Description

主控板安装组件及冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种主控板安装组件及冰箱,尤其涉及一种容易维修的主控板安装组件及冰箱。
背景技术
现有冰箱的主控板一般放在冰箱顶部,且通常在冰箱顶部设置收容安装主控板的安装盒,然而,大多数的安装盒内部尺寸与主控板相匹配,一旦当主控板发生故障时,需要将主控板拆卸,安装盒内部尺寸狭窄导致主控板不易拆卸,给维修冰箱增加很大难度。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的主控板安装组件及冰箱予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种容易维修的主控板安装组件及冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种主控板安装组件,其中,所述主控板安装组件包括:安装盒,具有形成有收容腔的盒体和设于盒体一侧的开口;安装座,沿前述开口的开口方向自开口抽拉设置于收容腔内,所述安装座上设置有用以安装主控板的内安装腔;其中,在前述开口方向上,所述安装盒远离开口一端的内部尺寸小于开口处的内部尺寸,并在安装盒远离开口的一端对安装座形成限位。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装盒具有形成收容腔的顶壁、底壁和两侧壁,所述安装盒在远离开口一端的至少一侧壁向收容腔内突设形成有台阶部,该台阶部形成有侧向抵接所述安装座的抵接部和位于抵接部靠近开口一侧的导引斜面,以导引安装座的移动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装座上形成有与所述抵接部弹性抵持配合的弹性部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装座具有承载底壁、自承载底壁两侧分别向上延伸的两外侧壁,所述弹性部为一体成型于所述外侧壁上的弹片,所述弹片后侧 形成有在安装座向后安装移动过程中与所述导引斜面相配合的导引部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装盒具有形成收容腔的顶壁、底壁和两侧壁,所述安装盒在远离开口一端的顶壁和/或底壁上向收容腔内突设形成有台阶部,该台阶部形成有抵接所述安装座的抵接部和位于抵接部靠近开口一侧的导引斜面,以导引安装座的移动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装座上形成有与所述抵接部弹性抵持配合的弹性部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装座具有承载底壁、自承载底壁两侧分别向上延伸的两外侧壁以及后侧壁,所述弹性部设置在所述外侧壁和后侧壁之间的夹角处,所述安装座在前述夹角处形成有与后侧壁平行设置的支撑壁,所述弹性部形成在前述支撑壁的顶部,并且呈向下开口的V型状。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将安装盒远离开口一端的内部尺寸设置小于开口处的内部尺寸,并在安装盒远离开口的一端对安装座形成限位。因此,维修时,抽拉安装座解除限位时,安装座与安装盒之间具有较大的空间,从而便于取出安装座,进而便于维修主控板,大大简化了维修步骤、减少维修时间、降低维修成本。

请参图1至图13所示为本发明主控板安装组件的实施例,所述主控板安装组件包括安装盒3,具有形成有收容腔的盒体和设于盒体一侧的开口31;安装座7,沿前述开口31的开口方向自开口31抽拉设置于收容腔内,所述安装座7上设置有用以安装主控板4的内安装腔71;其中,在前述开口方向上,所述安装盒3远离开口一端的内部尺寸小于开口处的内部尺寸,并在安装盒3远离开口的一端对安装座7形成限位。
所述主控板安装组件主要应用于冰箱,所述冰箱包括箱体、位于箱体前侧以打开或关闭箱体的门体,所述箱体包括内胆1、位于内胆1外侧的外壳2。在本实施例中,所述主控板安装组件设置于所述箱体内,需要注意的是,设置于箱体内是指设置于外壳2和内胆1之间,当然也可以设置于门体内。所述冰箱为嵌入式冰箱,主要设置于橱柜内,当然也可以为传统冰箱。而且所述主控板组件也可以应用于其他装置上,例如冷柜、酒柜,甚至其他技术领域的带有主控板的装置。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,为本发明的第一实施例,在本实施例中,所述外壳2和内胆1之间形成发泡腔5,所述冰箱还具有设置于外壳2和内胆1之间并相邻安装盒3设置的保温层,前述保温层可以为发泡成型于所述发泡腔5内的发泡层,也可以为真空绝热设计。
在本实施例中,所述外壳2包括相互组装而成的外壳本体21、设置于外壳本体21前侧的加强梁22,所述加强梁22具有沿前后方向延伸的第一壁221、自第一壁221朝向内胆1方向弯折形成的第二壁222(即沿上下方向弯折延伸),所述安装盒3的开口31向前贯穿第二壁222。所述加强梁22的第一壁221和外壳2顶壁相固定,第二壁222和外壳2侧壁沿横向方向弯折的部分相固定,且加强梁22整体固定于外壳2内部且设置于外壳2的最前端,从而增加外壳2的一体性。
由于本发明的安装盒3设置于外壳2顶壁和内胆1之间,因此,通过单独设置所述加强梁22,不仅便于连接外壳本体21和内胆1、提高了安装盒3的结构强度,而且工艺更加简单,生产效率更高。当然在其他实施例中,所述外壳本体21和加强梁22也可一体成型。
所述外壳2相邻安装盒3开口31的位置处设置有向前开放的缺口223,在本实施例中,所述缺口223设置于所述加强梁22的第一壁221上且沿上下方向贯穿设置。即可以理解为:所述缺口223为自第一壁221的前端向后凹陷形成。并且,所述安装盒3与缺口223对应的部分突伸入所述缺口223内,并遮盖所述缺口223的内壁。即缺口223的内壁与安装盒3的外壁相配合设置。并且安装盒3的开口31贯穿第二壁222的位置与缺口223相连通,从而使得安装盒3的上前端暴露于外侧。
因此,当维修时,维修人员不会碰到所述加强梁22,即使安装盒3的开口31不是很大,但维修人员也只会碰到安装盒3的塑胶结构,从而不会被加强梁22的金属结构刮伤,降低维修人员的受伤风险。当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以不突伸入缺口223内,即安装盒3的外壁贴合第一壁221的内壁面设置。
所述安装盒3设置于外壳3的顶壁和内胆1之间。一方面,由于所述顶壁的面积相对侧壁的面积较小,容易将顶壁和内胆1之间的发泡腔5加厚,以避免安装盒3突出于外壳2,且加厚顶壁和内胆1之间的发泡腔5相对于加厚侧壁和内胆1之间的发泡腔5,成本更低。
另一方面,一般冰箱上侧的储物间室为冷藏室,储藏温度相对冷冻室相对较高,因此,冷藏室的温度也不易对主控板4的工作造成影响。同时,设置于该位置处的主控板4,维修人员也不用弯腰工作,降低维修难度。
当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以设置于侧壁和内胆1之间的发泡腔5、冷藏室和冷冻室之间的发泡腔5。当安装盒3设置于侧壁和内胆1之间的发泡腔5时,可以只把安装盒3的部分突出外壳2的侧壁设置,然后在橱柜设置与该突出结构相配合的收容结构。当安装盒3设置于冷藏室和冷冻室之间的发泡腔5内时,应增加安装盒3的保温性能以降低冷冻室低温对其的影响。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3相邻外壳2内壁设置,即所述安装盒3贴敷于外 壳2顶壁设置,如此,不仅可以增加安装盒3底部与内胆1之间的距离,从而增加两者之间的保温层厚度,进而降低储物间室内的温度对主控板4的影响,而且主控板4工作时所产生的热量也可借助于金属材质的外壳2传导出去,加强散热效果。同时在保温效果足够的情况下,亦可以使得外壳2顶壁和内胆1之间的距离最小,即发泡腔5最薄,降低冰箱体积。
如图4至图9所示,所述安装盒3包括上下相互组装的上盖32和下盖33,因此,成型组装更加简单。当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以一体成型。
所述冰箱还包括将安装盒3和外壳2相互组装的预定位结构。所述预定位结构包括设置于安装盒3和外壳2之间且位于安装盒3前侧,所述预定位结构包括设置于安装盒3和外壳2其中一者上的卡持结构34、设置于另一者上的配合结构23。
在本实施例中,所述配合结构23设置于外壳2上的穿孔,且所述穿孔沿上下方向贯穿外壳本体21和加强梁22的第一壁221。所述卡持结构34包括与配合结构23相固定的第一卡持部341、位于第一卡持部341前侧与外壳2前端壁(即加强梁22第一壁221的前端壁)相固定的第二卡持部342。且所述预定位结构包括沿横向方向设置的多个所述穿孔、第一卡持部341、第二卡持部342。
其中,所述第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342设置于上盖32上,且第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342的卡持腔相对设置。当预固定时,先将第一卡持部341倾斜从下往上放置于穿孔内并向前移动,然后将安装盒3抬起并向后推动,使第二卡持部342卡持于外壳2前端壁(即加强梁22的前端壁)。
且通过设置第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342,一方面,可增加卡持结构34的承重能力,降低第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342受损的风险。另一方面,避免采用螺钉固定方式,螺钉贯穿上盖32,伤到安装盒3内的主控板4,同时也可避免维修人员被螺钉划伤。
通过设置所述预固定结构,可先将安装盒3与外壳2相固定,并将安装盒3和外壳2之间的孔位相对准,然后再通过在其他位置用螺钉做进一步固定,从而使用螺钉固定时,无需手扶安装盒3,提高组装效率。
具体的,所述第一卡持部341自安装盒3外壁面朝向外壳2垂直延伸的延伸部 3411、自延伸部3411朝向缺口223方向延伸的扣持部3412、形成在扣持部3412和安装盒3外壁面之间的第一扣持腔3413,所述第一扣持腔3413靠近缺口223处的内腔高度大于相邻延伸部3411处的内腔高度。
所述扣持部3412的延伸长度大于所述延伸部3411的延伸长度,并且在所述扣持部3412靠近缺口223处的一端形成有朝向第一扣持腔3413内倾斜延伸的斜面。
所述第二卡持部342具有进一步朝向第一卡持部341方向延伸设置有卡合部3421,所述卡合部3421与安装盒3外壁面之间形成收容所述外壳3的缺口223边缘的第二扣持腔,所述卡合部3421的延伸末端背离第二扣持腔的一侧形成有倾斜导引面3422。
且所述第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342所述安装盒3的宽度方向上错开设置,从而在安装盒3有限的空间内方便成型出上述结构。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3具有自下盖33下表面向下突伸以支撑在内胆1上的支撑脚35,所述支撑脚35可辅助所述预定位结构,提高预定位效果,同时也可降低卡持结构34受损的风险。
所述安装盒3具有供设置线束的线束过孔36,在本实施例中,所述线束过孔36位于横向方向的一侧,由于设置横向方向的一侧,因此,维修人员维修时,线束相对更加靠近维修人员,也便于维修人员检查维修。当然在其他实施例中,也可以位于后侧。
所述安装盒3具有连通发泡腔5和安装盒3内部的透气孔37。所述冰箱还包括设置于安装盒3外侧透气孔37位置处的透气膜(未图示)。在本实施例中,所述透气孔37主要设置于下盖33上。通过设置透气孔37和透气膜,当发泡时,可与外界相连通,降低发泡压力,使发泡过程更加顺利,并且透气膜可保证发泡料不会进入到安装盒3内,避免安装盒3溢料的风险。
所述安装盒3在远离开口31一端的至少一侧壁向收容腔内突设形成有台阶部312,所述台阶部312沿横向方向突伸形成,该台阶部312形成有侧向抵接所述安装座7的抵接部313和位于抵接部313靠近开口31一侧的导引斜面314。在本实施例中,除上述横向方向突伸的台阶部312外,所述安装盒3在远离开口31一端的顶壁 和/或底壁上向收容腔内也突设形成有所述台阶部312。当然在其他实施例中,横向方向的台阶部312、顶壁上的台阶部312和底壁上的台阶部312,上述三处台阶部312可以根据安装盒3的结构选择设置,例如仅在横向方向设置或仅在顶壁或底壁上设置。
在本实施例中,所述收容腔包括位于后侧的第一收容腔38、位于前侧的第二收容腔39,所述第一收容腔38与第二收容腔39相连通,且第二收容腔39沿横向方向的宽度大于第一收容腔38,所述第一收容腔38用于收容所述主控板4。所述第二收容腔39的一端与第一收容腔38相对齐,因此,所述第二收容腔39的后内壁仅位于横向方向的其中一侧,同时,所述安装盒3的线束过孔36设置于第二收容腔39长于第一收容腔38该部分的后侧。
所述安装盒3还具有形成在第二收容腔39两侧的两个前侧壁391、分别形成在第二收容腔39上下侧的前顶壁和前底壁、形成在第一收容腔38两侧的两个后侧壁381、连接同一侧的前侧壁391后端和后侧壁381前端的连接壁392、分别形成在第一收容腔38上侧和下侧的后顶壁和后底壁,所述前顶壁和后顶壁位于同一平面,前底壁和后底壁位于同一平面。且前顶壁和后顶壁形成于上盖32上,前底壁和后底壁形成与下盖33上。
在本实施例中,所述连接壁392位于第二收容腔39的后侧,所述连接壁392形成在一侧的前侧壁391和后侧壁381之间,相对侧的前侧壁391和后侧壁381位于同一平面上。即第一收容腔39和第二收容腔38沿横向方向的其中一侧为齐平设置,第一收容腔39仅在另一侧长于第二收容腔38。
所述安装盒3具有自后侧壁381的所述线束过孔36周围向外突伸的延伸壁361,所述延伸壁361环绕线束过孔36设置。因此,所述延伸壁361可方便其他线束深入安装盒3内,同时也便于与其他结构形成密封,避免发泡料从线束过孔36渗入。
所述安装盒3还具有设置在所述盒体相邻开口位置处的安装部316,所述安装部316上设置有螺孔315,在本实施例中,所述安装盒3具有两所述安装部316且分设于左右两侧,其中一侧的安装部316形成于第二收容腔39的后内壁上,另一侧的安装部316为自安装盒3突伸的凸部。
所述冰箱还包括配合设置于所述开口31处且电性连接主控板4的显控组件6,所述第二收容腔39用于收容所述显控组件6,一方面,显控组件6沿横向方向的宽度大于主控板4,第二收容腔39便于安装显控组件6,另一方面,当维修时,第二收容腔39设置于安装盒3前侧,维修人员具有更大的操作空间,更加方便维修。当然在其他实施例中,与所述开口31处配合设置也可以为盖板,只需能够遮挡主控板4即可。
具体的,所述显控组件6包括显控支架61、固定于显控支架61上的显控电路板62、罩设于显控支架61前侧的显控面板63,所述冰箱还包括设置于显控面板63与安装盒3之间的固定结构,所述固定结构包括设置于显控面板63和安装盒3其中一者上的卡勾64、设置于另一者上的卡槽311。
在本实施例中,所述卡勾64设置于显控面板63上,所述卡槽311设置于安装盒3的内壁上,并且所述显控支架61与显控面板63相固定至一起,因此,当维修时,可直接将显控面板63拆卸下来,同时,显控支架61和显控电路板62被一并拆卸下来,简化维修步骤。并且显控组件6设置于主控板4前侧,缩短了显控组件6和主控板4之间线束长度,便于合理布置及整理线束。而且显控组件6设置安装盒3开口31处,还可充当盖板的作用,从而遮挡主控板4,即显控组件6和盖板二合一。
所述安装盒3还具有自两个前侧壁分别向两侧延伸的延伸片331,所述延伸片331上设置有用以固定加强梁22的安装孔,从而进一步加强安装盒3的固定。在本实施例中,所述显控面板63左右两侧延伸至所述延伸片331前侧,因此,是延伸片331可挡止显控面板63进一步向后移动,避免显控组件6挤压主控板组件,同时,还可遮挡上述安装孔,提高美观度。
如图8至图10所示,在本实施例中,所述安装座7类似于抽屉的结构,所述安装座7具有承载底壁、自承载底壁两侧分别向上延伸的两外侧壁,所述安装座7的前壁还具有前后贯穿的过线孔72、向前突伸以固定该线束的束线卡73,所述过线孔72供连接显控组件6和主控板4的线束穿过,所述束线卡73用以整理该线束。
其中,所述过线孔72位于安装座7前壁横向方向的一侧,且所述过线孔72与安装盒3的线束过孔36位于同侧,束线卡73大致位于安装座7前壁的中间位置。 因此,通过过线孔72的线束可直接与通过线束过孔36的线束相连接,缩短线束长度,然后通过束线卡73使得线束有序排布。
所述安装座7还具有自内安装腔71内底壁突伸、以支撑主控板4的支撑部74。在本实施例中,所述安装座7具有设置于内安装腔71四周的多个所述支撑部74,所述支撑部74还连接于内安装腔71四周的内侧壁,从而增加支撑部74的结构强度。所述支撑部74可用于提高主控板4与内安装腔71底壁之间的距离,避免安装座7内出现凝露时,凝露与主控板4相接触,保证主控板4稳定工作。
所述安装座7还具有自内安装腔71内壁突伸的限位卡扣75,所述限位卡扣75相对设置于支撑部74上侧,且所述限位卡扣75与支撑部74之间形成固定空间以固定主控板4,所述限位卡扣75具有便于主控板4上下安装的导引面。
在本实施例中,所述内安装腔71除前壁外的其他侧壁均设有弹性臂76,所述弹性臂76为内安装腔71侧壁的一部分,且所述弹性臂76的两侧与内安装腔71的侧壁间隔设置,所述限位卡扣75设置于所述弹性臂76上,从而使得弹性臂76容易靠近内安装腔71或远离内安装腔71移动,也使得主控板4的安装和拆卸更加简单。
当然在其他实施例中,所述安装座7也可以不设置前壁,那么主控板4也可以沿前后方向安装于限位卡扣75和支撑部74之间。
在本实施例中,所述安装座7还具有沿上下方向贯穿以暴露主控板4底部的通孔77,通过设置所述通孔77,不仅可以减少安装座7的材料成本,还可以增加散热性能,同时,还可以使原来主控板4与内安装腔71内底壁之间距离进一步增大,变为主控板4与安装盒3下盖33之间的距离,并且即使出现凝露时,凝露也会自通孔77流至安装盒3内,从而进一步加强防水性能。
所述安装座7还包括设置于内安装腔71旁侧以收容线束的外安装腔78、自外安装腔78内壁突伸的束线部781。在本实施例中,所述外安装腔78环绕在内安装腔71的左右两侧及后侧,并且位于安装盒3的线束过孔36的一侧。所述外安装腔78即安装座7横向方向和前后方向最外侧的侧壁与内安装腔71的侧壁形成的空间,从而可提供较多的空间安排布置线束,所述束线部781自外安装腔78的内壁突伸形成。
其中,所述安装座7具有设置于外安装腔78上且靠近线束过孔36侧设置的走 线口782,所述走线口782与所述内安装腔71相连通。所述安装座7还具有设置于内安装腔71和外安装腔78之间的内立壁321、与走线口782相配合的过线口711。在本实施例中,所述内立壁321即为形成所述内安装腔71的左右侧壁和后侧壁。
所述外安装腔包括相邻安装座7外侧壁的第一腔322、相邻内立壁321的第二腔323、设置在第一腔322和第二腔323之间的分隔壁324。在本实施例中,所述第一腔322、第二腔323、分隔壁324靠近线束过孔36侧设置。从而方便从线束过孔36进入的不同线束分布走线。当然第一腔322、第二腔323、分隔壁324也可以设置于其他位置。
所述走线口782设置在安装座7的外侧壁上并连通第一腔322,且所述第一腔322与相邻安装座后侧壁的外安装腔部分相连通。所述分隔壁324具有连通第一腔322和第二腔323的走线槽325,所述第二腔323通过分隔壁324端部与一内立壁321之间的过线口711与内安装腔相连通。在本实施例中,所述走线槽325沿横向方向贯穿所述分隔壁324设置,且该过线口711为横向方向的内立壁321与后侧内立壁321之间的过线口711。
所述安装座7上形成有与所述台阶部312弹性抵持配合的弹性部79、供弹性部79变形的让位空间722,所述弹性部79为一体成型于安装座7上的弹片,所述弹片形成有在安装座7向后安装移动过程中与所述导引斜面314相配合的导引部327。通过设置所述弹性部79不仅便于前后推拉安装座7,同时还可加强对安装座7的固定效果。当然在其他实施例中,也可以不设置所述弹性部79,只通过安装座7与台阶部312过盈配合也可。
在本实施例中,所述安装座7包括设置于左右外侧壁、安装座7上方的多个所述弹性部79,其中,安装座7上方的弹性部79设置在安装座7的外侧壁和后侧壁之间的夹角处,所述安装座7在前述夹角处形成有与后侧壁平行设置的支撑壁326,所述弹性部79形成在前述支撑壁326的顶部,并且呈向下开口的V型状。从而使得当安装座7向前拉出解除与抵接部313的固定时,安装座7的上下左右有足够的空间活动,不仅可增加固定强度,而且便于拆卸,同时也有利于散热。
在本实施例中,所述台阶部312设置于安装盒3内部的后端,所述弹性部79 也形成于所述安装座7后端。因此,安装盒3内部前半段的活动空间可最大化,从而保证安装座7的顺利拆卸。
除上述台阶部312和弹性部79的固定之外,所述安装座7与安装盒3之间还通过另一部分固定,具体的,所述安装座7前端两侧设置有向外突伸的固定突片723,所述固定突片723设有与上述安装部316上的螺孔315对应的固定孔,所述主控板安装组件还包括与所述螺孔315和固定孔相配合的螺栓。因此,通过台阶部312与弹性部79固定、固定突片723与安装部316固定,可有效保证安装座7牢固固定。
且所述第二收容腔39的后内壁上还具有向后凹陷以收容所述固定突片723的凹槽,从而使得固定突片723的前端面与该后内壁齐平,保证显控组件6的顺利安装。
所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显控组件6左右两侧的外观件8,所述外观件8固定于是加强梁22上,从而避免加强梁22暴露,提高美观度。并且左右两侧的外观件8大小不一致,其中位于门体铰链侧的外观件8较小。
如图12和图13所示,为本发明冰箱的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述显控组件6包括一体成型于安装座7前侧的显控支架61、固定于显控支架61后侧的显控电路板62、罩设于显控支架61前侧的显控面板63。
即安装座7的前壁和显控支架61是同一结构,因此,不仅便于固定主控板4,还可便于固定显控电路板62,同时节省了较多材料,有效降低成本。在本实施例中,所述显控电路板62设置于显控支架61和主控板4之间且位于内安装腔71内,因此,显示电路板可直接在内安装腔71内与主控板4相连接,两者距离更短,且连接两者的线束无需向前穿出安装座7,降低了整理线束的难度。
另外,由于所述显控面板63与显控支架61也是固定至一起的,因此,当拆卸维修时,可直接解除显控面板63和安装盒3之间的固定结构,然后直接将显控面板63拉出即可。从而可一步取出主控板4,大大简化了维修步骤。当然前提是,安装座7和安装盒3之间仅通过上述定位结构相固定,安装座7的固定突片723和螺孔315之间不通过螺钉固定,或者不必设置所述固定突片723和螺孔315。
综上所述,本发明通过将安装盒3远离开口31一端的内部尺寸设置小于开口处的内部尺寸,并在安装盒3远离开口的一端对安装座7形成限位。因此,维修时, 抽拉安装座7解除限位时,安装座7与安装盒3之间具有较大的空间,从而便于取出安装座7,进而便于维修主控板,大大简化了维修步骤、减少维修时间、降低维修成本。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施例的具体说明,并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施例或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种主控板安装组件,其特征在于,所述主控板安装组件包括:
    安装盒,具有形成有收容腔的盒体和设于盒体一侧的开口;
    安装座,沿前述开口的开口方向自开口抽拉设置于收容腔内,所述安装座上设置有用以安装主控板的内安装腔;
    其中,在前述开口方向上,所述安装盒远离开口一端的内部尺寸小于开口处的内部尺寸,并在安装盒远离开口的一端对安装座形成限位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装盒具有形成收容腔的顶壁、底壁和两侧壁,所述安装盒在远离开口一端的至少一侧壁向收容腔内突设形成有台阶部,该台阶部形成有侧向抵接所述安装座的抵接部和位于抵接部靠近开口一侧的导引斜面,以导引安装座的移动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座上形成有与所述抵接部弹性抵持配合的弹性部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座具有承载底壁、自承载底壁两侧分别向上延伸的两外侧壁,所述弹性部为一体成型于所述外侧壁上的弹片,所述弹片后侧形成有在安装座向后安装移动过程中与所述导引斜面相配合的导引部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装盒具有形成收容腔的顶壁、底壁和两侧壁,所述安装盒在远离开口一端的顶壁和/或底壁上向收容腔内突设形成有台阶部,该台阶部形成有抵接所述安装座的抵接部和位于抵接部靠近开口一侧的导引斜面,以导引安装座的移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座上形成有与所述抵接部弹性抵持配合的弹性部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座具有承载底壁、自承载底壁两侧分别向上延伸的两外侧壁以及后侧壁,所述弹性部设置在所述外侧壁和后侧壁之间的夹角处,所述安装座在前述夹角处形成有与后侧壁平行设置 的支撑壁,所述弹性部形成在前述支撑壁的顶部,并且呈向下开口的V型状。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装盒的两侧壁上均形成有前述台阶部,并且在所述台阶部的前侧形成有侧开贯穿的线束过孔,所述安装座上设有与所述线束过孔相对的走线口,所述走线口与所述内安装腔相连通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括设置于内安装腔旁侧以收容线束的外安装腔、设置于内安装腔和外安装腔之间的内立壁,设置在内立壁之间的过线口、自外安装腔内壁突伸形成的束线部,所述走线口通过外安装腔和过线口与所述内安装腔连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述外安装腔环绕在内安装腔的两侧和后侧,并且在相邻前述安装盒的线束过孔的一侧,所述外安装腔包括相邻外侧壁的第一腔、相邻内立壁的第二腔、设置在第一腔和第二腔之间的分隔壁,所述走线口设置在外侧壁上并连通第一腔,所述第一腔与相邻安装座后侧壁的外安装腔部分相连通,所述分隔壁具有连通第一腔和第二腔的走线槽,所述第二腔通过分隔壁端部与一内立壁之间的过线口与内安装腔相连通。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装座还具有自内安装腔底壁突伸的支撑部、相对设置于支撑部上侧的限位卡扣、形成于支撑部和限位卡扣之间的主控板固定空间,其中,所述限位卡扣形成在所述内安装腔的内壁上。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的主控板安装组件,其特征在于:所述安装盒还具有设置在所述盒体相邻开口位置处的安装部,所述安装部上设置有螺孔,所述安装座前端两侧设置有向外突伸的固定突片,所述固定突片设有与所述螺孔对应的固定孔,所述主控板安装组件还包括与所述螺孔和固定孔相配合的螺栓。
  13. 一种冰箱,其特征在于:包括箱体、位于箱体前侧以打开或关闭箱体的门体、如权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的主控板安装组件,所述主控板安装组件设置于所述箱体或门体内。
