Description
本開示は、三相スター電路の絶縁抵抗値と漏洩電流値の検査または監視する検査装置、検査方法および検査プログラムに関する。
電気設備の負荷機器を含む電気系統の絶縁性能は、感電、火災等の防止上、非常に重要であるが、電気設備の経年劣化や工事等により絶縁性能が損なわれ、電線路に漏洩電流(以下、「Io」という。)が発生することがある。Ioの発生を予兆したり、または、実際に発生しているIoを検知して、事故を未然に、または、早い段階で防止することが重要である。
このため、受電変圧器には、二次側の回路の接地線にIoを検査する検査装置を設けるようにしている。ここで、Ioには、対地静電容量に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc」という。)と、絶縁抵抗に直接関与している対地絶縁抵抗に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ior」という。)とが含まれている。
例えば、特許文献1では、スター結線で構成された三相3線式配電線におけるいずれか2つの配電線についての絶縁抵抗の漏れ電流Iorを測定する漏れ電流測定装置であって、2つの配電線間の相間電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、2つの配電線に流れる電流の合成電流を検出する電流検出部と、相間電圧および合成電流の間の位相角θ、並びに当該合成電流の電流値Ioを算出すると共に、下記式に基づいて漏れ電流Iorを測定する処理部とを備える装置が開示されている。

ここで、三相3線式配電線におけるいずれか2つの配電線についての絶縁抵抗の劣化が発生している場合、Iorは、二つの相のスカラー和で示されるが、二つの相でIorがどの程度の割合で発生しているのかが分からないと、Iorの問題箇所(Iorが発生している場所)の特定、発生原因、定期検査時の変化などを捉えることが困難である。
本開示では、二つの相の一方または双方にIorが発生した場合において、各相に発生しているIorを正確に算出し、スター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる検査装置、検査方法および検査プログラムを提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するため、本開示の構成は、以下の通りである。
(1)第1相、第2相および第3相がスター結線、または、第1相、第2相、第3相および中性線がスター結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する漏洩電流検出部と、前記被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、前記漏洩電流検出部により検出された漏洩電流と、前記電圧検出部により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角を検出する位相角検出部と、前記位相角検出部により検出された位相角が、前記第1相と前記第2相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲、前記第2相と前記第3相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲または前記第3相と前記第1相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する判定部と、前記位相角が属する角度範囲と、前記位相角検出部により検出された位相角と、前記漏洩電流検出部により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、前記被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する算出部とを備える検査装置。
(2)前記算出部は、前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第1の角度範囲の場合には、前記第1相と前記第2相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出し、前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第2の角度範囲の場合には、前記第2相と前記第3相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出し、前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第3の角度範囲の場合には、前記第1相と前記第3相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する(1)に記載の検査装置。
(3)前記第1相の電圧を基準にして、前記第1相から前記第2相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第1の角度範囲であり、前記第2相から前記第3相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第2の角度範囲であり、前記第3相から前記第1相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第3の角度範囲である(1)または(2)に記載の検査装置。
(4)前記電圧検出部は、3線ある非接地線の中のいずれか2線の線間電圧を検出、いずれか2相の接地線または中性線との間の電圧を検出、3線ある非接地線の中のいずれか1線と接地線または中性線との間の電圧を検出、または、3線ある非接地線の全線と接地線または中性線もしくは接地線と中性線を含めた全線との間の電圧を検出する(1)から(3)のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。

本開示によれば、二つの相の一方または双方にIorが発生した場合において、各相に発生しているIorを正確に算出し、スター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる。
以下、本実施形態について説明する。なお、以下に説明する本実施形態は、特許請求の範囲に記載された本開示の内容を不当に限定するものではない。また、本実施形態で説明される構成の全てが、本開示の必須構成要件であるとは限らない。
図1は、検査装置1の構成を示す図である。検査装置1は、漏洩電流検出部11と、電圧検出部12と、位相角(位相)検出部13と、判定部14と、算出部15とを備える
漏洩電流検出部11は、第1相、第2相および第3相がスター(Y、星形)結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する。以下では、第1相をR相と称し、第2相をT相と称し、第3相をS相と称するが、この称呼に限定されない。また、以下では、漏洩電流検出部11により計測される漏洩電流を「Io」と称するが、この称呼に限定されない。
また、検査装置1は、3相(R相、S相、T相)をスター結線し中性点を引き出した3相4線式の被測定電線路を検査または監視するものとして説明するが、この構成に限定されず、中性線のない3相(R相、S相、T相)をスター結線した3相3線式の被測定電線路を検査または監視してもよい。
漏洩電流検出部11には、零相変流器(ZCT)10が接続されている。零相変流器10は、電線路を一括してクランプする構成である。例えば、零相変流器10は、ハンディータイプの貫通分割形零相変流器で構成されることにより、現場において作業者が簡易に電線路に設置することができる。なお、零相変流器10は、図1の点線で示すように、B種接地線もクランプする構成でもよい。
漏洩電流検出部11は、零相変流器10により計測された信号から被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流(Io)を検出(算出)する。
電圧検出部12は、被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する。ここで、被測定電線路には様々な構成があり、電圧検出部12が電圧を検出する構成は複数考えられる。例えば、電圧検出部12により電圧を検出する構成は、以下のものが考えられる。本開示では、実際に検査または監視する被測定電線路の構成に応じて、適宜、適した構成を採用するものとする。なお、電圧検出部12により電圧を検出する構成は、下記に限定されない。

位相角検出部13は、漏洩電流検出部11により検出された漏洩電流(Io)と、電圧検出部12により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角(θ)を検出する。具体的には、位相角検出部13は、漏洩電流検出部11により検出された漏洩電流(Io)の波形と電圧検出部12により検出された電圧(例えば、R相とT相の線間電圧(VT-R)を基準電圧とする)の波形を演算処理して、位相角(θ)を検出する。例えば、位相角検出部13は、基準電圧(VT-R)の零クロスする点と漏洩電流(Io)の零クロスする点とに基づいて、基準電圧(VT-R)と漏洩電流(Io)の位相角(θ)を検出する。また、位相角を算出する演算処理は、同期検波やDFT(離散フーリエ変換処理)を用いて行ってもよい。
判定部14は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角が、R相とT相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲R1、T相とS相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲R2またはS相とR相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲R3のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する。
図2は、角度範囲を模式的に示す図である。ここで、R相の電圧を基準にすると、R相からT相間の120°の角度範囲が第1の角度範囲R1であり、T相からS相間の120°の角度範囲が第2の角度範囲R2であり、S相からR相間の120°の角度範囲が第3の角度範囲R3である。具体的には、R相とT相の線間電圧(VT-R)を基準電圧とし、この電圧を0度としたとき、R相に流れる電流が30°の位置に生じるとした場合、第1の角度範囲R1は、「30°≦θ<150°」であり、第2の角度範囲R2は、「150°≦θ<270°」であり、第3の角度範囲R3は、「270°≦θ<30°」である。また、角度範囲を一般化すると、R相の電圧がX°の位置に生じるとした場合、第1の角度範囲R1は、「X°≦θ<(X°+120°)」であり、第2の角度範囲R2は、「(X°+120°)≦θ<(X°+240°)」であり、第3の角度範囲R3は、「(X°+240°)≦θ<X°」である。
算出部15は、位相角が属する角度範囲と、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角と、漏洩電流検出部11により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する。
具体的には、算出部15は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角が属する角度範囲が第1の角度範囲R1の場合には、R相とT相に流れている抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する。算出部15は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角が属する角度範囲が第2の角度範囲R2の場合には、T相とS相に流れている抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する。算出部15は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角が属する角度範囲が第3の角度範囲R3の場合には、S相とR相に流れている抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する。
このようにして、検査装置1は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角(位相差)が属する角度範囲に基づいて、各相に流れているIorの合成値と、各相に流れているそれぞれのIorを算出するので、二つの相の一方または双方にIorが発生した場合において、各相に発生しているIorを正確に算出し、スター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる。
(Io、IocおよびIorのベクトル表現について)
ここで、漏洩電流(Io)に含まれている対地静電容量に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc」と称することがある。)と、絶縁抵抗に直接関与している対地絶縁抵抗に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ior」と称することがある。)のベクトル表現について、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、各相のIorとIocをベクトル表現したときの様子を模式的に示す図である。
ここで、漏洩電流(Io)に含まれている対地静電容量に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc」と称することがある。)と、絶縁抵抗に直接関与している対地絶縁抵抗に起因する漏洩電流(以下、「Ior」と称することがある。)のベクトル表現について、図3を用いて説明する。図3は、各相のIorとIocをベクトル表現したときの様子を模式的に示す図である。
基準電圧を0度として、R相に流れる抵抗成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ior(r)」と称することがある。)をベクトル表現したときに、30度の位置に生じるとした場合、T相に流れる抵抗成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ior(t)」と称することがある。)は、150度の位置に生じ、S相に流れる抵抗成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ior(s)」と称することがある。)は、270度の位置に生じる。なお、以下では、ベクトルIor(r)を単にIor(r)と称し、ベクトルIor(t)を単にIor(t)と称し、ベクトルIor(s)を単にIor(s)と称する。本実施例では、R相とT相の線間電圧を基準電圧とし、この電圧を0度としている。
また、R相に流れる容量成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc(r)」と称することがある。)は、Ior(r)から90度(π/2)進んだ位置である120度の位置に生じる。T相に流れる容量成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc(t)」と称することがある。)は、Ior(t)から90度(π/2)進んだ位置である240度の位置に生じる。S相に流れる容量成分漏洩電流(以下、「Ioc(s)」と称することがある。)は、Ior(s)から90度(π/2)進んだ位置である0度(360度)の位置に生じる。
なお、以下では、ベクトルIoc(r)を単にIoc(r)と称し、ベクトルIoc(t)を単にIoc(t)と称し、ベクトルIoc(s)を単にIoc(s)と称する。
Ioc(r)とIoc(s)とIoc(t)とが平衡している場合、Ioc(r)とIoc(s)とIoc(t)とを合成したベクトルIocは、各成分により相殺されて生じない。
つぎに、2相(例えば、R相とT相)に発生したIorの合成(スカラー和)について説明する。
Iorは、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角θと、漏洩電流検出部11により検出された漏洩電流Ioとを(1)式に代入して算出される。

図4は、Ior(r)とIor(t)とのスカラー和を模式的に示す図である。図4では、Ioc(r)とIoc(t)とIoc(s)は、平衡状態として相殺にて生じていないものとしている。また、図4では、Ior(t)をR相の軸に移動させて(移動後のIor(t)をIor(t)´として示してある)、Ior(r)との合成和(スカラー和:Ior(r)+Ior(t)´)で示している。
また、(1)式により算出されるIorは、2相の合成(スカラー和)なので、このままでは、対地絶縁抵抗に起因する漏洩電流がR相のみに発生しているものか、T相のみに発生しているのか、R相とT相の双方に発生しているのかを知ることができない。そこで、検査装置1は、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角(位相)が属する角度範囲に基づいて、各相に流れているIorの合成値と、各相に流れているそれぞれのIorを算出する。
(位相角が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合について)
図5は、位相角が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合を模式的に示す図である。算出部15は、位相角が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合、位相角検出部13により検出された位相角θと、漏洩電流検出部11により検出された漏洩電流Ioとを、(2)式に代入して、2相(R相とT相)に発生したIorの合成(スカラー和:Ior(rt))を算出する。

このようにして、検査装置1は、位相角の角度範囲が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合、(2)式、(3)式および(4)式を利用して、R相およびT相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第2の角度範囲R2に属する場合、(5)式、(6)式および(7)式を利用して、T相およびS相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第3の角度範囲R3に属する場合、(8)式、(9)式および(10)式を利用して、S相およびR相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、この算出したIorを利用してスター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる。
(検査方法について)
ここで、検査装置1による検査方法について説明する。図8は、検査方法の手順についての説明に供するフローチャートである。

ステップST1において、漏洩電流検出部11は、R相、S相およびT相がスター結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する(漏洩電流検出工程)。
ステップST2において、電圧検出部12は、被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する(電圧検出工程)。
ステップST3において、位相角検出部13は、漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流と、電圧検出工程により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角を検出する(位相角検出工程)。
ステップST4において、判定部14は、位相角検出工程により検出された位相角が、第1相と第2相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲R1、第2相と第3相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲R2または第3相と第1相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲R3のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する(判定工程)。位相角が第1の角度範囲R1の場合には、ステップST5に進み、位相角が第2の角度範囲R2の場合には、ステップST6に進み、位相角が第3の角度範囲R3の場合には、ステップST7に進む。
ステップST5において、算出部15は、位相角検出工程により検出された位相角と、漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する(算出工程)。具体的には、算出部15は、上述した(2)式を利用して、2相(R相とT相)に発生したIorを合成したIor(スカラー和:Ior(rt))を算出し、上述した(3)式を利用して、R相に発生したIor(r)を算出し、上述した(4)式を利用して、T相に発生したIor(t)を算出する。
ステップST6において、算出部15は、位相角検出工程により検出された位相角と、漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する(算出工程)。具体的には、算出部15は、上述した(5)式を利用して、2相(T相とS相)に発生したIorを合成したIor(スカラー和:Ior(ts))を算出し、上述した(6)式を利用して、T相に発生したIor(t)を算出し、上述した(7)式を利用して、S相に発生したIor(s)を算出する。
ステップST7において、算出部15は、位相角検出工程により検出された位相角と、漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する(算出工程)。具体的には、算出部15は、上述した(8)式を利用して、2相(S相とR相)に発生したIorを合成したIor(スカラー和:Ior(sr))を算出し、上述した(9)式を利用して、S相に発生したIor(s)を算出し、上述した(10)式を利用して、R相に発生したIor(r)を算出する。
このようにして、検査方法は、位相角の角度範囲が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合、(2)式、(3)式および(4)式を利用して、R相およびT相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第2の角度範囲R2に属する場合、(5)式、(6)式および(7)式を利用して、T相およびS相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第3の角度範囲R3に属する場合、(8)式、(9)式および(10)式を利用して、S相およびR相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、この算出したIorを利用してスター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる。
(検査プログラムについて)
二つの相の一方または双方にIorが発生した場合において、各相に発生しているIorを正確に算出し、スター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行う検査プログラムは、主に以下の工程で構成されており、コンピュータ500(ハードウェア)によって実行される。

工程5:工程4により判定された位相角が属する角度範囲と、工程3により検出された位相角と、工程1により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する工程
工程2:被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する工程

工程5:工程4により判定された位相角が属する角度範囲と、工程3により検出された位相角と、工程1により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する工程
ここで、コンピュータ500の構成と動作について図を用いて説明する。コンピュータ500は、図9に示すように、プロセッサ501と、メモリ502と、ストレージ503と、入出力I/F504と、通信I/F505とがバスA上に接続されて構成されており、これらの各構成要素の協働により、本開示に記載される機能、および/または、方法を実現する。
入出力I/F504には、例えば、各種の情報を表示するディスプレイ、および、ユーザの操作を受け付けるタッチパネルなどが接続される。タッチパネルは、ディスプレイの前面に配置される。よって、ユーザは、ディスプレイに表示されるアイコンを指でタッチ操作などをすることにより、直感的な操作を行うことができる。なお、タッチパネルは、ディスプレイの前面に配置されていなくてもよい。また、タッチパネルに代えて、または、タッチパネルと共に、キーボードおよびマウスなどのポインティングデバイスが入出力I/F504に接続される構成でもよい。また、入出力I/F504には、外部に音声を出力するスピーカや、外部の音声が入力されるマイクが接続されてもよい。
ディスプレイは、液晶ディスプレイまたは有機EL(Electro Luminescence)ディスプレイなどにより構成され、プロセッサ501による制御の下、種々の情報を表示する。
メモリ502は、RAM(Random Access Memory)で構成される。RAMは、揮発メモリまたは不揮発性メモリで構成されている。
ストレージ503は、ROM(Read Only Memory)で構成される。ROMは、不揮発性メモリで構成されており、例えば、HDD(Hard Disc Drive)またはSSD(Solid State Drive)により実現される。ストレージ503には、上述した工程1から工程5で実現される検査プログラムなどの各種のプログラムが格納されている。
例えば、プロセッサ501は、コンピュータ500全体の動作を制御する。プロセッサ501は、ストレージ503からオペレーティングシステムや多様な機能を実現する様々なプログラムをメモリ502にロードし、ロードしたプログラムに含まれる命令を実行する演算装置である。
具体的には、プロセッサ501は、ユーザの操作を受け付けた場合、ストレージ503に格納されているプログラム(例えば、検査プログラム)を読み出し、読み出したプログラムをメモリ502に展開し、プログラムを実行する。また、プロセッサ501が検査プログラムを実行することにより、漏洩電流検出部11、電圧検出部12、位相角検出部13、判定部14および算出部15の各機能が実現される。
ここで、プロセッサ501の構成について説明する。プロセッサ501は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、MPU(Micro Processing Unit)、GPU(Graphics Processing Unit)、これら以外の各種演算装置、またはこれらの組み合わせにより実現される。
また、本開示に記載される機能、および/または、方法を実現するために、プロセッサ501、メモリ502およびストレージ503などの機能の一部または全部は、図10に示すように、専用のハードウェアである処理回路601で構成されてもよい。処理回路601は、例えば、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化されたプロセッサ、並列プログラム化されたプロセッサ、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)、又はこれらを組み合わせたものである。
また、プロセッサ501は、単一の構成要素として説明したが、これに限られず、複数の物理的に別体のプロセッサの集合により構成されてもよい。本明細書において、プロセッサ501によって実行されるとして説明されるプログラムまたは当該プログラムに含まれる命令は、単一のプロセッサ501で実行されてもよいし、複数のプロセッサにより分散して実行されてもよい。また、プロセッサ501によって実行されるプログラムまたは当該プログラムに含まれる命令は、複数の仮想プロセッサにより実行されてもよい。
通信I/F505は、所定の通信規格に準拠したインターフェイスであり、有線または無線により外部装置と通信を行う。
このようにして、検査プログラムは、コンピュータ500で実行されることにより、位相角の角度範囲が第1の角度範囲R1に属する場合、(2)式、(3)式および(4)式を利用して、R相およびT相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第2の角度範囲R2に属する場合、(5)式、(6)式および(7)式を利用して、T相およびS相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、位相角の角度範囲が第3の角度範囲R3に属する場合、(8)式、(9)式および(10)式を利用して、S相およびR相に発生しているIorを正確に算出することができ、この算出したIorを利用してスター結線された被測定電線路の検査または監視を行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- 第1相、第2相および第3相がスター結線、または、第1相、第2相、第3相および中性線がスター結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する漏洩電流検出部と、
前記被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記漏洩電流検出部により検出された漏洩電流と、前記電圧検出部により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角を検出する位相角検出部と、
前記位相角検出部により検出された位相角が、前記第1相と前記第2相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲、前記第2相と前記第3相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲または前記第3相と前記第1相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する判定部と、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲と、前記位相角検出部により検出された位相角と、前記漏洩電流検出部により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、前記被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する算出部とを備える検査装置。 - 前記算出部は、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第1の角度範囲の場合には、前記第1相と前記第2相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出し、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第2の角度範囲の場合には、前記第2相と前記第3相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出し、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲が前記第3の角度範囲の場合には、前記第1相と前記第3相に流れている前記抵抗成分漏洩電流の合成値と、前記各相に流れているそれぞれの抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する請求項1に記載の検査装置。 - 前記第1相の電圧を基準にして、前記第1相から前記第2相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第1の角度範囲であり、前記第2相から前記第3相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第2の角度範囲であり、前記第3相から前記第1相間の120°の角度範囲が前記第3の角度範囲である請求項1または2に記載の検査装置。
- 前記電圧検出部は、3線ある非接地線の中のいずれか2線の線間電圧を検出、いずれか2相の接地線または中性線との間の電圧を検出、3線ある非接地線の中のいずれか1線と接地線または中性線との間の電圧を検出、または、3線ある非接地線の全線と接地線または中性線もしくは接地線と中性線を含めた全線との間の電圧を検出する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
- 第1相、第2相および第3相がスター結線、または、第1相、第2相、第3相および中性線がスター結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する漏洩電流検出工程と、
前記被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する電圧検出工程と、
前記漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流と、前記電圧検出工程により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角を検出する位相角検出工程と、
前記位相角検出工程により検出された位相角が、前記第1相と前記第2相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲、前記第2相と前記第3相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲または前記第3相と前記第1相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する判定工程と、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲と、前記位相角検出工程により検出された位相角と、前記漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、前記被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する算出工程とを備える検査方法。 - コンピュータに、
第1相、第2相および第3相がスター結線、または、第1相、第2相、第3相および中性線がスター結線された被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流を検出する漏洩電流検出工程と、
前記被測定電線路に印加されている電圧を検出する電圧検出工程と、
前記漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流と、前記電圧検出工程により検出された電圧とに基づいて、位相角を検出する位相角検出工程と、
前記位相角検出工程により検出された位相角が、前記第1相と前記第2相の間の角度範囲である第1の角度範囲、前記第2相と前記第3相の間の角度範囲である第2の角度範囲または前記第3相と前記第1相の間の角度範囲である第3の角度範囲のいずれの角度範囲に属するかを判定する判定工程と、
前記位相角が属する角度範囲と、前記位相角検出工程により検出された位相角と、前記漏洩電流検出工程により検出された漏洩電流とに基づいて、前記被測定電線路に流れている漏洩電流に含まれている対地絶縁抵抗に起因する抵抗成分漏洩電流を算出する算出工程と、を実行させるための検査プログラム。
