与现有技术相比,本申请具有如下有益效果:本申请通过在底座上设置电辅热部,当清洁设备支撑在底座上时,电辅热部接通电源用于对滚刷进行快速辅热干燥,一方面快速干燥对滚刷有助于滚刷上灰尘的清除,使得灰尘不再黏附在滚刷上,而从滚刷上脱落,另一方面能够缩短清洁设备再次投入使用的时间间隔。

为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图,对本申请的具体实施方式做详细的说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。基于本申 请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请中的术语“包括”和“具有”以及它们任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。例如包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备没有限定于已列出的步骤或单元,而是可选地还包括没有列出的步骤或单元,或可选地还包括对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。

请参阅图1至图3所示,本申请第一实施例提供了一种底座10,用于支撑清洁设备20。清洁设备20包括地刷,用于对地面进行清洁,底座10至少用于支撑清洁设备20的地刷。
请参见图1至图2,清洁设备20包括操作杆26和设置在操作杆26一端的手柄24,操作杆26的另一端连接地刷。具体而言,地刷具有壳体23和滚刷22,壳体23具有开口,滚刷22可转动的设置于壳体23内,并从开口向外凸,至少部分暴露于壳体23外。使用时,地刷放置在地面上,滚刷22的向下凸出于开口的部分与地面接触,滚刷22转动过程中对地面进行清洁。
在一具体实施场景中,清洁设备20为洗地机。洗地机通常包括污水箱,清水箱、真空电机。基本原理是启动洗地机开始工作后,清水和洗涤剂相结合会自动流到洗地机的滚刷上,旋转的滚刷使污垢迅速与地面分离,真空电机运作使污水箱成为真空状态,让污水通过吸污管回收到污水箱,将污水彻底吸干刮净,使地面洁净光亮。在另一实施场景中,清洁设备20为擦地机,具体为湿擦地机。
其中,底座10包括立部11、座部12和电辅热部15。具体而言,立部11连接于座部12,向上凸伸,用于与清洁设备20连接以使清洁设备保持直立状态,底座10还设置有充电回路,通常,立部11设置有电连接接口,当清洁设备支撑于底座10上时,底座10通过电连接接头为清洁设备20充电。电 辅热部15设置于座部12,当地刷放置在座部12上时,电辅热部15与滚刷22相对。电源接通后,电辅热部15利用电能发热从而对滚刷22进行辅热干燥,能够使滚刷22快速干燥。一方面快速干燥对滚刷有助于滚刷上灰尘的脱落,使得灰尘不再黏附在滚刷22上,另一方面能够缩短清洁设备20再次投入使用的时间间隔,确保下一次清洁地面的效果。
请参见图3,座部12具有用于支撑滚刷22的支撑部,支撑部向内凹陷设置,以形成一个凹槽,电辅热部15设置于支撑部的凹槽内。支撑部呈内凹设置,用于与外露于壳体23的滚刷22配合,以至少部分收容滚刷22。
本实施例中,电辅热部15具体为金属加热棒,金属加热棒的数量为两根,且两根金属加热棒相互平行设置,金属加热棒与电源连接,利用流通的电流的热效应发热。支撑部的底部设置有两个相互平行的安装槽121,安装槽121用于安装金属加热棒,金属加热棒绕自身轴线可转动的设置在安装槽121内。当地刷支撑在底座10上,金属加热棒与滚刷22的下表面接触,且两根金属加热棒均与滚刷22的轴线平行。在一实施例中,进行辅热干燥时,滚刷22被驱动的旋转,金属加热棒对滚刷22进行辅热干燥。
进一步的,提高金属加热棒的干燥效率,两根金属加热棒的转转方向相反,请继续参见图2,其中一根金属加热棒与滚刷22旋转方向相同,其中另一根金属加热棒与滚刷22旋转方向相反。从而,当辅热干燥时,与滚刷22旋转方向相同的金属加热棒(如图2所示位于左边的金属进热棒)与滚刷22接触的面处的旋转方向相反,金属加热棒对滚刷22的表面刷毛起到蓬松的作用,而与滚刷22旋转方向相反的金属加热棒(如图2所示位于右边的金属进热棒)与滚刷22接触的面处的旋转方向相同,从而将滚刷22的刷毛压平理顺。如此,一个金属加热棒将滚刷22的刷毛蓬松,另一个金属加热棒将滚刷22的刷毛压平理顺,滚刷22旋转过程中间歇的压平和蓬松,能够加快干燥速度。而且,两个金属加热棒的旋转方向相反,能够抵消其对滚刷22产生的驱动力,使滚刷22转动更平稳。
在一具体实施例中,底座10还包括驱动电机,图2所示位于左边的金属加热棒与驱动电机传动连接,能够被驱动的相对滚刷22外表面转动,且转动方向与滚刷22旋转方向相同。图2所示位于右边的金属加热棒依靠与滚刷 22接触的摩擦力而被带动旋转。即一个金属加热棒主动旋转,与滚刷22旋转方向相同,另一个金属加热棒随着滚刷22从动旋转,与滚刷22旋转方向相反。具体的,电加热棒以很低的转速转动,可以为0.5r/s或0.4r/s。
由于滚刷22的刷毛的材质一般为涤纶材质,熔点在200℃以上,为了防止过高温度损坏刷毛,以及造成烫伤等潜在隐患,设置的金属加热棒温度在50℃-70℃之间。
在一实施例中,底座10还具有清洁装置(未示出),当清洁设备20放置在底座10上时,清洁设备20能够利用清洁装置对滚刷22进行自清洁,便于保持滚刷22的洁净程度以及清洁效果。具体而言,清洁装置与滚刷22相接触,当滚刷22旋转时剥离滚刷22刷毛上的脏污。
图4示出了本申请另一实施例提供的底座的结构。该实施例与上实施例结构相类似,区别仅在于电辅热部的设置结构,相同的结构采用相同的标号并不再赘述。在该实施例中,电辅热部包括金属加热片15’,金属加热片15’铺设在支撑部的上表面,当地刷支撑在座部12上时,金属加热片15与滚刷22的下表面相对。具体而言,为了匹配滚刷22的下表面,金属加热片15’构造位与滚刷22下表面相匹配的向下凹的弧面板。金属加热片15’与电源接通,利用电流热效应发热对滚刷22进行辅热干燥。
上述各实施例所述电辅热部(15,15’)均位于支撑部,当清洁设备20支撑在底座10上时,电辅热部(15,15’)位于滚刷22的下方。图5至图8示出了本申请提供的另一实施例的底座210。在该实施例中,当清洁设备20支撑在底座210上时,电辅热部位于滚刷22的前侧。请参见图5至图7,底座210包括立部211、座部212。其中座部212包括底部和侧部2121,底部用于支撑在地刷的下方,侧部2121用于围绕在地刷的一侧。具体而言,滚刷22前端和下端均暴露于地刷壳体外,当地刷支撑在底座210上时,侧部2121位于滚刷22前侧,侧部2121与滚刷22平行设置,侧部2121的内表面与滚刷22的前端面相对。具体的,侧部2121自底部向上凸伸,大致垂直于底部。
进一步的,电辅热部215设置在侧部2121。电辅热部215接通电源后,利用电阻热效应对滚刷22进行干燥。清洁设备20包括吸尘管路25,在清洁设备20支撑在底座210上时,滚刷22被驱动旋转,从而滚刷22的外周依次经 过电辅热部215,滚刷22的外周得到均匀干燥,在干燥时,抽吸电机启动,气流自滚刷22处经过吸尘管路25流入集尘装置,因此,在干燥过程中,抽吸的气流对滚刷22外表面的刷毛进行吹风,有利于滚刷上的灰尘的随着气流被收集到集尘装置内,从而滚刷在干燥的同时实现清洁。
为了便于气流流通,请参见图7和图8,底部具有用于支撑滚刷的支撑部,支撑部的两端设置有凸台2125以及位于两凸台2125之间的凹槽2123,凸台2125用于支撑在滚刷22的两端,当清洁设备20放置于底座210上时,凹槽2123的底部与滚刷22的下表面之间具有供气流流通的间隙。该间隙与清洁设备20的吸尘管路25相连通,当所述清洁设备支撑于底座210上,清洁设备进行自清洁或启动吸尘时,电辅热部215接通电源,加热的气流通过清洁设备的抽吸流向滚刷22。从而,气流自电辅热部215经过该气流流通间隙流入吸尘管路25。也就是说,被加热过的气流从滚刷22前端流入,依次经过滚刷22的前端面和下表面,进入吸尘管路25,流经了大致一半的滚刷外表面,有利于滚刷快速干燥。
图9-图11示出了本申请另一实施例提供的底座310。该底座310与上述实施例所提供的底座210结构类似,相同的结构采用相同的标号并不再赘述,下面仅对区别结构进行描述说明。请参见图9和图10,底座310包括立部311,座部312。其中,其中座部312包括底部和侧部3121,底部用于支撑在地刷的下方,侧部3121用于围绕在滚刷的一侧。具体而言,滚刷22前端和下端均暴露于地刷壳体外,当地刷支撑在底座310上时,侧部3121位于滚刷22前侧,侧部3121与滚刷22平行设置,侧部3121的内表面与滚刷22的前端面相对。具体的,侧部3121自底部向上凸伸,大致垂直于底部。座部312还包括开设在侧部3121上的进风口3120,侧部3121内设置有电辅热部315,进风口3120设置在侧部3121的外侧表面。在一实施例中,电辅热部315沿着侧部3121的长度延伸方向大致均匀分布,如此,地刷支撑在底座312上时,电辅热部315沿着滚刷的长度方向均匀分布,从而对滚刷22的周向均匀加热干燥。
为了进一步提高气流的流通速度,加快滚刷的干燥。侧部3121内还设置有风机317,风机317用于将热气流吹向滚刷22,加快滚刷22表面的气流流动速度,缩短干燥时间。气流自进风口3120进入,由风机317的驱动,经 过电辅热部315加热后的热气流吹向滚刷22,对滚刷22进行快速干燥。
为了防止外界灰尘进入,进风口3120包括多个,其内经大致位1mm,从而大颗粒的异物不宜通过进风口进入。
请参见图11,本实施例中,进风口3120、风机317和电辅热部315依次排列,风机317将外界气流自进风口3120吸入侧部3121内,然后经过电辅热部315加热,吹送至滚刷表面。当然,在另一实施例中,风机317和电辅热部315的位置可互换,请参见图12,电辅热部315靠近进风口3120设置,即进风口3120、电辅热部315、风机317依次排布,气流自进风口3120进入,流经电辅热部315加热,加热后的气流由风机317吸入并吹送至滚刷22外周,对滚刷22的刷毛进行干燥。也即是说,风机317可以设置于气流流动方向上电辅热部315的上游,也可以设置于气流流动方向上电辅热部315的下游,只要能够对吹向滚刷的气流进行预先加热即可。
本申请还提供了一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备20和底座10(210,310),在非工作状态,清洁设备20的地刷放置于底座10(210,310)上。其中,底座为上述任意实施例所提供的底座。
上述仅为本申请的一个具体实施方式,其它基于本申请构思的前提下做出的任何改进都视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种底座,其特征在于,包括:
    座部,至少用于支撑清洁设备的地刷;所述地刷具有壳体和转动设于所述壳体内的滚刷,所述壳体设有开口,以允许部分所述滚刷外露于所述壳体;以及
    电辅热部,设置于所述座部,并在所述地刷放置在所述座部上时,与所述滚刷相对设置;
    其中,所述电辅热部用于在电源接通后对所述滚刷进行辅热干燥。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于:所述座部包括用于支撑所述滚刷的支撑部,所述支撑部呈内凹设置,以与部分外露于所述壳体的所述滚刷配合;其中,所述电辅热部设置于所述支撑部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于:所述电辅热部包括金属加热片,所述金属加热片铺设于所述支撑部的上表面,所述金属加热片构造为与所述滚刷下表面相匹配的向下凹的弧面板。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的底座,其特征在于:所述电辅热部包括金属加热棒,当所述清洁设备支撑于所述底座上时,所述金属加热棒与所述滚刷轴线平行,且与所述滚刷外周接触。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的底座,其特征在于:所述金属加热棒的数量为两根,其中一根所述金属加热棒构造为与所述滚刷旋转方向相同,其中另一根所述金属加热棒构造为与所述滚刷旋转方向相反。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的底座,其特征在于:其中一根金属加热棒与驱动电机传动连接,能够被驱动的相对所述滚刷外表面转动,且转动方向与所述滚刷旋转方向相同;其中另一根所述金属加热棒依靠与所述滚刷接触的摩擦力而被带动旋转。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的底座,其特征在于:所述座部包括用于支撑在所述地刷下方的底部及自底部向上凸伸的侧部,当所述地刷放置在所述底座上时,所述侧部位于所述滚刷前侧,所述电辅热部设置于所述侧部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的底座,其特征在于:所述底部包括用于支撑所述滚刷的支撑部,所述支撑部包括设置于其两端的凸台以及位于两凸台之间的凹槽,所述凸台用于支撑所述滚刷的两端;其中,当所述清洁设备放 置于所述底座上时,所述凹槽的底部与所述滚刷的下表面之间具有供气流流通的间隙。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的底座,其特征在于:还包括用于将所述电辅热部加热的热气流吹向所述滚刷的风机;
    其中,所述间隙与所述清洁设备的吸尘管路相连通,当所述清洁设备支撑于所述底座上所述清洁设备自清洁或者启动吸尘时,所述电辅热部接通电源,加热的气流通过所述清洁设备的抽吸流向所述滚刷。
  10. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于:包括清洁设备和底座,所述清洁设备包括地刷;在非工作状态,所述清洁设备的所述地刷放置于所述底座上;
    其中,所述底座是权利要求1-9任意一项所述的底座。
