下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1至图8所示,一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,包括防抖动装置1和固定装置2,所述防抖动装置1设置在固定装置2上。
如图2和图7所示,所述防抖动装置1包括主板11、侧护板12、防抖动插条13、底托板14和齿轮15,所述主板11的后方设有底托板14,位于底托板14与主板11之间设有侧护板12,所述侧护板12还通过齿轮15与底托板14连接,位于底托板14的一侧设有防抖动插条13,所述主板11上靠近防抖动插条13位置设有固定弹簧板134,所述防抖动插条13包括插条131、弹簧132和插条弹簧板133,所述插条131连接托条142,在插条131的两侧设有插条弹簧板133,固定弹簧板134设置在插条131两侧,位于插条弹簧板133与固定弹簧板134之间设有弹簧132,所述底托板14的一侧设有锯齿145,所述插条131与托条142连接的一端上设有与锯齿145相对应的卡齿135;所述卡齿向下向外倾斜设置,所述侧护板12包括侧护夹板121(在图1中示出)、连接压板122和211123,所述侧护夹板121设置在主板11的前方,在主板11的后方设有连接在侧护夹板121上的连接压板122,位于连接压板122上设有驱动压条123,所述驱动压条123连接齿轮15的左端和右端,所述驱动压条123与齿轮15连接的一侧上设有齿条1231(在图7中示出),所述侧护板12设有两个,且两个侧护板12的靠近齿轮15的一端与齿轮15相连,且两个侧护板12平行设置且两侧护板12分别位于齿轮15的上端和下端。
如图2所示,所述驱动压条123上还设有限位槽124,所述限位槽124内设有固定在主板11上的限位柱125,由此设置,通通过限位柱可以限定两个侧护板之间的大致距离。
如图2和图7所示,所述底托板14包括托板141(在图1中示出)和托条142,所述托条142设置在主板11上,托板141设置主板11的前方并连接托条142,所述托条142的顶端设有齿轮槽143(在图7中示出),齿轮15设置在齿轮槽143内,所述齿轮槽143的槽壁设有与齿轮15相对应的驱动齿144,由此设置,通过托板与托条结构,在齿轮的作用,当齿 轮转动时即可带动两侧的侧护板向内移动,结构简单。
如图8所示,锯齿145设置在托条142靠近插条131的一侧,所述锯齿145连接防抖动插条13,通过锯齿的作用使底托板无法自然向上移动,结构简单。如图3所示,所述防抖动装置1还包括外壳16,所述外壳16上设有第一弹性连接筒161,所述固定装置2设置在第一弹性连接筒161内,由此设置,通过第一弹性连接筒即可活动的连接固定装置。
如图3和图4所示,所述固定装置2包括伸缩机构21和卡扣机构22,所述伸缩机构21连接外壳16,在伸缩机构21的另一端设有卡扣机构22,所述伸缩机构21包括第一万向球211、固定块212、滑动筒213和连接块214,所述第一万向球211设置在第一弹性连接筒161内,固定块212连接第一万向球211,滑动筒213的一端设置在固定块212上,在滑动筒213的另一端设有连接块214,位于连接块214上还设有第二弹性连接筒215,位于第二弹性连接筒215内设有卡扣机构22,由此设置,通过第一万向球211的作用即可使防抖动装置1进行多角度的调整。
如图4和图5所示,所述固定块212上设有自固定块212一端延伸至另一端的滑块槽2121,在滑动筒213内设有与滑块槽2121相对应的滑动卡块2131,所述滑动筒213通过滑动卡块2131沿滑块槽2121移动设置,由此设置,通过移动滑动筒对支架的长度进行调整。
如图6所示,所述卡扣机构22包括第二万向球221、固定旋钮222、固定卡扣223、活动卡扣224和卡扣板225,固定卡扣223设置在卡扣板225的底端,所述卡扣板225的中间位置设有自卡扣板225底端延伸至顶端的卡扣槽226,所述活动卡扣224穿过该卡扣槽226连接固定旋钮222并可沿着卡扣槽226滑动设置,位于固定旋钮222上设有第二万向球221,由此设置,通过卡扣机构即可将支架固定在汽车的出风口叶片上,简单方便。
如图3和图4所示,第一弹性连接筒161包括两个以上自外壳向外凸设的弧形板,且相邻弧形板之间设有间隙,两个以上弧形板围成一个筒体结构,以上设置,在弧形板之间设置间隙,使得第一万向球能方便进入第一弹性连接筒内,结构简单。
如图3和图4所示,第二弹连接性筒215包括两个以上自外壳向外凸设的弧形板,且相邻弧形板之间设有间隙,两个以上弧形板围成一个筒体结构,以上设置,在弧形板之间设置间隙,使得万向球能方便进入第二弹性连接筒内,结构简单。
上述结构的外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,支架通过固定装置固定在车上,当车 在运行中出现抖动情况时,底托板被带动向下移动,驱动压条与齿轮相连,使得齿轮相对于侧护板向上移动,进而带动齿轮转动,齿轮转动过程中带动位于齿轮上下两端的两个侧护板相互靠近移动,从而使得侧护板之间的距离缩短,从而使得两个侧护板之间的横向距离缩短,因此,使得手机被更加牢固地固定在支架上,而由于在底托板的一侧设置防抖动插条,当底托板向下移动时,由于锯齿与卡齿相齿合,插条被迫向远离底托板方向移动,从而使得固定弹簧板与插条弹簧板之间的弹簧被压缩,当底托板向继续向下移动时,在弹簧的弹性作用力下,插条向靠近底托板方向移动,从而锯齿与齿条再次相齿合,由于卡齿向下向外倾斜设置,从而使得底托板能向下移动而不容易向上移动,从而使得在抖动的时候支架夹持更紧。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,包括防抖动装置和固定装置,其特征在于:所述防抖动装置设置在固定装置上,所述防抖动装置包括主板、侧护板、防抖动插条、底托板和齿轮,所述主板的后方设有底托板,位于底托板与主板之间设有侧护板,所述侧护板还通过齿轮与底托板连接,位于底托板的一侧设有防抖动插条,所述主板上靠近防抖动插条位置设有固定弹簧板,所述防抖动插条包括插条、弹簧和插条弹簧板,所述插条连接托条,在插条的两侧设有插条弹簧板,固定弹簧板设置在插条两侧,位于插条弹簧板与固定弹簧板之间设有弹簧,所述底托板的一侧设有锯齿,所述插条与底托板连接的一端上设有与锯齿相对应的卡齿;所述卡齿向下向外倾斜设置,所述侧护板包括侧护夹板、连接压板和驱动压条,所述侧护夹板设置在主板的前方,在主板的后方设有连接在侧护夹板上的连接压板,位于连接压板上设有驱动压条,所述驱动压条连接齿轮的左端和右端,所述驱动压条与齿轮连接的一侧上设有齿条,所述侧护板设有两个,且两个侧护板的靠近齿轮的一端与齿轮相连,且两个侧护板平行设置且两侧护板分别位于齿轮的上端和下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述驱动压条上还设有限位槽,所述限位槽内设有固定在主板上的限位柱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述底托板包括托板和托条,所述托条设置在主板上,托板设置主板的前方并连接托条,所述托条的顶端设有齿轮槽,齿轮设置在齿轮槽内,所述齿轮槽的槽壁设有与齿轮相对应的驱动齿。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:锯齿设置在托条靠近插条的一侧,所述锯齿连接防抖动插条。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述防抖动装置还包括外壳,所述外壳上设有第一弹性连接筒,所述固定装置设置在第一弹性连接筒内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述固定装置包括伸缩机构和卡扣机构,所述伸缩机构连接外壳,在伸缩机构的另一端设有卡扣机构,所述伸缩机构包括第一万向球、固定块、滑动筒和连接块,所述第一万向球设 置在第一弹性连接筒内,固定块连接第一万向球,滑动筒的一端设置在固定块上,在滑动筒的另一端设有连接块,位于连接块上还设有第二弹性连接筒,位于第二弹性连接筒内设有卡扣机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述固定块上设有自固定块一端延伸至另一端的滑块槽,在滑动筒内设有与滑块槽相对应的滑动卡块,所述滑动筒通过滑动卡块沿滑块槽移动设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:所述卡扣机构包括第二万向球、固定旋钮、固定卡扣、活动卡扣和卡扣板,固定卡扣设置在卡扣板的底端,所述卡扣板的中间位置设有自卡扣板底端延伸至顶端的卡扣槽,所述活动卡扣穿过该卡扣槽连接固定旋钮并可沿着卡扣槽滑动设置,位于固定旋钮上设有第二万向球。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:第一弹性连接筒包括两个以上自外壳向外凸设的弧形板,且相邻弧形板之间设有间隙,两个以上弧形板围成一个筒体结构。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种外扩卡扣式重力防颠簸车载手机支架,其特征在于:第二弹性连接筒包括两个以上自外壳向外凸设的弧形板,且相邻弧形板之间设有间隙,两个以上弧形板围成一个筒体结构。
