Claims (6)
- 先端部に設けられる一対の把持片により被検体内の構造物を把持する把持部と、
前記一対の把持部の少なくともいずれかに設けられ、超音波を発振する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波が、前記構造物において一方から他方に向かう第1方向に伝搬し、且つ、前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向に伝搬するように、前記超音波振動子を駆動するプロセッサであって、前記超音波振動子に流れる電流値が極大電流値となるように前記超音波振動子の周波数を変化させて前記超音波振動子を駆動する周波数変動モードを行うプロセッサとを備える超音波処置具装置。 - 前記周波数変動モードでは、前記超音波振動子の共振周波数を含む周波数範囲において、前記超音波振動子の周波数を変化させる請求項1記載の超音波処置具装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記第1方向の超音波についての前記電流値の波形を示す第1範囲と、前記第2方向の超音波についての前記電流値の波形を示す第2範囲との重複部分の前記電流値をモニタリングし、前記重複部分の電流値が前記極大電流値となる前記超音波振動子の周波数を維持するように制御する請求項1または2記載の超音波処置具装置。
- 前記構造物は血管を含む請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の超音波処置具装置。
- 内視鏡の鉗子チャンネルを通して前記被検体内に挿入される内視鏡用処置具である請求項1ないし4いずれか1項記載の超音波処置具装置。
- 先端部に設けられる一対の把持片により被検体内の構造物を把持する把持部、及び、前記一対の把持部の少なくともいずれかに設けられ、超音波を発振する超音波振動子を有する超音波処置具装置の駆動方法において、
プロセッサは、前記超音波が、前記構造物において一方から他方に向かう第1方向に伝搬し、且つ、前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向に伝搬するように、前記超音波振動子を駆動するプロセッサであって、前記超音波振動子の周波数に関する一定の周波数範囲において、前記超音波振動子に流れる電流値が極大電流値となるように前記超音波振動子の周波数を変化させて前記超音波振動子を駆動する周波数変動モードを行うステップを有する超音波処置具装置の駆動方法。
