需要说明的是,清洗箱1倾斜设置便于废水从U型板1301的凹槽内流出。
本实用新型在使用过程中,首先打开箱盖26将毛刷辊主体2两端分别设置在第一套接圆环5和第二套接圆环6底部半圆环25的凹槽内,然后分别转动第一套接圆环5和第二套接圆环6的顶部半圆环25,使第一套接圆环5和第二套接圆环6处于闭合状态,再将固定螺丝旋入螺纹孔22内部,对第一套接圆环5和第二套接圆环6进行固定,由于第二套接圆环6内设置有橡胶块23和防滑垫24,能够对毛刷辊主体2一端进行夹紧,毛刷辊主体2另一端与第一套接圆环5内部存在间隙,则毛刷辊主体2与第一套接圆环5实现转动连接,再转动两端的导向杆20带动滑杆1303与U型板1301进行高度调节,当U型板1301与毛刷辊主体2相接触时,停止转动导向杆20,并关闭箱盖26,然后再通过第一进水口11向加压喷水器4内部加入适量的水,再启动驱动电机7驱动毛刷辊主体2进行转动,与此同时加压喷水器4开始向毛刷辊主体2进行喷水,毛刷辊主体2与U型板1301相互摩擦以加强其清洁效果,同时电动推杆16通过推动板17推动U型板1301在滑杆1303上移动,U型板1301再通过弹簧15作用下弹回原先位置,通过电动推杆16与弹簧15的配合作用下,带动U型板1301在滑杆1303上来回移动,进一步加强对毛刷辊主体2的清洁效果,清洗后的废水通过排水口流入到过滤器8内部进行净化处理,净化后的水再由循环水泵10抽取到加压喷水器4内部进行循环利用,当毛刷辊主体2清理完成后,打开第一套接圆环5和第二套接圆环6并将毛刷辊主体2从清洗箱1内取出即可。

  1. 一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,包括清洗箱(1)和毛刷辊主体(2);所述清洗箱(1)内部顶端安装有加压喷水器(4),加压喷水器(4)顶部设置有第一进水口(11)和第二进水口(12);所述清洗箱(1)两侧内壁上分别对向设置有第一套接圆环(5)和第二套接圆环(6),第一套接圆环(5)固定设置在清洗箱(1)上,且与第二套接圆环(6)同侧的清洗箱(1)外壁上安装有驱动电机(7),驱动电机(7)上设有的转动轴(71)一端设置在清洗箱(1)内部且与第二套接圆环(6)固定连接,毛刷辊主体(2)两端分别设置在第一套接圆环(5)和第二套接圆环(6)内;所述清洗箱(1)底部一侧设置有排水口,排水口外侧连接有过滤器(8),过滤器(8)的输出端与第二进水口(27)之间连接有水管(9),且水管(9)上连通有循环水泵(10);清洗箱(1)顶部转动设置有箱盖(26)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述毛刷辊主体(2)底部设置有清洁装置(13),清洁装置(13)包括U型板(1301)、滑动连接件(1302)和滑杆(1303),滑杆(1303)设置在清洗箱(1)底端,且滑杆(1303)的剖面为矩形结构;滑动连接件(1302)设置有两个且均滑动设置在滑杆(1303)上;U型板(1301)底部两端分别与两侧滑动连接件(1302)固定连接,且U型板(1301)对毛刷辊主体(2)底部形成包覆结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,一滑动连接件(1302)的外侧滑杆(1303)上固定设置有限位块(14),且限位块(14)与邻近的滑动连接件(1302)之间设置有弹簧(15);清洗箱(1)外壁上且远离限位块(14)一侧安装有电动推杆(16),电动推杆(16)的输出 轴一端设置在清洗箱(1)内,且输出轴上固定连接有推动板(17)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述U型板(1301)的凹槽内均匀设置有若干毛刺(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述滑杆(1303)底部两端的清洗箱(1)内壁上固设有固定台(19),且固定台(19)底部螺纹设置有导向杆(20),导向杆(20)顶端与滑杆(1303)转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述第一套接圆环(5)与毛刷辊主体(2)一端转动连接;且第一套接圆环(5)和第二套接圆环(6)均包括上下端两个半圆环(25),第一套接圆环(5)和第二套接圆环(6)底部的半圆环(25)分别与清洗箱(1)内壁和转动轴(71)连接,且两个半圆环(25)之间通过合页转动连接,两个半圆环(25)的闭合端均焊接有固定连接件(21),固定连接件(21)上开设有螺纹孔(22),且两固定连接件(21)上的螺纹孔(22)相互衔接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述第二套接圆环(6)的半圆环(25)内壁上设置有橡胶块(23),且橡胶块(23)上设置有防滑垫(24)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于纺织印染用毛刷辊清理装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱底部设置有支撑架(3),且清洗箱(1)倾斜设置在支撑架(3)上。
