在根据本发明的雾化装置的一种优选实施例中,所述雾化装置具有辅助气道。所述辅助气道可用于在与不具备同时用作供气通道的导电突出部的其它供电装置相结合时,与其它供电装置的处于中部的供气通道相连通,从而可以匹配于其它非根据本发明的供电装置。而在与根据本发明的优选具有凸台的供电装置相配合时,则可以使该辅助气道被封闭,从而保证仅通过导电突出部中的突出部空气输送通道来供给空气。
在根据本发明的雾化装置的一种优选实施例中,所述辅助气道可设置有辅助密封部。所述辅助密封部是可拆卸或可打开的。从而可以使得在与根据本发明的供电装置相匹配时,保证辅助气道的可密封性。并且,由于所述辅助密封部是可拆卸或可打开的,将所述辅助密封部拆卸或打开后,所述雾化装置也可以匹配其他不具备同时用作供气通道的导电突出部的其它供电装置。
在根据本发明的雾化装置的一种优选实施例中,所述主通道密封部具有一腔室,当所述腔室的一端被所述供电装置的导电突出部所顶破时,所述容纳部空气输送通道、所述腔室与雾化器的出烟通道依次连通。
在根据本发明的雾化装置的一种优选实施例中,所述导电容纳部底部可设置有凹槽,防止所述导电突出部把容纳部空气输送通道完全挡住,由此所述雾化装置可以匹配其他不具备同时用作供气通道的导电突出部的其它供电装置。
在根据本发明的雾化装置的一种优选实施例中,主通道密封部上可设置有划痕或凹槽,由此便于由所述供电装置上的导电突出部或尖端所戳破。
另外,本发明还提供了一种电子烟组件,其由以上所提及的供电装置和雾化装置所形成,并且,以上关于根据本发明的供电装置和雾化装置所提及的特征及其相应的技术效果,也可以同样适用于根据本发明的电子烟组件。

具体实施方式
在以下说明书中,对形成说明书的部分的附图做出参考,其中通过说明示出可以实施本教导的具体说明性实施例。这些实施例被足够详细地说明以使本领域技术人员能够实施本教导,并且可以理解的是可以采用其它实施例以及可以在不脱离本教导的范围的情况下做出变化。因此,以下说明书仅是示例性的。
图1结合其详细视图2和分解视图3及其部件详细视图4和5示出了根据本发明的供电装置(主机)1的示例性实施例,该供电装置包括但不限于在图1左上的主剖视图中所示出的:导电突出部(也可以理解为电极或电池杆)11和突出部空气输送通道12,该突出部空气输送通道由导电突出部形成,用于引导来自空气入口16的空气,该突出部空气输送通道可以为中空地布置在导电突出部中,也可以设置成部分凹槽的形式,以用于将来自空气入口16的空气导入到导电突出部11的顶端或顶端附近。该导电突出部还可包括横向通道和竖向通道,横向通道与空气入口16横向连通。该导电突出部11构造成用于引导来自电池或其电控装置的电力。通过供电连接和供气连接的集成,提高了装配的简易程度且在与对应的雾化装置一同使用的过程中,降低了由于过多供电连接和供气连接所造成的接触不良或供气不稳。
应当理解的是,虽然在附图中示出了两个导电突出部11各自都具有一个突出部空气输送通道12,仅在其中一个导电突出部11设置突出部空气输送通道12也是可行的。
应当理解的是,虽然在附图中仅示出了位于两侧且中心对称的导电突出部11,但以上位置限定并非是必要的。至少一个导电结合部的中心布置也是可行的。例如,其中一个布置在中心处,而另一个仍保留在侧面。
另外,作为一种优选实施例也可行的是,导电突出部11可同心地布置,由此两个导电突出部11也可以同时位于中心或位于侧方。
在图1结合详细视图2中的所示出的优选实施方式中,该导电突出部包括凸台13,该凸台13可用于与本发明的雾化装置2的辅助气道24相配对,从而起到密封该辅助气道24的作用。关于密封气道的具体细节将在下文中进一步阐述。
图1结合其详细视图2还示出了弹性部件14,该弹性部件14设置成围绕导电突出部11,同时在弹性部件14上设置有弹性部件壳体15,弹性部件壳体15具有导电性能,通过弹性部件14的弹性力,可以使得在使用状态下保证导电突出部11和与之装配的雾化装置2的导电容纳部21之间的紧密接触(参考装配后的详细视图12)。同样应当理解的是,虽然 设置的弹性部件构造为螺旋弹簧,但其它形式的弹性件也是可行的,与之相应地其他形式的弹性部件14与导电突出部之间的位置关系也是可行的。
图4示出了根据本发明的导电突出部及弹性部件以及弹性部件壳体的多种备选实施方式。其中,左上的实施方式在弹性部件壳体15在其端面上设置有端面接触凸起部141,其有助于在装配状态或使用状态下与雾化装置2的导电容纳部21之间充分的电接触。右上的备选实施方式则在导电突出部11的侧表面上设置有侧表面接触凸起部111。在优选的方案中,接触凸起部111,可以设置为球头柱塞,当导电突出部11插入到雾化装置2中时,接触凸起部111受压缩回导电突出部11的本体。应当理解的是,以上接触凸起部的位置仅是说明性的,从其它部位的延伸也包括在本公开的范畴内。同时,图4的左下图则示出了不带有接触凸起部的情形,在此直接利用导电突出部11与弹性部件14以及弹性部件壳体15来实现至雾化装置2的导电容纳部21的导电连接,其中图4右下图示出了导电突出部11、弹性部件14以及弹性部件壳体15三者之间的示例性连接方式。
同样应当理解的是,虽然在附图中示出了导电突出部11的圆柱状构造,但其它形式的变型方案如锥状、凸台状、棱柱状也是可行的。
同样应当理解的是,导电突出部11可设置成两件式的,即设置有顶部与非顶部,其中顶部为绝缘的;并且应当理解的是,该两件式可以是功能性的两件式,即顶部和非顶部一体的形成,并通过化学处理以使顶部绝缘。该设置仍然能保证经由弹性部件14以及弹性部件壳体15至雾化装置2的导电容纳部21的导电连接。
图5尤其图5的左详细视图中示出了根据本发明的一种备选变型方案,其中设置有尖端17,通过设置该尖端,可更容易顶开设置在与供电装置配对的雾化装置中的主通道密封部。同时,可以使顶破后的主通道密封部形状更贴合的包围在导电突出部周围。应当理解的是,尽管图5中示出的尖端为锐角形的,但其它例如针形等便于戳破密封部的构造也是可行的。
图6结合其详细视图7和分解视图8以及部件视图9示出了根据本发明的雾化装置(雾化器或烟弹)2的示例性实施例,该雾化装置包括但不限于在图6左上的主剖视图中所示出的:导电容纳部21(即雾化器电极)、油杯、烟嘴和发热丝等。通过经由上述来自供电装置的导电突出部11及其附属部件的供电,导电容纳部接收到电力并将其供应到发热丝,以用于加热烟油。同时导电容纳部21可至少部分地容纳导电突出部11(也可附加地其附属装置如弹性部件14以及弹性部件壳体15),由此,供应自至少一个导电突出部11的空气可由导电容纳部21所接收。
应当理解的是,与导电突出部11相对应,图示的两个导电容纳部21可设置成仅其中一个具有对应的容纳部空气输送通道22。即通过仅一个突出部空气输送通道12和容纳部空气输送通道22来实现空气的供给。
在一种优选的实施方式中,根据图6结合详细视图7可见,该雾化装置具有主通道密封部23。该主通道密封部23可由但不限于由密封硅胶构成。在雾化装置2的未配对状态中,导电容纳部21由主通道密封部23所密封;并且在雾化装置2和供电装置1的配对状态中,主通道密封部23可由导电突出部11所插入并保持紧密地包围导电突出部11。通过该优选的实施方式,不管是在使用前还是使用中,意外渗出到导电容纳部21上方处的烟油可以被密封在雾化器内。同时,也可以避免雾化器中的气体反流或渗出到雾化装置与供电装置之间的缝隙中或其它非期望的部位。
同样可以理解的是,导电容纳部21与导电突出部11相接触的端面,并不能插入导电突出部11,同样可以起到导电突出部11给导电容纳部21导电通气的效果。
同样可以理解的是,与前述关于导电突出部11的位置与构成相对应,导电容纳部21也可中心地和/或偏离中心地布置。同时也可以适应性地构造成容纳同心布置的导电突出部11。
在一种优选的实施方式中,根据图6结合详细视图7可见,该雾化装置2具有辅助气道24。通过设置一个或多个辅助气道24,根据本发明的雾化装置2可不仅与根据本发明的带有位于两侧的导电突出部11的供电装置1相匹配,而且可以与其它市面上典型地通过中间供气的主机匹配。即,由于市面上的其它主机由于不具备根据本发明的主机的兼具供气和导电功能的导电突出部,根据本发明的雾化装置通过预留辅助气道24,可以与市面上的其它主机的中间的凹槽等供气部件对接,从而也可以通过该辅助气道供应空气至雾化器。
可以理解的是,辅助气道24并不限于所示出的两个,即可以是1个或3个或更多个。
而带有该辅助气道24的本发明的雾化装置在与根据本发明的优选具有凸台13的供电装置1相配合时(参考图11最右边的装配图及其详细视图12),则可以使该辅助气道24被封闭,从而保证在同时使用根据本发明的供电装置1和雾化装置2时,仅通过导电突出部11中的突出部空气输送通道来供给空气。
可以理解的是,辅助气道24可具有辅助密封部,其可用于密封辅助气道。在与市面上的其它主机相配对时,该辅助密封部可被拆下或撕开或打开,从而保证了在使用之前的密封以及使用时的正常供气。
在一种优选的实施方式中,如图9a、9b和9c所示,导电容纳部21底部可设置有导电容纳部凹槽(或缺口)211,防止所述导电突出部11把容纳部空气输送通道22完全挡住。在图9d、9e和9f中所示的技术方案中,雾化装置,可以不设置容纳部空气输送通道22,而仅有凹槽211和辅助气道24,此时,通过供电装置1的导电突出部11进入的空气,只能从凹槽211、辅助气道24处流通。
可以理解的是,导电容纳部凹槽211也可与所述辅助气道24相连通,以用于经由所述导电容纳部211的容纳部空气输送通道22来输送来自所述辅助气道的空气。在一些方案中,凹槽还可以是导电容纳部21底部的盲孔以及径向上贯穿导电容纳部21的通孔组成的、类似于L形的气道结构。可以理解的是,凹槽形状不限于图示的几种,任何便于利用导电容纳部21组成气道的通道都落入本发明的范围内。通过这种方式,能够使根据本发明的雾化装置2可以被兼容于市面上的其它主机。
在一种优选的实施方式中,主通道密封部23可具有密封部划痕或密封部凹槽(图中未示出),以用于方便被根据本发明的导电突出部11或尖端17所戳破。
可以理解的是,尽管附图中仅示出了一层的主通道密封部23,该主通道密封部23也可以设置一具有开口的腔室(未示出),该开口与雾化器的出烟通道连通。另外,该腔室的一端被用于密封雾化装置,当该端被供电装置的导电突出部所顶破时,容纳部空气输送通道、所述腔室与雾化器的出烟通道依次连通。
图10示出了根据本发明的供电装置1和雾化装置2的装配流程,其中左边的图显示了两者分离的状态;中间的图显示了两者接近的状态,其中雾化装置2已部分进入供电装置的壳体,然而应当理解的是,该壳体也可以由雾化装置所配备或可以由其它结合方式来接合;右边的图显示了两者装配完成的状态,其中,导电突出部11插入到导电容纳部21中,并戳破了主通道密封部23(如有)。图11进一步示出了该装配状态下虚线部分的具体接合情况。
图12示出了电子烟组件100同时包括供电装置1和雾化装置2的分解图。
图13示出了根据本发明的电子烟组件100在使用状态下的气体流动,其分别流动经过空气入口16及与其连接的入口通道、、导电突出部11(即突出部空气输送通道12)、主通道密封部23的腔室并至雾化器的出烟通道。咪头18与入口通道或突出部空气输送通道12相连通,咪头18可根据实际情况调整位置,并通过对气流的感应,控制供电装置给导电突出部11供电。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种用于电子烟的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置具有导电突出部,其中,所述导电突出部中的至少一个导电突出部具有突出部空气输送通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置的导电突出部中的至少一个位于配对接口的非中心处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置的导电突出部中的至少两个位于配对接口的非中心处。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置的导电突出部中的至少一个位于配对接口的中心处。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置的导电突出部中的至少两个位于配对接口的中心处。
  6. 根据权利要求3和5中任一项所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部同心地布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述供电装置具有凸台,用于与电子烟的雾化装置相适配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,在所述导电突出部上具有弹性部件,以确保在配合状态下所述导电突出部的稳定电输出。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部为杆状、锥状或凸台状。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部由顶部和非顶部组成,所述顶部是绝缘的。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述顶部的原材料为绝缘材料,所述顶部和非顶部不是一体制成的。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部均为导电材料,并通过一体制成,再通过化学处理方式将所述顶部的导电性质转变为绝缘。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部的顶端设置有尖端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述尖端是绝缘的。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述导电突出部的突出部空气输送通道的出口设置在轴向顶端,或设置在轴向的侧表面上以用于引导气流。
  16. 一种用于电子烟的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置具有导电容纳部,其与供电装置的导电突出部相配对,其中,所述导电容纳部中的至少一个导电容纳部具有容纳部空气输 送通道。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置具有与导电容纳部相应的主通道密封部,其中在所述雾化装置的未配对状态中,所述导电容纳部由所述主通道密封部所密封;并且在所述雾化装置和所述供电装置的配对状态中,所述主通道密封部由所述导电突出部所插入并保持紧密地包围所述导电突出部。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置的导电容纳部中的至少一个位于配对接口的非中心处。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置的导电容纳部中的至少两个位于配对接口的非中心处。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置的导电容纳部中的至少一个位于配对接口的中心处。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置的导电容纳部中的至少两个位于配对接口的中心处。
  22. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置具有辅助气道。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述辅助气道设置有辅助密封部。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述辅助密封部是可拆卸或可打开的。
  25. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述主通道密封部具有一腔室,当所述腔室的一端被所述供电装置的导电突出部所顶破时,所述容纳部空气输送通道、所述腔室与雾化器的出烟通道依次连通。
  26. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述导电容纳部底部设置有凹槽,防止所述导电突出部把容纳部空气输送通道完全挡住。
  27. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述主通道密封部上设置有密封部划痕或密封部凹槽。
  28. 一种电子烟组件,其具有根据权利要求1到15中任一项所述的供电装置和根据权利要求16到27中任一项所述的雾化装置。
