但是上述锁定手柄的方式,在手柄转动至第一位置时,需要操作活动挡块或活动卡环相对于车管运动以限制手柄意外转动,在需要解除对手柄的限制时,需要再次转动活动挡块或活动卡环,操作繁琐。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要针对传统锁放手柄的方式操作繁琐的问题,提供一种锁放手柄操作简单的折叠接头及折叠车架。
一种折叠接头,所述折叠接头包括手柄、与第一连接件连接的第一接头及与第二连接件连接的第二接头,所述手柄与所述第一接头和/或所述第二接头铰接,所述第一接头与所述第二接头处于逼紧位置时所述手柄转动至贴近所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件的第一位置,所述第一接头与所述第二接头处于分开位置时所述手柄转动至第二位置;
所述手柄包括压杆及拉扣,所述压杆与所述第一接头和/或所述第二接头铰接,所述拉扣与所述压杆铰接,所述拉扣上设有第一卡接部,在所述手柄处于所述第一位置时,所述第一卡接部能够与设于所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件上的第二卡接部卡接,将所述第一接头与所述第二接头限制处于所述逼紧位置;
其中,在所述手柄从所述第一位置向所述第二位置切换的过程中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆转动使所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部分离后,所述拉扣施加作用力于所述压杆带动所述压杆转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述手柄还包括弹性件,所述弹性件与所述压杆及所述拉扣连接;
其中,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接时,所述弹性件发生弹性变形以储蓄使所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡紧的弹性力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述手柄还包括第二转动轴,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述第二 转动轴穿设于所述压杆及所述拉扣内,所述扭簧套设于所述第二转动轴外,且所述扭簧的一端与所述拉扣和/或所述第一卡接部抵接,另一端与所述压杆抵接;
其中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆能够绕所述第二转动轴的轴线转动,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接时,所述扭簧发生弹性变形以储蓄所述弹性力。
在其中一个实施例中,所述压杆上间隔设有第一限位部与第二限位部,所述拉扣上设有配合部,所述配合部上贯穿开设有装配槽,所述配合部设于所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间,所述第二转动轴依次穿设于所述第一限位部、所述配合部与所述第二限位部内,所述扭簧设于所述装配槽内且一端与所述第一卡接部抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性件为弹性片;所述拉扣包括相互连接的连接部及操作部,所述连接部与所述压杆铰接,所述第一卡接部设于所述操作部上,所述弹性片抵设于所述操作部与所述压杆之间。
在其中一个实施例中,所述拉扣包括相互连接的连接部及操作部,所述连接部与所述压杆铰接,所述第一卡接部设于所述操作部上,所述连接部与所述操作部之间形成用于避空所述压杆的避空位;
其中,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部分离的过程中,所述压杆的悬空端的端部伸入所述避空位,所述拉扣通过所述避空位的壁施加作用力于所述压杆,以带动压杆转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一卡接部为与所述第二卡接部相配合的卡扣或卡槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一接头或所述第二接头上设有第三卡接部;所述第一卡接部与所述第三卡接部卡接,将所述第一接头与所述第二接头限制处于所述分开位置;其中,在所述手柄从所述第二位置向所述第一位置切换的过程中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆转动使所述第一卡接部与所述第三卡接部分离后,所述拉扣施加作用力于所述压杆带动所述压杆转动第一位置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一接头与所述第二接头远离所述手柄的一端铰接,所述手柄与所述第一接头和所述第二接头中一者铰接,所述折叠接头还包括连杆,所述连杆的一端与所述手柄铰接,所述连杆的另一端与所述第一接头与所述第二接头中另一者铰接。
一种折叠车架,包括第一连接件、第二连接件及如上述任一项所述的折叠接头,所述第一连接件为第一车管,所述第二连接件为第二车管,所述第二卡接部开设于所述第一车管或所述第二车管上。
上述折叠接头及折叠车架,手柄上设有第一卡接部,在手柄处于第一位置时,第一卡接部能够与设于第一连接件或第二连接件上的第二卡接部卡接,将第一接头与第二接头限制处于逼紧位置。通过上述设置,在需要限制手柄于第一位置时,只需要第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接,在需要解锁对手柄的限制时,只需要使第一卡接部与第二卡接部分离即可,避免了现有技术中重复操作活动挡块或活动卡环相对于车管转动以实现对手柄的锁定及解锁,操作简便。

参阅图1及图2,本实用新型一实施例提供一种折叠车架100,包括折叠接头10,折叠接头10包括手柄11、第一接头12及第二接头13,第一接头12与第一连接件连接,第二接头13与第二连接件连接,手柄11与第一接头12和/或第二接头13铰接,具体地,手柄11通过第一转动轴19(参阅图3)与第一接头12和/或第二接头13铰接。第一接头12与第二接头13处于逼紧位置时手柄11转动至贴近第一连接件12或第二连接件13的第一位置,此时第一连接件与第二连接件处于非折叠状态;第一接头12与第二接头13处于分开位置时手柄11转动至第二位置,此时第一连接件与第二连接件处于折叠状态。
在此需要说明的是,由于折叠接头10应用于折叠车架100中,此时第一连接件为第一车管20,第二连接件为第二车管30。在第一接头12与第二接头13处于逼紧位置时手柄11转动至贴近第一车管20或第二车管30的第一位置,此时第一车管20与第二车管30处于非折叠状态;在第一接头12与第二接头13处于分开位置时手柄11转动至第二位置,此时第一车管20与第二车管30处于折叠状态,也即为折叠车架100处于折叠状态。应当理解的是,在另一些实施例中,折叠接头10还可以应用于其他需要折叠的设备中,在此不作限定。
在一个实施例中,手柄11上设有第一卡接部14,在手柄11处于第一位置时,第一卡接部14能够与设于第一车管20或第二车管30上的第二卡接部40卡接(参阅图4),将第一接头12与第二接头13限制处于逼紧位置。通过上述设置,在需要限制手柄11处于第一位置时,只需要第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接,在需要解锁对手柄11的限制,只需要使第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40分离即可,避免了现有技术中重复操作活动挡块或活动卡环相对于车管转动以实现对手柄11的锁定及解锁,操作简便。
进一步,第一接头12与第二接头13远离手柄11的一端通过第三转动轴110(参阅图3)铰接,手柄11与第一接头12和第二接头13中一者铰接,第一接头12与第二接头13中另一者上设有第一锁紧部15,手柄11上设有第二锁紧部16(参阅图4)。其中,在手柄11处于第一位置时,第一锁紧部15与第二锁紧部16锁紧配合,且第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接。
也即为,在第一接头12与第二接头13处于逼紧位置时,第一锁紧部15与第二锁紧部16锁紧配合。且为了避免手柄11意外转动脱离第一位置,在手柄11处于第一位置时,第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接。当第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40分离时,手柄11转动至第二位置,且第一接头12与第二接头13处于分开位置。
应当理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第一接头12与第二接头13还可以通过其他方式在逼紧位置与分开位置之间切换,在此不作限定。
继续参阅图2,在一个实施例中,手柄11包括压杆111及拉扣112,压杆111与第一接头12铰接,上述第一锁紧部15设于第二接头13上,上述第二锁紧部16设于压杆111上,拉扣112与压杆111铰接,第一卡接部14设于拉扣112上,第二卡接部40设于第二车管30上。其中, 拉扣112可操作地相对于压杆111转动使第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接。
即为当手柄11从第一位置向第二位置切换的过程中,手握拉扣112,拉扣112相对于压杆111转动使第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40分离后,拉扣112施加作用力于压杆111带动压杆111。
当手柄11从第二位置切换至第一位置时,当第一锁紧部15与第二锁紧部16锁紧配合后,拉扣112相对于压杆111转动一定角度后,第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接固定。
拉扣112包括相互连接的连接部与操作部,连接部与压杆111铰接,第一卡接部14设于操作部上,连接部与操作部之间形成用于避空压杆111的避空位1121(参阅图4及图6),以避免拉扣112相对于压杆111转动时与压杆111之间产生干涉。
在手柄11从第一位置向第二位置切换的过程中,压杆111的悬空端的端部伸入避空位1121,拉扣112通过避空位1121的壁施加作用力于压杆111转动使用第一接头12与第二接头13分离。
继续参阅图2及图4,进一步,手柄11还包括弹性件113,弹性件113与压杆111及拉扣112连接,第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接时,弹性件113发生弹性变形以储蓄使第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡紧的弹性力。通过设置弹性件113,保证第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40的紧密配合。
手柄11还包括第二转动轴114,弹性件113为扭簧,第二转动轴114穿设于压杆111及拉扣112内,扭簧套设于第二转动轴114外,且扭簧的一端与拉扣112和/或第一卡接部14抵接,另一端与压杆111抵接。其中,拉扣112相对于压杆111能够绕第二转动轴114的轴线转动,在第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接时,扭簧发生弹性变形以储蓄弹性力。
当手柄11从第二位置切换至第一位置时,操作第一接头12与第二接头13合拢,按压压杆111,压杆111转动,当压杆111转动到一定位置时,与拉扣112连接的第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40接触,继续按压压杆111,压杆111施加作用力于拉扣112,拉扣112压缩扭簧弹性变形,最终第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接。
在一个具体实施例中,压杆111上间隔设有第一限位部1111及第二限位部1112(参阅图2),拉扣112上设有配合部1122,配合部1122上贯穿开设有装配槽1123(参阅图5),配合部1122设于第一限位部1111与第二限位部1112之间,第二转动轴114依次穿设于第一限位部1111、配合部1122与第二限位部1112内,扭簧设于装配槽1123内且一端与第一卡接部14抵接。应当理解的是,在另一些实施例中,压杆111、拉扣112、第二转动轴114及扭簧的设置方式也不限于此,在此亦不作限定。
具体地,第一卡接部14为卡扣,第二卡接部40为设于第一车管20或第二车管30上的卡槽(参阅图2及图4)或卡扣(参阅图5及图6)。在一个具体实施例中,手柄11与第一接头12铰接,第二卡接部40为设于第二车管30上的卡槽或卡扣。当然,在其他一些实施例中,第一卡接部14也可以为卡槽,第二卡接部40为卡扣,在此不作限定。
参阅图3及图7,在另一实施例中,拉扣112通过第二转动轴114与压杆111铰接,弹性件113为弹性片,弹性片抵设于操作部与压杆111之间。具体地,弹性片为V字型,V字型的两端分别与操作部和压杆111抵接。更具体地,操作部与压杆111上分别设有第一凹槽与第二凹槽,弹性片的两端分别设有第一凸包与第二凸包,第一凸包容置于第一凹槽内,第二凸包容置于第二凹槽内,从而保证弹性片牢固地与操作部和压杆111固定。
参阅图7及图8,在一个实施例中,第一接头12或第二接头13上设有第三卡接部17,第三卡接部17与第一卡接部14卡接,将第一接头12与第二接头限制处于分开位置。在一个具体实施例中,第二卡接部40与第二连接件连接,此时第三卡接部17设于第二接头13上。第三卡接部17与第一卡接部14卡接,将第一接头12与第二接头13限制处于分开位置。具体地,第三卡接部17为与第一卡接部14相配合的卡扣或卡槽。当第三卡接部17为凸设于第二接头13表面的卡扣时,第一接头12上设有用于容置第三卡接部17的容置腔121,第一接头12与第二接头13处于逼紧位置,卡扣容置于容置腔121内,卡扣将不会干涉第一接头12与第二接头13的逼紧。
在手柄11从第二位置向第一位置切换的过程中,手握拉扣112,拉扣112相对于压杆111转动使第一卡接部14与第三卡接部17分离后,拉扣112施加作用力于压杆111带动压杆111转动。
继续参阅图3,在一个实施例中,折叠接头还包括连杆18,连杆18的一端与手柄11铰接,连杆的另一端与未铰接手柄11的接头铰接。具体地,手柄11与第一接头12铰接,连杆18的一端与手柄11铰接,另一端通过第四转动轴120与第二接头13铰接,此时第一接头12、第二接头13、手柄11及连杆18四者形成四连杆结构。这样,在手柄11处于第一位置时,四连杆结构不但能够起到将第一接头12与第二接头13限制处于逼紧位置的作用;在手柄11处于第二位置时,四连杆结构还能够起到将第一接头12与第二接头13限制处于分开位置的作用。
进一步,连杆18通过第二转动轴114与压杆111铰接,也即为拉扣112与连杆18共用转动轴。当手握拉扣112相对于压杆111转动时,可以使连杆18联动,较为方便。当然,在另一些实施例中,连杆18也可以与压杆111铰接,在此亦不作限定。
具体地,折叠接头10还包括螺钉130,螺钉130穿设于连杆18以将连杆18与第四转动轴120固定连接。
本实用新型具体实施例提供的折叠车架100的工作原理如下:
在第一车管20与第二车管30需要从折叠状态切换至非折叠状态时:
操作第一接头12与第二接头13从打开位置切换至逼紧位置时,首先手握拉扣112,拉扣112相对于压杆111转动使第一卡接部14与第三卡接部17分离,操作第一接头12与第二接头13合拢,四连杆结构转动。按压压杆111,压杆111转动,当压杆111转动到一定位置后,与拉扣112连接的第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40接触,继续按压压杆111,压杆111施加作用力于拉扣112,拉扣112压缩弹性件弹性变形,最终第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接,第一锁紧部15与第二锁紧部16锁紧,且第一卡接部14在弹性件的弹性力作用下与第二卡接部40卡紧。
在第一车管20与第二车管30需要从非折叠状态切换至折叠状态时:
手握拉扣112,拉扣112压缩弹性件相对于压杆111转动,第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40分离,拉扣112施加作用力于压杆111带动压杆111转动使第一锁紧部15与第二锁紧部16分离。操作第一接头12与第二接头13从逼紧位置切换至打开位置,四连杆结构转动,第一卡接部14与第三卡接部17。
本实用新型另一实施例还提供一种上述折叠车架100所包括的折叠接头10,折叠接头10的第一接头12与第一连接件连接,折叠接头10的第二接头13与第二连接件连接。
在第一接头12与第二接头13处于逼紧位置时手柄11转动至贴近第一连接件或所述第二连接件的第一位置,此时第一连接件与第二连接件处于非折叠状态;在第一接头12与第二接头13处于分开位置时手柄11转动至第二位置,此时第一连接件与第二连接件处于折叠状态。手柄11上设有第一卡接部14,在手柄11处于第一位置时,第一卡接部14能够与设于第一连接件或第二连接件上的第二卡接部40卡接,将第一接头12与第二接头13限制处于逼紧位置。通过上述设置,在需要限制手柄11处于第一位置时,只需要第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40卡接,在需要解锁对手柄11的限制时,只需要使第一卡接部14与第二卡接部40相分离即可,避免了现有技术中重复操作活动挡块或活动卡环相对于车管转动以实现对手柄11的锁定及解锁,操作简便。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种折叠接头,其特征在于,所述折叠接头包括手柄、与第一连接件连接的第一接头及与第二连接件连接的第二接头,所述手柄与所述第一接头和/或所述第二接头铰接,所述第一接头与所述第二接头处于逼紧位置时所述手柄转动至贴近所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件的第一位置,所述第一接头与所述第二接头处于分开位置时所述手柄转动至第二位置;
    所述手柄包括压杆及拉扣,所述压杆与所述第一接头和/或所述第二接头铰接,所述拉扣与所述压杆铰接,所述拉扣上设有第一卡接部,在所述手柄处于所述第一位置时,所述第一卡接部能够与设于所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件上的第二卡接部卡接,将所述第一接头与所述第二接头限制处于所述逼紧位置;
    其中,在所述手柄从所述第一位置向所述第二位置切换的过程中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆转动使所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部分离后,所述拉扣施加作用力于所述压杆带动所述压杆转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括弹性件,所述弹性件与所述压杆及所述拉扣连接;
    其中,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接时,所述弹性件发生弹性变形以储蓄使所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡紧的弹性力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括第二转动轴,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述第二转动轴穿设于所述压杆及所述拉扣内,所述扭簧套设于所述第二转动轴外,且所述扭簧的一端与所述拉扣和/或所述第一卡接部抵接,另一端与所述压杆抵接;
    其中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆能够绕所述第二转动轴的轴线转动,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接时,所述扭簧发生弹性变形以储蓄所述弹性力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述压杆上间隔设有第一限位部与第二限位部,所述拉扣上设有配合部,所述配合部上贯穿开设有装配槽,所述配合部设于所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间,所述第二转动轴依次穿设于所述第一限位部、所述配合部与所述第二限位部内,所述扭簧设于所述装配槽内且一端与所述第一卡接部抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹性片;所述拉扣包括相互连接的连接部及操作部,所述连接部与所述压杆铰接,所述第一卡接部设于所述操作部上,所述弹性片抵设于所述操作部与所述压杆之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述拉扣包括相互连接的连接部及操作部,所述连接部与所述压杆铰接,所述第一卡接部设于所述操作部上,所述连接部与所述操作部之间形成用于避空所述压杆的避空位;
    其中,在所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部分离的过程中,所述压杆的悬空端的端部伸入所述避空位,所述拉扣通过所述避空位的壁施加作用力于所述压杆,以带动所述压杆转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第一卡接部为与所述第二卡接部相配合的卡扣或卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第一接头或所述第二接头上设有第三卡接部;所述第一卡接部与所述第三卡接部卡接,将所述第一接头与所述第 二接头限制处于所述分开位置;其中,在所述手柄从所述第二位置向所述第一位置切换的过程中,所述拉扣相对于所述压杆转动使所述第一卡接部与所述第三卡接部分离后,所述拉扣施加作用力于所述压杆带动所述压杆转动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的折叠接头,其特征在于,所述第一接头与所述第二接头远离所述手柄的一端铰接,所述手柄与所述第一接头和所述第二接头中一者铰接,所述折叠接头还包括连杆,所述连杆的一端与所述手柄铰接,所述连杆的另一端与所述第一接头与所述第二接头中另一者铰接。
  10. 一种折叠车架,其特征在于,包括第一连接件、第二连接件及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的折叠接头,所述第一连接件为第一车管,所述第二连接件为第二车管,所述第二卡接部开设于所述第一车管或所述第二车管上。
