可选地,所述第二紧固件包括相匹配的膨胀螺母和螺丝,所述膨胀螺母穿过所述第三安装孔且其帽部设置于所述前侧围外板和所述侧围装饰内板之间,所述螺丝从所述侧围装饰内板远离所述前侧围外板的一侧穿过所述侧围装饰内板的所述第二安装孔后与所述膨胀螺母拧紧。
可选地,所述侧围总成还包括后门侧围总成,所述后门侧围总成包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置的后侧围外板、后侧围加强板和后侧围内板,所述后侧围外板的上部构造成与所述侧围装饰内板的凸台相匹配的形状,且设有与所述凸台上的第一安装孔对齐的第四安装孔,用于穿设第一紧固件。
可选地,所述第一紧固件包括相匹配的金属螺母、密封垫片和螺栓,所述螺栓依次穿过所述凸台的所述第一安装孔、所述密封垫片和所述后侧围外板的所述第四安装孔后与所述金属螺母拧紧。
本发明提出了一种新的侧围装饰板总成,该侧围装饰板总成包括固定相连的侧围装饰外板和侧围装饰内板,侧围装饰内板与侧围总成相连,侧围装饰外板的下端和侧围装饰内板的下端共同限定出用于安装窗框密封条的安 装结构。上述结构取消了原有的窗框和侧围密封条,减少了零部件,降低了成本,并且避免了原有的窗框和侧围密封条外露导致的美观性问题,体现出简洁新颖美观的造型理念。
进一步地,本发明的侧围装饰外板的限位筋与侧围装饰内板的底部和弯钩共同形成安装结构,将限位筋设置在侧围装饰外板的内侧,弯钩与限位筋相对应,使得整个安装结构隐藏于侧围外板的内侧,在保证窗框密封条能够安装的前提下进一步提高了结构的美观性。
进一步地,由于本发明的侧围装饰板总成集成了用于安装窗框密封条的安装结构,且仅通过基本呈Z向的第一紧固件和基本呈Y向的第二紧固件即实现了侧围装饰板总成与侧围总成的安装固定,因此在装配时相较于现有技术中设置窗框和侧围密封条的结构,减少了装配工序,降低了生产制造成本,降低了生产工时,提高了生产效率,同时降低了生产制造返工和报废概率,提升了整车质量。由于取消了窗框和侧围密封条,降低了管理成本。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的侧围装饰板总成100的剖面示意图。如图1所示,一个实施例中,该侧围装饰板总成100包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置且固定相连的侧围装饰外板10和侧围装饰内板20。侧围装饰内板20和侧围装饰外板10例如可以通过结构胶粘结固定。侧围装饰内板20远离侧围装饰外板10的一侧与侧围总成200相连,侧围总成200一般至少包括侧围外板和侧围内板,这里可以是侧围装饰内板20与侧围外板相连。侧围装饰外板10的下端和侧围装饰内板20的下端共同限定出用于安装窗框密封条60的安装结构30。
本实施例提出了一种新的侧围装饰板总成100,该侧围装饰板总成100包括固定相连的侧围装饰外板10和侧围装饰内板20,侧围装饰内板20与侧围总成200相连,侧围装饰外板10的下端和侧围装饰内板20的下端共同限定出用于安装窗框密封条60的安装结构30。上述结构取消了原有的窗框和侧围密封条,减少了零部件,降低了成本,并且避免了原有的窗框和侧围密封条外露导致的美观性问题,体现出简洁新颖美观的造型理念。
一个进一步的实施例中,如图1所示,侧围装饰外板10的下端的内侧设置有凸起的限位筋11,侧围装饰内板20的下端包括向其内侧延伸的底部21以及自底部21远离侧围装饰外板10的一端朝向侧围装置外板10的方向弯折的弯钩22,弯钩22与限位筋11相对设置,限位筋11、底部21以及弯钩22共同限定安装结构30用于卡接窗框密封条60。可选地,限位筋11沿朝向车辆的内侧下方的方向延伸。
本实施例中的限位筋11、底部21和弯钩22共同形成安装结构30,将限位筋11设置在侧围装饰外板10的内侧,弯钩22与限位筋11相对应,使得整个安装结构30隐藏于侧围外板的内侧,在保证窗框密封条60能够安装 的前提下进一步提高了结构的美观性。
一个更进一步的实施例中,侧围装饰外板10在车辆的侧向上完全覆盖整个安装结构30和窗框密封条60,使得用户在车外完全看不到安装结构30和窗框密封条60,更进一步地提高了结构的美观性。
图2是根据本发明另一个实施例的侧围装饰板总成100与第一紧固件40的装配状态的剖面示意图。如图2所示,本实施例中,侧围装饰内板20设有朝向侧围总成200凸起的凸台23,凸台23的顶面处开设有第一安装孔231,用于穿设第一紧固件40,以将侧围装饰板总成100固定于侧围总成200处。
如图1所示,底部21处设有第二安装孔211,用于穿设第二紧固件50,以将侧围装饰板总成100固定于侧围总成200处。
一个实施例中,图1所示的侧围装饰板总成100安装于前门处的侧围总成200处,图2所示的侧围装饰板总成100安装于后门处的侧围总成200处。图1和图2中的侧围装饰外板10可以是一个钣金件,也可以是多个件拼接而成。图1和图2中的侧围装饰内板20可以是一个一体成型的钣金件,在不同位置分别形成了凸台23和第一安装孔231,也可以分由多个件组合拼接。
本发明还提供了一种车辆,车辆包括侧围总成200和上述任一项的侧围装饰板总成100。
该车辆包括侧围装饰板总成100,该侧围装饰板总成100包括固定相连的侧围装饰外板10和侧围装饰内板20,侧围装饰内板20与侧围总成200相连,侧围装饰外板10的下端和侧围装饰内板20的下端共同限定出用于安装窗框密封条60的安装结构30。上述结构取消了原有的窗框和侧围密封条,减少了零部件,降低了成本,并且避免了原有的窗框和侧围密封条外露导致的美观性问题。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的车辆的车门正视图。图4是图3中A-A处的剖面图。图5是图4中B处的局部放大图。如图3和图4所示,侧围总成200包括前门侧围总成200,即设置在前门处的侧围总成200,前门侧围总成200包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置的前侧围外板1、前侧围加强板2和前侧围内板3,前侧围外板1的下端构造成与侧围装饰内板20的底部21相匹配的形状,且设有与第二安装孔211对齐的第三安装孔201,用于穿设第二紧固件50。如图5所示,可选地,第二紧固件50包括相匹配的膨胀螺母51和螺丝52,膨胀螺母51穿过第三安装孔201且其帽部设置于 前侧围外板1和侧围装饰内板20之间,螺丝52沿车辆的Y向(或接近Y向)从侧围装饰内板20远离前侧围外板1的一侧穿过侧围装饰内板20的第二安装孔211后与膨胀螺母51拧紧。可选地,膨胀螺母51可以是膨胀方形塑料螺母,相应地,第三安装孔201为方孔。
图6是图3中C-C处的剖面图。图7是图6中D处的局部放大图。如图6所示,侧围总成200还包括后门侧围总成200,后门侧围总成200包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置的后侧围外板4、后侧围加强板5和后侧围内板6,后侧围外板4的上部构造成与侧围装饰内板20的凸台23相匹配的形状,且设有与凸台23上的第一安装孔231对齐的第四安装孔202,用于穿设第一紧固件40。可选地,如图6所示,第一紧固件40包括相匹配的金属螺母41、密封垫片42和螺栓43,螺栓43沿车辆的Z向(或接近Z向)依次穿过凸台23上的第一安装孔231、密封垫片42和后侧围外板4的第四安装孔202后与金属螺母41拧紧。
图4和图6中的前侧围外板1可以是一个一体成型的钣金件,在不同位置分别形成了与侧围装饰板总成100相匹配的结构,也可以分为多个件组合拼接。图4和图6中的前侧围内板3也可以是一个一体成型的钣金件,也可以分为多个件组合拼接。同样地,图4和图6中的侧围加强板也可以是一个一体成型的钣金件,也可以分为多个件组合拼接。
如图5或图7所示,侧围装饰板总成100下方的安装结构30用于安装窗框密封条60,窗框密封条60用于密封车窗玻璃70。
由于本发明的车辆中侧围装饰板总成100集成了用于安装窗框密封条的安装结构,且仅通过基本呈Z向的第一紧固件40和基本呈Y向的第二紧固件50即实现了侧围装饰板总成100与侧围总成200的安装固定,因此在装配时相较于现有技术中设置窗框和侧围密封条的结构,减少了装配工序,降低了生产制造成本,降低了生产工时,提高了生产效率,同时降低了生产制造返工和报废概率,提升了整车质量。由于取消了窗框和侧围密封条,降低了管理成本。
基于上述的侧围装饰板总成100的结构,可以采用更简便的装配方式。图8是根据本发明一个实施例的侧围装饰板总成100的装配方法的流程图。该装配方法用于上述车辆。一个实施例中,如图8所示,装配方法包括:
步骤S10:将侧围装饰内板20和侧围装饰外板10通过结构胶粘结,以 形成侧围装饰板总成。
步骤S20:将窗框密封条60安装于安装结构30内。
步骤S30:通过第二紧固件50将设有第二安装孔211的侧围装饰板总成100与前门侧围总成200固定连接。其中,先将第二紧固件50中的膨胀方形塑料螺母预先装配在前侧围外板1的第三安装孔201中。在组装侧围装饰板总成100与前门侧围总成200时,再通过螺丝52与膨胀方形塑料螺母拧紧实现侧围装饰板总成100与前门侧围总成200固定连接。
步骤S40:通过第一紧固件40将设有凸台23的侧围装饰板总成100与后门侧围总成200固定连接。其中,第一紧固件40中的螺栓43和密封垫片42预先装配在凸台23的第一安装孔231处。在组装侧围装饰板总成100与前门侧围总成200时,再通过螺栓43与金属螺母41拧紧实现侧围装饰板总成100与前门侧围总成200固定连接。
需要说明的是,上述步骤S20、步骤S30和步骤S40的顺序可以调换,在此不做限制。
由于本发明的侧围装饰板总成100集成了用于安装窗框密封条60的安装结构30,因此在装配时相较于现有技术中设置窗框和侧围密封条的结构,本案减少了装配工序,降低了生产制造成本,降低了生产工时,提高了生产效率,同时降低了生产制造返工和报废,提升了整车质量。由于取消了窗框和侧围密封条,降低了管理成本。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种侧围装饰板总成,包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置且固定相连的侧围装饰外板和侧围装饰内板,所述侧围装饰内板远离所述侧围装饰外板的一侧与侧围总成相连,所述侧围装饰外板的下端和所述侧围装饰内板的下端共同限定出用于安装窗框密封条的安装结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的侧围装饰板总成,其中,
    所述侧围装饰外板的下端的内侧设置有凸起的限位筋,所述侧围装饰内板的下端包括向其内侧延伸的底部以及自所述底部远离所述侧围装饰外板的一端朝向所述侧围装置外板的方向弯折的弯钩,所述弯钩与所述限位筋相对设置,所述限位筋、所述底部以及所述弯钩共同限定出所述安装结构用于卡接所述窗框密封条。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的侧围装饰板总成,其中,
    所述限位筋沿朝向车辆的内侧下方的方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的侧围装饰板总成,其中,
    所述侧围装饰内板设有朝向所述侧围总成凸起的凸台,所述凸台的顶面处开设有第一安装孔,用于穿设第一紧固件,以将所述侧围装饰板总成固定于所述侧围总成处。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的侧围装饰板总成,其中,
    所述底部处设有第二安装孔,用于穿设第二紧固件,以将所述侧围装饰板总成固定于所述侧围总成处。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的侧围装饰板总成,其中,
    所述侧围装饰内板和所述侧围装饰外板粘结固定。
  7. 一种车辆,其中,所述车辆包括侧围总成和权利要求1-6中任一项所述的侧围装饰板总成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其中,
    所述侧围总成包括前门侧围总成,所述前门侧围总成包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置的前侧围外板、前侧围加强板和前侧围内板,所述前侧围外板的下端构造成与所述侧围装饰内板的底部相匹配的形状,且设有与所述侧围装饰内板的底部上的第二安装孔对齐的第三安装孔,用于穿设第二紧固件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆,其中,
    所述第二紧固件包括相匹配的膨胀螺母和螺丝,所述膨胀螺母穿过所述第三安装孔且其帽部设置于所述前侧围外板和所述侧围装饰内板之间,所述螺丝从所述侧围装饰内板远离所述前侧围外板的一侧穿过所述侧围装饰内板的所述第二安装孔后与所述膨胀螺母拧紧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆,其中,
    所述侧围总成还包括后门侧围总成,所述后门侧围总成包括沿车门外侧指向内侧的方向依次设置的后侧围外板、后侧围加强板和后侧围内板,所述后侧围外板的上部构造成与所述侧围装饰内板的凸台相匹配的形状,且设有与所述凸台上的第一安装孔对齐的第四安装孔,用于穿设第一紧固件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其中,
    所述第一紧固件包括相匹配的金属螺母、密封垫片和螺栓,所述螺栓依次穿过所述凸台的所述第一安装孔、所述密封垫片和所述后侧围外板的所述第四安装孔后与所述金属螺母拧紧。
