为了方便用户的使用,冰箱内部一般均会设置控制板,以实现温度控制等功能。现有的冰箱控制板一般放置在冰箱的顶部或者后部,因为需要将控制板与冰箱箱体的发泡料进行隔绝,则需要在箱体上增加预埋盒,将控制板安装在预埋盒内后再发泡;并且,在安装完控制板后,还有在冰箱门体上设置显示板,还需要使显示板与控制板通信连接。因此,这样设置的控制板及显示板的零部件数量多,组装工艺复杂,成本也较高。
目前,有部分冰箱会将控制板设置在冰箱的铰链盒内,但是,显示板还是单独设置在门体上,因此整体部件依然数量多且成本高。

所述铰链容置腔110内还设有温湿度传感器111,所述温湿度传感器111与所述主控板200通信连接。此处的温湿度传感器111用于检测冰箱周围环境的温度及湿度,温湿度传感器111将检测到的环境温度及湿度数据发送给主控板200,主控板200依据这些数据执行预设的控制指令。将用于检测环境温湿度的传感器设置在铰链盒内,在可准确检测温湿度的情况下,可使传感器防水防尘,并且避免了传感器裸露在外而带来的不美观且易被损坏的问题。
为了使温湿度传感器111可以更精确地检测到环境温湿度,在铰链盒100的顶壁130或侧壁140上开设有多个通风孔112。具体来说,通风孔112位于铰链容置腔110,并且远离所述主控板容置腔120设置。并且,通风孔靠近所述温湿度传感器设置。
另外,因为开设通风孔112有进水的风险,而隔板150的设置则可以防止从通风孔112进入的水对主控板200造成短路破坏。同时,隔板150与铰链盒100材质相同,均为塑料材质,散热性较好,主控板200的热量也可以通过隔板150传递到铰链容置腔110,再通过通风孔112传递到外部环境。也即,可以通过隔板150及通风孔112对铰链盒100内部进行通风散热。
交互显示部210与控制部220成角度设置,具体地,交互显示部210平行于铰链盒100的侧壁140,控制部220设置在铰链盒100的顶壁130上,也就是说二者相互垂直设置。具体来说,限于铰链盒100的结构,交互显示部210与控制部220为 一块主控板200弯折而形成。在本发明实施方式中,交互显示部210与控制部220也可以在物理上分隔为两块板,并通过内部连接线进行连接,并且二者相互垂直设置。在另外的实施方式中,还可以利用柔性电路板来实现交互显示部与控制部的相互垂直。
交互显示部210固定连接到侧壁140。交互显示部210平行于所述铰链盒100的侧壁140设置。交互显示部210包括用于与铰链盒100的侧壁140连接的固定部213。所述交互显示部210包括宽度方向上相对的第一端214及第二端215,所述第一端214远离所述铰链盒100的顶壁130。所述固定部213设于所述第一端214。
具体来说,所述交互显示部210设置在铰链盒100上靠近冰箱的门体的侧壁140上。从而,用户在面对门体时可以看到交互显示部210显示的内容,并对交互显示部210进行控制冰箱的操作。
所述铰链盒100的顶壁130上设有向内延伸的限位部180,所述交互显示部210的第二端215与所述限位部180连接,以限制所述第二端215的位移。具体来说,交互显示部210为板状,在固定到侧壁140上时,一般在其宽度的正中设置固定部213较为合适(例如设置供螺钉穿过的通孔),但是因为铰链盒100是由顶壁130及侧壁140围合而成的,围合后形成了腔体,而从腔体内部来固定交互显示部210会非常不方便,因此将固定部213设置在交互显示部210的第一端214,也就是远离顶壁130的位置。但是在固定时(例如安装螺钉时),板状的交互显示部210的第二端215就可能会偏移,使交互显示部210变得与侧壁140不再平行,因此为了避免第二端215的位置,在顶壁130上设置了向内延伸的限位部180,先将交互显示部210的第二端215安装到限位部180上,从而限制第二端215的位移,最终在交互显示部210被固定(例如将螺钉安装到固定部213及侧壁140上)时,交互显示部210不会偏移,可以始终保持与侧壁140平行。具体来说,交互显示部210的第二端215也设置了止挡部,止挡部与铰链盒100上的限位部180配合卡接,从而限制了交互显示部210在铰链盒100顶壁130所在平面上的移动。
如图2所示,所述铰链盒100的侧壁140上开设有显示通孔141,所述显示通孔141对应所述交互显示部210设置。交互显示部210包括显示板及设于显示板上的触摸键,显示通孔141的个数及形状与触摸键相适配。从而可以从通孔处显示出各触摸键,方便用户的控制。另外,在铰链盒100侧壁140的外侧,设置有显示膜216,显示膜216在对应触摸键处为透明的,从而可以显示各种数据及触摸键。
所述检修口160的边缘形成有导槽161。如图2所示,检修口160边缘沿着铰链 盒100的侧壁140至顶壁130再至侧壁140的顺序延伸。若检修口160处有水侵入,则可以优先顺着边缘的导槽161向两边的侧壁140流出,避免水流入铰链容置腔110的内部。
所述盖板170上设有朝向所述导槽161设置的凸缘171,所述凸缘171的形状与所述导槽161适配。盖板170的周圈形成有朝向导槽161的凸缘171,则在盖板170封闭检修口160的情况下,若有水沿着盖板170与检修口160的连接处进入,会优先顺着凸缘171与导槽161的缝隙向两边的侧壁140流出,进一步避免水流入铰链容置腔110的内部,在防水的同时还可以排水。
本发明实施方式中的制冷设备为冰箱,所述冰箱包括箱体300及用于开闭所述箱体300的门体,所述箱体300上设有铰链组件。在本发明实施方式中,所述铰链盒100包括顶壁130、由顶壁130的周边延伸而出的多个侧壁140。并且,铰链盒100的内部朝向冰箱箱体300的顶面设置,铰链容置腔110由箱体300朝向门体延伸,以使铰链与铰链轴配合而使门体可转动连接于箱体300。
在本发明实施方式中,所述主控板200指的是冰箱中的弱电控制板,弱电控制板一般控制例如冰箱的风机风门、门开关、照明灯、传感器和/或显示板等器件。弱电控制板与电源控制板连接,以实现电力供应。在另外的实施方式中,所述主控板200也可以指电源控制板,或者是弱电控制板及电源控制板的总和。
在本发明实施方式中,所述铰链组件应用于制冷设备,并主要应用于制冷设备中的冰箱上,在其他实施方式中,铰链组件也可以应用于冷柜、冰柜或酒柜等制冷设备。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铰链组件,包括铰链盒,其特征在于,所述铰链组件还包括设于所述铰链盒内的主控板,所述铰链盒包括铰链容置腔及主控板容置腔,所述主控板设于主控板容置腔内;所述主控板包括交互显示部及控制部,所述交互显示部接收控制部的控制而输出显示信号,所述控制部接收来自交互显示部的指示信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述主控板容置腔的腔壁上设有与外部连通的检修口,所述检修口设于靠近所述主控板的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述检修口设于所述主控板容置腔的腔壁上远离所述铰链容置腔的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述检修口上设有用于封闭所述检修口的盖板,所述盖板与所述检修口可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述铰链组件还包括在铰链盒内部沿垂直于铰链盒长度方向延伸的隔板,所述隔板将所述铰链盒分隔为所述的铰链容置腔及主控板容置腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述隔板的高度小于或等于所述侧壁的高度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述铰链容置腔上设有通风孔,所述通风孔设于所述铰链容置腔远离所述主控板容置腔的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述交互显示部与所述控制部成角度设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于,所述交互显示部与所述控制部相互垂直。
  10. 一种制冷设备,包括箱体及用于开闭所述箱体的门体,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的铰链组件。
