Abstract
Description
本開示に係るエレベータの機器支持装置は、取付腕を介してガイドレールに支持されるとともに、制御盤が取り付けられるアダプタを備え、アダプタには、制御ケーブルの一部を挟み込んで固定するケーブルクリップを取り付けるためのクリップ取付具が挿入される複数のクリップ取付孔が設けられている。
実施の形態1.
図1は、実施の形態1によるエレベータの要部を示す概略の構成図である。実施の形態1のエレベータは、機械室レスエレベータである。
次に、図5は、実施の形態2によるエレベータの機器支持装置5を示す正面図である。図6は、図5のVI部を拡大して示す正面図である。実施の形態2では、下部取付腕12とアダプタ13とが、1部品として構成されている。即ち、下部取付腕12とアダプタ13とは、1枚の平板に折り曲げ加工を施すことにより構成されている。
次に、図7は、実施の形態3によるエレベータの機器支持装置5の要部を示す正面図である。実施の形態3の機器支持装置5は、実施の形態1と同様の構成に加えて、追加取付腕25を有している。
次に、図8は、実施の形態4によるエレベータの機器支持装置5を示す正面図である。実施の形態4のアダプタ13の上下方向寸法は、制御盤4の上下方向寸法よりも大きい。また、アダプタ13の幅方向寸法は、制御盤4の幅方向寸法よりも大きい。アダプタ13の幅方向及び制御盤4の幅方向は、第1かごガイドレール3の幅方向に平行な方向であり、図8の左右方向である。
Claims (8)
- 昇降体、
前記昇降体の昇降を案内するガイドレール、
前記ガイドレールに取り付けられている機器支持装置、
前記機器支持装置を介して前記ガイドレールに支持されている制御盤、及び
前記制御盤に電気的に接続されている制御ケーブル
を備え、
前記機器支持装置は、
前記ガイドレールに取り付けられている上部取付腕と、
前記上部取付腕の下方で前記ガイドレールに取り付けられている下部取付腕と、
前記下部取付腕を介して前記ガイドレールに支持されており、前記制御盤が取り付けられているアダプタと、
前記アダプタに取り付けられており、前記制御ケーブルの一部を挟み込んで固定しているケーブルクリップと
を有しているエレベータ。 - 前記アダプタに対する前記下部取付腕の取付位置が、上下方向に調整可能になっている請求項1記載のエレベータ。
- 前記アダプタには、前記アダプタを前記下部取付腕に取り付けるための腕取付具が挿入される複数の腕取付孔が設けられており、
前記複数の腕取付孔の中から前記腕取付具を挿入する前記腕取付孔を選択することにより、前記アダプタに対する前記下部取付腕の取付位置が、上下方向に調整可能になっている請求項2記載のエレベータ。 - 前記下部取付腕と前記アダプタとは、1部品として構成されている請求項1記載のエレベータ。
- 前記機器支持装置を介して前記ガイドレールに支持されているオプション盤
をさらに備え、
前記機器支持装置は、
前記下部取付腕の下方で前記ガイドレールに取り付けられている追加取付腕
をさらに有しており、
前記オプション盤は、前記下部取付腕と前記追加取付腕とによって支持されている請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。 - 前記アダプタは、前記上部取付腕と前記下部取付腕とを介して、前記ガイドレールに支持されている請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。
- 取付腕を介してガイドレールに支持されるとともに、制御盤が取り付けられるアダプタ
を備え、
前記アダプタには、制御ケーブルの一部を挟み込んで固定するケーブルクリップを取り付けるためのクリップ取付具が挿入される複数のクリップ取付孔が設けられているエレベータの機器支持装置。 - 前記アダプタには、前記アダプタを前記取付腕に取り付けるための腕取付具が挿入される複数の腕取付孔が設けられており、
前記複数の腕取付孔の中から前記腕取付具を挿入する前記腕取付孔を選択することにより、前記アダプタに対する前記取付腕の取付位置が調整可能になっている請求項7記載のエレベータの機器支持装置。
