Abstract

Description

冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种冰箱,尤其涉及一种容易维修的冰箱。
背景技术
现有冰箱的主控板一般放在压机仓内,维修时需要将安装好的冰箱向外拉出一段距离,然后才可以方便拆卸压机仓的盖板,再取出主控板进行维修,给维修冰箱增加很大难度,而且在拉出冰箱的过程中,容易发生意外导致冰箱外部撞击或摩擦受损,甚至导致维修人员受伤。
尤其是对嵌入式冰箱来说,因为安装在橱柜内,在拉出冰箱之前,还要先解除冰箱与橱柜之间的固定结构,维修更加繁琐费时。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的冰箱予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种容易维修的冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种冰箱,包括箱体、位于箱体前侧以打开或关闭箱体的门体,所述箱体包括内胆、位于内胆外侧的外壳、形成于内胆与外壳之间的保温腔,所述外壳具有顶壁和两侧壁,其中,所述冰箱还包括设置于内胆和外壳顶壁之间的安装盒、设置于安装盒内的主控板,所述安装盒具有与所述保温腔相连通以供线束伸入安装盒内的过孔、向前开放以自箱体前侧安装和拆卸主控板的开口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装盒相邻外壳内壁设置,所述冰箱还包括将安装盒和外壳相互组装的预定位结构,所述预定位结构设置于安装盒和外壳之间且位于安装盒前侧,所述预定位结构包括设置于安装盒和外壳其中一者上的卡持结构、设置于另一者上的配合结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述配合结构设置于外壳上且为通孔,所述卡持结构包括与配合结构相固定的第一卡持部、位于第一卡持部前侧与外壳前端壁相固定 的第二卡持部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述安装盒还具有向下突伸以支撑在内胆上的支撑脚。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外壳相邻安装盒开口的位置处设置有向前开放的缺口,所述安装盒与缺口对应的部分突伸入所述缺口内,并遮盖所述缺口的内壁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外壳包括外壳本体、设置于外壳本体前侧的加强梁,所述加强梁具有沿前后方向延伸的第一壁、自第一壁朝向内胆方向弯折形成的第二壁,所述缺口和开口分别对应贯穿所述第一壁和第二壁。

本发明的有益效果:本发明冰箱通过在内胆和外壳之间设置安装盒、设置于安装盒内的主控板,所述安装盒具有与所述保温腔相连通以供线束伸入安装盒内的过孔、向前开放以自箱体前侧安装和拆卸主控板的开口。因此,维修时,可直接拆卸安装盒前侧的结构,然后向前拉出主控板即可,大大简化了维修步骤、减少维修时间、降低维修成本,同时也不易对冰箱或冰箱周围的物体造成损伤,提高了用户体验。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
请参图1至图11所示为本发明冰箱的实施例,所述冰箱包括箱体、位于箱体前侧以打开或关闭箱体的门体,所述箱体包括内胆1、位于内胆1外侧的外壳2、形成于内胆1与外壳2之间的保温腔5,所述外壳2具有顶壁和两侧壁,其中,所述冰箱还包括设置于内胆1和外壳2顶壁之间的安装盒3、设置于安装盒3内的主控板4,所述安装盒3具有与所述保温腔5相连通以供线束伸入安装盒3内的过孔36、向前开放以自箱体前侧安装和拆卸主控板4的开口31
具体地,如图1至图3所示,为本发明的第一实施例,在本实施例中,所述冰箱为嵌入式冰箱,主要设置于橱柜内,当然也可以为传统冰箱。所述冰箱还具有设置于外壳2和内胆1之间并相邻安装盒3设置的保温层,前述保温层可以为发泡成型于所述保温腔5内的发泡层,也可以为真空绝热设计。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3设置于所述顶壁和内胆1之间。一方面,由于所述顶壁的面积相对侧壁的面积较小,容易将顶壁和内胆1之间的保温腔5加厚,以避免安装盒3突出于外壳2,且加厚顶壁和内胆1之间的保温腔5相对于加厚侧壁和内胆1之间的保温腔5,成本更低。
另一方面,一般冰箱上侧的储物间室为冷藏室,储藏温度相对冷冻室相对较高,因此,冷藏室的温度也不易对主控板4的工作造成影响。同时,设置于该位置处的主控板4,维修人员也不用弯腰工作,降低维修难度。
当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以设置于侧壁和内胆1之间的保温腔5、冷藏室和冷冻室之间的保温腔5。当安装盒3设置于侧壁和内胆1之间的保温腔5时,可以只把安装盒3的部分突出外壳2的侧壁设置,然后在橱柜设置与该突出结构相配合的收容结构。当安装盒3设置于冷藏室和冷冻室之间的保温腔5内时,应增加安装盒3的保温性能以降低冷冻室低温对其的影响。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3相邻外壳2内壁设置,即所述安装盒3贴敷于外壳2顶壁设置,如此,不仅可以增加安装盒3底部与内胆1之间的距离,从而增加两者之间的保温层厚度,进而降低储物间室内的温度对主控板4的影响,而且主控板4工作时所产生的热量也可借助于金属材质的外壳2传导出去,加强散热效果。同时在保温效果足够的情况下,亦可以使得外壳2顶壁和内胆1之间的距离最小, 即保温腔5最薄,降低冰箱体积。
在本实施例中,所述外壳2包括相互组装而成的外壳本体21、设置于外壳本体21前侧的加强梁22,所述加强梁22具有沿前后方向延伸的第一壁221、自第一壁221朝向内胆1方向弯折形成的第二壁222(即沿上下方向弯折延伸),所述安装盒3的开口31向前贯穿第二壁222。所述加强梁22的第一壁221和外壳2顶壁相固定,第二壁222和外壳2侧壁沿横向方向弯折的部分相固定,且加强梁22整体固定于外壳2内部且设置于外壳2的最前端,从而增加外壳2的一体性。
由于本发明的安装盒3设置于外壳2顶壁和内胆1之间,因此,通过单独设置所述加强梁22,不仅便于连接外壳本体21和内胆1、提高了安装盒3的结构强度,而且工艺更加简单,生产效率更高。当然在其他实施例中,所述外壳本体21和加强梁22也可一体成型。
所述外壳2相邻安装盒3开口31的位置处设置有向前开放的缺口223,在本实施例中,所述缺口223设置于所述加强梁22的第一壁221上且沿上下方向贯穿设置。即可以理解为:所述缺口223为自第一壁221的前端向后凹陷形成。并且,所述安装盒3与缺口223对应的部分突伸入所述缺口223内,并遮盖所述缺口223的内壁。即缺口223的内壁与安装盒3的外壁相配合设置。并且安装盒3的开口31贯穿第二壁222的位置与缺口223相连通,从而使得安装盒3的上前端暴露于外侧。
因此,当维修时,维修人员不会碰到所述加强梁22,即使安装盒3的开口31不是很大,但维修人员也只会碰到安装盒3的塑胶结构,从而不会被加强梁22的金属结构刮伤,降低维修人员的受伤风险。当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以不突伸入缺口223内,即安装盒3的外壁贴合第一壁221的内壁面设置。
如图4至图7所示,所述安装盒3包括上下相互组装的上盖32和下盖33,因此,成型组装更加简单。当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以一体成型。
所述冰箱还包括将安装盒3和外壳2相互组装的预定位结构。所述预定位结构设置于安装盒3和外壳2之间且位于安装盒3前侧,所述预定位结构包括设置于安装盒3和外壳2其中一者上的卡持结构34、设置于另一者上的配合结构23。
在本实施例中,所述配合结构23设置于外壳2上的穿孔,且所述穿孔沿上下方 向贯穿外壳本体21和加强梁22的第一壁221。所述卡持结构34包括与配合结构23相固定的第一卡持部341、位于第一卡持部341前侧与外壳2前端壁(即加强梁22第一壁221的前端壁)相固定的第二卡持部342。且所述预定位结构包括沿横向方向设置的多个所述穿孔、第一卡持部341、第二卡持部342。
其中,所述第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342设置于上盖32上,且第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342的卡持腔相对设置。当预固定时,先将第一卡持部341倾斜从下往上放置于穿孔内并向前移动,然后将安装盒3抬起并向后推动,使第二卡持部342卡持于外壳2前端壁(即加强梁22的前端壁)。
且通过设置第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342,一方面,可增加卡持结构34的承重能力,降低第一卡持部341和第二卡持部342受损的风险。另一方面,避免采用螺钉固定方式,螺钉贯穿上盖32,伤到安装盒3内的主控板4,同时也可避免维修人员被螺钉划伤。
通过设置所述预固定结构,可先将安装盒3与外壳2相固定,并将安装盒3和外壳2之间的孔位相对准,然后再通过在其他位置用螺钉做进一步固定,从而使用螺钉固定时,无需手扶安装盒3,提高组装效率。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3具有自下盖33下表面向下突伸以支撑在内胆1上的支撑脚35,所述支撑脚35可辅助所述预定位结构,提高预定位效果,同时也可降低卡持结构34受损的风险。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3的过孔36位于横向方向的一侧,由于设置横向方向的一侧,因此,维修人员维修时,线束相对更加靠近维修人员,也便于维修人员检查维修。当然在其他实施例中,也可以位于后侧。
所述安装盒3具有连通保温腔5和安装盒3内部的透气孔37。所述冰箱还包括设置于安装盒3外侧透气孔37位置处的透气膜(未图示)。在本实施例中,所述透气孔37主要设置于下盖33上。通过设置透气孔37和透气膜,当发泡时,可与外界相连通,降低发泡压力,使发泡过程更加顺利,并且透气膜可保证发泡料不会进入到安装盒3内,避免安装盒3溢料的风险。
在本实施例中,所述安装盒3具有位于后侧的第一收容腔38、位于前侧的第二 收容腔39,所述第一收容腔38与第二收容腔39相连通,且第二收容腔39沿横向方向的宽度大于第一收容腔38,所述第一收容腔38用于收容所述主控板4。
所述冰箱还包括配合设置于所述开口31处且电性连接主控板4的显控组件6,所述第二收容腔39用于收容所述显控组件6,一方面,显控组件6沿横向方向的宽度大于主控板4,第二收容腔39便于安装显控组件6,另一方面,当维修时,第二收容腔39设置于安装盒3前侧,维修人员具有更大的操作空间,更加方便维修。当然在其他实施例中,与所述开口31处配合设置也可以为盖板,只需能够遮挡主控板4即可。
具体的,所述显控组件6包括显控支架61、固定于显控支架61上的显控电路板62、罩设于显控支架61前侧的显控面板63,所述冰箱还包括设置于显控面板63与安装盒3之间的固定结构,所述固定结构包括设置于显控面板63和安装盒3其中一者上的卡勾64、设置于另一者上的卡槽311。
在本实施例中,所述卡勾64设置于显控面板63上,所述卡槽311设置于安装盒3的内壁上,并且所述显控支架61与显控面板63相固定至一起,因此,当维修时,可直接将显控面板63拆卸下来,同时,显控支架61和显控电路板62被一并拆卸下来,简化维修步骤。并且显控组件6设置于主控板4前侧,缩短了显控组件6和主控板4之间线束长度,便于合理布置及整理线束。而且显控组件6设置安装盒3开口31处,还可充当盖板的作用,从而遮挡主控板4,即显控组件6和盖板二合一。
如图5至图9所示,所述冰箱还包括设置于第一收容腔38内以安装主控板4的安装座7,所述安装座7具有安装主控板4的内安装腔71。在本实施例中,所述安装座7类似于抽屉的结构,所述安装座7的前壁还具有前后贯穿的过线孔72、向前突伸以固定该线束的束线卡73,所述过线孔72供连接显控组件6和主控板4的线束穿过,所述束线卡73用以整理该线束。
其中,所述过线孔72位于安装座7前壁横向方向的一侧,且所述过线孔72与安装盒3的过孔36位于同侧,束线卡73大致位于安装座7前壁的中间位置。因此,通过过线孔72的线束可直接与通过过孔36的线束相连接,缩短线束长度,然后通过束线卡73使得线束有序排布。
所述安装座7还具有自内安装腔71内底壁突伸、以支撑主控板4的支撑部74。在本实施例中,所述安装座7具有设置于内安装腔71四周的多个所述支撑部74,所述支撑部74还连接于内安装腔71四周的内侧壁,从而增加支撑部74的结构强度。所述支撑部74可用于提高主控板4与内安装腔71底壁之间的距离,避免安装座7内出现凝露时,凝露与主控板4相接触,保证主控板4稳定工作。
所述安装座7还具有自内安装腔71内侧壁突伸的卡扣75,所述卡扣75与支撑部74相配合以固定主控板4,所述卡扣75具有便于主控板4上下安装的导引面。在本实施例中,所述内安装腔71除前壁外的其他侧壁均设有弹性臂76,所述弹性臂76为内安装腔71侧壁的一部分,且所述弹性臂76的两侧与内安装腔71的侧壁间隔设置,所述卡扣75设置于所述弹性臂76上,从而使得弹性臂76容易靠近内安装腔71或远离内安装腔71移动,也使得主控板4的安装和拆卸更加简单。
当然在其他实施例中,所述安装座7也可以不设置前壁,那么主控板4也可以沿前后方向安装于卡扣75和支撑部74之间。
在本实施例中,所述安装座7还具有沿上下方向贯穿以暴露主控板4底部的通孔77,通过设置所述通孔77,不仅可以减少安装座7的材料成本,还可以增加散热性能,同时,还可以使原来主控板4与内安装腔71内底壁之间距离进一步增大,变为主控板4与安装盒3下盖33之间的距离,并且即使出现凝露时,凝露也会自通孔77流至安装盒3内,从而进一步加强防水性能。
所述安装座7还包括设置于内安装腔71旁侧以收容线束的外安装腔78、自外安装腔78内壁突伸的束线部781。在本实施例中,所述外安装腔78形成于内安装腔71的左右两侧及后侧,所述外安装腔78即安装座7横向方向和前后方向最外侧的侧壁与内安装腔71的侧壁形成的空间,从而可提供较多的空间安排布置线束,所述束线部781自外安装腔78的内壁突伸形成。
其中,靠近过孔36侧的外安装腔78具有多个第一走线槽782,所述内安装腔71的侧壁具有多个与第一走线槽782相配合的第二走线槽711。在本实施例中,靠近过孔36侧的外安装腔78具有左右两第一走线槽782,用于设置不同的线束,避免线束混乱无序。所述第二走线槽711贯穿内安装腔71的侧壁形成,且分设于不同位 置,以便有序整齐地连接至主控板4上相应的位置。当然在其他实施例中,所述第一走线槽782和第二走线槽711的数量可根据实际产品对应设置。
在本实施例中,所述束线部781为末端带有勾状的结构,且所述束线部781自内安装腔71侧壁的外壁面向外突伸形成,由于线束经第一走线槽782和第二走线槽711与主控板4相连接时,线束大部分贴合于内安装腔71侧壁的外壁面设置,因此,所述束线部781能够更加有效的整理线束,降低线束脱离束线部781的几率。
所述安装座7与安装盒3之间还设置有相互定位的定位结构。在本实施例中,所述定位结构包括设置于安装座7上以沿上下方向与安装盒3相弹性抵接的第一弹性部79、沿横向方向与安装盒3相弹性抵接的第二弹性部721。当然在其他实施例中,所述第一弹性部79和第二弹性部721也可以设置于安装盒3上。
通过设置上下方向抵接的第一弹性部79和横向方向抵接的第二弹性部721,一方面可充分将安装座7和安装盒3相固定,另一方面,在安装座7前后移动过程中的阻力较小,便于拆卸和安装。
具体的,所述安装盒3具有向内突伸分别与第一弹性部79、第二弹性部721相抵接的第一抵接部312、第二抵接部313,且所述第一抵接部312和第二抵接部313设置于安装盒3的后侧,并且自前向后逐渐朝向安装盒3内部倾斜延伸,从而形成供第一弹性部79和第二弹性部721前后移动的导引斜面314。因此,无论是安装还是拆卸安装座7时,安装座7在安装盒3内部前半段的活动空间较大,有利于安装和拆卸,同时,空间大也有利于散热。
在本实施例中,所述第一抵接部312和第二抵接部313设置于安装盒3内部的后端,因此,安装盒3内部前半段的活动空间可最大化。所述第一弹性部79形成于所述安装座7后端的左右两侧,所述第一弹性部79自外安装腔78外侧壁的上端向上延伸且向后弯折形成,所述安装座7还具有位于所述第一弹性部79下方的让位空间722以便第一弹性部79向下弯折变形。从而便于安装座7在前后移动过程中,第一弹性部79上下移动。
所述第二弹性部721自安装座7侧壁的外侧突伸形成,且安装座7侧壁的外侧同样设有供第二弹性部721向内变形的让位空间722。在本实施例中,所述第二弹性 部721设置于所述安装座7的左右两侧,当然在其他实施例中,也可以仅在横向方向的其中一侧设置第二弹性部721。
并且靠近安装盒3过孔36一侧的第二抵接部313沿横向方向突伸的宽度大于另一第二抵接部313突伸的宽度,从而保证位于过孔36侧的安装盒3有足够的空间布局线束。
当然在其他实施例中,所述安装盒3也可以仅设置所述第一抵接部312和第二抵接部313的其中一者或全部,安装座7直接与所述第一抵接部312和/或第二抵接部313过盈配合即可。
所述安装座7与安装盒3之间还通过另一部分固定,具体的,所述安装座7的前壁还具有向外突伸的固定部723,所述第二收容腔39的后内壁形成有与固定部723相配合的固定孔315,所述固定部723和固定孔315通过一螺钉固定。
在本实施例中,所述第二收容腔39的一端与第一收容腔38相对齐,因此,所述第二收容腔39的后内壁仅位于横向方向的其中一侧,且所述第二收容腔39的后内壁上还具有向后凹陷以收容所述固定部723的凹槽,从而使得固定部723的前端面与该后内壁齐平,保证显控组件6的顺利安装。
同时,所述安装盒3的过孔36设置于第二收容腔39长于第一收容腔38该部分的后侧,因此,过线孔72的位置大致位于第二收容腔39横向方向宽度的中间位置,从而更加方便线束与显控电路板62相连接,即连接显控电路板62上各个线束之间的长度差异较小,更易整理和排布,所述显控电路板62的选择也更加广。
位于横向方向另一侧的固定部723与自安装盒3突伸的凸部316相配合,所述凸部316上也设有所述固定孔315,因此,通过第一弹性部79、第二弹性部721、固定部723及固定孔315,可有效保证安装座7的固定效果。
所述冰箱还包括设置于所述显控组件6左右两侧的外观件8,所述外观件8固定于是加强梁22上,从而避免加强梁22暴露,提高美观度。并且左右两侧的外观件8大小不一致,其中位于门体铰链侧的外观件8较小。
如图10和图11所示,为本发明冰箱的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述显控组件6包括一体成型于安装座7前侧的显控支架61、固定于显控 支架61后侧的显控电路板62、罩设于显控支架61前侧的显控面板63。
即安装座7的前壁和显控支架61是同一结构,因此,不仅便于固定主控板4,还可便于固定显控电路板62,同时节省了较多材料,有效降低成本。在本实施例中,所述显控电路板62设置于显控支架61和主控板4之间且位于内安装腔71内,因此,显示电路板可直接在内安装腔71内与主控板4相连接,两者距离更短,且连接两者的线束无需向前穿出安装座7,降低了整理线束的难度。
另外,由于所述显控面板63与显控支架61也是固定至一起的,因此,当拆卸维修时,可直接解除显控面板63和安装盒3之间的固定结构,然后直接将显控面板63拉出即可。从而可一步取出主控板4,大大简化了维修步骤。当然前提是,安装座7和安装盒3之间仅通过上述定位结构相固定,安装座7的固定部723和固定孔315之间不通过螺钉固定,或者不必设置所述固定部723和固定孔315。
综上所述,本发明冰箱通过在内胆1和外壳2之间设置安装盒3、设置于安装盒3内的主控板4,所述安装盒3具有与所述保温腔5相连通以供线束伸入安装盒内的过孔36、向前开放以自箱体前侧安装和拆卸主控板4的开口31。因此,维修时,可直接拆卸安装盒3前侧的显控组件6,然后向前拉出主控板4即可,大大简化了维修步骤、减少维修时间、降低维修成本,同时也不易对冰箱或冰箱周围的物体造成损伤,提高了用户体验。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施例的具体说明,并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施例或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括箱体、位于箱体前侧以打开或关闭箱体的门体,所述箱体包括内胆、位于内胆外侧的外壳、形成于内胆与外壳之间的保温腔,所述外壳具有顶壁和两侧壁,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括设置于内胆和外壳顶壁之间的安装盒、设置于安装盒内的主控板,所述安装盒具有与所述保温腔相连通以供线束伸入安装盒内的过孔、向前开放以自箱体前侧安装和拆卸主控板的开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装盒相邻外壳内壁设置,所述冰箱还包括将安装盒和外壳相互组装的预定位结构,所述预定位结构设置于安装盒和外壳之间且位于安装盒前侧,所述预定位结构包括设置于安装盒和外壳其中一者上的卡持结构、设置于另一者上的配合结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述配合结构设置于外壳上且为通孔,所述卡持结构包括与配合结构相固定的第一卡持部、位于第一卡持部前侧与外壳前端壁相固定的第二卡持部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装盒还具有向下突伸以支撑在内胆上的支撑脚。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述外壳相邻安装盒开口的位置处设置有向前开放的缺口,所述安装盒与缺口对应的部分突伸入所述缺口内,并遮盖所述缺口的内壁。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述外壳包括外壳本体、设置于外壳本体前侧的加强梁,所述加强梁具有沿前后方向延伸的第一壁、自第一壁朝向内胆方向弯折形成的第二壁,所述缺口和开口分别对应贯穿所述第一壁和第二壁。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述冰箱还包括设置于安装盒内以安装主控板的安装座,所述安装座具有安装主控板的内安装腔,所述安装座与安装盒之间还设置有相互定位的定位结构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装座还具有自内安装腔内底壁突伸以支撑主控板的支撑部、自内安装腔内侧壁突伸的卡扣,所述卡扣与支撑部 相配合以固定主控板。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装座还具有沿上下方向贯穿以暴露主控板底部的通孔。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装座还包括设置于内安装腔旁侧以收容线束的外安装腔、自外安装腔内壁突伸的束线部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的冰箱,其特征在于:靠近过孔侧的外安装腔具有多个第一走线槽,所述内安装腔的侧壁具有多个与第一走线槽相配合的第二走线槽。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述定位结构包括自安装盒向内突伸以和安装座相固定的第一抵接部和第二抵接部,所述第一抵接部沿上下方向突伸形成,第二抵接部沿横向方向突伸形成。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装座具有分别与第一抵接部、第二抵接部相抵接的第一弹性部、第二弹性部,且所述第一弹性部和第二弹性部设置于安装座后侧。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述安装盒具有连通保温腔和安装盒内部的透气孔,所述冰箱还包括设置于安装盒外侧透气孔位置处的透气膜。
