12和连接轴13;连接轴13的一端连接上搅拌板11;上搅拌板11的宽度朝向连接轴13逐渐减小,上搅拌板11的另一端连接转轴43;转轴43传动连接动力装置42;动力装置42连接混料箱1;连接轴13的另一端连接下搅拌板12;下搅拌板12的宽度朝向连接轴13逐渐减小;连接轴13的外转动套设轴套10;
多组固定支架5的一端均连接轴套10,多组固定支架5的另一端分别连接混料箱1的内壁;
挡板32位于混料箱1内,挡板32连接混料箱1远离多组固定支架5的一侧,挡板32朝向连接轴13的宽度逐渐减小。
本实用新型中,打开端盖21将待混合的染料倒入加料斗22内,经过过滤 网28的过滤染料进入定量加料筒23内,定量加料筒23外壁设有刻度线24可以确定加入定量染料;打开控制阀25染料进入混合筒27内进行初步混合,初步混合后的染料通过底部的管道进入洒料管37经洒料口31向混料箱1内喷洒;当染料进入混料箱1加热装置34开始对染料加热,搅拌片6在动力装置42的带动下开始转动混合染料,染料充分混合后打开放料阀9将混合后的染料排出。
在一个可选的实施例中,上搅拌板11和下搅拌板12上均设有多组第一通孔7。
需要说明的是,搅拌片6上设置多组第一通孔7在混合染料的同时也避免了搅拌片6初始工作时承受转矩过大对动力装置42产生不必要的损害。
在一个可选的实施例中,挡板32上设有多组第二通孔33。
需要说明的是,在挡板32上设置多组第二通孔33,帮助液态染料实现紊流让染料充分混合。
在一个可选的实施例中,还包括多组肋板8;多组肋板8的一端分别连接多组固定支架5,多组肋板8的另一端均连接混料箱1的内壁。
需要说明的是,固定支架5用于固定搅拌片6使搅拌片6稳定的进行旋转运动,设置多组肋板8实现固定支架5的稳定。
在一个可选的实施例中,洒料管37的投影形状为环形。
需要说明的是,洒料管37环形设置,帮助染料在喷洒时混合,也可以实现混料箱1清洗时快速的清洗。
在一个可选的实施例中,混料箱1底面朝向放料口4的中轴线方向向下倾斜设置。
需要说明的是,混料箱1底面向下倾斜设置,方便混料后的排料。
在一个可选的实施例中,上搅拌板11和下搅拌板12的投影相同均为等腰 三角形。
在一个可选的实施例中,挡板32的投影形状为等腰梯形。
在一个可选的实施例中,加料斗22底部设有过滤网28。
需要说明的是,加料斗22底部设有过滤网28帮助过滤染料中的杂质,提高染料混合效率。

  1. 一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,包括混料箱(1)、固定支架(5)、挡板(32)、混合筒(27)和转轴(43);
    混合筒(27)安装在混料箱(1)的上端面,混合筒(27)的上方设有多个定量加料筒(23),定量加料筒(23)的外端面延其高度方向设有刻度线(24),定量加料筒(23)顶部设有加料斗(22);多个定量加料筒(23)底部与混合筒(27)通过多个第二管道连通,多个第二管道上分别设有多组控制阀(25);每个加料斗(22)的加料端均设有端盖(21);
    混料箱(1)内壁的顶部设有洒料管(37),洒料管(37)上均匀设有洒料口(31),洒料管(37)通过第一管道与混合筒(27)内部连通;混料箱(1)内壁上设有温度传感装置(35)和多组加热装置(34),混料箱(1)底面设有支撑件(2),混料箱(1)底部设有放料口(4),放料管(3)的一端管口连接放料口(4),放料管(3)上设有放料阀(9);混料箱(1)内部设有搅拌片(6);
    搅拌片(6)包括上搅拌板(11)、下搅拌板(12)和连接轴(13);连接轴(13)的一端连接上搅拌板(11);上搅拌板(11)的宽度朝向连接轴(13)逐渐减小,上搅拌板(11)的另一端连接转轴(43);转轴(43)传动连接动力装置(42);动力装置(42)连接混料箱1;连接轴(13)的另一端连接下搅拌板(12);下搅拌板(12)的宽度朝向连接轴(13)逐渐减小;连接轴(13)的外转动套设轴套(10);
    多组固定支架(5)的一端均连接轴套(10),多组固定支架(5)的另一端分别连接混料箱(1)的内壁;
    挡板(32)位于混料箱(1)内,挡板(32)连接混料箱(1)远离多组固定支架5的一侧,挡板(32)朝向连接轴(13)的宽度逐渐减小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,上搅拌板(11)和下搅拌板12上均设有多组第一通孔(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,挡板(32)上设有多组第二通孔(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,还包括多组肋板(8);多组肋板(8)的一端分别连接多组固定支架5,多组肋板(8)的另一端均连接混料箱(1)的内壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,洒料管(37)的投影形状为环形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,混料箱(1)底面朝向放料口(4)的中轴线方向向下倾斜设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,上搅拌板(11)和下搅拌板(12)的投影相同均为等腰三角形。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,挡板(32)的投影形状为等腰梯形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织印染用染料混合装置,其特征在于,加料斗底部设有过滤网(28)。
