点胶机是自动化设备中的一种,广泛应用于各行业自动点胶,现有的点胶结构一般结构单一,可调整点胶范围小,实用性较差。

相比传统的点胶机构,本发明采用了五轴传动结构,包含了XYZ三轴传动,在三轴的基础传动上还设置了翻转轴和摆动轴,可在点胶过程中任意调整点胶位置和角度,自动化程度高,适用范围广。具体是,设置了支撑架、安装于支撑架的Y轴传动装置、可传动安装于Y轴传动装置的X轴传动装置、可传动安装于X轴传动装置的Z轴传动装置、可传动安装于Z轴传动装置的翻转装置、安装于翻转装置的摆动装置、及可传动安装于摆动装置的点胶装置,多轴传动可任意调整点胶角度和位置,实用性强,自动化程度高。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述Y轴传动装置包括安装于支撑架的Y轴底座、安装于Y轴底座的Y轴滑轨、滑动设置于Y轴滑轨的Y轴滑块、安装于支撑架位于Y轴滑轨一侧并与Y轴滑块连接的Y轴螺杆、及安装于Y轴底座并用于驱动Y轴螺杆的Y轴电机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述X轴传动装置包括安装于Y轴滑块的X轴底座、安装于X轴底座的X轴滑轨、滑动设置于X轴滑轨的X轴滑块、安装于X轴底座并与X轴滑块连接的X轴螺杆、及安装于X轴底座并用于驱动X轴螺杆的X轴电机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述Z轴传动装置包括安装于X轴滑块的Z轴底座、安装于Z轴底座的Z轴滑轨、滑动设置于Z轴滑轨的Z轴滑块、安装于Z轴底座并与Z轴滑块连接的Z轴螺杆、及安装于Z轴底座并用于驱动Z轴螺杆的Z轴电机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述翻转轴首尾两端设置有旋转轴承安装于翻转支架、其一端与翻转驱动组件连接、另一端安装有翻转限位块,所述翻转支架对应翻转限位块安装有翻转限位柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述翻转驱动组件包括翻转电机、与翻转电机驱动连接的翻转减速机,所述翻转减速机与翻转轴连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述摆动驱动组件包括摆动电机、与摆动电机驱动连接的摆动螺杆,所述摆动螺杆与摆动滑块连接、用于驱动摆动滑块沿摆动滑轨传动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述摆动驱动块设置有若干组,每组的摆动驱动块单独连接有点胶装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述摆动驱动块包括安装于摆动滑块的摆动轴承、套设于摆动轴承的摆动块,所述摆动块开设有摆动滑槽套设于摆动轴承。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的五轴点胶机构,其特征在于:所述点胶装置包括旋转座、安装于旋转座的点胶枪,所述旋转座设置有旋转驱动环,所述旋转驱动环与摆动块连接。
