连接扣连接于宠物项圈上,锁扣主体连接于绳索上。带宠物外出活动时,用户将连接扣的连接杆插进插孔并伸至锁合位,然后通过驱动件带动两锁合件相互贴近,将连接杆锁合于锁合位,使锁扣主体与连接扣相连,从而使绳索与宠物项圈相连,锁扣主体通过两锁合件来锁住连接扣的连接杆,连接牢固,在牵引宠物时,连接扣与锁扣主体不易脱离,使得绳索与宠物项圈牢固相连,保证宠物走失。宠物回到家里时,外力推动驱动件带动两锁合件相互远离,使连接杆解除锁合于锁合位,即可将连接扣与锁扣主体分开,从而将绳索与宠物项圈分开,操作方便,宠物没有绳索束缚,使宠物活动更加舒适。

在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1-图7,提供一种宠物锁扣,包括锁扣主体100和连接扣200。
其中,参照图3、图4和图5,锁扣主体100包括锁扣外壳110、驱动件120和两锁合件130。锁扣外壳110内设有安装腔111,两锁合件130均滑动连接于安装腔111内,两锁合件130位置呈左右相对设置,且两锁合件130之间形成锁合位131。
其中,参照图3、图4和图5,锁扣外壳110的端部开设有连通锁合位131的插孔112,具体地,该插孔112为直型孔。连接扣200上设有连接杆210,连接杆210适配插接于插孔112并伸至锁合位131。
其中,参照图3、图4和图5,驱动件120转动连接于安装腔111,且驱动件120至少局部伸出锁扣外壳110外,驱动件120用于驱动两锁合件130相互贴近或远离,从而将连接杆210锁合或解除锁合于锁合位131,以使连接扣200与锁扣主体100相连或分离。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的宠物锁扣具有如下技术效果之一:
参照图3、图4和图5,连接扣200连接于宠物项圈上,锁扣主体100连接于绳索上。带宠物外出活动时,用户将连接扣200的连接杆210插进插孔112并伸至锁合位131,然后通过驱动件120带动两锁合件130相互贴近,将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131,使锁扣主体100与连接扣200相连,从而使绳索与宠物项圈相连,锁扣主体100通过两锁合件130来锁住连接扣200的连接杆210,连接牢固,在牵引宠物时,连接扣200与锁扣主体100不易脱离,使得绳索与宠物项圈牢固相连,保证宠物走失。
宠物回到家里时,外力(指用户手部力)推动驱动件120带动两锁合件130相互远离,使连接杆210解除锁合于锁合位131,即可将连接扣200与锁扣主体100分开,从而将绳索与宠物项圈分开,操作方便,宠物没有绳索束缚,使宠物活动更加舒适。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,锁扣外壳110包括设于安装腔111的安装架140。安装架140具有贯穿其两侧的安装槽141,驱动件120的中心(轴心)设有一连接轴150,驱动件120穿设于安装槽141,且驱动件120通过连接轴150转动连接于安装架140上,安装稳定。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,安装架140的上端外露于锁扣外壳110的表面,插孔112设在安装架140的上端且与安装槽141连通。安装槽141的顶壁开设有第一滑槽142,两锁合件130均滑动连接于第一滑槽142,且两锁合件130的下端均与驱动件120的上端抵接,使两锁合件130稳定地滑动连接于第一滑槽142。
优选的,参照图3-图7,两锁合件130的下端面和驱动件120的上端面均为平面,使两锁合件130于驱动件120平整抵接,使两锁合件130沿第一滑槽142滑动时更加平稳。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,锁合件130和驱动件120上设有配合形成滑动连接的引导柱132或引导槽121,在外力推动驱动件120转动(正转或反转)时,驱动件120通过引导柱132和引导槽121牵引两锁合件130相互贴近或远离,从而将连接杆210锁合或解除锁合于锁合位131。
在具体实施例中,参照图3-图7,引导柱132和引导槽121分别设在锁合件130的下端和驱动件120的上端,引导柱132滑动插接于引导槽121,上述设置方式,可以减小锁合件130的体积以及重量,有利于锁合件130沿第一滑槽142滑动。
在其他实施例中,引导柱132和引导槽121分别设在驱动件120的上端和锁合件130的下端,引导柱132滑动插接于引导槽121。
因此,引导柱132和引导槽121分别设在锁合件130上和驱动件120上的位置可以相互互换,本实施例在此不进行限定。
更进一步地,参照图3-图7,引导槽121为弧形槽,引导槽121的一端靠近驱动件120的中心,引导槽121的另一端偏离驱动件120的中心。引导柱132滑动插接于引导槽121内,在外力推动驱动件120转动时,引导柱132能沿引导槽121移动,从而牵引两锁合件130相互贴近或远离,结构简单,运动稳定。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,连接杆210的侧壁挖设有卡槽211,两锁合件130在相互贴近时局部伸进卡槽211内,通过两锁合件130与卡槽211卡接,从而将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131,锁合牢固。
在其他实施例中,连接杆210的相对两侧壁均凸设有卡凸(图未示出),两锁合件130在锁合位131处均设有卡位槽(图未示出),锁合件130在相互贴近时,两卡凸分别卡接于两卡位槽内,从而将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131,锁合牢固。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,连接杆210为圆柱形杆,卡槽211为环形卡槽211,卡槽211环设于连接杆210的侧壁。两锁合件130在锁合位131处均开设有半圆形槽133,两半圆形槽133在相互贴近时伸进卡槽211内并套住卡槽211处的连接杆210,使两半圆形槽133以360°包住连接杆210,从而将连接杆210锁合于两半圆形槽133之间,且连接杆210能在两半圆形槽133之间360°旋转,从而使得连接扣200能够相对锁扣主体100以360°任意角度旋转,方便宠物锁扣使用,不易卡死。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,连接轴150滑动连接于安装架140,驱动件120的中心贯穿设有转动孔122,驱动件120通过转动孔122转动连接于连接轴150上。连接轴150的上端活动穿设于转动孔122并能够沿转动孔122上下移动,连接轴150的上端靠近并正对锁合位131。连接杆210锁合于锁合位131时,连接杆210的下端靠近或抵接连接轴150的上端。
其中,参照图3-图7,连接轴150的下端与安装架140之间设有一弹性件 151,在两锁合件130解除锁合连接杆210时,弹性件151弹性推顶连接轴150沿转动孔122上移,并将连接杆210顶出锁合位131或插孔112外,从而自动将连接杆210从锁合位131或插孔112弹出,使得连接扣200与锁扣主体100快速分开,使用手感好。还有,在用户将连接杆210插接于插孔112时,连接杆210能推动连接轴150沿转动孔122下移并压缩弹性件151,以使连接杆210能伸至锁合位131并通过两锁合件130锁合于锁合位131,操作方便。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,安装架140在安装槽141的底部设有第二滑槽143,连接轴150滑动连接于第二滑槽143,以使连接轴150能相对安装架140上下移动。
具体地,弹性件151为弹簧,结构简单,弹性好。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,安装架140在第二滑槽143的底部设有弹簧安装槽144,弹簧安装槽144的底部设有连接柱145,连接轴150的下端设有弹簧容置孔152,弹性件151的上端容置于弹簧容置孔152,弹性件151的下端套接于连接柱145上,从而将弹性件151稳定地安装于弹簧安装槽144,保证弹性件151在做伸缩运动时,不易从弹簧安装槽144内脱离。
更进一步地,参照图2、图3和图4,连接杆210的下端设有圆角端212,在用户将连接杆210插进插孔112时,圆角端212能先伸进两锁合件130之间的半圆形槽133内,引导连接杆210伸进两半圆形槽133,连接杆210会推动两锁合件130相互远离并推顶驱动件120压缩扭簧123,当连接杆210上的卡槽211对准两半圆形槽133时,扭簧123弹性复位推顶驱动件120带动两锁合件130相互贴近,使两半圆形槽133重新伸进卡槽211内并套住卡槽211处的连接杆210,将连接杆210锁合于两半圆形槽133之间,无需用户手部推动驱动件120,就可实现自动上锁,操作非常方便,具有极高的实用性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,锁扣主体100还包括一扭簧123。扭簧123套设于连接轴150外,扭簧123的两端分别与驱动件120和安装架140连接,扭簧123弹性推顶驱动件120牵引两锁合件130相互贴近,即常 规状态,两锁合件130处于相互贴近的状态,有利于两锁合件130将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131。
还有,参照图3-图7,扭簧123还能提供弹力,弹性推顶两锁合件130相互贴近,两锁合件130在没有外力的牵引下不会轻易分开,使两锁合件130牢固地将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131,连接牢固。将连接扣200与锁扣主体100分开时,外力推动驱动件120旋转并压缩扭簧123,即可带动两锁合件130相互远离,使连接杆210解除锁合于锁合位131。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,驱动件120的下端凸设有外环124和内环125,转动孔122为上述内环125环孔,扭簧123套设于外环124与内环125之间,从而将扭簧123稳定地安装于驱动件120,保证扭簧123在伸缩时不易脱落。
更进一步地,参照图3-图7,上述外环124上开设有一固定槽124a,扭簧123的一端固定卡接于固定槽124a内,扭簧123的另一端安装架140连接,方便安装扭簧123。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,驱动件120的相对两侧均凸设有推动部126,锁扣外壳110的相对两侧均开设有连通安装腔111的开口槽113,开口槽113的长度大于推动部126的宽度,两推动部126分别活动连接于两开口槽113,且推动部126伸出开口槽113外。通过设置推动部126,便于用户手指按压并推动推动部126沿开口槽113移动,从而带动驱动件120转动,方便用户操作。
进一步地,参照图3-图7,推动部126的表面均匀设有多条竖向凸起126a和凹槽,通过凸起126a和凹槽增加推动部126与用户手指之间的摩擦力,以便用户推动推动部126带动驱动件120旋转,方便操作。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,锁扣外壳110的外壁开设有一连通安装腔111的开关槽114,开关槽114滑动连接有一锁止开关160,锁止开关160和驱动件120上设有配合卡接的卡接块161或卡接槽127,外力推动锁止开关160沿开关槽114上下移动,可将卡接块161卡接或解除卡接于卡接槽 127内,从而使得锁止开关160能够锁止或解除锁止驱动件120。驱动件120在锁止状态时,两锁合件130相互贴近。
具体地,参照图3-图7,推动锁止开关160沿开关槽114上移,将卡接块161卡接卡接槽127内,即可锁住驱动件120,此时驱动件120即使在外力的推动下也无法旋转,使两锁合件130处于相互贴近状态,两锁合件130无法相互远离,使得两锁合件130牢固地将连接杆210锁合于锁合位131,起到双重锁合作用,锁合牢固,不易脱开。推动锁止开关160沿开关槽114下移,将卡接块161远离卡接槽127并解除与卡接槽127卡接,此时,外力可推动驱动件120旋转,结构稳定,操作方便。
可以理解的是,锁止开关160与开关槽114之间具有一定的摩擦力,即需要施加一定的外力才能推动锁止开关160沿开关槽114移动,防止锁止开关160随意移动。
在具体实施例中,参照图3-图7,卡接块161和卡接槽127分别设在锁止开关160的上端和驱动件120的下端,使卡接块161能够卡接或解除卡接于卡接槽127内。
在其他实施例中,卡接块161和卡接槽127分别设在驱动件120的下端和锁止开关160的上端,使卡接块161能够卡接或解除卡接于卡接槽127内。
因此,卡接块161和卡接槽127分别设在锁止开关160上和驱动件120上的位置可以相互互换,本实施例在此不进行限定。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,锁扣外壳110还包括左壳体115和右壳体116。左壳体115和右壳体116分别盖合于安装架140的左右两侧,且左壳体115、安装架140与右壳体116之间形成安装腔111。锁扣外壳110设置为由左壳体115、右壳体116和安装架140的组合结构,便于驱动件120、两锁合件130等零件安装于安装腔111内,方便装配。
其中,左壳体115和右壳体116可通过卡接、螺丝连接、粘接等方式分别连接于安装架140的左右两侧。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,参照图3-图7,连接扣200为钥匙扣,结构简单,方便用户将连接扣200连接于宠物项圈上。
在其他实施例中,连接扣200为圆环,连接扣200套接于宠物项圈上,圆环相对于钥匙扣不需要设置按压杆和弹簧,因此圆环连接于宠物项圈上后,不易从宠物项圈上脱落,连接更加牢固。其中,上述圆环可以是应用于钥匙扣上的连接环或封闭环等结构。
在一些实施例中,所述连接扣200还可以为锁扣。
本实施例的其余部分与实施例一相同,在本实施例中未解释的特征,均采用实施例一的解释,这里不再进行赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宠物锁扣,其特征在于,包括锁扣主体和连接扣;所述锁扣主体包括锁扣外壳、驱动件和两锁合件;所述锁扣外壳内设有安装腔,所述锁合件滑动连接于所述安装腔内,且两所述锁合件之间形成锁合位;所述锁扣外壳的端部开设有连通所述锁合位的插孔;所述连接扣上设有连接杆,所述连接杆插接于所述插孔并伸至所述锁合位;所述驱动件转动连接于所述安装腔,且所述驱动件至少局部伸出所述锁扣外壳外,所述驱动件用于驱动两所述锁合件相互贴近或远离,从而将所述连接杆锁合或解除锁合于所述锁合位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁合件和所述驱动件上设有配合形成滑动连接的引导柱或引导槽,所述驱动件通过所述引导柱和引导槽牵引两所述锁合件相互贴近或远离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述引导槽为弧形槽,所述引导槽的一端靠近所述驱动件的中心,所述引导槽的另一端偏离所述驱动件的中心;所述引导柱滑动插接于所述引导槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述驱动件的相对两侧均凸设有推动部,所述锁扣外壳的相对两侧均开设有连通所述安装腔的开口槽,两所述推动部分别活动连接于两所述开口槽,且所述推动部伸出所述开口槽外。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述连接杆的侧壁挖设有卡槽,两所述锁合件在相互贴近时局部伸进所述卡槽内,从而将所述连接杆锁合于所述锁合位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述卡槽为环形卡槽,所述卡槽环设于所述连接杆的侧壁;两所述锁合件在所述锁合位处开设有半圆形槽,两所述半圆形槽在相互贴近时伸进所述卡槽内并套住所述卡槽处的所述连接杆。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁扣外壳包括设于所述安装腔的安装架,所述驱动件的中心设有一连接轴,所述驱动件通过所述连接轴转动连接于所述安装架。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁扣主体还包括一扭簧;所述扭簧套设于所述连接轴外,所述扭簧的两端分别与所述驱动件和所述安装架连接,所述扭簧弹性推顶所述驱动件牵引两所述锁合件相互贴近。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述连接轴滑动连接于所述安装架,所述驱动件的中心贯穿设有转动孔,所述连接轴的上端活动穿设于所述转动孔并能够沿所述转动孔上下移动,且所述连接轴的上端靠近并正对所述锁合位;所述连接轴的下端与所述安装架之间设有一弹性件,在两所述锁合件解除锁合所述连接杆时,所述弹性件弹性推顶所述连接轴将所述连接杆顶出所述锁合位或所述插孔外。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的宠物锁扣,其特征在于:所述锁扣外壳的外壁滑动连接有一锁止开关,所述锁止开关和所述驱动件上设有配合卡接的卡接块或卡接槽,使得所述锁止开关能够锁止或解除锁止所述驱动件;所述驱动件在锁止状态时,两所述锁合件相互贴近。
