技术问题
目前的清洗装置为了使滚刷保持干净,一般会在清扫底座上设置刮条将滚刷清洗过底面后吸附的脏水刮下及吸收进行集中储存,但滚刷极易缠绕上纤维,使得滚刷变形不能与刮条接触,从而使得滚刷上脏水不能正常刮下,从而不能快速的清洁地面。

根据本申请提出的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,在清洗底座中设置了喷水孔、水刮条和吸水口,喷水孔向清洗滚刷上喷水,清洗滚刷清洗地面后水刮条将清洗滚刷中的脏水刮下,使得脏水能够通过吸水口吸水收集脏水;在清洗底座上设置了齿形刮条,齿形刮条作用在清洗滚刷上,将清洗滚刷上的附着的纤维刮下或切短,防止长纤维缠绕在滚刷上使清洗滚刷变形,并且通过吸水口、齿形刮条、水刮条和喷水孔的位置设置,使得水刮条能够保持与清洗滚刷接触,刮下清洗滚刷中的脏水,从而稳定保持该清洁装置清洁地面的效果。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本申请中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本申请保护的范围。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
如图4和图5所示的清洁装置,包括清洁主体1、清洗底座2以及清洗滚刷3,清洁主体1便于握持和施力,以推动安装在清洗底座2上的清洗滚刷3清洗地面。将清洗滚刷3中的滚刷设置为湿滚刷,便于清洗滚刷3通过水清洁地面,在清洗底座2中设置了另一个干燥滚刷4的结构,形成擦干地面的功能,发明人在长期使用该清洁装置时发现长纤维容易缠绕到清洗滚刷3上,使得清洗滚刷3变形而不能充分的将清洗滚刷3上的脏水刮下,导致清洁装置的清洗地面的清洁效果不够理想。
为解决上述问题,参照图1和图2,本申请一实施例提供一种清洁装置的防缠绕结构,该清洁装置的防缠绕结构包括清洗底座2和清洗滚刷3,清洗底座2上设有喷水面24,清洗滚刷3安装在喷水面24的前端,喷水面24的上部设有朝向清洗滚刷3喷水的喷水孔243,该喷水面24的下部设有吸水口246,喷水面24在喷水孔243和吸水口246之间还设置有齿形刮条245和水刮条244,齿形刮条245用于防止纤维缠绕于清洁滚刷上,水刮条244用于刮去清洗滚刷3上的水,清洁滚刷在清洗地面时其转动依次经过吸水口246、齿形刮条245、水刮条244和喷水孔243。其中,可选地,齿形刮条245和水刮条244的长度相等。
在本实施例的清洁装置的防缠绕结构中,在清洗底座2中设置了喷水孔243、水刮条244和吸水口246,喷水孔243向清洗滚刷3上喷水,清洗滚刷3清洗地面后水刮条244将清洗滚刷3中的脏水刮下,使得脏水能够通过吸水口246吸走而实现脏水的收集;在清洗底座2上设置了齿形刮条245,齿形刮条245作用在清洗滚刷3上,将清洗滚刷3上的附着的纤维刮下或切短,防止长纤维缠绕在滚刷上使清洗滚刷3变形,并且通过吸水口246、齿形刮条245、水刮条244和喷水孔243的位置设置,使得水刮条244能够保持与清洗滚刷3接触,刮下清洗滚刷3中的脏水,从而稳定保持该清洁装置清洁地面的效果。
进一步地,参照图2,在一个示例性的实施例中,喷水面24还配合吸水口246设置有向吸水口246倾斜的倾斜面247,方便脏水向吸水口246流动。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括限制连接部(图中未标示出),清洗滚刷3包括滚轴31和滚筒32,滚轴31中部设有传动部311,滚筒32插接安装在滚轴31上,限制连接部的一端安装在清洗底座2上,限制连接部的另一端连接在清洗滚刷3的中部的传动部上。如此,使得清扫滚刷能够很好地被限制在喷水面24的前端,同时使得齿形刮条245和水刮条244能够很好地作用在滚筒32上。
进一步地,参照图1,在一个示例性的实施例中,清洗滚刷3的两端与清洗底座2的两侧面平齐或超出清洗底座2的两侧面。如此设置,使得该清洗滚刷3不会被清洗底座2干扰而存在清洁的盲区。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,在一个示例性的实施例中,清洗滚刷3为对称式结构,具体地,滚筒32设有两个并分别插接固定在滚轴31的两侧,且两个滚筒32关于滚轴31的中部对称设置,齿形刮条245和水刮条244配合两个滚筒32的位置设置。
在本实施例中,基于上述结构设计,通过将清洗滚刷3设置为对称的,可以简化清洗滚刷3的结构,方便清洗滚刷3的组装。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,在一个示例性的实施例中,限制连接部为传动带22,传动带22与喷水面24配合将清洗滚刷3限制在喷水面24的前端,清洗滚刷3的外部具有清洗面,且至少在该清洗滚刷3与地面接触并清洗地面时,齿形刮条245和水刮条244作用于清洗滚刷3的清洗面上。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括驱动装置21,驱动装置21安装在清洗底座2中,传动带22的一端连接在驱动装置21上,传动带22的另一端连接在传动部311上。具体地,驱动装置21为电机,驱动装置21的输出端211为同步轮,清洗滚刷3的中部的传动部311也为同步轮,如此,通过该驱动装置21和传动带22为清洗滚刷3传递动力,使其能够更加快速的转动,从而可达到高效清洁地面的效果。
进一步地,参照图1和图2,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括水泵23,水泵23安装在清洗底座2中,喷水面24上还设有分水结构241,水泵23的出水端连通分水结构241的进水口242,以将来自水泵23的清水通过分水结构241分散输送至喷水孔243。
在本实施例中,基于上述结构设计,使得在清洗地面的过程中,可通过分水结构241将水更加均匀的洒向清洗滚刷3,并且分水结构241可以方便与水泵23的出水端进行连通。
进一步地,参照图1,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括用于擦干地面的干燥滚刷4,干燥滚刷4安装在清洗底座2中,且干燥滚刷4与清洗滚刷3间隔设置,喷水面24位于干燥滚刷4与清洗滚刷3之间。
在本实施例中,基于上述结构设计,通过在清洗底座2中增设干燥滚刷4,可利用干燥滚刷4对经过清洗滚刷3清洗后的地面进行擦干,从而可达到很好的地面清洁效果。
对应地,为解决上述问题,本申请还提供一种清洁装置,参照图1至图5,该清洁装置包括清洁主体1以及上述任一实施例中的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其中,清洁主体1与清洗底座2相连接(具体地,清洁主体1与清洗底座2通过一铰接结构14活动连接),清洁主体1上设有风机13,在清洁主体1和清洗底座2中共同形成有配合风机13的风道15,风道15的入口形成于清洗底座2上并连通吸水口246。
在本实施例的清洁装置中,在清洗底座2中设置了喷水孔243、水刮条244和吸水口246,在清洁地面时,喷水孔243向清洗滚刷3上喷水,清洗滚刷3清洗地面后水刮条244将清洗滚刷3中的脏水刮下,同时,风机13运转并使得风道15产生负压,进而使得吸水口246产生吸力,从而使得脏水能够通过吸水口246吸走而实现脏水的收集;由于在清洗底座2上设置了齿形刮条245,该齿形刮条245可作用在清洗滚刷3上并将清洗滚刷3上的附着的纤维刮下或切短,从而可防止长纤维缠绕在滚刷上使清洗滚刷3变形,并且通过吸水口246、齿形刮条245、水刮条244和喷水孔243的位置设置,使得水刮条244能够保持与清洗滚刷3接触,刮下清洗滚刷3中的脏水,从而使得本实施例的清洁装置可稳定地保持地面清洁的效果。
进一步地,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置还包括脏水箱11,脏水箱11安装在清洁主体1上且脏水箱11设置在风机13的下方,风道15中设置有用于分离脏水的倒U形风道151,且该倒U形风道151位于脏水箱11和风机13之间。
在本实施例中,清洁主体1设置了收储脏水的脏水箱11,并设置了倒U形风道151,如此,在清洗地面的过程中,当吸水口246吸入的脏水流经倒U形风道151时,可通过重力分离脏水和空气,使得脏水能够收集到脏水箱11中。
进一步地,在一个示例性的实施例中,风道15中还设有挡风板152,挡风板152设置在脏水箱11和风机13之间,且挡风板152位于倒U型风道15的上方。
在本实施例中,挡风板152用于遮挡脏水分离之后的空气中携带的颗粒杂物,,如此,可减少吹向风机13的空气中携带的颗粒杂物。
进一步地,在一个示例性的实施例中,上述清洁装置还包括清水箱12,清水箱12安装在清洁主体1上,且清水箱12与喷水孔243相连通。具体地,清水箱12通过铰接结构14向水泵23中供水,如此,在清洗地面时,在水泵23的作用下,清水箱12中的清水可被输送至分水结构241,然后通过分水结构241分散输送至喷水孔243,从而使得喷水孔243喷出的水可更加均匀的洒向清洗滚刷3。
需要说明的是,本申请公开的清洁装置及其防缠绕结构的其它内容可参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。
此外,还要需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,包括清洗底座和清洗滚刷,所述清洗底座上设有喷水面,所述清洗滚刷安装在所述喷水面的前端,所述喷水面的上部设有朝向清洗滚刷喷水的喷水孔,该喷水面的下部设有吸水口,所述喷水面在所述喷水孔和所述吸水口之间还设置有齿形刮条和水刮条,所述齿形刮条用于防止纤维缠绕于所述清洁滚刷上,所述水刮条用于刮去所述清洗滚刷上的水,所述清洁滚刷在转动时依次经过所述吸水口、所述齿形刮条、所述水刮条和所述喷水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括限制连接部,所述清洗滚刷包括滚轴和滚筒,所述滚轴中部设有传动部,所述滚筒插接安装在所述滚轴上;所述限制连接部的一端安装在所述清洗底座上,所述限制连接部的另一端连接在所述传动部上,以使所述清扫滚刷限制在所述喷水面的前端,以及使所述齿形刮条和所述水刮条作用在所述滚筒上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述清洗滚刷的两端与所述清洗底座的两侧面平齐或超出所述清洗底座的两侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述滚筒设有两个并分别插接固定在所述滚轴的两侧,且两个所述滚筒对称设置,所述齿形刮条和所述水刮条配合两个所述滚筒的位置设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述限制连接部为传动带,所述传动带与所述喷水面配合将所述清洗滚刷限制在所述喷水面的前端,所述清洗滚刷的外部具有清洗面,且至少在该清洗滚刷与地面接触并清洗地面时,所述齿形刮条和所述水刮条作用于所述清洗滚刷的清洗面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置安装在所述清洗底座中,所述传动带的一端连接在所述驱动装置上,所述传动带的另一端连接在所述传动部上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括水泵,所述水泵安装在所述清洗底座中,所述喷水面上还设有分水结构,所述水泵的出水端连通所述分水结构,以将来自所述水泵的清水通过所述分水结构分散输送至所述喷水孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述清洁装置的防缠绕结构还包括用于擦干地面的干燥滚刷,所述干燥滚刷安装在所述清洗底座中,且所述干燥滚刷与所述清洗滚刷间隔设置,所述喷水面位于所述干燥滚刷与所述清洗滚刷之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,其特征在于,所述齿形刮条和所述水刮条的长度相等。
  10. 一种清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置包括清洁主体以及如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的清洁装置的防缠绕结构,所述清洁主体的底部与所述清洗底座相连接,所述清洁主体上设有风机,在所述清洁主体和所述清洗底座中形成有配合所述风机的风道,所述风道的入口形成于所述清洗底座上并连通所述吸水口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置还包括用于收储脏水的脏水箱,所述脏水箱安装在所述清洁体上且所述脏水箱设置在所述风机的下方,所述风道中设置有用于分离脏水的倒U形风道,且所述倒U形风道位于所述脏水箱和所述风机之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述风道中还设有挡风板,所述挡风板设置在所述脏水箱和所述风机之间,且所述挡风板位于所述倒U型风道的上方。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁装置还包括安装于所述清洁主体上的清水箱,所述清水箱与所述喷水孔相连通。
